Veľmi sa nám páčilo. Všetko čo potrebujete po ruke a ochotný personál. Raňajky boli chutne aj keď bolo na vyber to iste.

V izbe sme našli švába, to je ale asi problém každého rezortu. Nemali v izbe miesto kde by sa zdržiavali, takže musel z niekade len vojsť.

Хоть и так называемый несезон и было пасмурно, зато людей очень мало, тихо и спокойно, шикарный вид на море. За ту цену, что заплатил отлично все.

Шел небольшой ремонт, днём работал экскаватор, но это мелочи.

Loved this hotel , close to 7 eleven and bars and restaurants, newly opened stairs down to the beach. We stayed in a double room with sea view which had an outside shower which was amazing Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly Would recommend

Easiest 10 I've ever given, the place is amazing! I nearly let the 7.8 rating and the negative reviews put me off booking but im really glad I didn't. This place should be rated so much higher, I loved everything about my stay here and it far exceeded my expectation! Location is perfect Seaview room was amazing Staff were friendly Very reasonably priced Also access to the beach was good. There is a large set of black steps down to the water. I guess this is a new thing as i read the old stairway was bad. Lowtide it leads to the beach, high tide it leads you straight into the water.

Not much! The shower points at the wall which is a bit annoying, need to fit a new shower bracket. Ocean is a little choppy on this side of the beach. You can only walk along the beach during low tide, high tide you need to use the road. In the bar restaurant, the server wasn't always there and we'd have to go looking for him to get drinks. Low season and the resort was very quiet so its understandable.

המיקום מעל הים נוח ויפה , יחד עם זאת אין לו חוף נגיש, אלא הולכים קצת הלאה ובהמשך יש. הקרבה לכל המסעדות בתי קפה וכו מצויינת. קיבלתי חדר עם נוף לים , ויש מקלחת חיצונית לחדר ליד המרפסת , שווה ! אהבתי !

ארוחת בוקר לא היתה בהתאם לציפיות . המקום מושקע מבחינת התשתית, אך נראה שמוזנח קצת לאחרונה.

Amazing location on the beach, lovely rooms.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing

The setup,the rooms,the cleanliness and thr staff. Close walkable distance to main townand road where are are many restaurants and bars

There is no access to the beach area except through rocks. The breakfast was not good. Very limited and they didnt refill often..coffee machine only had 2 options and both without millk.

Cooker in room but after I arrived they told me the cooker wasn’t ready for cooking on. The fitness centre was a joke. Only 2 machines working out of 6. Not maintained at all

Pekné, čiste vilky blízko mora.

Vybavenie - chýbali praktické veci ako držiaky na uteráky v kúpeľni, nebol tam ani jeden, svetlo a zástrčky v blízkosti zrkadla v kúpeľni, protišmykové podložky na zemi v kúpeľni, museli sme na zem klásť malé uteráky na ruky, aby sme z kúpeľne do izby vošli suchou nohou a nesmykli sa.

Mooie plek, wij hadden uitzicht op zee , kamer boven met groot balkon , grote badkamer en eigen zwembad er naast. Prijs/ kwaliteit perfect!

Geen licht boven spiegel op badkamer. De hoofdstraat liep achter onze kamer en bij Cafe Red Cat was de muziek tot 02.00 uur hard hoorbaar!

Super Aussicht für den Sonnenuntergang

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, mit tollen Bäumen und Bungalows die zu dem Stil passen. Kein riesen Komplex wie andere Hotels am white sand beach. Frühstück ist überschaubar, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Es gibt keinen Sandstrand direkt am Hotel, sondern Steine. Jedoch wird aktuell ein neuer Poolbereich gebaut, bei dem man leichter in das Meer kommt, als über die rostige Leiter.

Zugang zum Meer und die Zimmer könnten sauberer geputzt sein, oft noch überall Haare...

My second stay at Koh Chang Grand View Resort and I'll come back again another time for sure. Highly recommended! - clean rooms with everything you need (electric kettle, hair dryer, umbrella, flat screen tv, desk etc.) - spacious shower with high water pressure & very hot water - a comfortable soft bed - balcony or terrace to enjoy the stunning ocean view sunsets - discreet entrance if you decide to bring some guests from nearby entertainment venues - friendly and helpful hotel staff - Driveway to the hotel is impossible to miss with your scooter because of the huge hotel sign. :) - Nearby construction work was pretty quiet and didn't affect my sleep that much.

Access to the ocean can be a bit tricky for small children and old people. Just an old rusty stairway available for now - upgrade is in progress right now!

Beach access was a little tricky but the improvements they are making will make it exceptionally good.

Das Zimmer war gross und geräumig.

Nachdem ich gebucht hatte, bekam ich eine Mail, dass aktuell Umbauarbeiten im Hotel stattfinden. Das fand ich richtig mies, da ich die Buchung nicht stornieren konnte. Die Lage war an sich gut aber es war Abends/Nachts fürchterlich Laut. Ich kam mir vor wie am Ballermann. Laut Musik aus allen Ecken, irgendwas wird durch die Gegend gebrüllt. Ich musste Nachts los zum 7Eleven um mit Ohrstöpsel zu kaufen. Schade, dass keine vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Das Personal war super freundlich! Das möchte ich an der Stelle betonen. Der Pool war jedoch grün und zum sich dort aufhalten nicht geeignet. Ich würde das Hotel aufgrund der genannten Thematik nicht noch mal buchen und war sehr froh, dort nur eine Nacht verbringen zu müssen.

Kiva paikka. Meillä oli huone, jossa pääsy suoraan uima-altaalle, se oli kiva. Merinäköala. Huoneet oli suhteellisen siistit. Ilmastointi hyvä ja toimiva.

Aamupala olisi voinut olla monipuolisempi, mutta kyllä jotain mieleistä syötävää löytyi kaikille. Naapurissa polteltiin ruohoa ja se haju kantautui omaan huoneeseen. Remonttityömaa vielä, mutta tulevaisuudessa varmasti parempi, kun helpompi pääsy merelle.

Det är stilrent. Mycket välkomnande personal. Alltid ett lende och mycket tillmötesgående :) Sängarna är mjuka!!

Polen är sliten , men "kall" :). Mycket ljud på kvällen från barerna på andra sidan gatan om man bor i "sea view"

Schöne, weitläufige Anlage - allerdings am Ende vom White Sand Beach

Preis -Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, zumindest aktuell, absolut nicht. Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen, auch wenn teilweise renoviert wird. Zugang zum Wasser nur über eine verrostete Stahltreppe und nur sehr schwierig, besonders bei Wellengang. Es gibt für die Sonnenliegen keine Polsterauflagen, sondern nur alte, ausgefranste Handtücher. Im Bungalow (1.Reihe) gibt es keine Ablage Möglichkeiten am Bett (Nachttische o.ä.) Überhaupt gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank lediglich 4 Bügel. Platz ist nur für einen Koffer. Bei 2 Personen wird’s schwierig. Im Bad gibt nur einen einzigen Haken (am Türstopper!)zum Handtuch aufhängen. Keinerlei Ablagen; Rasieren ist im Bad aufgrund falscher Beleuchtung nicht möglich (Schlagschatten) Schminken nur am Mini - Schreibtisch möglich; Essen und Trinken ist qualitativ absolut unterirdisch Ab 21 Uhr gibts nichts mehr, die Bar wurde geschlossen; Andere, Nachbar-Anlagen bieten mehr zu günstigeren Preisen; mit einem ordentlichen Management kann die Anlage deutlich besser werden ;

Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns zum Geburtstag auch eine Torte organisiert. Nach dem Umbau könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass es sehr schön wird

Baustelle vor dem Hotelzimmer. Pool hatte den ganzen Aufenthalt den selben Dreck drin. Restaurant war am Abend fast immer leer. Trotzdem ging alles sehr lange.

เราจองช่วงปีใหม่ 5 คืนที่เรตราคา ห้าพันกว่าต่อคืน ยอมรับว่าคาดหวังเยอะมากว่าต้องมีอะไรพิเศษมากกว่าช่วงอื่นๆ แต่..... ผิดหวังมาก อาหารเช้าไม่ได้หลากหลาย รสชาติธรรมดามาก ถึงเป็นต่างชาติก็รู้รสชาตินี้มันไม่ได้อะจ้า กาแฟมีแค่ americano espresso ที่มีน้ำมากกว่ากาแฟ พนักงานต้องมาคอยเทน้ำทิ้งจากเครื่องออก

no beach but swimming pool

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Pool gebucht, was ich auch bekommen habe. Aber es wurde zu keinem Zeitpunkt erwähnt das mein Zimmer unmittelbar vor einer Großbaustelle ist. Ich habe mich schriftlich in Englisch beschwert, habe aber bis heute keine Antwort bekommen.9

Das Frühstück, das Zimmer als solches war auch ok.

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Pool gebucht, das habe ich auch bekommen, aber es würde mir zu keinem Zeitpunkt gesagt das direcktkt vor meinem Zimmer eine Großbaustelle ist wo 7 Tage die Woche 2 Bagger einen Pool ausheben und ständig LKWs beladen werden. Selbst auf schriftliche Beschwerde hat sich niemand bei mir gemeldet. Es gibt keinen Strandzugang vom Hotel.

Dette stedet ligger perfekt til, har en rolig og sentral beliggenhet. Personalet som jobber på hotellet er helt fantastisk, og yter den beste servicen. Rommene var rene, og frokosten god. Anbefaler alle dette hotellet
