Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The hotel is conveniently located next to the MRT, so convenient for getting into Taipei after checkout. To get to the hotel from the airport, you can get a free hotel shuttle bus which runs every half an hour. The rooms are sound proof.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026It was lovely and elegant and convenient to the LA airport.
We had to wait in line to check into our room for over 20 minutes. There was only one person trying to check in a waiting line of about 20 people. Two other check in staff had left “on break.” We have never experienced such bad service while trying to check in!
