Très bon séjour au Kacha ! Magnifiques piscine et personnel aux petits soins. Un vrai plus dans l’expérience de voyage Le petit déjeuner tout simplement incroyable, avec vue sur la mer superbe ! On démarre bien la journée ;-)

Le fait de traverser la route n’est pas optimum (MAIS pas très gênant et le personnel de l’hôtel fait la circulation en permanence : aux petits soins tjs !!)

I really enjoyed the property upgrading me to a better room. Was totally surprised and the room was above fantastic.

The first day I ordered handmade crumb fish for lunch. It was not. It was like process factory fish fingers. I did ask the waiter about it and he took the plate away that I was still charged. The other meals I had were fantastic.

Dårlige engelskkunnskaper, dårlig renhold, ødelagte treningsapparater på treningsrom og ingen muligheter for å rengjøre apparatene etter deg. Lite utvalg og variasjon på frokostbuffeten og nedslitt hotell.

Stayed in hillside, okay facilities. Beach side is more in my liking. Everything went well.

Strand am Hotel sehr steinig

What we liked most was the genuinely friendly and attentive staff. Every employee we interacted with was polite, helpful, and always willing to assist. We especially appreciated the restaurant manager, who took the time to sit down with us, listen to our feedback, and ask for suggestions on how the hotel could improve. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. The beachfront location is also beautiful and has great potential.

The resort does not meet the four-star standard advertised on Booking.com. The property is outdated and lacks proper maintenance, with discarded furniture and construction materials left in plain sight around the resort. The ongoing restaurant renovation was not communicated before our arrival, and parts of the restaurant were temporarily covered with plastic sheeting. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment: very limited selection, little variety, repetitive hot dishes, and almost no local tropical fruit despite Thailand’s abundance. Overall, the resort lacked attention to detail and felt neglected, making it the weakest four-star hotel experience we have had in Thailand and Bali.

Locatie was super mooi dicht bij de ferry. Mooie ruime kamers .schoon en compleet. 2 mooie zwembaden met handoekgebruik genoeg ligstoelen en panoramisch uitzicht vanuit het zwembad over zee .standaard maar goed ontbijt met goede koffie.

Wat vaak tegenvalt zijn de airco die best lawaaierig zijn dit kan wel goed maar helaas. Verder valt echt niet tegen gewoon goed en vooral voor die prijs was in juli dus laag seizoen

Kacha Resort ist in Whitesands Beach eine Top-Adresse. Zimmer groß und sauber, 2 tolle Pools, Lage direkt am Strand, Restaurant sehr gut,Bier leider teuer, aber es gibt ja 7Eleven.

Beim Frühstück fehlt halt ein bißchen was für Mitteleuopäer

The location is great on white sand beach. short walk to convenience stores about 15mins in either direction. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from on the main street. There are 2 blocks. You can stay either on the beach side or behind road on the hill side. There are also separate bungalows closer to the beach at a premium. Nice pool overlooking the sea with a bar in the middle. Direct access to beach from hotel. breakfast buffet is good. There is a gym in the hotel but i didn’t use it. They have a great gym close by on the main street came in handy when bad weather. The room was a good size with balcony. bathroom was large and clean. The staff are friendly especially the general manager chats to you in the morning at breakfast.

The gym could have been better. A few more western choices at breakfast.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war während der Regenzeit sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist bereits deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Als wir aushecheckt haben, hat die Rezeptioniston vergessen, zweimal Cola in Technung zu stellen und schrieb mir später per WhatsApp. Sie sendete mir einen QR Code den ich mit keiner europäischen Banking App nutzen konnte. Ich fragte nach Paypal, darauf reagierte sie nicht. Es gab auch keine iban. Da ich nicht mehr auf der Insel war, schrieb ich wegen zwei Cola meine Bank in Deutschland an. Wegen 117,70THB hätte ich bei einer Auslandsüberweisung inkl Gebühren 40€ zahlen müssen, obwohl es nicht meine Schuld war. Die Dame war aber unnachgiebig. Ja ch musste einen Weg finden, die zwei Colas zu bezahlen. Es ist leider sehr kleinlich für so ein Hotel.

Breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked. Conveniently located and a nice swimming pool. Hotel staff were nice.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und hatte genügend Auswahl. Die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer und Balkon mit Sicht zum Pool und Meer war sehr schön. Die Poolanlage war insgesamt auch toll gestaltet.

Unsere Zimmernachbarin hat gefühlt rund um die Uhr Cannabis geraucht. Der Gestank kam manchmal trotz geschlossener Türe bis in unser Zimmer. Der Balkon war deshalb eigentlich überhaupt nicht zu benutzen. Habe deswegen bei der Rezeption reklamiert, wo mir gesagt wurde dass das Problem ans Hotelmanagement weitergeleitet wird. Wir bekamen auch gleich das Angebot das Zimmer zu wechseln. Wollten wir aber wegen der schönen Lage nicht. Herausgekommen ist dabei leider nichts. Vom Management hieß es, es sei nicht so einfach etwas dagegen zu unternehmen. Ist für mich total unverständlich, denn im gesamten Hotel sind Verbotsschilder angebracht, auf denen unmissverständlich steht, daß der Cannabiskonsum auf dem kompletten Hotelgelände verboten ist. Ich muß sagen , die Geschichte ärgert mich immer noch.

Tout était vraiment très bien, propre correcte, le personnel au petit soins. L'emplacement est super, le buffet petit déjeuner est exceptionnel tant le choix est énorme. la piscine très grande plus partie pour les petits enfants. Des transats en grand nombres et en plus sur chacun il est bien indiqué interdictions de venir mettre vos essuie et repartir dormir! Nombreux magasins, restaurants loueurs de motos, pharmacie, magasins..... enfin bref, cet établissement vaut bien ses 4 étoiles voir 5! C'était la troisième fois que je venais dans cette hôtel, et toujours en chambre coté plage et vue sur mer. Franchement si vous avez un peu les moyens je recommande.

Les prix au restaurant de l'hôtel très cher. Sur la carte un jus d'orange 140 bath, mais quand la note arrive ils ajoutent 40 bath de taxe et service sans vous avoir prévenu avant! Vraiment exagéré! Dommage.

Personalens är väldigt toppen. Poolen är väldigt bra. Rummet är väldigt mysigt. Ägare är väldigt snäll. Absolut jag ska tillbaka dit igen.

We had a poolside bungalow and it was very clean comfortable and generally well equipped.

Maybe could have had 1 or 2 more PowerPoints. Also the huge bathtub in our deluxe bungalow was very impressive but the hot water flow was very poor and so we didn’t use it.

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und sind renovierungsbedürftig Service beim Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig. Tische wurden durch Gäste teilweise selber abgeräumt. Aufpassen bei den Preisen. Es wird bei der Rechnung noch ein Service berechnet!!

Comfortable rooms great breakfast great staff great pool great location. Bed water pressure and Wi-Fi were all very good.

The only thing we didn’t love about the property is that the gym is a bit too small.

Неплохой уютный отель. Расположен на двух сторонах улицы. Между корпусами- проезжая часть. Рад, что выбрал номер на стороне моря. 2 бассейна. Вполне себе ок. Завтраки неплохие, с великолепным видом. Пляж с камнями, но в ц шагах есть чистый песок. Расположение отеля не слишком близко к популярным местам, но 10-12 минут на машине не проблема. Номер был уютный, с балконом, приятное постельное белье. Очень удачно, что на территории несколько мест для развлечения детей. Добавьте детские книги в библиотеку?

Парковка была вдоль дороги, каждый раз приходилось искать свободное место. Что было непросто. Это очень расстраивало и лишний раз не хотелось брать машину, чтобы не потерять место около гостиницы.

Tiene dos piscinas grandes y bonitas. El desayuno excelente: de gran variedad y un horario amplio. En la recepcion fueron atentos a nuestras necesidades prestando ayuda practica, usando incluso su telefono para resolver los problemas de transporte despues de partir del hotel. Nos permitieron entrar antes de la hora.

El hotel esta divido en dos secciones. Una zona que abarca desde la carretera hasta la primera linea de playa y una segunda zona desde la carretera hacia la parte opuesta a la playa. Hubiera sido mejor que saber con antelacion que la habitacion estaba en la segunda linea de playa. Pese a eso, esta zona disfrutaba de piscina, gimnasio y libreria.

L'hôte est très bien placé, en plein centre de white sand beach, le petit night market est à 2 pas de l'hôtel. Belle chambre et spacieuse avec balcon. SDB ok, mais pas aussi jolie que le reste de la chambre. Literie confortable Petit déj bien fourni

Le plage face à l'hôtel n'est pas très jolie, il faut marcher un peu plus rien, mais rien de grave au contraire cela fait changer d'environnement.

Ich war im Mai dort und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist mMn absolut top. Tolle Lage, fußläufig alles was man braucht, tolle Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lagoon Gym. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und herzliche Personal.

Das Hotel liegt am südlichsten Punkt des White Sand Beach, aber hat keine Liegen direkt am Strand, da es direkt vor dem Hotel felsig ist. Aber man kann am Hotelrestaurant eine Treppe runtergehen zum Strand und dann nach rechts laufen und man ist sofort am White Sand Beach.

We stayed at the most expensive resort facing the sea. The problem was that there was also a pool opposite the resort, so there was no complete silence. The food in the morning was mostly not tasty. However, the resort was clean and nice and after seven in the evening it was quiet and pleasant. There was a well-maintained beach next to it, not directly opposite.

Great location in White Sand Beach with many restaurants nearby as well as night street food market where I got food most evenings. Great swimming pool and right on the beach front. Room was spacious, great breakfast and I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Restaurant in the resort is expensive, beer cost 200 baht if you are buying it outside happy hour otherwise it's 250 baht for 2 beers.

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé sur la plage de White Sand Beach. Très belles prestations et 2 grandes piscines très agréables. Petit déjeuner très copieux et diversifié.
