We were in the property for all of a few hours.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights in Koh Samui. It is advertised as a 5-star property, which, in our view, it certainly is not. The price of the rooms far outweighs the level of service and cleanliness provided. We arrived late (around midnight) and were taken to our room by buggy, which is necessary given how steep the walk is. Upon arrival, issues became apparent almost immediately. My partner used the shower, which had a strong raw sewage smell. While we understand this can occasionally happen in warmer climates, running the water did not resolve it, in fact the smell worsened. At the same time, I turned down the bed to find stained sheets, a dead mosquito, and hair present. We contacted reception, who said they would come to inspect. While waiting, we noticed further problems: mould on the ceiling above the bed, damp patches on the walls, used wax pots, and a dirty bath. Reception informed us that nothing could be done immediately that night but they could change us to a spare room tonight and then we look again in the morning. At that point, we had completely lost confidence in the hotel and decided to leave. Reception pushed us to return the next day. The following day, the hotel offered us an upgraded villa. While we appreciate the gesture, we had already checked out and did not feel comfortable returning. More importantly, we do not believe a higher category room should be maintained to a better standard than a standard room. We therefore requested a refund. The hotel agreed to this in writing. However, it has now been over a month, and despite multiple follow-ups, including requests via Booking.com, we have received no response. We have since had to escalate the matter through our credit card provider.

Quiet location on the beach - accommodation was up very steep hills but buggy service was excellent

The hotel was providing some training or courses to the young guys near the restaurant which is a good example of serving the local community. The Buddha statue is unforgettable.

Outdated hotel from 90s. The photos are misleading. The hotel beach has dark water and many stones or rocks on the sea bed that are hurting your feet. I came to this hotel from another hotel on Chaweng beach and felt a big disappointment.

The service was very good, Especially Boss took very much care. Very good breakfast and food. Nice green area if the hotel. Nice villas.

Location: you need a motorbike or have to use grab. Air condition: Doesn’t work very well, Not cold enough and the wind of the air condition is on the bed. Noise: you hear ever word from guests talking in the connected villa.

Ich durfte drei Nächte in diesem schönen Resort verbringen und wohnte in der Sunset Suite mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Bucht. Der Strand war in dieser Zeit sehr schön. Es war mir bewusdt, dass das Hotel etwas angelegen liegt.

Das Restaurant ist eher teuer.

Die Lage am Maenam Strand ist wunderschön, die Gartenanlagen, Pool, Strand ist alles sehr gepflegt, das Personal superfreundlich. Hatten ein Oceanview Zimmer-die erste Nacht waren wir allerdings in einem Zi mit wenig nur Meerblick...-konnten dann aber auf Anfrage nach einer Nacht umziehen, da in der Kategorie nichts frei war. Erstattung gab es nicht, haben aber auch nicht gefragt. Die beiden Zimmer sind allerdings ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig, was wir bei dem Preis schon erwartet hätten, wären keine klemmenden Türen, keine Flecken auf dem Sofa und an den Wänden etc. Wie gesagt, es hat uns gut gefallen, aber das Ressort ist für die Umgebung sehr hochpreisig, kann dann aber die 5 * Standards z.T. nicht erfüllen. Das Frühstück war gut aber nicht aussergewöhnlich. Das größte Problem bei unserer Meinung nach aber der Strand, dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Die Bucht ist von Weitem herrlich, das Wasser ist hier aber wirklich sehr trüb, es gibt Algen, Schaumbildung, See-Igel und mini-Quallen, überall stehen Warnschilder und Essig am Strand, damit die Hautsymptome gelindert werden. Das ist natürlich schon ein Schreck, wenn man kristallklares Wasser erwartet. Der Pool war aber superschön.

Beim Frühstück vielleicht etwas mehr Jogurt, Müsli gab es nur die ersten Tage, wurde dann nur noch Cornflakes angeboten.

The flooring creeks every time you move on it so needs to be addressed as it’s quite annoying

Emplacement incroyable au bord de l’eau. Idéal pour le coucher du soleil. Les chambres sont spacieuses et belles et les salles de bain aussi. Le personnel est adorable. La qualité de service est vraiment incroyable. J’ai organisé un dîner romantique sur la plage et l’installation était magnifique et le personnel de l’hôtel a été aux petits soins.

Pas un problème pour nous mais ayez en tête que la plage n’est pas vraiment une plage. On est tout de suite sur l’eau. Important à savoir.

loud, invasive AC travelled with my mom, we had couple bed despite paying crazy money for the villa were asked to pay extra for an extra portable bed. we got pool villa with no ocean view despite the fact there were some unoccupied villas with ocean view.

Beautiful beachfront villa, in a lovely quiet location with views across the bay. Hotel was very good quality, with properties dotted throughout the gardens. Staff really friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the location, which was quieter than Bophut, but everything still accessible locally.

Beuatiful resort, we had a sea front villa with a pool so had a lovely spot.

Ideally the villa could do with a microwave and (probably not possible) but a small sink in the kitchen would have been helpful to wash items glasses, plates etc in between house keeping.

שקט, צוות מקסים, מקום יפה, החדר עם הבריכה מפנק, כולם תמיד דואגים לך, רק היו נמלים במרפסת שהיו קצת מעצבנות פרט לזה חופשה מהממת. אנחנו והילדים נהנו מאד.

La soirée BBQ. Franchement pas terrible pour le prix. Pas assez de nourriture, cuisine et réassortiment arrêté 1h30 avant la fin. Je n’ai même pas pu goûter le poisson. Déçu pour cette expérience.

Das Bungalow war schön und modern eingerichtet. Es wurde auch sehr gut sauber gehalten. Jeden Tag gab es zudem 4 Wasserflaschen gratis. Die Poolanlage war wunderschön und es hat eine coole Poolbar. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, da man nicht allzu fernab vom Schuss ist. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut. Das Hotel-eigene Restaurant ist preislich eher etwas auf der teureren Seite.

La distribución es muy agradable y las vistas idílicas. El personal muy amable y atento, gracias especialmente a Pintoh por hacer nuestra estancia aún más especial en la celebración de nuestra luna de miel.

Das Resort erfüllt alles, was man zu einem guten Urlaub braucht.

Gewisse Mängel ( Toilettenpapier nicht in die Toilette,, keine Möglichkeit, nasse Kleidung, Badesachen zu trocknen ) Waren da. Das Baby im Nachbar Bungalow war so laut zu hören über die Verbindungstür, morgens ab 4 Uhr!

An absolutely beautiful resort in a quiet, gorgeous location. Clean rooms with a nice view. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. A massive thank you to Boss for making our vacation so special. He really went out of his way to fulfill our wishes and made us feel looked after. Highly recommended!

The outside of the property is amazing. The nature is amazing. The staff is amazing, specially Boss that help us along our stay here.

We had a sea view garden villa. All villas are duplex and are separated by an interior door. You can hear absolutely everything the neighbors do and say. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired in our opinion. The room itself is large, only that at most I would give it maximum 3 stars. It is very outdated and needs renovation ASAP. The prices at the restaurant are very high for what they offer. I'm not saying that the food is not good, just that they charge prices that are not suitable for the quality and diversity of what is offered. The breakfast in 7 days was 90% the same. Despite this, we felt very good, the location compensates a lot with the nature and tranquility that this resort offers. The location is quite isolated from the center, about 10 minutes to the main street and about 30-40 minutes walk to Fisherman Village. Taxi costs around 8-10 USD/way to Fisherman Village, which is quite expensive for 3 km. For us this was not an obstacle because we rented a scooter for the entire stay and it was very easy to get around. But for those who do not know how to drive a scooter and who do not have a daily taxi budget it is good to know. The fact that it is isolated can be a good thing for those who want peace. Here they will find it.

Wir hatten eine Gartenvilla, gebucht, jeweils zwei sind versetzt aneinander gebaut, die Eingänge komplett getrennt, vom Nachbarn hört man nichts. Das Bad war komplett renoviert, die Villa selbst sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück ist i.O. Hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des ganzen Personals - ein lieber Dank geht an Boss. Die Lage ist wunderschön, wir haben uns wie im Paradies gefühlt.

Da fällt mir nicht wirklich was ein

The hotel was set in lovely grounds and kept very clean and tidy. The staff were most attentive especially DiDi, Kong and Boss. Some of the events put on in the evening were very nice but the food let it down a bit.

The pool area and bar was nice but dated. The pool could have been cleaned more often as there were often leaves, debris and green areas on some of the pool walls. The sockets to the jacuzzi looked dangerously close to the water and loose. There were a few tiles missing in the pool too There were limited options at the bar and the staff didn't seem to understand the drinks list that well. Much of the problem was most of the staff were very young and management didn't seem to be involved or certainly didn't present themselves to guests Some of the poolside sunbed covers looked a little old. No drawers in the rooms for any clothes, just a wardrobe. Clothes lived in the suitcase. Pretty poor. I think the place needs some TLC or updating around the beach / pool area. Otherwise it's a great place.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum wunderschön und absolut erholsam. Das Zimmer mit Whirlpool und traumhaftem Meerblick war ein echtes Highlight – ruhig, sehr gepflegt und einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch der schöne, kleine und ruhig gelegene Strand hat uns besonders gut gefallen und lädt zum Abschalten fernab vom Trubel ein. Das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts durchweg höflich, aufmerksam und sehr professionell. Man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein, und es blieben wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir „Boss“ (Guest Experience Host) , er hat sich während unseres Aufenthalts um sämtliche Organisatorische Belange gekümmert und war jederzeit Ansprechbar. Insgesamt ein perfekt organisierter Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Location was everything! Close to the best part in Ko Samoi fisherman village . The beach and the pool was excellent. Highly recommend the upper rooms with incretable view.

I have been coming g to Thailand for almost 50 years and have stayed in countless places; The staff here are excellent and as good as if not better than where we have stayed. In particular Dada and the other waitresses were exceptional. Our main contact was with Boss who looked after us brilliantly We stayed in a pool villa which was great- nice pool,good bed, fantastic bathroom andvery private, but for oldies a useless pergola,poor lavatory and a sofa in the bedroom would have been welcome The grounds are well landscaped and the beach is easily accessible My only criticism is the absence of shuttle transport to the main road about 1000 metres away and I was surprised they didn't exchange foreign currency

Before heading to to Thailand for the first time we spent some time searching the web, YouTube++ to find out more on where to go and where to stay. We ended up with choosing Kho Samui and our first week her we stayed at Fair Hotels & Villas. This hotel is very beautiful, with lunch green gardens, a big resturandand a delicate pool area. For us as a couple it was pure perfection as it had the quit, relaxed comfort and vibe. This is the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying chill days. If you want more nightlife and options Fisherman’s Village is only like 10 min away / 300 Bath for a cab or you can walk if you prefer that. Boss approached us early an a our stay, and helped us with a lot of different needs. Very friendly, full of knowledge and helpful either it was for options on activities or if we had question regarding our stay. Unfortunately my husbond got sick one day( from bacteria/food outside of hotel!!) that situation can be quite uncomfortable. - but Boss was so helpful, organized with the rest of the staff so we got medicin, electrolytes, ekstra water for comfort. They all checked in on us several times that day - and even every single day after Boss and the others asked if we felt ok and if everything was ok now. This is beyond any service we experienced before, and it truly felt genuine that they had heartfelt care for us and wanted to know that we both was feeling health. Boss and Preawa, Joy, Dada, Stamp, Game & Strong ++ de other I can’t remember the name of (the guys in poolbar, the ones working at the reception, the buggy drivers, the man who helped people with surfboards, the guy we booked our dinners with ++) - they ut all truly made our stay exceptional! For me having celiac disease I felt in the best and safest care. They served men gluten-free bread for brekfast, when we attended the dinner buffé they showed me what I could eat (most of the food!!) and offered to make me glutnfree options of the courses I couldn’t try. This is really been a blissful and 100% relaxing vacation, feeling treated like a included familie and VIP’s at the same time - we highly recomend others to stay at this hotel! Thank you all for making our stay so great- we will love to come back another time annahver memories for life 🥰

Lovely stay, fantastic location not far from fisherman’s village. Very relaxed atmosphere. The room was spacious, well equipped and clean and had a great sea view. The staff were very accommodating and helpful especially Boss who was very attentive to our needs. Would recommend and would happily stay again.
