It.s on the beach. The breakfast is perfect.

I have stayed in this hotel for the 4th time. I always stay here because of its location, price and massive buffet breakfast. But unfortunately, this time, when I was in the bathroom, someone came into my room and stole my shorts with some money in them (not a lot, but still). It was most likely my mistake for not locking the door when I went to the bathroom, but this is Thailand, so I am pretty relaxed concerning safety. So, don't be overconfident and always lock your doors.

La reception era molto sporca. Per nulla cortesi ed attenti agli ospiti, premesso che era in bassissima stagione quindi c'erano pochissimi ospiti. La spiaggia inesistente e la piscina piccola va bene solo per i bambini. Si è mangiato meglio di fronte all' albergo... Discreto ed a buon prezzo

Die Lage war super, das Frühstück war auch abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Der Swimmingpool, war schön und Handtücher gab es auch. wir hatten dreimal verlängert und hatten sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade für Meerblick bekommen und ein größeres Zimmer.

Die Sitzgelegenheit in der Lobby wird viel von den Katzen genutzt,und sollten mal gereinigt werden. ich war da nur einmal drin gesessen.

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist super! Mein Zimmer war richtig groß, hatte einen Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank, viel Ablagefläche und Schränke. Das Bad war auch groß, die Dusche abgetrennt von der Toilette, heißes Wasser und Duschgel, Shampoo und Seife. Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und das Bett gemacht. Das includierte Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und gut, europäisch und asiatisch. Sehr schöne Anlage.

If 🇹🇭 is called the land of smiles, this hotel is not this case. Very bab noise isolation in the wooden part.

תמורה מצוינת למחיר!!! המלון נמצא במיקום מרכזי, מסביב יש המון מסעדות טובות, 7-11, סופרמרקטים, מכבסה מצויינת ומסאז'ים מפנקים. יש במלון בריכה קטנה וחמודה, חוף ים יפה (אם כי מלא באבנים שנמצאות בתוך הים ומקשות על ההליכה ברגליים חשופות), ארוחות בוקר נחמדות (מזל שהיה את עמדת החביתות והפנקייקים!) וחדרים נאים. השירות אדיב וידידותי.

המזרונים בחדרים רכים כמו במיטות מים 😟 המגוון בארוחות הבוקר פנה יותר לקהל האסייאתי מאשר המערבי, אבל תמיד אפשר למצוא מה לאכול.

Lage gut . Personal gut wie immer freundlich.Zimmer für den Preis in Ordnung da kann man nicht mehr erwarten. Für den Preis alles im Rahmen auch Frühstück . Wer mehr Luxus haben will muss tiefer in die Tasche greifen.

Klimaanlage sehr laut und an klakern.

Очень удачное расположение, рядом все кафе, магазины и инфрастурктура, 7/11 2 штуки в 5 минутах хотьбы, ещё один большой супермаркет. Отель конечно старенький, но стараются поддерживать чистоту. Хороший завтрак включён, белье чистое, матрас новый, полотенца белоснежные. Мыло, шампунь есть. Чайник,холодильник, чай, кофе, сливки. Хороший бассейн, почти чистый)) предоставили доп кровать бесплатно. Стараются поддерживать чистоту и качество. Вообще, само место с шармом. За такую стоимость- вообще ничего не ожидала и получила даже больше, чем заплатила

В номере был замечен таракан сантиметра 3 длиной, кондиционер дует прямо на кровать, температуру меняет сам на свое усмотрение. Где то в крыше живёт птица, по ночам издаёт страшные звуки. В кафе на пляже персонал совершенно индиферентный, ни улыбки, ни внимания - меню, заказ, счёт

Гарне місце розташування готелю, гарний сніданок, привітний персонал, гарна територія готелю.

Кімната потребує косметичного ремонту. Кондиціонер погано працює.

La comida del restaurante está bien

Es IMPOSIBLE descansar!! El ruido de los walkies de las chicas de la limpieza a primera hora a todo volumen, sus gritos y sus risas a las 7 de la mañana cada día. El desayuno es pésimo, la leche es de sobre, únicamente sirvieron comida tailandesa. Los huevos fritos están hechos desde por la mañana.

Die Lage am Meer haben wir sehr genossen. Das Restaurant muss man loben! Tolles Essen! Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Vor dem Resort ist ein sehr gutes Reisebüro. (Rollerverleih, Transfer, Ausflüge)

Der eigentlich schöne tropische Garten hätte mehr Pflege verdient. Der ohnehin kurze Strandabschnitt bräuchte dringend eine Generalreinigung!! Angeschwemmtes Geäst gemischt mit Plastikmüll ist so nicht zu akzeptieren und sollte entfernt werden. In 3 Wochen habe ich ein einziges Mal gesehen dass 2 Mitarbeiter halbherzig Plastik eingesammelt haben. Schade um dieses vernachlässigte Stück Natur. Vielleicht Betriebsblindheit? Oder Gleichgültigkeit den zahlenden Gästen gegenüber? Kein Urlauber möchte ,übertrieben gesagt, eine kleine Müllhalde vor seiner Tür sehen. Sehr schade um dieses Kleinod. Wäre gerne wiedergekommen, aber unter diesen Umständen nicht mehr.

Das Banpu ist wunderschön am Meer gelegen und man nimmt die Mahlzeiten mit Blick aufs Meer zu sich. Das Frühstücksbüffet war lecker. Die Zimmer geräumig und das Personal freundlich.

war jetzt zum 3.mal in dieser Unterkunft.Zweimal sehr zufrieden gewesen.Dieses Mal jedoch war es jedoch nicht der Bringer.

Bei Ankunft kein Motorradparkplatz frei.War jedoch vereinbart.Die wenigen Parkplätze für Motorräder sind ständig vom Personal belegt. Im Zimmer angekommen habe ich reklamiert das die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert.Nach einer 30 min Diskussionsrunde war man dann bereit einen Mechaniker zu holen,der das dann bestätigt hat.Konnte es aber erst am nächsten Tag reparieren.Bevor man einen Gast aufs Zimmer führt sollte man dieses geprüft haben.mir wurde dann ein kostenloses Downgrade(kleineres Zimmer)angeboten. Der Strand war teilweise übelst verschmutzt und durch das Auffüllen mit grossen Steinen,die jedoch nicht sichtbar sind und auch kein Hinweis da ist,sehr gefährlich.

Vi fik alle symptomer med opkast. Der lugtede af elefantlort ved poolen som ikke var ren. Der var meget sløv betjening ved restauranten.

Viesnīcā viss ir nedaudz “saguris”, vajadzētu remontu.

Данный ресорт пользуется спросом даже в green season. Мы жили в самом тихом и отдаленном бунгало (№100). В номере просторно, уборка производится каждый день. Персонал неизменно приветлив. Завтраки обильные и разнообразные. Всегда есть фрукты, свежие овощи и разнообразные напитки. Рядом с ресортом массажи, магазин Macro, 7 eleven. По вечерам работает небольшой night market.

Поскольку мы были в сезон дождей, то обратили внимание, что проводка в бунгало иногда "коротит", что вызывает опасения из-за пожароопасности. Так же наше бунгало располагалось совсем рядом с горной речкой, то после больших ливней на берег попадало много природного мусора (ветки, листья), что несколько загрязняло пляж и вид из номера.

This place isn't perfect, and that's exactly what makes it so special. The location is magnificent, right on the beach, and paying the small extra amount for a bungalow was absolutely worth it. The pool is on the smaller side, the breakfast all seems to be at room temperature, and like many beaches in the area, some washed-up rubbish can be a little frustrating. Taken individually, those things might sound like negatives, but somehow they all come together to create a wonderfully relaxed, rustic atmosphere that feels authentic rather than polished. My wife and kids absolutely loved it, and so did I. Great value for money, full of character, and we'd happily stay here again.

The whole hotel does need some TLC, but not too much or you risk losing the charm.

Все понравилось, цена и качество на отлично, завтраки удовлетворили, персонал вежливый, отзывчивый. Рядом супермаркет Макро. В ресторане вкусно готовят. Вернёмся еше.

Room No. 521: The location and the view are exceptional!

Room No. 521: The room and furnishings are very old! There are ants of various sizes in the room and bathroom! Don't leave any food or sweet drinks in the room; the insects will be there immediately! I even kept crackers in the fridge!

El desayuno expectacular, la playa hermosa al lado de nosotros. La piscina se encargaban de mantenerla limpia, habían reposeras y toallas para uso. Reponen agua diariamente. También cuentan con restaurant a precio bastante accesible. Sin dudas volvería

Last day I couldn't sleep because of what sounded like a washing machine running all night.

Beds were comfortable

Dirty pool and was topped up with water from a hose pipe every day. Booked a superior room but at first they had us in standard room but we're trying to pass it off as superior just because it had 3 beds.

I have stayed here and reviewed this before. On a nice location near everything you need, but not near any noisy bars or similar type establishments. The beach initially at the resort isn’t the best, but you only need to walk a few metres to the right of the resort and you have all of white sand beach in its glory. No sun beds, no parasols and no motorised water sports. I booked for 9 nights. They told me upon arrival that they had made a booking error and I would have to stay for first 2 nights in a room, then change for the remaining 7. As it turns out the room they allocated me was amazing. Huge terrace and complete privacy and hugely spacious interior, so I asked if I could stay there for the full 9 nights and they happily accepted. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there is a good mix of guests and there is a nice relaxed vibe to the place. It reminds me of the old school independent Thai resorts before the big corporations started building these modern overpriced and upmarket resorts. This place has tons of charm and authenticity. If I ever stay in Koh Chang again I’d say there is a strong chance I’d check availability for this place. Thanks again for a great stay

Das Personal: Desinteressiert. Es wurde nicht gegrüßt, Mitarbeiter richteten die Aufmerksamkeit mehr auf ihre Smartphone den auf die Gäste. Extrem verrosteter Weinkühlschrank im Restaurantbereich. Man hatte das Gefühl die Mitarbeiter werden sich selbst überlassen und es findet keine angemessene Führung statt. Als langjähriger Gast fühlte ich mich behandelt als wäre es egal, ob ich da bin oder nicht. Echt schaden.

The location is perfect, the hotel is a good value for Money.

The only negative experience I had was with the restaurant staff. One evening, the waitress forgot to add our last drink to the bill (only around 200 baht). We checked and paid the bill, then went out for the evening. While we were out, I received a phone call from the hotel saying the last drink had not been included and that I still owed the money. I said no problem and that I would sort it out when I returned to the hotel, which I did without any issue because I understood it was an honest mistake. However, I didn’t appreciate being called while out because of a staff error. I feel the situation could have been handled more professionally by simply explaining it to me when I returned to the hotel instead.

We had to book and an extra night because we couldn't get the transport they hit us hard 30% more for the extra night! Also we went fishing but the kitchen staff refused to cook our catch for us so we had to give the fish away we were very disappointed as the fishing place told us any restaurant would cook it, but we stopped using their restaurant after that and ate elsewhere! Also on leaving they said the guy would be up to get our bags but he never arrived so we carried ourselves The resort allows smoking in restaurants so every breakfast and the few dinners we had, it was difficult because I get asthma.from cigarettes smoke! Also we had some smoking Russians down stairs from us so smoke would come in side all night as it a lig cabin design, it was better after they left! Overall the place is in a nice spot and restaurant charges are reasonable. parking is practicable nil so you need to park down the road if you hire a car. Taxi fees are extreme if don't 1200 B from pier to hotel

Wir haben hier ein paar wunderbare Tage verbracht. Die Anlage ist ursprünglich gehalten und genau das Richtige für alle die gerne im Urlaub eine grüne Anlage um sich haben wollen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig- auch wenn die Obstauswahl zu gering ausfällt. Mittagessen, Abendessen und sonstige Drinks haben hier ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer könnten etwas aufgehübscht und besser ausgestattet werden. Der Strand vorm Hotel ist super zum schwimmen. Ansonsten ist in unmittelbarer Nähe für einen gelungenen Urlaub alles (Rollerverleih, Tourenanbieter, Massagesalons, Supermärkte etc.) zu finden. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Nachdem Check-In teilte man uns mit dass unser eigentliches Zimmer (Bungalow) überbucht worden sei, weshalb wir für die ersten beiden Nächte nur ein Zimmer der niedrigeren Kategorie (mit Rückerstattung der Differenz) bekommen könnten. Unsere Buchung war 6 Monate im Voraus. Wir schauten uns das alternative Zimmer an und stellten in dem dunklen, straßennahen Zimmer einen feuchten Geruch fest. Daraufhin bot man uns noch ein anderes Zimmer in der angrenzenden Anlage an, welches sehr klein, aber aufgrund des Meerblicks (wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt) an. Das Personal wirkte insgesamt unmotiviert (sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch im Restaurant) und war nicht serviceorientiert. Lediglich die Reinigungskräfte waren wirklich freundlich.

I stayed in a beach front bungalow. It was really beautiful, the sound of the sea on an evening, an amazing bathroom, super comfortable bedroom, plenty to do within walking distance, easy motorcycle rental right outside the hotel. Well worth a stay! Good Thai food too! Also Breakfast was good. I rather stupidly left my bag and passport on leaving, the staff kindly stored it safely for me until someone could collect! Would absolutely stay here again!

One staff member serving the food area seemed consistently grumpy which was unusual for Thailand, having said that after watching the behaviour of some of the guests, I may have been grumpy too!

Dank sehr starker Gezeiten (Ebbe und Flut) war der Strand meißtens sauber - die Flut hat den ganzen Müll wieder weggespült. Flacher Strand, keine Quallen, nur 3 aktive Strand-Händler, sehr entspannend. Alles was man braucht ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Staff im Restaurant hat bereits 15 Minuten vor Ende der Frühstückszeit darauf gewartet, alles abzuräumen. Frühstück wurde nur partiell aufgefüllt (auch lange vor Ende der Frühstückszeit).

Мы останавливались в этом отеле, и нам все очень понравилось. Это отель подойдёт для непритязательных путешественников. Первая линия с выходом на пляж, удачное расположение: очень близко Макро и недалеко есть 7/11. Достаточное колличество шезлонгов у бассейна и пластиковых стульев, чтобы разместиться на берегу в тени. Нам понравился деревянный дизайн отеля. Отель не новый, но все в рабочем состоянии и чисто. Персонал приветливый. На ресепшен есть небольшая библиотека. Можно взять пляжные полотенца. Очень вкусные завтраки, из пяти дней ни разу не было повтора! Рекомендую этот отель для недорогого размещения на WSB

В ванной комнате не хватает крючков, чтобы повесить полотенца или свои вещи, когда принимаешь душ.

Le petit déjeuner, l'emplacement, pas très loin du petit night market à pied. La plage est pas trop mal, malgré que cela soit rocailleux sur la droite ( attention aux pieds). Le staff est gentil, chambre faite tout les jours. Le restaurant est pas mal non plus.

La chambre avait un peu vécu, surtout le parquet mais c'était propre. Et un petit inattendue en arrivant, location d'un bungalow et repositionné dans une chambre inferieur car soit disant déjà complet alors que réservé et payé 10 mois a l’avance (j'ai été rembourser de la différence mais petite déception mais tien de dramatique).

We loved our stay here so much! Amazing value, right on the beach and easy walk to shops. The seafood in the restaurant was great and better than other places we ate in Koh Chang. A lot of fire shows on the beach and easy to walk along the beach to restaurants. We were able to hire a car right outside. We stayed at 3 different Koh Chang beaches and this was by far the best value. We got beachfront bungalows for much less than non-beachfront in fancier but more isolated resorts. If you like accessibility while having a great pool, beach, sunsets and relaxing this is the hotel for you.

The decor was dated which was okay as the price was great and the beachfront was what mattered anyway. The bathroom could have been cleaner.
