Зубные щетки платные, как такое возможно в 5- ти звездочном отеле ? Трансфер в аэропорт был заявлен, но ходит только 4 раза в день, пришлось оплачивать такси, так как время было совсем неудобное

The restaurant in this hotel is wonderful

There is not an efficient transfer between the airport and the hotel. We had to use taxi instead.

Sutle bus to the airport, breakfast, cleannes of the room.

Be ready now there is no toothpaste and brush. There is no mineral.water in your room so you need to get the mineral from common water machine near lift.

Good restaurant. Clean. Nice. Friendly staff. Nice art display.

Too far from other restaurants

The food was very delicious. The employees are superb. The hotel is very clean. The swimming pool is warm enough to swim. It was great staying here and looking forward to go back.

早餐沒有清楚標示是否素食可食, 對素食者不友善。房間的桌面及櫃子有灰塵, 訂房時寫有機場接送, 但一天只有四次接送, 且是小型車額滿了也沒有再加開,所以還要自費叫車有被騙的感覺。

入住時間接近2200，櫃檯人員有條理、有禮貌的協助入住。

飯店安排我入住邊間且鄰近機房的客房，凌晨五、六點便被機房劇烈的『轟隆轟隆』巨響吵醒。對於隔天需趕早班機、極度需要休息的旅客來說，這樣的住宿品質完全不及格，令人非常失望。

Waschmaschine, kleines Gym und Pool bereich, dass wir nicht benutzt haben, war vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind bisschen älter, aber waren in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren während unserem Aufenthalt ruhig und man hörte keine lauten Nachbarn. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle nett und zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel ist schon älter und müsste mal wieder aufpuliert werden.

The manager lady with short legs ancted abusive towards guests, verbally and physically harassed female solo traveler, and caused safety concerns. I advise everyone stay away from this property. Also, this place is haunted. Shower water blasting hot and cold at night, footsteps stumping on the ceiling from 12AM-4AM.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. I will start with some things I saw in other reviews - No door to the bathroom - At least in my room 904, this was not the case. The bathroom does have a unique configuration with sliding walls, which when left open create an “open concept” design with the rest of the room. While open concept is ideal for kitchens, I’m not sure who thought it was a good idea for toilets. However, the two walls can slide and enclose the bathroom completely. However, doing so is a little claustrophobic, as the space is small and most bath sliding walls/doors incorporate glass but this does not. - Air conditioning - This is an issue I saw in several reviews and can confirm mine was problematic. It was 21 when I entered, I turned it to 10. It took almost 12 hours to drop to 20 and another 8+ to drop to 19. The good news is that after it reached the desired temperature, it did maintain - Club Lounge - I was not impressed. While one person noted “They have beer available 24 hours per day that alone makes it worth it,” I must not be as big a drinker as he was. It’s true the lounge is open 24x7, but that is where the positives end. For example, there is no breakfast offered in the lounge, which means it you are Bonvoy Elite, they make you choose breakfast instead of points if you want to eat. They also do not offer check in or check out in the lounge. Most times I stopped in it was unstaffed and you have to bid your own table. They do have a variety of snacks but low end mass produced processed stuff, very little in the way of fresh fruit for example Those are my notes on common items I saw in other reviews, and here are my own. I will start by saying it is clean, reasonably well maintained and you can definitely get a comfortable nights sleep. However there are a lot of issues; - No desk - there is a round table with a dining chair but no dedicated workspace, no desk chair etc. For some reason there is a big chaise lounge taking up space, and I would much prefer a workspace and smaller chair - while general maintenance was good, there was peeling wallpaper in the room - Room service is terrible. They say it’s open till 11 PM, but really it takes the last order at 10:30 PM. The menu is EXTREMELY limited. Most hotels offer more on their overnight menu than this one does on the regular menu. I found later that this is the same menu offered in the bar. My room service order was a disaster. I carefully asked for no vegetables on the burger, the person who took the call seemed to understand. However, the burger not only came with all the vegetables, but even had a fried egg on it, which was nowhere on the menu. Add to this that you cannot order online as with many hotels and have to call. I did eat in the bar, ordered the spaghetti. It was not spaghetti, it was fettuccine, but otherwise good. - Breakfast was ok. There is decent variety, but no one came to refill my tea. Also the bacon was undercooked, not crisp at all, The “sausage” was basically hot dogs cooked in sauerkraut. So, overall, I was disappointed. This hotel is average, I would put this on par with a Courtyard in the USA

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Taoyuan. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone made me feel truly welcomed. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service!

Loved the cozy bedding and thoughtful snacks — the room felt clean and well-prepared. The only downsides were that the lighting was on the dim side and the air conditioner took some effort to adjust. Still, a comfortable stay overall!

5 Stars, Exceptional Service and Staff! I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Taiwan, and I was truly impressed by the outstanding service from the entire team. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and stress-free stay. One particular moment that stood out was when I needed help coordinating transportation for the high-speed train. Not only did they assist me with all the details, but one of the front desk staff even walked across to a 7-Eleven to personally pick up my ticket, a gesture that I deeply appreciated. A special thank you to Vivian Wen, whose dedication, kindness, and professionalism made a lasting impression. While I didn’t catch the names of the other helpful team members at the front desk, they were equally courteous and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch hospitality in Taiwan!

餐廳很多沒開

Modern redesigned, immaculately clean hotel with self laundry on level 4 which was a big plus as had been travelling for some time. Unusual to see this at a Sheraton. Small Club Lounge on level 9 with very warm service and lovely light food options in evening. Located near airport, not much around the area but convenience stores across the road and gym / pool in hotel is sufficient. Special credit to the team at Club Lounge, particularly Aurelia who was very attentive and smiley - brightened up my day after a long flight and jet lag! Was also pleasantly surprised to get my room after arriving very early - as was expecting to wait till after midday. Excellent level of English for those who don’t speak local language - which can be an issue elsewhere in Taiwan at times. Noticed a strong sulphur smell in corridors which might be geothermal related but no issue in room itself. Great option for a short layover in Taipei if you need to break up a long trip to/from US.

We got in to the airport late at night so wanted to stay somewhere close. This hotel was nicer than the reviews I read. The room was clean and comfortable. They have free shuttles to the airport and to the high-speed train. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING. We didn't need to eat lunch at all! I would stay here again.

After a 13 hour flight, I was picked up by the hotel’s shuttle from the airport, a 10 minute drive had me at the hotel checking in. They operate regular shuttles between certain points in the area to help you get around which is great. The rooms are large, bathroom is also quite large. Word of caution. Use the shower mat provided for when you have a shower. The floor gets quite slippery when wet! There is a pool and fitness centre on site but I didn’t use either of these. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is one of the worst Bonvoy hotels i have stayed in. The building from the outside looks like a old factory from 1950. There was no staff to help with the luggage when i arrived. Check in took a half an hour then i was given a small claustrophobic room. The halls have a bad smell. Per design no door to the toilet. The ac didn’t work only after complaining and four hours it worked. Nothing interesting around the hotel. Ordering this hotel was a mistake i will not do again. And they did not recognize my platinum status

Same issue, since i booked the room for 3 people, that means breakfast should be for 3 people but they provide us only 2 and charge us for additional 3rd one.

Perfectly adequate Sheraton. The star of the show was the breakfast. Incredible variety. Very well done. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. I forgot my phone charger at my prior hotel and they loaned me one until I could buy one. The only reason I didn’t give the hotel a 5 bubble rating is because of the guest room lighting: the light switch system is challenging to navigate when (like all guests) you’re not familiar with the buttons and even more challenging in the dark. Bathroom lighting isnAWFUL. Made shaving difficult

The hotel was nice, great food, friendly check in staff, and comfy beds. The breakfast was really nice with a ton of variety and as a elite benefit it was of great value. However, restaurant staff seemed tired and indifferent. Unfortunately because of timing, we didn't have the chance to enjoy the executive lounge's happy hour offerings, and there were no suite upgrade given for titanium elite due to lack of availability. I didnt really feel all that special because of my elite status from the hotel staff, nor did they do anything special because of our special occasion. However I would still recommend this hotel for travelers to stay in.

Stuff, breakfast, swimming pool

I was disappointed at the first look of my hotel room. The entrance door to the room looks dirty from our side. Then I had the same feeling in the room. I expected much more from Sheraton! Plus, even though I am a Marriot platinum member, I did not get member services!!! Why?

We stayed at this airport property twice in February. it is most convenient property from airport. The entire staff is commendable. Property is bit old, but it makes up for the best staff service. The b. Fast is plenty and with good choices. The area is not the very best but serves well for airport overnight stay. Vert helpful shuttle service and excellent driver. Would recommend .

Location was excellent-close to the airport and close to the HSR(high speed railway) station. And the gratis , free shuttle to and from the airport testifies highly of the Sheraton hotel. Breakfast became for us a Lucullus treat in itself. Chapeaux bas.

I could not figure out why I was not allowed to enter the swimming-pool area with slippers. I entered barefoot and it was kind of slippery. I did not feel quite safely.

1/26入住一，因原先訂的房型是有浴缸，但進到房內發現沒有，打電話給櫃檯人員，櫃檯一直將問題推給第三方訂房平台，說不清楚他們是怎麼向客戶報價，一下說如果要有浴缸要加價，一下又說浴缸的房型目前沒空房。 接著櫃檯說向訂房組確認，隔了約10分鐘後回電，告知有空房可以幫我們換房，雖然有幫我們換房間，但櫃檯人員的一開始的處理態度令人相當不滿，明明房價就是有包含浴缸，卻還要我們加價更換別的房型，難道都不用先確認清楚客人的訂單內容嗎？ 結論早餐部分還不錯，泳池跟spa也不錯，但櫃檯人員專業度及服務欠佳，停車場環境也不符合”喜來登”的水準

We came in to celebrate 41 years anniversary and Teri lo at from desk offered additional help and support for our 2 nights stay! Teri did a wonderful job to make our stay with great memories! We highly recommend this hotel to all travelers!! From a Marriott lifetime titanium member!

Every thing bad. It is not a hotel but catering to backpackers.

I checked in after 10 p.m. When I entered the room, there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or soap. Of course, I knew that these items are now often available at the reception desk. So I went back to the reception and said, "Please give two sets of toothbrush and paste," but the young person at the reception didn't understand English. He took out his smartphone and struggled desperately with a translation app. When he called over an older staff member, they quickly brought them over but said, "You must pay." So they were not free of charge. Upon returning to my room, I noticed there was no soap either. Reluctantly, I used the body soap from the shower booth as a substitute when washing my hands after using the toilet. What a wonderful Sheraton experience! I was completely unaware that Sheraton had ceased operating as a hotel and switched to catering to backpackers instead. They might assume that only transit guests will stay here anyway; however, they should remember that this hotel is damaging both Taiwan’s and Sheraton Group's reputation worldwide. By the way, only the price remains at Sheraton's standards. If they have switched from being a hotel to running a guesthouse instead, it would be better for them to adjust their prices accordingly too.

Room service stop at 2-5pm which usually 5 starts hotel don’t do that. Executive lounge happy hours Food quality and quantity compare to all Marriott Group was far below average. However staff service was really good, always come with a smile. That’s great from the staff

Hotel is Sheraton and basic things okay.. clean rooms, a bit outdated, but comfortable. They have a nice spa (included in the price) with saunas, pool and whirlpools - a bit rough atmosphere though. But the issue with this hotel is very isolated location, no train/metro station nearby, you basically have to use taxi always.

Great place to go with a family or just a business trip. They have shuttle service from the airport so that's a plus. For a less than 24 hr transit time, you can go out and stay at this hotel - not bad to shower, use the pool, take a nap. The pool and the jacuzzi area is a must try. It's pretty unique that it has water massages in the jacuzzi. Something I don't see in the US. I enjoyed it so much I forgot to take picture of the jacuzzi.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. Very nice accommodations. We just needed a room for one night, for a flight layover. Shuttle service to/from airport is helpful. Would recommend.
