Only one carry on and one checked bag allowed on the free shuttle to the airport - anything in excess is charged NT200 per bag. We opted to take an UberXL to the airport instead for less $. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, body lotion all available in refillable bottles, but they were all 3/4 empty when we checked in.

I had just arrived and was very flustered as the taxi driver needed paying and I could not withdraw money from the ATM . A staff member asked if I would like help with the bags and I told him I didnt as I was still trying to pay the driver. He then asked again and I said no. He still went to get my bags and then came back to stand beside me ( i couldn't tip as i had no cash!) I understand this is his job and I feel there was definitely a language barrier but it made me feel more stressed !

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The hotel was incredibly convenient for my travel needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The airport shuttle service was a massive help—punctual, easy to organize, and made getting to and from the airport completely stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone needing a smooth transit stay! Great all rounder
The only downside was the morning shuttle schedule. The last airport shuttle leaves at 10:50 AM, but checkout isn't until 11:00 AM. Because our flight wasn't until 8:35 PM (20:35), we felt rushed out of the room just to catch the final shuttle, putting us at the airport by 11:00 AM for a night flight. It felt like we were being pushed out before our actual checkout time. Extending the shuttle slots into the afternoon would be a massive improvement for travelers with later flights.

10/10
Reviewed Jul 11, 2026The staff allowed us to check in early because Typhoon Bavi was upon us. We extended our stay when we saw how nice and spacious the room is. And the breakfast buffet was the best we've had so far. It's got the best variety of everything.
That we have to leave ;-). The thermostat doesn't actually control the temperature. So it was either on or off. We let the room get cool and shut it off for the night when we slept. But we weren't uncomfortable.
