They dont gives basic facilities like towel, handsoap, toilet tissue etc.

The staff is well behaved.

Beds are spring based. It sud accordingly to health like curl on etc.

I mentioned my check in time between 11 PM to 12 AM, I reached the property by 12.15 AM. Receptionist asked me that my booking has been cancelled as I was late. He did't give me room. But next day I got mail for feedback. Very strange

The cleaning was an issue. We stayed for 3 nights and there was no turnover cleaning service provided. We used the same towel everyday. Door mat was not there. Fan cant be switched off as there was no button and speed was constant. HOT WATER WAS NOT THERE. no soap or shampoo was provided.

We have not seen any cleaning staff members. Even the towels provided were smelling bad and was not even washed properly. Worst ever hotel in my life. First they were asking for rooms and stay, we said we have booked through booking.com then they provided the worst room of the hotel. Rooms were too small. Booking.com should upload the original images of the room.
