My Place Hotel-Boise/Meridian, ID

Raquel was very helpful at the front desk.

The room was clean and the staff during my stay were pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, it did not end well. I booked three nights and was able to finish my work in two days, so I asked the front desk agent if I could check out early and get one night taken off my bill. He said it was fine and upon checkout I received a folio showing the credit balance for the night not used. After about a week, I reached out to see when the credit would hit my card only to be told at that point that it was non-refundable. I can't stay here again if I can't trust that the management will honor the information given to a guest by there employees.

My experience was unique, because I had a situation and Mrs.Raquel was brilliant on helping me with the computer and printer, highly professional and I must said very well dressed.

I've stayed in my fair share of hotels but this one is by far my favorite. The rooms are cleaned well, every amenity I need is available, the staff are super nice. Denise at the front desk has always been very nice and helps with whatever issues I might have. Cory the manager is also very nice and is quick to iron out any issues. MyPlace is also surprisingly cheap for how nice it is. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Very clean and freindly staff

Do not stay here. Especially if you have booked using Expedia or any other website. They refuse to modify any reservation (even when asked to shorten the stay at check in and well within the 24 hour notice period). They are absolutely unaccommodating. Our room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I had to go buy air freshener. People were smoking well within the 25 foot perimeter. Horrible horrible experience.

Very good experience. Staff was wonderful. Jeanie at the front desk is phenomenal. Good soul, good person, overall great. Made the stay very fun. Thanks to her and the other staff, our stay was great!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've been staying at My Place Hotel Boise/Meridian for the past two weeks during our move from Maryland to Idaho, and it has truly been a wonderful home away from home. Moving across the country can be stressful, but the staff here has been friendly, welcoming, and helpful every step of the way. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfect for an extended stay. We especially appreciate the thoughtful room layout and the kitchenette, which has been very helpful while we're getting settled into our new community. One thing we especially appreciate is that My Place Hotel welcomes pets. Traveling with our dogs could have been challenging, but they made us feel comfortable and welcome from day one. The Boise/Meridian location is also fantastic, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and everything we've needed while getting established in Idaho. We highly recommend My Place Hotel Boise/Meridian to anyone relocating, traveling with pets, or simply looking for a comfortable extended stay. We are especially grateful to the staff for helping make our transition to Idaho such a positive experience.

Great service! I had a issue with my reservation and Denice was so helpful and got everything situated for me! The room was clean and cozy! No issues at all! Can’t wait to come back again!

Check went smooth, no issues and Front desk was nice and courteous. Rooms are nice and clean and for business travel it's great! staying a few days and the small kitchenette is wonderful. Especially for someone like myself always on the go and i actually get tired of fast food and restaurants! seems like everyone serves a lot of the same stuff sold by Cisco! so this was a great break! recommend it and the price is great and it's super centrally located! PS: i have a thing about a nice clean bathroom, and they got it! also the recliner is perfect after a long day at work away from home! NICE TOUCH!

This has become my 'go to' hotel when I drive from Utah to Oregon. It is consistently clean, available, accepts pets, and the staff is friendly. The room has everything one needs for a one night stay to several. The mini kitchen is really nice. With that, and the amenities, it has everything a traveler needs for a nice, hassle free stay!

Relocation move to Idaho...Mandy helped us since we hit bad weather and changed our check in day. We are staying here over a month and the staff has been awesome and full of helpful information. If there was anything we needed Mandy was on it! Housekeeping is also great and accommodating to our pets.

Shelby was very helpful when we ran into complications with our reservation. Very sweet, she made sure to walk us through everything that was happening while resolving the issue. She really went above and beyond which I appreciated! Housekeeping does their due diligence and room was always left clean and beautiful. Groundskeeper does great at keeping up the grounds (it’s the guests that leave their dog crap out that ruin the scenery)

Excellent hotel, I have been staying here since it opened. I stay here every time I'm in Boise; great bed and a comfy recliner, with a full-size refrigerator. They also have good employees, especially Mandy. Thank you for your assistance!

Staff is super nice and helpful. We stayed there for two weeks for work and Mandy the front desk lady was always super attentive to anything we ever needed.

A great and quiet place to stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I left my wedding ring in the room and greatfull that Corey got it back to me definitely will be back next time.

Location is in a prime position and staff is super friendly and helpful especially Sarah. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Atmosphere is quiet and parking is available and can’t beat the price.

Room is very clean and welcoming. First time Staying at this hotel and it is a pleasant experience. Staff is courteous and helpful, family orientated and fast check-in service. A quiet atmosphere in the halls with very easily accessible amenities. For the cost of the room, it was beyond the value that I was anticipating. The amenities were laid out during check-in along with a quick sign up with the rewards program.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to others.

Staff is fantastic, very accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my two day stay. Laundry rooms were clean and secure. Washers are two dollars a load dryers are two dollars a load. They have a nice big table for sorting and folding and the machines also use pay range if you have that app on your phone.

The front desk was super helpful. I got in late and my card wasn’t working but he was very polite and patient really amazing!

As always, room is clean and with amenities. If I have to stay longer, I know it is affordable and doable. I know the stay will be enjoyable!

I stayed the night here on November 5th. The bed was super comfortable and the room was nice. There were some issues with the first room I was given, but after addressing them with the front-desk assistant, they were quickly resolved. I did call MyPlace to address the concerns, and Cory, the general manager of this location, was quick to call back and make things right. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk was super accommodating and quick! Helped us quickly when we showed up without a reservation. Lobby was clean and property grounds are well kept.

It’s 100% amazing. Bed comfortable, has own kitchen , bathroom has heater , AC in room has heater , TV, free coffee 24/7. If I were to come visit Boise I’d come to “My Place” Hotel for the night

The hotel was in a great location. So many good restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk clerks were very friendly and professional. The kitchenette was great. Wish I would have read the description more carefully, I would have brought some utensils and paper plates to reheat leftovers. Oh well, I will know for my next stay at a MyPlace hotel.

We experienced a minor vehicle issue on our way to our pre-booked one-night stay at this hotel. This required us to overnight in Meridian forr an additional night. The staff worked it out so we could keep the 2 rooms another night and at the same price we had originally booked them at. We would stay there again, very pleased.

We've stayed here several times before. The price is right, especially during the off season. It's located right near the outdoor mall and plenty of restaurants, but not on the main street, so it's quieter. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

There's not much to dislike.

Clean hotel. Quiet during our stay. Close to Village at Meridian for dining and shopping. Not the Ritz, but clean and well appointed rooms. Loved the lounge chair and the small kitchenette with full sized fridge. Would stay again.

No housekeeping service. Kitchen area had no dishes or cooking equipment.

Good value for the cost. We just spent one night but if you are staying longer the kitchenette would be useful. The rooms do have the annoying under window AC units that blow on you while you are in bed. Shower had good pressure and everything was in great condition. No breakfast even though they have a small lounge

Couldn't raise local NBC station on TV. Screen said "weak signal or scrambled". Location difficult to access from main roads. Not the hotel's problem: bad suburban planning/ traffic management.

I love staying here. But when a vehicle has an alarm going off every 30 mins alllll night long. And no one is doing anything about it. It was very very frustrating. Not to mention my mom had a mild heart procedure the next day. So no sleep alll night no sleep the next day. And a few hours of sleep our second night…. Frustrated beyond belief

Great short-stay place. Comfortable beds, clean, didn't gouge us for our well-behaved pet. Business office use was free. Vwry pleasant staff. Will definitely recommend.

First time to stay in a My Place hotel. We were using credit card points and it sounded like just what we needed for a 4 days stay. It started with the front desk. Five different individuals, including the manager, struggled to understand how to bill us correctly using points. Kitchen- excellent idea as we had been eating out for a week. EXCEPT there are no utensils, dishes or pans. These all have to be brought with you or purchased. They provide housekeeping service only every 4 days. From the entrance to the small cafeteria like public area, to the room, the hotel was dark and oppressive. My back was miserable after just one night. The bedding was cheap and uncomfortable. This hotel clearly caters to people temporarily working in the area. It is absolutely no frills. I have stayed in many other 2 star hotels and this was truly at the bottom of the list. The doors were difficult to close so all day and night we listened to doors being slammed. The cooling and heating were impossible to regulate. We were either too hot or too cold. The room was decently clean. For the same price we stayed at a Hilton hotel and had free breakfast, comfortable beds and great service. For the price , which is actually low, there are much better options. This is not a place for families and I would not stay here again.

The area was quiet, easy to get to and from the freeway. Convenient location, close to restaurants. A short drive from grocery stores. I appreciated the good-sized fridge and the ability to have an ice maker in my room.

The hotel was located in a good area for dining and for shopping. The traffic around Meridian was terrible. Not the hotels fault. The property was quiet and clean. Safe place for parking.

It was a good stay. I thought since it was an extended stay hotel that the kitchen would be stocked with plates, cooking utensils, etc. but there was nothing. That was a little disappointing. Other than that it was a good stay and we will stay there again but bring kitchen things. It is close to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Never stayed at a My Place before. Little things like a regular refrigerator that makes ice to a microwave a two burner cook top. Clean rooms and common area. A very friendly staff. Now add a huge screen TV nice size room and a very competitive price. Needless to say I will search for a My Place in my travels from now on. They do it right. The is no breakfast buffet but you can make a meal in your room. So the quality of your meal is in your hands. They do supply 24 hr free coffee and hot water. I have no negatives to offer. Right down to the parking. Thanks My Place !

Although the property is located near one of Idaho's busiest intersections, I found access to shopping, dining, etc. quite good.

My Place was really nice with kitchenette, food, shopping close by. but you have to buy or bring your own cookware & dinnerware. but was not a problem…

This was my first time staying at MyPlace. This hotel exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for an inexpensive, clean, modern, safe hotel room without all the frills that you usually don't use for a short stay, try this chain. I stayed at the Meridian/Boise location and there were breakfast and dinner options within walking distance. The staff were friendly and hellpful and checkin was a breeze. Highly recommend.
