CAP VERMELL GRAND HOTEL

The Breakfast, Rooms, and restaurant were top tier. The variety of pool areas allowed for us to enjoy a personal experience. The restaurants were excellent, although more vegeterian/vegan and international cuisine options would be appreciated.

At check in, we did not receive a briefing of the available facilities (country club, spa, etc.) and we missed out on some activities.

Det var meget eksklusivt og behageligt - Kæmpe “WOW” oplevelse. Dog skal man påregne ekstra penge til de gode restauranter på hotellet samt drikkelse. Den eneste 2 stjernet Michelin restaurant på Mallorca er på hotellet. Det var til at være for mennesker og man blev fragten frem og tilbage i en golfvogn. Kæmpe anbefaling

Mange trapper hvis man bor i en af de øverste bygninger.

Die beiden Hotelrestaurants haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Qualität, Ambiente (mit Livemusik) und der Service waren sehr gut (5*****)

Die Lage hätte etwas näher am Meer sein können. Aber darauf hat das Hotel heute keinen Einfluss. Immerhin gab es einen gut organisierten und freundlichen Shuttel-Service zum 3 Km entfernten Strand. Also gab es keinen wirklichen Kritikpunkt am Hotel.

Eine wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Anlage mit traumhafter Atmosphäre. Das Essen war sehr gut in der Villa Sophia, die Zimmer sehr schön und der Service jederzeit freundlich und aufmerksam.

Schade war, dass der Country Club während unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen war und wir dadurch Padel nicht direkt vor Ort spielen konnten. Der Poolbereich ist für ein Hotel dieser Grösse eher klein. Zudem empfanden wir die Preise für Essen und Getränke als relativ hoch.

Piękny hotel, bardzo dobre śniadania.

Niestety żadne atrakcje sportowe i udogodnienia nie były dostępne i hotel nie informuje o tym podczas zakupu. Nie był dostępny basen pływacki, tennis, padle, yoga, pilates. W zasadzie wybraliśmy hotel z powodu tych udogodnień, których niestety nie udostępniono z powodu pożaru - choć wszystkie widoczne tereny i korty były bez żadnych nawet najmniejszych uszkodzeń.

الاستقبال كان سيء جددداااا والموظفين الرسبشن لايوجد لهم خبره في التعامل او الاحترام الاكل في الافطار كنا عديمه النظافه الغرفه كانت سيئة وبيها رائحه قويه ، ولا يوجد مياه شراب من حققك انينه واحده فقط والخدمات الموصلات كانت تتاخر ولا تصل في الموعد والموظفين لا يظهرون الاحترام . ‏استأجرت غرفة وكان بها Extention لغرفة ثانية تفاجأت أن الغرفة الثانية مفتوحة على غرفتي وبعد شخص ،

Classy high-end restaurants with nice facilities.

A bit too large and had a resort feel to it, the rooms upon arrival were missing a few things and weren't quite up to standards in terms of cleanliness. For instance, there is no toilet paper or Kleenex, and we found hairballs on the terrace, there was broken glass on the stairway that didn't get picked up for the entire time we were there. Expect more from a Hotel of his calibre and price. In addition, there needed to be more pools for the size of this hotel. The main pool was occupied primarily by kids and families and the "" adult pool was quite small.

Beautiful location, stunning rooms, and amazing restaurants

More attention needs to be on keeping the pools tidy throughout the day. Dirty towels got piled up throughout the day and clean towels were running out, pool service was also slow at times

La amplitud y la limpieza

En la habitación habían muchas cosas que fallaban, luego por falta de servicio en uno de los restaurantes no fuimos bien atendidos, el bar de la piscina cerraba una hora antes de lo habitual por falta de personal, cerraba a las 18h en el mes de agosto… no es muy normal… en el spa también cerraron antes de lo habitual y un día no nos dejaron entrar…

Brilliant staff food great only negative was pool size thankfully not too busy around the pool as loungers very close together so would have been uncomfortable but other than that it’s a lovely hotel

This place is the definition of a hidden oasis. It's luxurious and staff is very attentive. We tried two restaurants on the property and both were above all expectations, from presentation to taste. It's the small things that make a big difference in the end. One example was the valet staff always making sure they leave a few cold water bottles in your car when bringing the car up.

Loved everything - would have liked our evening meal outside but we were told it was unavailable even though the restaurant was pretty empty!

Very nice, super peaceful. If you want somewhere where you can walk around and not be cluttered with other guests this is the perfect place Very scenic also

Genuinely nothing comes to mind

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Dining options were good, especially Roka.

Not worth the price. The pool was incredibly small and crowded, there often weren’t enough beds for our family. For a property of this size, there should be more pools. The service was also hit and miss. There was one very helpful attendant named Adrian but beyond that the staff left a lot to be desired especially those at the front desk. The buggies were also slow to arrive often taking up to 15 minutes - not ideal with kids.

Breakfasts, Bravo and Raka dinners were all superb.

Toilettendusche hat nicht funktioniert.

- personal sehr professionell und immer freundlich - die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und habe. Uns sehr wohl gefühlt. - der Service ist wirklich einzigartig, es wird für jeden Gast etwas möglich gemacht. - zum entspannen wirklich der perfekte Ort , es war sehr ruhig und man konnte sich entspannen. Für jeden Gast , waren genug liegen am Pool.

- die Portionen im Restaurant (Abendessen) waren sehr klein, daher waren wir des Öfteren draußen essen.

Das Ambiente ist gediegen und luxuriös, die Zimmerausstattung technisch auf dem letzten Stand, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen ausgezeichnet.

The hotel is beautiful. We had a wonderful room. The restaurants are of the highest quality and the staff are amazing.

Very beautiful and spacious the Jasmine smelled so lovely. All the restaurant and staff around were pleasant and gave positive energy.

The food options were limited and was nothing extraordinary. We’ve had better food at some 4 star hotels. The bidet in our room was broken and we communicated that to the staff but received no follow up, not even to say that they are unable to fix it. Not 5 star service at all.

Das Personal war super aufmerksam, die Anlage äußerst gepflegt und das Essen top.

Eine wunderschöne und sehr stilvolle Anlage in traumhafter Landschaft. Die Zimmer sind groß, modern und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man bekommt tolle Restaurantempfehlungen und wird sogar persönlich begleitet. Der Spa- und Fitnessbereich mit Padel- und Tennisplätzen sowie vielen Sportmöglichkeiten ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker und die Massagen wunderbar. Wir haben hier den Geburtstag meines Mannes gefeiert und hatten eine unvergesslich schöne Zeit. Auch für Familien mit Kindern ist dieses Hotel perfekt geeignet.

As we have become a regular guest, we enjoy what the hotel offers and love the breakfast, the room with a view and the Salon Sofia, which offers excellent food with local products. The Cap Vermeil Country club rounds up the experience as we can continue with our daily routine here on site too. Lovely setting and great staff altogether.

There is nothing what we did not appreciate, hence no further comments needed.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar gelegen und die Zimmer sind hervorragend. Das Personal ist superfreundlich.

Die Abflüsse im Bad funktionierten nicht, das Spa im Hotel ist ein Witz mit nur einer Sauna. Zum Frühstück gab es keinen Fisch, was wir ungewöhnlich fanden für ein Spitzenhotel fast am Meer.

Wspaniałe miejsce do aktywnego wypoczynku i kulinarnych doświadczeń. Bardzo wygodne i przestronne pokoje. Jest oddech w tym miejscu. Wspaniała oferta gastronomiczna, bliskość pola golfowego i country club.

Lovely setting. Very clean. Staff very attentive and helpful. Buggy service free and available 24 hrs to run you around the hotel to your room. So no need to walk up many steps. Restaurants great.

Przemiła obsługa, piękny pokój wyposażony we wszystko. Na duży plus osobna garderoba. Pyszne śniadania .

Alting spillede fra start til slut. Jeg var lidt skeptisk, da jeg havde læst flere dårlige anmeldelser af hotellet. De blev alle gjort til skamme. Fra vi tjekkede ind på hotellet til vi tjekkede ud igen fungerede alt upåklageligt. Vi blev modtaget af deres servicemindede receptionspersonale. De vidste hvem vi var ved ankomst. Deres valet parking service tog sig af bilen og fik den parkeret i garage og tog vores bagage ud. Vi blev transporteret til vores junior suite i golfvogn. Juniorsuiten havde den skønneste udsigt mod resortet og havet. Suiten var lys og rummelig, der var sørget for alle fornødenheder. Morgenmadsudvalget var stort og varieret og lækkert præsenteret. Vi prøvede tre af restauranterne under vores ophold på 6 nætter. Der var fantastisk service alle steder. Selvfølgelig var deres 2 stjernede Michelin Restaurant VORO i en liga for sig. Det var en helt fantastisk oplevelse for alle sanser. Der var en behagelig og afslappet stemning. Præsentationen af maden var som en smuk ballet forestilling koordineret ned til mindste detalje. Alt personalet var venligt, imødekommende og meget serviceminded. De skal alle have meget stor ros.

Hovedpuderne var en anelse for hårde/høje. Ja, det var virkelig det eneste vi efter 6 nætter kunne komme på af kritik.

Beautiful location and the staff are exceptionally brilliant. We were a bit of a tricky group as it was my father (70yo), two year old, and myself being pregnant - but they helped us in so many ways and accommodated all of our needs. Great food and the atmosphere was fantastic.

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit kleinem Garten, wunderbare Größe, toller Blick, sehr hochwertige Materialien, ruhige Lage. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr groß und weitläufig, wir haben uns oft wie die einzigen Gäste gefühlt, was sehr angenehm war. Immer ausreichend viel Personal und auf alle Bitten an den Guest Service wurde prompt reagiert. Die Restaurants sind auch sehr angenehm, immer ausreichend Platz frei und freundlicher Service.

Das Bett hätte etwas größer sein können, auch war die Matratze dem 5 Sterne Niveau nicht ganz angemessen. Weiterhin wäre eine weitere Restaurant Option schön, da das Michelin-Sterne Restaurant für Familien mit Kleinkindern praktisch nicht nutzbar sind (über 10 Gänge mit über 200 EUR pro Person). Schön wäre z.B. etwas asiatisches oder ein Pizza Restaurant o.ä.

Zimmerreinigung wurde erst ca. 16h gemacht jeden Tag und da fehlt etwas die Organisation.

Few minor things in the room didn't work, but overall amazing.

The facilities in the hotel were fabulous. Bedroom was very big, very well equipped. It had everything it needed to be fantastic…..

The service was APPALLING. Staff were rude. We stayed for 3 nights and they only serviced our room once during this time - in a 5 star hotel!!! When I went to reception to ask if they could please service our room, the woman said they had tried that day and so wouldn’t try again!!!!! We also had a problem with the bar by the pool - bought drinks with a card and they never arrived. I went to ask where the drinks were, they made me PAY AGAIN because they couldn’t find the receipt! The receptionist I spoke to on all occasions was rude, not helpful and couldn’t care less!

The hotel is far away from any beaches but the rooms are huge like having apartment and completely new. The food wasn't spectacular. Its inconvenient to get from your room to anywhere because of how expansive the hotel is. This was by far the newest and most luxurious hotel we stayed at over our 2 week visit to Spain. The rooms are awesome but the location of the hotel is very far from anything. The service is good but they don't really go the extra mile for 5 star experience.

Alles, es ist das schönste Hotel auf ganz Mallorca, vom Service bis Essen, die Anlage an sich, alles, ist einfach nur traumhaft!

Really enjoyed the staff, cleanliness and pool.

Lovely setting and staff. Relaxing and beautiful resort. Great food! Staff is also very attentive to food allergies/intolerances.

Absolutes Spitzenklassehotel. Hier stimmt aus unserer Sicht alles, vom Spitzenrestaurant Voro, bis über das Restaurant Tapas zum ausgezeichneten Frühstücksbuffet (mit einer Vielzahl an mallorquinischen Spezialitäten). Kostenloses Valet-Parking von sehr hilfsbereitem Personal. Wunderschöne Gesamtanlage. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, welche die perfekte Grösse hatte und hochwertig eingerichtet war. Mein persönliches Highlight war der TV (mit Musiksender) im Badezimmerspiegel, haha! In jedem Fall eine tolle Adresse.

Everything about Cap Vermell was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the check-in was smooth, welcoming, and personal. The staff are attentive, genuinely kind, and always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with incredible attention to detail and breathtaking views. The breakfast and restaurants on-site are outstanding — fresh, varied, and of true 5-star quality. The facilities (pool, spa, common areas) are world-class and maintained perfectly.

Nothing worth mentioning. Every detail was taken care of, and the level of service exceeded expectations.

Espaço fantástico, com inúmeros jardins e fontes extremamente bem cuidados. Vários restaurantes no hotel de elevada qualidade (adorámos o Roka). Quartos espaçosos e bem decorados, com varanda onde é possivel ver o por do sol. Qualidade de sono fantastica. Estacionamento fácil no local sem custo adicional. Staff muito atencioso e prestável.

Para um hotel deste nível, a limpeza deveria ser executada de forma mais rigorosa. Quando a sala está cheia o serviço à carta do pequeno almoço (alguns pratos e bebidas) é algo lento. Reportei estas situações ao atendimento ao cliente e foram prontamente rectificadas.

Everything was perfect.Good for you guys

We went there as a couple and really like the whole hotel as it is set like a small village. We tried restaurant Roka which we really liked and two michelin starred Voro which was really fantastic. The room was really spacious, bright and clean.

The only thing we didn’t really like was the pool area which didn’t at all meet the standards of a 5 star hotel. There was a kids pool which we didn’t go to but the adults pool is really tiny and not well kept and the sun loungers are basic and not comfortable at all.

Me gustó la arquitectura del hotel y la distribución del resort, el desayuno es muy bueno y el personal es super amable y dispuesto. En general está todo muy bien organizado y limpio.

Como punto negativo solamente la invasión de hormigas en la habitación y que las piscinas son un poco pequeñas en comparación con el tamaño del resort.
