Excelente estancia, personal amable y confiable, sin duda, volveremos a Oaxaca y nos hospedaremos en Casa de Las Flores Hotel, excelente ubicacion, a minutos del cerro del fortin, caminando como lo hicimos, cercas de la Iglesia Santo Domingo y del centro historico de Oaxaca, 10/10

Leider nicht sehr sauber, was für den Preis eher enttäuschen war. Keine Möglichkeit in einem Außenbereich zu sitzen. Das ganze Hotel eher anonym.

Место хорошо тем, что центр близко, но ты не в толпе и не на окраине. Понравилось, что есть своя парковка (но если вам предложат парковаться не внутри, а на улице — соглашайтесь)

El servicio no es bueno, una mañana no pudimos desayunar porque no había quien lo hiciera (lo dudo), al reclamar el encargado contesto "no es mi problema", después comenté que ya no regresaríamos ( teníamos reservación para días más adelante), se lo hice saber a la gerente en persona, nunca me devolvieron mi dinero, a eso se le llama robo. La "gerente" casi nunca esta y al personal le falta mucha capacitación, o contratar a alguien con experiencia. en términos generales nos dejó un mal sabor de boca.

The property is clean and well-located. The bathrooms could use an update, as they are older and the shower leaks. Other than that, everything else was really nice.

La localización y el trato del personal de servicio fue muy bueno, atentos y amables, me gusto mucho el tipo de anfitriones que son, buen alojamiento.

Lo que no me gusto es que, solicite mi factura y no me pudieron decir si me facturaban o no, si lo contratas por aplicación es buena opción pero el soporte para solicitar un documento que se supone que lo tienen que emitir por ley no me pueden ayudar a resolverlo

La Limpieza de la habitación podría mejorar, ya había muchos pelos en el piso y la colcha

No desayunamos en el lugar. Pero tiene buena ubicación, cerca del centro (unas 3 cuadras), pero si consideren si llevan gente grande o en silla de ruedas por que la calle esta un poco empinada.

La silla de la habitación ya esta muy maltratada, parece que se va a romper (sugiero cambiarlas). De los 3 días que estuvimos 2 no hubo internet, se que es un problema ajeno, pero deberían considerar un plan B, para no afectar a los huéspedes. Por ultimo como ya lo han dicho, la entrada al estacionamiento esta un poco complicada (es una rampa reducida y muy inclinada), si llevan camioneta grande si deberían considerarlo.

We had a very uncomfortable stay at this hotel. The room was heavily scented — both the cleaning products and even the toilet paper had strong fragrances — which triggered allergies for us. For the price we paid, the overall quality really didn’t match our expectations. On top of that, there was no hot water for the shower until we complained at the front desk. Basic things like hot water should be ready without guests having to ask. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was good and had parking.

Very expensive and not worth the price. Booked for 4 people and there were only 2 towels. Also just 1 roll if toilet paper, it wasn’t enough. They also took all the towels from the room on the day of the check-out hours before we checked out. Not enough water pressure at the sink, hard to wash hands or teeth. For the price of the stay the breaksfast should have been included.

Je n'ai rien aimé dans cet hotel. Les photos ne correspondent pas à ce qu'on trouve. La chambre et les fenêtres donnaient sur un couloir, et donc la chambre n'offre aucune intimité et est sombre. J'ai demandé de changer de chambre. Ils voulaient me charger un supplément pour cela. Le personnel n'étaient pas aimable. J'ai quitté l'hotel. Je suis allé dans un autre hotel. Mais ils m'ont chargé la chambre que je n'ai pas utilisée. Ils ont refusé d'annuler le paiement que je venais de faire par carte bancaire. Je me suis sentie volée.

Hotel horrible. À ne jamais y revenir !!!!!!!!!! Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de ZERO dans la note à atribuer...

Que el baño no tenga aire acondicionado

The location of the hotel was good, being a few blocks from the city, and bus station etc. However, the hotel is on a hill at an incline so you must be reasonably fit and mobile for the walk back from the sites

Upon a reservation, a month earlier, I was asked to pay upfront for my entire 10 days stay upon booking, with no other options provided. One my first night, I was placed in a small room with a huge bathroom with lots of noise from the car parking lot. There is no soundproofing. I asked to change my room, and the noise improved. However my bed sheets were not changed for several days. The bed cover has stains on it as did the pillows from the previous occupants. The tap and shows did not operate properly and were full of limescale. There were days where there was hardly any water on the taps and shower. The hotel is cleaned to a poor standard. There stains and water marks all over the bathroom, taps and shows heads at the end of their life. The beds can be hit or miss, when I moved room there was a better bed. There is no fridge! When asked I was provided with a wine cooler where a temperature could not be changed. The terrace is small and overlooks the parking lot. I did not see any guests use it, as you would block the walk way between rooms. The pictures of the condition l, terrace and bathrooms are very misleading. While having a restaurant, from day 2 onwards I was told there was nothing for breakfast that could be ordered, as they run out of things. When I did get breakfast two days of my stay, I had to remind the staff to bring the rest of the items that was part of my order, ie the menu would say fruit with yogurt and granola, but I was only served fruit ! The manager has no customer service skills, she makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing her. You may ask, why I continued to stay. In short, I had already paid upfront (a ridiculous price for the standard the hotel was) and during the high season it’s impossible to find other hotels. I believe overcharged and the information shared with me about direct day rates when asked, was manipulated so I do not raise a case with booking.com

The location was the best! A little ways away from the busy town but close enough to walk into. The staff was absolutely fantastic and our room was so clean, quiet and comfortable! Laundry service was great! We will definitely be back!

We liked this hotel very much, the layout of the hotel was interesting the room was comfortable and the staff treat us very well. Also we could park our car in front of our room, so it felt very safe.

Booked most expensive room, no privacy from other guests as si dows faced the exterior walkways. Toilet has a glass enclosure...if that dolor Is open people can see you on the toilet. No hot water for big tub. Food was not good in the hotel.

El baño, estaba descompuesto el sapito del excusado y se cayó el agua en todo el baño. Aunque el día de llegada, según lo reparo el plomero. El sobre de café estaba abierto En las sábanas se veían huellas de manos sucias y fundas de una cama sucias.

El lugar es lindo pero definitivamente no hay buena limpieza. Reserve dos habitaciones, ambas tenían inodoro sucio, toallas sucias e incluso uno de ellos no contaba con agua. Cafetera que no funcionaba y colchones demasiado suaves, tanto que te hundes cuando te acuestas. La televisión no cuenta con buen internet, así que no esperes ver TV ya que se pausa cada 5 segundos. Definitivamente no volvería a este lugar en especial por la falta de higiene.

I love this place, specially there bed and there pillows, I slept like a baby. No noises from the outside. It's very clean all around. The staff is wonderful. I am planning to keep staying there.

El hotel está bien ubicado para caminar a la zona de Santo Domingo. Los cuartos están espaciosos y limpios. El establecimiento es pequeño y difícil para maniobrar, especialmente a la salida. Los cuartos tienen ventana a una calle muy concurrida por autos y camiones y el ruido es muy molesto durante el día e incluso en la noche. Lo peor es la gerente: viajé con mi esposa y nuestros 2 perros de servicio, al reservar menciona que hay un costo de $300mxn por noche, por mascota, y piden que notifiques que irás con mascotas para que te puedan dar una de las habitaciones que tienen designadas, así que al reservar puse la nota correspondiente y ELLOS directamente me contestaron el mensaje a través de Expedia que si los perritos eran de servicio NO tenían ningún costo; así que nosotros llevamos sus cartas y documentos pertinentes, al llegar el joven de la recepción no parecía estar muy capacitado para atender a los huéspedes así que nos comunicó por teléfono con la gerente quien termino gritando que ella "no tenía porque pagar por mis perros si yo no quería". Pasé 5 minutos explicando por teléfono y leyendo textualmente el mensaje que recibí de su parte, que yo solo quería que cumplieran su oferta y que si no iba a ser que simplemente aceptaran que fue un error de su parte. Nunca lo aceptó así que pagamos como ya teníamos planeado, pero la gerente insistía que canceláramos. Terrible atención.

Location is very convenient. Staff was nice and friendly. The only thing I would recommend to Hotel administration is to have a better toilets. We had to flush down at least twice. But everything else was very good.

The location could not be better and thats what you pay for.

Floors were dirty even after the cleaner cleaned. Restaurant only serves breakfast and only what they want each morning and not what is on the menu. The pictures are deceiving to what it really is, showing outdoor roof top views and sitting areas but this is not so. Not sure how they got some of the pictures.

A great hotel close to the main areas of Oaxaca. Had some issues with cleanliness (dusy and bugs) in the room and the amenities were lacking a bit (water pressure issue and no fridge)

The location was great, we were walking distance from everything. The room was clean which is the most important factor for me.

Something I didnt like was that the room did not have a mini fridge. Also, the bath towels were rough, could use replacement.

- Good location - Mostly as advertised - we chose it mostly for the parking but its no problem to park on the streets

- Is a bit old and does not really feel cosy - Busy street next to hotel that echos a lot due to the parking space

Loved it here the staff was friendly treated us like family just happened to be a last minute booking and I will be coming back for sure. 3 blocks away from Santo Domingo and plenty of good restaurants & coffee shops near by very affordable there’s also a gym 2 blocks away on the same street.

The staff were always helpful and polite. Exiting onto the street, you are graced with a beatiful view of the Templo de Santo Domingo de Guzmán located a few minutes away. In walking distance to everything in the center of town including Mexican and international cuisine, markets, cafés and plazas. On the downside, there were ongoing renovations for a few days keeping things loud from late morning to early evening. The bulk of the work appears to be complete now.

Encontramos cucarachas en la habitación, muy ruidoso ya que esta junto a una avenida y desde temrano se oye mucho ruido, nos toco remodelación y mucho ruido desde la mañana dentro de hotel.

The location

I recently stayed at this hotel and was shocked by the basic issues and inconveniences. The room was dusty, and the internet was unreliable. The bed was uncomfortable due to the poor quality of the sheets and towels. The price was way too high for what was offered. The hotel needs to invest in better quality linens and towels to improve the guest experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Estaba en remodelacion asi que habia mucho ruido por las mañanas. Pero la atención, limpieza e instalaciones muy buenas

La propiedad está ubicada de menara conveniente y la mayoría de las atracciones del centro se encuentran a corta distancia caminando. Los cuartos son adecuados y cuentan con aire acondicionado, aunque las instalaciones hidráulicas necesitan mantenimiento. Es complicado estacionar ya que casi no hay espacio para maniobrar. Así también, algunas áreas están en remodelación, con los inconvenientes en ruido y el acceso a ciertas espacios. Mi cuarto fue muy ruidoso, ya que está al constado de una avenida muy transitada y esto dificultó el descanso adecuado. Asimismo, el servicio de alimentos como desayunos no estaba disponible. El personal amable y cortés.
