Ich fand das zweite Zimmer, dass ich nach einem kostenlosen Upgrade bekommen habe, sehr gut. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und bemüht. Auf der Hotelanlage war es sehr sauber. Der Pool und auch das Fitnessstudio waren sehr schön. Auch das Frühstück war eine große Auswahl und für meinen Geschmack echt gut.

Mein erstes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss im ersten Gebäude hat mir nicht gefallen, Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und zwingend renovierungsbedürftig. Nach ein paar Schwierigkeiten mit dem Zimmer, habe ich ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten. Also das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich und bemüht.

Mir gefällt die Erdgeschoss Unterkunft mit direktem em Zugang zum Pool. Es ist aber wichtig auf der Straßen abgewandten Seite ein Zimmer zu bekommen, da es sonst zu laut sein könnte. Am Hotel führt direkt eine große Straße entlang. Direkt gegen du weißt das noch Restaurant, das sehr lecker ist und günstig. Da kann man prima essen gehen. Der Strand ist etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. In der Nähe ist auch das Kata Beach und die Walking Street dort, wo man street food abends kaufen kann. Dort sind wir zweimal gewesen in einer Woche. Alles was man braucht ist direkt in der Nähe wie z. B. ein Restaurant, ein Wäscheservice, frisches Obst und Smoothies und Thaimassage. Alles innerhalb von 1 bis 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Das Hotel ist an einer stark befahrenen Straße und es gibt keine Bürgersteige. Das ist aber etwas woran man sich gewöhnen kann oder womit man leben kann meines Erachtens. Dafür ist alles was man braucht direkt in der Nähe wie z.b ein Restaurant, ein Wäscheservice, frisches Obst und Smoothies und thaimassage. Alles innerhalb von 1 bis 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Bathroom set up was very nice. Nice big comfortable bed. Pool and swim up bar was very nice and operated daily. Nice big breakfast and friendly staff. Not many English speaking guests though, but the nearby beach and restaurants made up for this!!

Rooms are super clean and nice decorated with very comfortable beds and nice furniture. Staff are super friendly professionals and helpful ! 1000% recommend to everyone

Прекрасный отель, отдыхаем в нем второй раз. Просторный номер, удобные кровати, вкусный завтрак (яйца, пад-тай, мюсли, оладьи разнообразная сдоба и фрукты), ассортимент меняют. Чистый бассейн.

Piscine agréable, petit déjeuner varié.

Proximité d'une grande route ( 4 voies), alentours pas très jolie, zone très touristique mais ciblé clientèle russes. Pas très proche de la plage, 15/20 minutes à pieds mais chemin pas très pratique ( manque de trottoir et de sécurité)

Pokój bardzo przyzwoity. Śniadania były ok, obsługa również. Czystość bez zarzutów.

Ruscy - prymitywni i uciążliwi. Na basenie cały czas puszczano to nieznośne ruskie durak-disco. Obsługa ślepa na pływających ruskich z puszkami z piwem, które potem były zostawiane gdzie popadnie. Ogólnie ruscy robili syf za którym obsługa nie nadążała - na śniadaniach również.

Funcionários simpáticos e preocupados em agradar. Piscina muito gostosa. Restaurante delicioso. Quarto bom.

The staff were very helpful. The pool was great. The location was great being between Karon and kata beach. Breakfast was delicious, with good variety!

This is a great hotel offering superb value for money. It is located on a busy street, but the noise did not intrude into the property. As some other reviewers have pointed out, getting to the beach requires about a 15-minute walk, part of it along that busy street without a sidewalk. However, there is a shortcut through a calm and safe neighborhood—just turn left behind the Boat Noodles Restaurant (recommended). Our 5-year-old daughter managed the walk many times with ease. The buffet-style breakfast was plentiful, offering a varied selection of hot and cold dishes, fruit, filtered coffee, and a pancake machine. The room we stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. It was located on the second floor and offered a nice view of the hotel grounds from the balcony. There is no elevator, so keep this in mind when booking. The pool area—with its many intricate features, including a separate children’s pool and a pool bar—was the highlight of our stay. The hotel grounds and garden are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and we recommend this hotel—especially for families with children—due to its calm atmosphere and excellent pools

The hotel itself is really nice and has huge potential. Unfortunately, there are a lot of Russian guests who simply don’t know how to behave - they shout, drink heavily, throw things around, and are rude to the local staff. If this issue could be addressed and the hotel managed to get rid of that kind of behavior, it would be truly great.

Pidimme hotellista todella paljon ja se sopi erinomaisesti perhelomalle. Perhehuone kerrossängyillä oli tilava ja hyvin suunniteltu. 11- ja 13-vuotiaat poikamme viihtyivät erityisen hyvin isoissa kerrossängyissä, joissa oli omat yöpöydät ja latauspisteet, todella kätevää. Ulkoilmassa sijaitseva tuplasuihku oli myös hieno ja teki kylpyhuoneesta erilaisen ja elämyksellisen. Allasalue oli kaunis ja viihtyisä. Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen, ja omelettipiste oli erityisen mukava lisä. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja auttoivat kaikessa. Sijainti oli myös hyvä; kävelymatkan päässä Karon Beachilta ja Kata Night Marketilta.

Allas olisi voinut olla auki hieman myöhempään. Hotellissa majoittui paljon venäläisiä vieraita ja osa heistä kuunteli iltaisin musiikkia melko myöhään, mutta huoneiden hyvä äänieristys esti melun kuulumisen huoneisiin. Lisäksi hotellilta rannalle ja marketille kuljetaan vilkasta tietä pitkin, mikä kannattaa huomioida erityisesti pienten lasten kanssa liikkuessa.

Nagyon szépek voltak a szobák és tiszták, a személyzet mosolygós kedves! Naponta jött a takarító és a reggel is nagyon finom volt! A medence is tökéletes! Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat! Olyan szép mint a képeken!

This hotel is right on a very busy main road with LOTS of noisy traffic, you can’t hear when in the room but no footpaths for walking. Staff not overly friendly, no help with taking bags to the rooms (over the bridge) and felt like we were intruding by asking them questions.

Super miejsce , świetna obsługa, bardzo ładnie (kameralnie). Personel bardzo miły, śniadania pyszne wszystko było.

连续跟服务员说了两次行李比较重，想让他帮忙分担其中一个到房间，服务员都拒绝。衣服掉在了酒店，发信息都不回复。想付费帮忙快递回国也不回复信息。整个服务差到了极点

Отличный отель. Мы были на байке,поэтому месторасположение нам было не так важно. А важно то,что в этом отеле прекрасные номера( было все,включая пляжную сумку и зонтики ) ,великолепный бассейн,ночью тихо. Завтрак отличный, шведский стол. Персонал замечательный,очень приветливый,отдельное спасибо. Можно оставить вещи после выселения перед отлетом .

It was OK . Bit dated . Staff aren’t overly friendly . Beds nice and comfy but aircon wasn’t working properly and despite complaining and someone coming to try to fix it , it still wasn’t working the following night . It’s just off a very busy main road that you have to walk down if not getting a taxi

Megfelelő volt a felszereltség, az fogadott mint ami a fotókon látható volt. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész volt. A szobát naponta takarították, törölközőt cserélték. Naponta volt bekészítve palackos víz.

Többen írták, és tulajdonképpen csak ennyi a negatív, hogy a fürdőszoba felújításra szorul, de tiszta volt.

The bed was really comfortable. I loved the outside bathroom. The breakfast was great too (apart from the juices that are not fresh and tasted too artificial). They have eggs station, salads, bakery section and some thai dishes that vary daily (which were really tasty😋). They have a beach shuttle (I haven't used it). The location is okay, not the best, but not the worst either.

The staff at reception aren't the friendliest..but it didn't make a difference for us as we didn't have to interact with them that much.

Une chambre spacieuse, un bon petit déjeuné. Le personnel très gentil! La piscine est belle!

sehr schöne Anlage, Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Pool super gepflegt und sauber. Die Anlage an sich ist wirklich tip top. Lage ist nicht super aber völlig ok. Sieht man ja vorher auf der Karte.

Frühstück ist eine absolute Frechheit. Auswahl extrem begrenzt (was ich noch verstehen würde). allerdings ständig leeres Buffet. Spiegeleier werden 2-3 stück bereitgestellt, ständig leer. Bacon, wird wenn er alle ist, mit 2 Portionen wieder aufgefüllt. Wirklich eine Katastrophe. Frühstücks-Personal passt sich der Qualität der Speisen an. Das schlechteste Frühstück in vielen Jahren Thailand. Man muss ständig schauen wann es mal wieder ein Spiegelei oder Bacon gibt, und dann direkt losrennen, sonst ist jemand anderer der glückliche. Kinderecke, besteht aus Tetra pak saft und kleinen Kuchen in Folie. Da ich aus der Gastronomie komme, kann ich sicher sagen, das nicht genug Budget vom Zimmerpreis zur Küche fließt. Ganz schlecht.

Strada di fronte all'albergo un po' troppo trafficata per muoversi a piedi.

Nos ha gustado todo desde la habitación que era exactamente igual a las fotos como la zona de la piscina el bar de la piscina el personal era súper amable y resolutivo. Camas cómodas y todo muy limpio, en una zona muy tranquila. Muy bien comunicado para ir a las dos playas, por la mañana tienen un bus que baja a las playas, aunque andando no lleva mucho. Desayuno variado y comida rica. El último día nuestro avión salía temprano y ofrecieron el desayuno para llevar.

The room we had was great - a top corner room with plants and trees stretching over the balcony, giving it a lovely jungle feel.

At times, the music played around the pool area was a bit too loud and quite pop-heavy for our taste.

The only negative aspect for me was that the hotel is located in an area heavily dominated by russian tourists who tend to be very rude and messy, which made me feel uncomfortable as a Portuguese guest. Unfortunately, I also had an unpleasant encounter with a russian man who tried to harass me near the pool, and this negatively affected my stay.

Les chambres étaient grandes et propres avec un balcon, pratique pour poser et sécher affaires de plages La salle du petit déjeuner cosy, belle décoration et bonne qualité de repas

La douche, le rideau douche pas très clean.. Et l’emplacement, route rapide et très passante, pas de trottoir pour accéder aux commerces et direction plage.

Размещение вполне неплохое, 10 минут до Карона (налево из отеля) и 15 минут до Ката (направо из отеля). Сам отель расположен прямо на холмике посередине двух пляжей. Подъем на холмик очень легкий, невысокий. Метров 200 до Макро (оптовый магазин). По дороге на пляж все что нужно для туриста, массаж, магазины, кафе, обменники. Отель на дороге прямо, но внутри это не сильно чувствуется. Внутренний двор представляет собой зону бассейна с баром. Все балконы выходят на бассейн. На самом балконе шум от бассейна и музыки в баре, но двери хорошие, в номере тихо. Матрасы очень удобные. В нашем номере (семейный) кондиционер дул мимо кровати, что очень отлично. Завтрак весьма неплохой, некоторые супы и мясо шеф прямо отлично готовил. Дорога рядом - это плюс при вызове такси. До Аэропорта на Bolt от 600 до 700 бат. Налево от отеля метров 200 по дороге фруктовый развальчик, там кокосовый рай по 20 и 30 бат за кокос. Сладкие.

Небольшой уютный отель. Есть бассейн для взрослых и для детей. Хороший завтрак. Ежедневная уборка (если оставить 20 Батт , то будет сделано все). Живности нет, которая лезет в номер.

В нашем номере чудил кондиционер: либо холодно, либо душно. Горячую воду необходимо ожидать около пяти минут. Сильно шумят рыбы-фонтаны на бассейне. Их поздно отключают. Шум от дороги.

Hotelli on tosi hyvin hoidettu, kaikkialla tosi siistiä. Huone siivottiin joka päivä. Aamiainen oli ok, löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Tuoreet pilkotut hedelmät aamiaisella oli ihania. Heniklökunta oli myös todella ystävällistä. Hotelli oli nyt joulun aikaan koristeltu tosi kauniilla valaistuksilla pimeään aikaan. Sijainti oli meidän mieleemme. Lähellä Karonin rauhallista päätyä rannasta. Lähistöllä oli hyviä ruokapaikkoja ja hedelmämyymälöitä, joista sai ihania smoothieita. Grabilla pääsi helposti kulkemaan mihin vain Phuketin alueella. Myös ihana hierontapaikka aivan ihanalla henkilökunnalla varustettuna löytyy naapurista. Jotkut olivat arvostelleet tien vaarallisuutta kun ei ole jalkakäytävää, mutta ei täällä ole missään kunnollisia jalkakäytäviä ja autot kyllä ohittavat kävelijät. Ei häirinnyt meitä, lisäksi isolta tieltä pystyi menemään pienempien kujien kautta rannalle. Uima-allas oli mukava ja sisäpiha omassa rauhassaan.

Suihkun lattiakaivo ei vetänyt juuri ollenkaan. Lopulta sekään ei niin paljon häirinnyt kun kävi läpsyt jalassa suihkussa.

Хороший номер с видом на бассейн, две кровати, подошел для двух взрослых и двух детей.

Местоположение оставляет желать лучшего, до пляжа 15 минут пешком вдоль дороги, тротуаров нет. Завтрак очень скудный, нет даже сыра.

Krásný malý hotel,s hezkým bazeném. Byl tam velice klid a zarověň blízko centra. Hotel je přímo ve středu,že si můžete vybrat jestli pojede do centra a pláž Kata nebo na druhou stranu Karon. Vše v docházkové vzdálenosti. Snídaně byli moc dobré,velmi pohodlná postel. Určitě se sem ještě vrátíme.
