I have been staying in the hotel for the last 10 years. The hotel is run down and needs urgent renovations. The value now is. It so good as before.

Great service, okay standard of rooms. Ive been to two other hotels in delhi and thats probably the best ‚affordable and not terrible’. Staff was very helpful, they let me keep the luggage earlier and check in earlier than official 2pm.

The distrixt is dreadful though, make sure to read more about it to understand what it’s like. Best to order Uber or similar before leaving and leave only to go there, unless you want to be approached by loads of drivers aggressively trying to get your attention (of course assuming you are an obviously visible tourist).

city viewを避けた部屋をセレクトしたはずだったが、なぜかcity view の部屋になっており非常にうるさかった。 部屋もベッドもとても狭いが、女性なら問題ないレベル。 部屋を出るとすぐに屋外の部屋にされてしまい、夜などドライヤーの貸出を受け取るのが怖かった。

接客が大変丁寧でした。英語が話せないのですが親身に聞き取り要望に答えてくれました。守衛さんもホテルスタッフさんも大変親切です。道を訪ねたら丁寧に教えてくれました。教えてくれたのに理解出来ないでいるとリキシャを止めて送ってくれるようにお願いまでしてくれました！無事に目的地に辿り着けました！初の一人海外インド旅行、こちらに泊まれてよかったです！

Near Railway stationer for single person not family / friends bcoz room is very small 6ft+2ft bathroom x 6 ft /7 ft i think no space to keep laugage

The staff were not welcoming or friendly, and there was no smile or proper hospitality. The room was extremely small—hardly even 8 ft × 8 ft—with almost no space for luggage or movement. The biggest issue was that the floor became completely wet with water inside the room. When we informed the staff, instead of properly addressing the problem, we were told to keep the AC temperature at 20°C/18°C. This was not a proper solution. Overall, the room was far too small, the water issue was unacceptable, and the staff response and hospitality were disappointing. The experience was not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place.

After staying in hotel for almost 250 days, they started behaving like as if they own me and I have to defer to their whims and be subservient to them because I was willing to pay to stay. Place is degrading day by day without on time maintenance. Property Manager is only looking up for his promotions, sacrificing customer experience in name of budgeting and cost saving although fare of property is only going up. This particular property is losing focus on customer experience and being nice only

The building is completely run down and needs full renovation. I used to stay here back when it first opened, but now the service and staff are unprofessional. It’s just not the same.

Good hotel near New Delhi railway station. I always prefer only this hotel as it is good for family or business stays. Rooms are a bit small but are well maintained & clean. The breakfast spread was also good & sumptuous.

De los mejores hoteles en los que me alojé en India, con estándares internacionales, fotos que coinciden con la realidad y muy buena atención. Definitivamente la mejor opción. Aunque no me trasladé en tren, la ubicación es buena por estar cerca a la estación central.

Avoid booking directly with Bloom Hotels (StayBloom) if you expect them to value your loyalty. I have made 7 successful bookings through their platform in the past, but after my 8th experience, I will never use them again. I booked a stay in advance for ₹3,071, only to find out later that they slashed the prices for the exact same dates on their own platform. When I reached out to escalate this unfair price discrepancy as a frequent customer, they couldn’t even be bothered to read my email. They replied with a generic, single-sentence template response brushing it off as "dynamic pricing" without addressing my concern or my customer history at all. They completely lack transparency and show zero appreciation for repeat guests. If you book early, you get penalized with higher rates, and if you complain, you get a copy-paste robot reply. Unprofessional and insulting. Take your business elsewhere.

駅にも近いですし、部屋は快適で綺麗ではあります。

4.5年前から毎年のように宿泊していますが、泊まるたびに部屋の状態が少しずつ悪くなっているように感じます。 今回はシャワーヘッドが何度も外れてしまいました。 せっかく綺麗なホテルなのですから、もう少し設備の管理をしっかりされた方がよいのではないかと思います。 とてももったいなく感じます。

The location is in a slightly noisy area, but there are also rooms where the noise is minimal. It’s a very clean hotel. The staff are very helpful, and despite the issues we had, they assisted us with great openness and kindness. I would recommend it to anyone planning to stay there. It’s a good hotel.

Gut gelegene Stadt Hotel mit netten Personal und guten Service. Zimmer sind klein, aber völlig ausreichend und sauber. Guter Zimmerservice Lage ist völlig okay meine schnell mit dem TukTuk oder Uber überall. Wir haben es bei unserer Ankunft gebucht und am Ende unserer Rundreise noch mal für drei Nächte. Ich kann es Preis-Leistung mäßig nur empfehlen.

Walking distance to the train station, which is why I've booked here. Second time staying here and found the bunk bed room more spacious than the double room. No windows, so quiet. The pressure in the bathroom was amazing!

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. If you are using the train early, it is convenient.

When we arrived they seemed like they did not know we were coming? It seemed not very organised. I understand it was quite cheap stay but the room was looking inside a patio and next to the door there was a window, it was uncomfortable to open the curtain as everyone could see you, there was not other way to have natural light in the room and to have fresh air, you had to open the door. Felt very claustrophobic. At the same time, the noise from outside it is a lot! Train+ cars... Probably was the worst I have experienced in India so far. The toilet and shower were not really clean.

お部屋は写真より少し経年劣化を感じました。とてもキレイというわけではなく、やや狭めですが、滞在するには十分です。 アーリーチェックインは前日が満室だったため利用できませんでした。日本からデリーに深夜3時頃到着する方は、前日分も予約しておくと確実だと思います。 朝食は7:30からで清潔感があり、美味しかったです。 シャワー室は狭めですが、お湯はしっかり出ますし、ハンドシャワータイプで使いやすかったです。 ドライヤーは貸し出しがあるそうですが、私は持参しました。アメニティはほとんどないので、自分で持っていくことをおすすめします。 周辺はあまり治安が良さそうな雰囲気ではありませんが、徒歩すぐの場所にきれいなコンビニがあり、特に問題はありませんでした。

駅が近いので、騒音がします。 夫と泊まったのですが、夫は疲れ切って熟睡していたので、気にならない人は大丈夫かもしれません。

The rooms were good, very clean and tidy. The bathroom was good as well! Location was fantastic!

The value for money was not there. The room was so small that I couldn't move. Everything was good about this apartment except for the space in the room. I believe they gave me the wrong room, and I paid for a bigger room, if I recall! This has always been the case for hotels near the New Delhi Train station. They scam you by giving a different room that booked.

Best hotel to stay in New Delhi Railway station in good prices and the staff also so humble and best in behavior in the hotel also very good in nature also the breakfast was also very good and have good variety of food and beverage which u can go and have it in their cafe

Extremely noisy on a busy road. Never slept at all. Easy to correct by installing noise proof barrier on the balcony. No kettle. The room was extremely small. We could hardly move in it

The staff was so helpful. Very affordable. Provided toiletries and hairdryer. The food was amazing!

The local was very bad. So loud traffic throughout the night and it was so congested during the day that our taxi drivers were unable to pick us up. The facilities were okay - decently clean but not as pristine as the pictures make it. Breakfast is listed as an amenity, making it seem like it was included in the price but we had to pay extra.

Break fast was good and service was excellent, staff were very good and polite . Toilets were clean and up to the mark .

Toilets should have floor mats both inside and outside and near the toilet door .

デリー駅から徒歩圏内であること。 外観は新しめで綺麗です。 ベッドも清潔で、お湯もちゃんと出ました。

部屋にヘヤドライヤーがなく、スタッフに相談しました。部屋まで持っていくと言われましたが、結局翌日のチェックアウトまで持って来ることはなく。頭が洗えませんでした。ヘヤドライヤー位、もう少し台数を、増やすべきです。私は一泊だけだったので諦めましたが、連泊をする気はおきません。 また、部屋の防音設備が弱く、外の車のクラクションが夜中鳴り響いていました。駅から近いのでしょうがないのですが、音に敏感な人は耳栓などが必要です。

I’m recommending if anyone booking this property you should check room they allotment

Letto comodo, e il design di tutto l'albergo interessante.

Lo staff è poco gentile, e chiede prezzi folli se si prenotano taxi da loro. La camera aveva la ventola costantemente accesa, per cui c'era freddissimo (era gennaio) e mi sono dunque ammalato . La zona è estremamente pericolosa, totalmente da evitare di percorrerla a piedi di notte.

Comfortable oasis in the middle of busy Delhi. My room was spacious, bed was comfortable and location was great. Everyone said don't stay in this area of Delhi, however as a solo female traveler I felt completely safe and comfortable and walked to Connaught with no issues.

The rooms are not soundproof as advertised. But it seems impossible to not hear noise in Delhi so it's not fault on rhe hotel. Just take earplugs and you'll be fine. Id 100% stay here again

Понравилось: В принципе расположение и заметность вывески/самого отеля. Метро вроде как и рядом и доехать из аэропорта можно по экспресс линии, но потом надо идти поверх жд путей и по дороге. С тяжелым чемоданом такое себе. Кровать. Нормальный матрас/подушка. Не дубовые и не продавленные.. Кондей умеет работать на обогрев (в середине декабря от двери номера хорошо так тянуло)

Не понравилось. Около двери есть окно во всю высоту (что в номере с двухместной кроватью, что с одноместной). Да, оно уже двери и шторка тоже до низу, но шторка не сильно-то и прилегает. Поэтому в номере ночью светло (читать - нет, но мешать засыпать и просто спать - да) даже при выключенном свете.

Safe, secure, very well located accommodation with friendly staff and a good breakfast. Perfect for exploring Old Delhi and for connecting to metro / rail links too.

Funky hotel in a great location fairly close to the main attractions. Perfect sized room with the most comfortable bed and ironically the quietest room I had in the whole of India! Super friendly staff particularly Naresh and then a lovely restaurant with a wide variety of a delicious breakfast. Money exchange, day tours sold here too and easy Uber. I enjoyed my stay here… thank you 🌼

Location is pretty convenient, many places are in walkable (10-30 min) distance which may be faster than auto rickshaw. Staff was friendly and attentive. The bathroom was clean and had a nice, big shower with hot water. Bed was very comfy.

This place is overrated and overpriced. The rooms feel like they haven't been refurbished in a long time. Half the lights in my room weren't working (one didn't turn on, one didn't turn off.) The description here says the rooms are soundproof and have a safe, but none of this is true. There was no safe to store valuables and there was lots of noise from the streets pretty much 24/7, also some construction work during the day. All the rooms open to some kind of atrium with an open roof, so you get all the noise from around. It is the opposite of "soundproof".

Modern, tidy and well located in the city.

Everything was good except there was a vent in our room blowing cold air in, I could also smell the pollution coming in from the vent. With the air quality so bad, there should be a filter on the vent.

Rooms are not as small as they make out to be. Enough space in them to be comfortable. Bed was very cosy and WiFi excellent. Good location for exploring Old Delhi and near rail / metro connections. Good restaurant inside too, which serves good value food.

good hotel for transit stay and near the main station plus all staff very polite the housekeeping to clean the room well.

The bed cab be made more comfortable

La struttura è in una posizione molto comoda logisticamente, dato che è vicina alla stazione e perfetta per arrivarci dall’aeroporto. Ovviamente il tragitto dalla stazione è molto in stile Old Delhi, quindi molto rumoroso e affollato. Le camere sono essenziali, ma comode e molto pulite, si affacciano nel cortile interno, quindi sono silenziose. Il servizio eccellente, dato che si possono ordinare molte cose direttamente con un chatbot dalla propria stanza. Attenzione nel caso si prenoti il Gattiman Express per Agra, perché è in un’altra stazione e durante l’ora di punta difficile da raggiungere (in quel caso prendere un tuk tuk).

the location is not the nicest in delhi, crowded and noisy - but not the worst, the arakashan road is actually a good one with good restaurants
