Drury Inn & Suites Meridian

The room was worn out and not as clean as usual. The sink didn’t drain and it felt neglected overall.

Staff was very friendly

Shower head broken in 606. I was able to showerr but water also shot out of broken shower head- had to clean up lots of water on floor. Toilet slow to flush. Carpets very dirty. I spilled some water and cloth was yellow/ brown when i blotted it up. Very shady men hanging out in parking lot in a car and going into bushes by a side door. Crews of guests left at 12 am, 2am, 4 am. My dog alerted everytime. I took him outside as I feared he had an upset tummy and didn’t want him to whine or disturb other guests. but found a crew departing hotel each time. Finally gave up and hit the road at 4:45.

Customer service Great, Cleaned etc

Everything was great 👍

The staff was so friendly and helpful.

All things!

Smelled clean, and was clean. We loved the evening kickback meal.

They didn't have keurig coffee makers in the room, and we had to get extra coffee, and extra pillows for the sofa bed.

We love how clean the rooms are, how friendly the staff is, and the breakfast and dinner

The only thing we wish was an option was the ability to use streaming services on the TVs

The pool and food

Staff was very nice and helpful

Bathrooms could be cleaner

We arrived minutes before the closing of their evening meal/happy hour. The staff was so nice and allowed us to get something delicious to eat, a couple of cocktails and even let us borrow their wine opener in our room. Overall a wonderful stay!

The only problem was that they were FULL and only one elevator was working. This presented a problem. We were on the third floor and the stairs were easily accessible to us, so crisis averted!

The included dinner and breakfast were great! Not typical hotel quality. Bbq dinner was tasty and many choices for breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful and room clean and spacious

No negatives for our one night stay

the breakfast and evening activities were excellent

no complaints

Great food

Hair in shower poop stain in potty and food cums in drawer

The staff were great and the room was very clean .

The only thing I would change was the bar hours

Good location.

Only one elevator was working at the time of our stay it made it hard to get to our room and leave because we were staying on the seven floor.

Very clean! Close to restaurants & interstate I20

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices and the food was hot, perfect! We had no issues with breakfast, one of the main reasons we choose Drury Inn.

The fact that only one elevator was working. It was a bit of a hassle at times waiting to use the elevator.

Easy access

Bed was extremely uncomfortable

Everything about the stay we had was excellent. From the friendly and helpful staff, to awesome comfortable rooms!! The morning breakfast and afternoon dinners that were included made this a no brainer when it came time to book the room.

I had asked the front desk if there were any toys such as frisbees or footballs or basketballs or anything available for the pool and unfortunately they were not able to find any.

Facility was clean and close to stores and restaurants. They also had free breakfast and free dinner and happy hour.

The Happy Hour was so nice and unexpected. Breakfast was nice, too.

Very clean. Loved the happy hour, complementary dinner and breakfast. Room was very clean and the AC rocked.

Convenient to local eateries and quick access to the interstate

Limited parking spaces

The kickback

I didn’t stay longer

Good selection and they kept it stoked, the kitchen staff was very friendly

The size of the suite with double beds, the evening Kick Back hour and the complimentary breakfast.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work to my satisfaction.

Had everything we needed for our family of 4 to stay one night in the middle of our road trip home. Dinner, drink card, and breakfast all included which is great! Loved pool and hot tub, room was clean and no complaints really!

Loved the value overall. No complaints really. Hot tub could have been a little warmer, but that's all really.

Food

The room was very comfortable, breakfast was great.

Everything was clean, the room, the pool, the gym, the eating area. The free evening meal and breakfast was fantastic! I still can’t get over the quality and assortment of food for both! It was delicious! The staff are phenomenal! Everyone I encountered wanted to do whatever they could to make my stay pleasant. If I’m in Meridian again, I’m definitely staying at the Drury!

Included brkfast and Dinner. Extremely clean. Friendly helpful staff.

It was centrally located, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was updated and clean. Rooms were relatively updated and clean as well. Air conditioning worked well, as did the fridge. Did not use the microwave or the coffee maker.

One of the elevators was down and made for long waits on the higher floors. Also one of the washers or dryers also weren’t working so had to ask for and wait for clean towels. Although the food staff were very friendly and helpful, I found the food tasted only ok. Wished the coffee tasted better too. Loved the self serve popcorn though.

We stayed in a suite. The room was big and clean.

This is also our halfway point when we go to Florida. We love it here!

Great breakfast

Sofa in suite was not cleaned and had paint on it.

Friendly, cheerful and welcoming staff, kickback meals and daily breakfast were enjoyable.

Road noise

This is the best hotel ever!

Nothing, all was well.

Breakfast is top-notch. The potatoes are so good and the gravy makes them even better.

Our last two days, one of the elevators was not working. This wasn't so bad during the normal course of the day, but when checking out, we waited for five openings of the elevator before we had room to get on with our luggage.

I loved the dining area, the room, and all the amenities.

There was there that I didn’t like I loved everything.

Everything

Room was clean

No designated are for dogs. Breakfast not served until 7:25. There were groups of people partying in parking lot. Consuming drugs and alcohol. No security.

Every thing I love the fact that they serve supper and breakfast!!!

Nothing every thing was wonderful

The first thing that got my attention was I was upgraded to a suite without me even asking for the same price. It was complimentary. Secondly, the breakfast and the Kickback in the evening, which is actually more like a small buffet, were excellent. Plenty of variety and well stocked. The room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed.... especially the pillows! We loved it!

Nothing.

The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Dinner was excellent. Staff was very friendly.

The pool was murky. The hot tub foamed when I turned on the pump. Not enjoyable. Chlorine smell was too high and burned my eyes in the indoor pool area.

Everything

Very well maintained facility and very clean.

Couldn't pay cash at check in

I love Drury Inns
