Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Me gustó la ubicación excelente, la alberca muy bonita y el personal amable. Tuvimos problemas con la primera habitación y la recepcionista muy amable nos cambió de cuarto al lado del elevador en reparación 🤦🏻♀️
Las instalaciones son viejas, están haciendo remodelaciones pero no respetan el sueño del invitado nosotros fuimos a una fiesta en la ciudad llegamos de madrugada y las reparaciones del elevador empezaron a las 9 am fue una falta de respeto. La noche siguiente la habitación de al lado tenía fiesta a las 4 am y los huéspedes gritaban mucho el personal no les dijo nada hasta después de una hora pésimo servicio. La primera habitación que nos dieron el aire no funcionó y el baño estaba sucio.

Las toallas y sábanas demasiado viejas y olían mal. La camarera nos ayudó tratando de poner mejores!! Como están en reparación, sin yo darme cuenta! Había mucho ruido... En si la habitación está bien.. Llaves del baño ( lavabo) medio difícil de abrir .

No son transparentes con la información y algunos empleados son muy groseros, me dijeron en el check in que tenía desayuno incluido y cuando terminamos de desayunar me cobraron casi 800 pesos , y está bien pero la forma en que me lo dijo la del restaurante me molestó mucho, me avergonzó delante de los demás huéspedes

The shuttle service was outstanding—prompt, convenient, and truly made our stay even easier. Shout out to Daniel and Ramiro for their outstanding service and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

My reservation was not in their system, they ended uo charging me more than the quoted price. The rooms AC did not work properly so they brought a very loud fan to make up for it

Sheets were not fully clean some lipstick stains and other , water bottles opened half way, didn’t feel safe drinking that , expensive for the amenities, elevator not working , had to call multiple times to ensure reservation was respected and while arriving I still had issues finding reservation

The room was hot and we had the temperature at its lowest, there was some type of party downstairs it was vibrating our rooms , bugs on the interior of the window and walls were dirty also furniture was dirty. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026All the staff was very attentive to us, always smiling, they give us free dinner “ social hour”( salmon tapas, ,mini sandwiches, boneless, beer, tequila, soda in the lounge area (same floor we stayed),, then in the morning breakfast was pretty good ( chicharrón en salsa verde, beans, eggs ,fruits, coffee, juice ) in same lounge area , rooms was very clean, clean towels, shave kit, also in mini fridge we have 6 free drinks ( beer, juice, soda, sparkling water, ) definitely worth the price, bed was perfect, my wife and me enjoyed, SEE YOU SOON!!
The only complain was because we arrive at 2:30 and check in in hotel was at 3:30pm, so we expend 30 min in lobby with all the luggage

Además incluyen un viaje gratis al aeropuerto, por lo que eso suma aún más a toda la increíble cordialidad de atención al cliente. Se siente desde que llegas y literalmente desde que te vás. El desayuno es bastante completo, una vez más con la atención impecable, y con opciones genuiunamente deliciosas, además en servicio de la cena con una cocina bastante veloz. Si vuelvo a Juarez, ya tengo un pequeño hogar.

El lavamanos se goteaba, la regadera se tapaba no dejaba correr el agua, el drenaje del estacionamiento se desborda. No cuenta con amenidades en todas las habitaciones como frigobar, café o algún microondas a disposición.
