The rooms were great the breakfast was great the property is great.

Staff ignoring other guests harassing me and waiting around common areas to fake coincidences when i moved around the property. due to the harassment being geared toward plausible deniability. Hospitality staff around the world is being forced or bribed under law enforcement auspices to allow organized harassment, also known as gangstalking, humanity's "dirty llittle secret" to continue. 2 different groups showing up to the same resort in phuket during low season was very unlikely, and the cameras can clearly show what im saying if a keen eye was viewing. The resort owner's staffing choice for day shift seems to be specifically geared towards facilitation of this effort.

Sehr preiswerte und saubere Unterkunft mit schönem Pool und guter Aussicht. Ein Erlebnis sind die Bus Zimmer im Wohnmobilstil allerdings mit einem großen Bad und WC ausgestattet, nicht wie in einem echten Wohnmobil.

Lage ist etwas abseits und Bolt und Taxis sind in Karon relativ teuer. Am Besten einen Roller mieten und selber fahren. Es gibt relativ viele Treppen. Für Personen die nicht so mobil sind ungeeignet.

Very quiet and comfortable place. The staff is excellent, the rooms are cleaned every day. I was satisfied.

Everything. The pool, the budget accommodation was perfect size for one person. The efficiency of the staff. The location. The tuk tuk daily service to the beach. On site restaurant is one of the best in that area. The view.

Het personeel was heel behulpzaam vooral mevrouw Bua. Zij heeft de trip naar Krabi geregeld met de boot aan de beste prijs. Je kon haar alles vragen.

The views and the pricing

A lovely Thai-style property a great pool and a handy shuttle service to the beach. It’s very comfortable, close to the main shopping area, and makes for a wonderful stay.

There’s only seven eleven nearby if you need to buy some foods on Sun. But they have enough options anyways.

Beautiful hotel, we stayed in the converted bus, it was amazing value for money, very clean and had everything you need inside. The staff were lovely, in particular the man who drove the shuttle bus to the beach, such a lovely man he was so kind to my daughter. The little restaurant had an amazing view and great breakfast

The location was slightly out but a nice walk plus hotel provided free shuttle

Pretty good hotel. For the low price it has a pool, nice rooms, a restaurant and very attentive staff.

The only thing I did not like is that the property is open, so everyone can enter at the hotel and that feels a little bit unsafe. But I suppose the zone itself is pretty safe. We did not experience any problems in that regard.

Overall the room was good and good value for the money. Could use more towel hangers and plug next to the kettle.

The very bright fluorescent/ LED lights gave me a bit of a headache. They could replace with more warm colour especially for nighttime.

Если вы пожилая пара, которая любит тишину и люкс 2000-х, то это место для вас. Все максимально устарело, еще рядом ничего увеселительного вы не найдете. Тоска и глушь рядом с джунглями, откуда в ваш номер будет залетать разная живность. Еще странная любовь персонала открыть ваш номер без спроса (из 3 дней проживания - 2 дня подряд кто-то все пытался зайти в номер. Зачем, почему - не известно). А в единственном рядом 7/11 пива вы не найдете. Единственное персонал на ресепшене оставлял приятное впечатление.

Falta evidenciar as acomodações que são dentro de um ônibus com mais clareza. Muitas escadas no hotel como um todo, sem elevador e sem ar condicionado na recepção do hotel.

Ficamos em um quarto que era em formato de Kombi. Foi muito legal! O café da manhã era ótimo e os funcionários prestativos.

Não tinha elevador, é um pouco difícil subir as escadas com as malas.

Struttura dispersiva nonostante sia piccola, al nostro arrivo veniamo accolti da una ragazza molto sorridente e con un ottimo inglese. La reception è al primo piano senza ascensore, quindi poco accessibile per chi ha bagagli pesanti. La nostra camera era in un blocco esterno, scale anche in discesa.. 😄 La camera era grande e luminosa, l'aria condizionata funzionava e la WiFi quasi sempre. Noleggio motorini, prezzo in linea con il mercato e motorini recenti.

Posizione della camera fronte "discarica" di copertoni usati e materiali vari. L'esperienza 2/3 camere più a destra sarebbe stata migliore. Toilet, intasata dopo 2 giorni.. risolto in mattinata ma è stato un disagio. Abbiamo buttato per 15gg la carta igienica dopo aver fatto i bisogni nel cestino, prima volta che capita in 10 anni di Thai.

Die Klimaanlage war leider für die Nacht sehr laut. Auch das Bad hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich, für uns jedoch völlig ausreichend.

It had free shuttle buses to Karon beach. The pool area was nice. Staff are very nice and friendly. We expressed our unhappiness with the room we got, and they were kind enough to upgrade it.

Hotel’s pictures definitely look better than its reality. We were very disappointed with our experience. Breakfast was limited. There were lots of construction happening in hotel area, and so much noise. Hotel is in a tired shape overall. We even had problems with our door lock.

Muy cómodo , las camas maravillosamente cómodas , las cortinas black out generaban uno pudiera dormir hasta tarde sin problemas, la piscina muy bonita . Solo la barra al menos en nuestra estancia no estuvo abierta

Uso de la piscina hasta más tarde ( era hasta las 22.00 pm ) y que la barra estuviera abierta

It was peaceful and quiet during the day and night but still only a couple minutes in a taxi to the main bit.

Property is tired and needs updating and care in places. We were given two single beds and not a double bed.

The rooms where big, good beds, nice restaurant on the mountain with a beautiful view but closed at 6pm so not for dinner.

It is not for old people as it is walking up a lot of stairs. My mom will not come back as we were looking for a place for her. The hotel is old fashion but the price is low for Phuket so you get what you pay. The shuttle doesn’t go every day to the beach or up to the restaurant so you need transport to get around because walking to the beach is 20 min what is ok if it isn’t to hot.

Locatie was perfect, uit de drukte, maar snel bij het strand en bij de 7-Eleven. Zwembad was goed van temperatuur (enkel geen schaduw) in het zwembad zelf Scooter gehuurd bij Wit scooter rental een beetje verder. (Betere deal als die van het hotel en veel betere service)

Airco was defect de eerst dag, kamer was een sauna, ze zijn het wel komen maken, maar toch elke keer hopen dat deze niet uitviel. Er lag zand in ons bed, van de vorige nacht en gasten?! We wilden een scooter huren en toevallig enkel de duurste beschikbaar. Uiteindelijk maar gedaan, gaan we naar de brommer; waren de helmen op? Personeel achter de receptie kon geen advies geven over lokale activiteiten zoals een strand fire show wat hier vrij gekend is.

De airco op het balkon stond met de warme uitlaat gericht op het balkon zitje.

Lovely find. Great staff. Great pool and terrace. Room clean and tidy. Good location within easy walking distance of everything.

La struttura corrisponde alla descrizione. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile, anche per organizzarci il trasferimento a Ao Nang.

La posizione era un po' scomoda per muoversi a piedi perché si doveva passare su una via molto trafficata senza marciapiede in alcuni tratti, ma è un po' la caratteristica di tutta la zona.

Buss randa, jalutades randa 45 minutit. Massaazisalongid ja poed, söögikohad lähedal. Ahvid, oravad, kassid 😍hotelli territooriumil. Puhas bassein. Teenindajad meeldivad. Tuba ilus, valge, hallitushais minimaalne tänu päiksele mis sisse paistab.

Kuna see pole me esimene kord selles hotellis, siis peab kǒik ikka meeldima 🙂

Litt tilbaketrukket og rolig sted. For vår del rom nær skogen, så vi så aper i trærne der flere ganger og ute ved siden av veien. Helt magisk å sitte på verandaen om morgenen og høre på jungellyder og se aper i naturen. Mye trapper, så man må være i stand til og orke trapper, ingen heis. Frokost spiste vi oppe på en høyde på oversiden av anlegget med fin utsikt. God service fra de ansatte. Skyss til strand, ca 1.5 km og opp igjen.

Отель-великолепный чудесная локация, воздух, супер есть местечко, где посидеть, отдохнуть.

Hommikusöök oli hea, asukoht hea- liiklusmürast eemal- samas keskusest mitte kaugel. Lähedal mitmeid söögikohti.

Õhukonditsioneeri välisosad rõdul tegid päris korralikku lärmi- kui need töötasid, siis rõdul olla eriti tore ei olnud. Basseini ümber oli lamamistoole natuke vähe.

Нам всё понравилось. У нас был номер Superior. Тихо, спокойно, как мы любим. Контингент отдыхающих в основном европейцы. Есть трансфер до пляжа Карон и обратно, по расписанию. Расположение конечно далековато от пляжа, но мы брали байк и вообще без проблем.

Небольшой минус - гудящие блоки кондиционеров, расположенные на балконах.

Seems to be Estonians favorite place where to stay :) Clean rooms, breakfast you can enjoy in cafe with a view, beach about 20-25 minutes walking (they had also transport to the beach), helpful stuff and loved the pool which was opened till 10pm. If you are lucky then can see monkeys as well. :)) They had also Thai cooking class option in the hotel. Really enjoyed my stay.

nice hotel. bus room has quite a few steps up to it so prepare for that. decent location and clean. bus room was enough for 1 person
