Great staff that want to make your stay as smooth as possible and we had many complementary gifts like a bottle of prosecco, a pastry from the cher etc. We had a large room with a huge balcony. Property is I think the best one in the area.

AC wasn’t strong enough to cool the room properly and we had ants which were promptly taken care of when we asked but still had them every day.

The staff were the 110% reason I’d go back to this hotel. They were absolutely a delight and made us feel so welcomed and relaxed from booking with restaurants to booking shuttle bus to town it to the sister hotel. They are keeping the hotel spotless 24/7. They are all so kind and generous from complimentary prosecco as a welcome to a little cake treats in the middle of the stay. Location - you can actually walk to Piazza mateotti during the day. And their frequent shuttle bus is very convenient. Communication is fast and efficient. I think I abused it way too much 🤣 - great selection for breakfast! Pool was lovely with an amazing view.music not too loud. Vietri sul mare is such a lovely little town. I think there are more Italian tourists than international. We stayed there to avoid all the tourists hot fuss. We love our trip there! Thank you very much! Espy to Conny from the reception 💛💛

We had THE most memorable stay at the Realis Paradiso, the rooms where fantastic, the views where spectacular. We found the staff a level above what we had experienced whilst travelling globally, they were so attentive, every detail was taken care for us on our Trip. Conny & Arriana welcomed us with a smile & made our holiday. Anna at breakfast was great & not to forget Massimilian, Mauro, Rosario The food was authentic & delicious.

The BEST thing was the staff. All were so friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff, restaurant staff, reception staff and shuttle drivers. Certainly they were a bonus to our stay at the hotel. However, I must single out 3 employees who were exceptional: Ariane, Giuseppe and Roman. Extremely helpful and very welcoming. The views from every room are amazing and the fact guests also have access to facilities (sauna, fitness, massages) at the nearbyHotel Raito is a big bonus.

The noise from the road somewhat spoilt the experience on all the beautiful terraces. Any way that noise could be deflected? I would highly recommend much larger parasols which can pivot depending on the position of the sun - both on the private terraces and the one by the pool. Due to the orientation of the hotel, it can be unpleasantly hot most of the day. Finally, the shuttle service was totally inflexible. If you don't reserve it by breakfast time, you're often too late for the rest of the day/evening and are obliged to take a taxi - €20 for a 2 minute ride (x2) - or remain at the hotel. I would suggest if the mini bus is full and there are others waiting to use it, then, given it's such a short distance, the bus should return for the remaining hotel guests. After all, it is a 5-star hotel.

La vista, lo staff molto gentile e disponibile e la camera con piscina

Wat hebben wij een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel! Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, voelden we ons meteen welkom. Het personeel was stuk voor stuk superaardig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze waren niet alleen professioneel, maar ook oprecht attent en geïnteresseerd. Daardoor kregen wij echt het gevoel dat we geen gewone gasten waren, maar dat we ons even helemaal thuis mochten voelen. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en goed verzorgd. Er was genoeg keuze en alles wat we hebben gegeten was vers. We kwamen absoluut niets tekort en konden iedere ochtend rustig en lekker aan de dag beginnen. Ook over onze kamer waren we zeer tevreden. De kamer was ruim, netjes en vooral ontzettend schoon. Alles voelde verzorgd en fris aan, wat voor ons een belangrijk onderdeel is van een prettig verblijf. Wij hebben ons hier echt heel prettig en welkom gevoeld. De vriendelijke sfeer, de attente medewerkers, het heerlijke ontbijt en de schone, ruime kamer maakten ons verblijf compleet. Wij zijn dan ook zeer tevreden en komen met alle plezier nog een keer terug. Zeker een hotel dat wij graag zouden aanbevelen!

Doskonałe położenie hotelu. Personel pomocny , ekstremalnie miły. Pomogli zorganizować urodziny, ciasto, kwiaty, rejs na capri. Kawa przepyszna, znakomite śniadanie. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Naprawdę nie można się przyczepić do czegokolwiek. Jest po prostu idealnie.

Struttura curata ed accogliente, offre un livello di confort eccellente unito ad una pulizia delle camere impeccabile e scrupolosa. Oltre alla posizione magnifica, il vero punto di forza è il fattore umano: tutto lo staff ci ha accolti con una gentilezza, una disponibilità ed un calore raro da trovare. Colazione eccellente, abbiamo gustato piatti deliziosi preparati con cura ed ingredienti di prim'ordine. La loro "delizia al limone" è un'esperienza paradisiaca che vale da sola il viaggio.

Hotel wymaga remontu, w pokoju z jacuzzi zewnętrznym czuć było wilgocią. Również basen prosi się o remont, cały czas odpadały płytki Na duży plus była podgrzewana woda w basenie Najgorszym elementem obiektu jesr restauracja. Czekaliśmy na nasze dania ponad godzinę, po czym dostaliśmy niejadalną podeszwę z bakłażana przekładaną serem.

The stuff is so kind

We have stayed in many good hotels around the world, but have to say that the Paradiso Relais in Vietri Sul Mare close to Salerno on the Amalfi Coast was an exceptional experience. The hotel itself is modern, very well designed and all of the management and staff without exception were friendly – spoke excellent English – although we were speaking our best Italian! We stayed in one of the Junior suites which was spacious, cool and had a very comfortable bed, as well as the usual facilities you would expect in a hotel of this standard. Opening the double doors and stepping outside on to our private sun terrace, with its own sun beds and whirlpool, was one of the highlights of the stay as well as the beautiful views of the sea seen from every level of the hotel from the bar, restaurant, pool and sun terrace entrance. We dined in the hotel restaurant which offered a selection of sophisticated as well as more familiar dishes and Antonio the bar manager keep us happy with Prosecco and cocktails. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Vietri at multiple times during the day and late into the evening which we took advantage of multiple occasions to travel into the town for shopping, lunch and dinner as well as going to the station where you can catch the train to Salerno, Pompeii, Naples and local towns such as Cava de’ Tirreni which is well worth a visit. This review would run to many pages if we recorded every wonderful thing about the hotel and our visit, so it must end here, but we would like to take the opportunity to thank Connie and Guiseppe on reception, Antonio who ran the bar and restaurant, Ernesto for driving the mini bus to town and back, as well as all of the staff at the Paradiso who afforded us the very best service, were always helpful and smiling and looked after us way beyond the call of duty and our expectations.

I liked everything about this property, specifically their staff . They were very helpful , specially Antonio the restaurant manager looked after us, and offered us the best drinks.

Un pomeriggio hanno lasciato un tortino di caprese favoloso. Prosecco di benvenuto e tanti servizi. Essenziale anche il parcheggio. Non c'è sfarzo, c'è eleganza, cura e tranquillità. We had a wonderful stay on the Amalfi Coast. The staff were exceptional — always friendly, attentive, and available 24/7 whenever we needed help or advice. They gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit and things to do, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast was very good, and the beautiful view made every morning special. Ci è piaciuto tutto, davvero. Appena arrivati il personale ci ha accolti comunicandoci di aver fatto l’upgrade gratuito della camera da deluxe a deluxe con vista mare+giardino. Piscina con teli gratuiti, vista unica sulla Costiera Amalfitana, navette gratuite per il mare e per il centro storico di Vietri, colazione che solo pochi hotel sono in grado di fornire e gentilezza fuori dal comune!!! Un ringraziamento particolare a Kate e Mauro ma in generale a tutto lo staff che sono un punto forte per la struttura e vi faranno sentire coccolati. Un posto in cui ti senti a casa… Torneremo presto!

Upkeep, lots of deferred maintenance, the pool was in a ridiculous bad spot and needs work, the amenities are non existent and we either went to the beach or the sister hotel up the hill. I felt very disappointed and would have canceled if it was possible.

We stayed at the Relais Paradiso for four nights in June whilst celebrating my partner’s birthday. The hotel is beautifully modern and very comfortable. We stayed in room 110, it has beautiful views and a spacious balcony. The indoor bath is perfect for a cool bath on a hot day! The shower is also good, with decent water pressure. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the staff go out of their way to accommodate your requests. The highlight of the restaurant is definitely the beautiful view. For one night we asked to upgrade to the paradiso suite, the staff confirmed it was available and accepted our request. The room is beautifully appointed with a deep indoor bath and the quirky feature of a revolving bed! The shallow pool on the ample outdoor space is ideal to sit in as you enjoy the Amalfi coast sun. We did not want to leave the room! Overall our stay was made by perfect and personalised by the staff, Conny, Carmelo and Rosario on reception - they were very helpful and made good suggestions of things to visit nearby. Anna, Ronan, Mauro and Michele (Robert de Niro lookalike), Ester and Carmen all made our stay exceptional!

La piscina dell hotel è meravigliosa con una vista mozzafiato sulla Marina di Vietri.Il bagnino è gentilissimo e simpaticissimo ❤️ Amo tutto di questa struttura!Si mangia anche molto bene.ah dimenticavo!La pulizia impeccabile! Wir waren insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden wiederkommen. Wer den Standard eines deutschen 5-Sterne-Hotels erwartet, wird vielleicht merken, dass das Hotel eher auf einem sehr guten 4-Sterne-Niveau liegt. Uns hat das aber überhaupt nicht gestört, weil es hier an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Aussicht. Vom Hotel aus blickt man direkt aufs Meer und die Küste – gerade morgens und abends wirklich schön. Auch das Parken war unkompliziert. Man kann direkt vorfahren und das Gepäck ausladen. Danach bleibt das Auto entweder dort stehen oder wird vom Personal in die Garage gefahren. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur und ist groß genug, dass man auch mal in Ruhe schwimmen kann. Die Dachterrasse rundherum ist ebenfalls sehr schön und der Ausblick von dort oben ist einfach klasse. Wir haben außerdem ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen, durften später auschecken und wurden noch auf zwei Drinks an der Bar eingeladen. Das sind natürlich keine Selbstverständlichkeiten und hat unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufgewertet. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben uns hier wirklich wohlgefühlt.

Het was vergane glorie. Veel beschadigingen, binnen en buiten. Echt aan een renovatie toe. Privé zwembad op het terras was een soort bubbelbad. Geen privacy. Andere gasten konden zowel vanaf een balustrade boven het terras op ons terras kijken. Andere gasten liepen bijna door ons terras. Restaurant duur voor de kwaliteit van het eten. Personeel vrij opdringerig. Veel Russisch sprekende gasten, ongemanierd. Kortom, niet wat we ervan verwacht hadden.

Relais Paradiso was the first stop of our mini-moon, and after a late flight we were greeted with such a warm welcome, including a lovely bottle of bubbles waiting in our room. The exceptional service started from the moment we arrived and continued throughout our stay. We stayed in the Paradiso Suite. If we’re being completely honest, the room was a little tired in places, particularly the outdoor area. The plunge pool was very shallow, a little dirty, and the jets didn’t appear to be working. It also wasn’t quite as private as we had expected, being overlooked by the main pool and neighbouring rooms. That said, the incredible level of service more than made up for these shortcomings. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The concierge team were outstanding, available via WhatsApp whenever we needed anything and always happy to help. They booked us a wonderful restaurant for our first evening and provided excellent recommendations throughout our stay. Room service was fantastic, the food was delicious, and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, Relais Paradiso is a friendly, warm and welcoming hotel with service that truly stands out. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Hotel fantastico posizionato in alto, con un panorama sul mare che lascia senza fiato. La struttura è pulita e curata nei dettagli. Lo staff è di una gentilezza unica, sempre attento a ogni esigenza e bravissimo nel far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. La colazione è ricca, varia e deliziosa, e poterla fare sulla terrazza vista mare è il modo migliore in assoluto per rilassarsi.

The hotel is on a hilltop and has picturesque views. Lovely spacious suite room with beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Staff are very kind and helpful, and will look after your every need. A true gem!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Perfect views from above and lovely rooms

Stayed for five days in summer. After a repeated problem with a persistent smell in the room, we were upgraded to a better room and the hotel sent beautiful fresh fruit and wine as compensation. The pool is great. Distance to Vietri is fine for long ish walk or the shuttle bus. (Public transport exists but is very inconsistent). The service is the best thing about the hotel; friendly, welcoming, eager to help and personal. We were sad to leave after our stay ended!

Everything about this hotel was simply delightful. Conny at the front desk went above and beyond by personally writing down directions to help me navigate the transportation system and even checked in later to make sure I found my way safely. That level of care and personal service is rare and truly appreciated. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant, warm, and attentive. The food was delicious, the room was spotless and comfortable, and when they learned I had a 5 AM flight, they thoughtfully packed me a breakfast to take with me. The hospitality here was exceptional from beginning to end. On top of all of that, the views were absolutely breathtaking.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything negative to say about this hotel. My experience was wonderful from start to finish.

Llegamos y era muy sucio por fuera, me asusté porque yo había reservado un hotel 5 estrellas me dije no puede ser, cuando entro era mucho peor, todo viejo sucio desgastado, me lamenté de inmediato y pedí que me cancelaran la reservación y me reembolsaran pues las fotos de booking eran un total engaño. Ni Booking.com ni el alojamiento me han resuelto el problema, aún estoy esperando

No se lo recomiendo a nadie, es un total engaño, las fotos que muestran no corresponden a la realidad. Cualquier hotel de 2 estrellas es mejor.

We loved staying with you. ALL your staff were delightful and very helpful and kind, without exception. The staff make this place a very nice place to stay.

The food was poor considering the exceptional produce available in Italy. The cold meats and cheese at breakfast were poor quality and lacked flavour. We ate dinner twice in the hotel after long days sight seeing. The selection again was limited with no specials . We had sea bass it was cooked very poorly, no seasoning over cooked and tiny! Not cooked by someone who knew what they were doing! Very poor and let's the Hotel down. Also the shuttle service from the village doesn't work always late or doesn't turn up, in a week's stay we didn't manage to use it!! Perhaps the driver needs to communicate with people waiting?!

Avendo due cagnolini al seguito , ed essendo un hotel che accetta gli animali , ci si aspetta almeno Un angolino dove farli passeggiare e fare i bisogni . Cosa che ho trovato in altri hotel lì in costiera amalfitana . Peccato perché l hotel merita . Ma per chi ha il cagnolino Al seguito è bene che lo sappia . Per il resto merita davvero

We booked this property last minute and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and the property was beautiful. It was one of the best views I have ever seen. I can’t wait to go back.

– Für 860 € für zwei Nächte kein Spa im Hotel, sondern nur per Shuttle in ein anderes Haus (nur ab 16 Uhr zugänglich, zusätzlich 30 €) – Zustand des Spa-Bereichs stark renovierungsbedürftig (defekte Duschen, abgenutzte Ausstattung) – Zimmer ringhörig, trotz Lage im ersten Stock deutliche Geräusche aus der Lobby bis spät abends und wieder ab 6 Uhr morgens – obwohl „ruhige Zimmer“ beworben wurden – Feedback an das Hotel wurde zwar beantwortet, aber keines der genannten Probleme wurde inhaltlich aufgenommen. Das Management scheint nicht an Feedback und möglichen Verbesserungen interessiert zu sein – Rückerstattung der Spa-Gebühr angeboten, aber nicht der umfangreichen Beschwerde entsprechend – Feedback erfolgte erst nach dem Besuch, da nur zwei Tage dort, die Mängel struktureller Natur sind und nicht vom Personal behoben hätten werden können – Insgesamt keine Empfehlung für die Amalfiküste: überfüllt, laut, völlig überteuert – es gibt in Italien deutlich entspanntere und authentischere Alternativen

I stayed with my mom and two teenage kids, and we loved everything! The hotel is peaceful, with amazing sea views, clean and spacious rooms, and a great breakfast with fresh croissants. The receptionist was incredibly kind — she helped us organize a two-hour boat trip to Amalfi, checked all details, and even handled the language barrier perfectly. Private parking was very convenient too; they offered to keep my car keys so I could just relax. They also know provide shuttle bus on the schedule to reach Vietri sul Mare center to enjoy ceramics shopping.

Nothing really — only that the spa was closed for the season. We hope to enjoy it next time.

The staff is the best! They truly understand hospitality. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They gave great tips what restaurants, villages and beaches to go and when we told them the green in front of our terrace was blocking the view, the next day they let it cut. When we missed the last hotel shuttle, their shuttle driver picked us up one hour after his working day stopped. Amazing! The breakfast is good and the view from the terrace beautiful. A big sweet hug and many thanks for everyone who made our stay special

The terrace and rooms can have some love to maintain them better and make it more cosy .The hotel is not easy to reach from the village without car. Extra shuttle buses would be helpful. But overall we loved our stay

We enjoyed the location with the scenic view! The hotel customer service between the reception staff to room service was excellent and very helpful! Each time we needed assistance planning trips, taxis, and ferry, the staff was knowledgeable and offered their full attention which was very assuring to travelers like us! I also really appreciated the shuttle service and breakfast which made things super convenient and enjoyable! Ask staff for activity/tour tips, they are a source of great knowledge about the town!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A beautiful room with a thoughtful layout and considered amenities. The hotel staff were truly accommodating and helpful at all times and we also very much enjoyed the hotel breakfast each morning. The hotel also exists in a great location, with wonderful views and great access to the centre of Vietru Sul Mare down the road and a close distance to Vietri Port, with great access to the rest of the Amalfi Coast. Highly recommended!

It’s a short walk from Vietri, but taxis, shuttle bus, or even scooter hire make it very easy to get about. Certainly worth being out of the town. It’s sat on a very pretty hill, amazing views. And staff are all attentive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable and good at their jobs. Rooms clean, showers strong. Everything working as it should.

This property was amazing! The staff made you feel like you were royalty and you wanted for nothing. Bed was comfortable. The view of the beach was awesome! They had a shuttle to take us back and forth to the city center. I couldnt have asked for a better stay!

The staff at this property are outstanding Nothing is too much trouble and they presented us with bubbles for our wedding anniversary. A lovely touch.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be a welcome addition. And perhaps complimentary water each day, as the hotel is expensive and this is usually standard.

Die Mitarbeiter haben waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft erhielten wir eine gekühlte Flasche Prosecco und während des Aufenthaltes frisches Obst, Kuchen und eine ausgezeichnete Flasche Wein als Geschenk des Hauses. Morgens und abends wurden die Handtücher getauscht. Und wenn man abends zurück ins Zimmer gekommen ist war der Vorhang zugezogen (sehr gute Verdunklung möglich) und eine kleine Süßigkeit lag auf dem Kopfkissen bereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, wenn man mit dem eigenen PKW anreist und Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung machen möchte.

In particolare siamo stati seguiti da una figura professionale dedicata, pronta ad indirizzare e sostenere le pianificazioni giornaliere con utili suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare. Spumante ghiacciato all'arrivo, frutta e dolci offerti durante tutto il soggiorno hanno reso l'intera permanenza estremamente gradevole. Raffinate le cene al ristorante panoramico con cucina eccellente di prodotti locali. La camera vista mare con ampio terrazzo attrezzato ha reso la permanenza estremamente piacevole e rilassante. L'esperienza è stata nel complesso unica e indimenticabile, oltre ogni aspettativa, e quindi da ripetere.

WOW! The customer service at this hotel is the best I’ve ever experienced in my life. Special thanks to Katerina with all of the tips on things to do and for bending backwards to accommodate us during our trip! She always checked in on us and just made sure we had a great stay. The entire staff was just phenomenal. From changing our dinner in the dining room to room service MID MEAL because we got a work call, to printing out my husband‘s birthday concert tickets and putting them in an envelope, to giving him a birthday cake on his birthday, and a farewell dessert when we were leaving, to one of the ladies working there literally giving me the pen out of her hands to use. The service was so impeccable. I wish I could name each person there because they all deserve a raise. The views on this place are absolutely stunning, and the Amalfi coast took my number one place in the world and a big reason was this amazing hotel. We travel for months of the year and I have never experienced anything like it. If I had one thing to knit pick… It would be the Wi-Fi, which I’m guessing is just because we are literally on the coast, but working from the hotel was tough sometimes because the surface was spotty. But other than that, best time of my life!

From the beginning of my stay to the very end this place was amazing the staff was friendly and very helpful the hospitality is on another level they help you get taxi service around the whole area . The food was great and the service was even better I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else this place is 10/10 I look forward to coming back soon & I also came all the way from New York they make you feel at home thanks to all the staff at relais Paradiso👍👍

Innanzitutto sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla cortesia e la professionalità di tutto il personale. La camera che mi hanno assegnato era la 108, veramente molto grande , con patio esterno vista mare e attrezzato con sedie, tavolo e lettini. le camere sono molto ben insonorizzate. La colazione ricca e varia con molti prodotti freschi. Ho anche cenato al ristorante del Relais e sono rimasto veramente molto soddisfatto circa i piatti che ho scelto dal menu, creativi e gustosi. Infine, ho normalmente fatto delle passeggiate di 15 minuti per raggiungere il centro di Vietri, con le sue botteghe di ceramica ed i ristorantini caratteristici, ma il Relais offre anche una navetta gratuita ad orari schedulati per raggiungerlo. Quindi veramente un'ottimo soggiorno
