Academy Hotel

Nice old building

It was so noisy that I could almost literally hear the reception. Rooms are very basic. Transport to hotel is very expensive

Zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje

Vse ok

C’era puzza di fogna nella stanza

Loved the shuttle from and to the airport, very convenient. Location was excellent - near the airport and a short walk to restaurants. Perfect for a one night stay!

Air conditioner was very loud at night.

Mi è piaciuto molto. Tutto perfetto.

No sure yet

The stairwell is effortful though unique and quaint nevertheless.

Close to good restaurants and the airport

Cricket in the room and less than substantial breakfast.

The front desk person was excellent. Helpful with dining options as well as scheduling an early morning taxi.

Door to the room would stick on the floor tile. Shower glass was dirty. Room needed to be painted. Light on right side of bed was damaged. The light was just a bulb without any type of shade.

L emplacement

Pieno di polvere Ed il bagno puzzava

No refrigerator or ice available.

Staff super accogliente, ottimo prezzo, posizione comoda, camere pulite.

Very dirty room and mold everywhere

Pulizia Condizionatore rumoroso Puzza, scarico bagno

I appreciated that the staff changed our room, but unfortunately, the new one wasn't any better. However, the location is great: there are nice restaurants nearby, and it is very easy to get to any part of the city.

The room was extremely dirty. The shower and toilet had not been cleaned, and there was a broken bottle left in the room. Additionally, a power socket was broken. I am very disappointed with the condition of the room; management needs to resolve these issues

A very cozy hotel with everything necessary for a traveler. The room was very clean and convenient. All the staff was very helpful in every question, special appreciation for Roberto. We had an opportunity to have tea in a beautiful terrace. This hotel is perfect for those who don't want to wait in the airport for their flight.

Per me la situazione è benissimo.

Camera angusta, bagno fatiscente

Muy cerca del aeropuerto y abierto 24 horas. Me he quedado varias veces

Location was great and had parking available.

A/c wasn’t working, told staff who came and said it was the setting. It never cooled down and it wasn’t working. They had soap dispensers in bathroom and shower with no soap.

Excelente ubicación!

Convenient location. Great shuttle service! Staff was very good!

Proximity to FCO.

Staff

Ac didn’t work shower was broken bugs in the room beds were from 1945 room was over all dirty

My stay was awesome! I chose Academy Hotel cause of convenience and the shuttle service which was a bonus. It was a comfortable stay with everything I needed for a 1 night sleep and fly the following day. A huge thanks to Gabriel who works at the front desk. Such a kind and gentle person who attended to my every need. All the staff who I encountered were all super friendly and extremely polite. I really enjoyed my short stay.

Noise from the neighbours on both sides which was really loud at late hours.

If you need to spend one night before the flight it is ok. Close to airport, has shuttle service

Old, no window in the room, the walls are very thin so I heard everything my neighbors did

Shuttle service, easily accessible from FCO Airport.

Proximity to the aeroport, quiet, comfortable beds. Very kind and helpful staff, perfectly clean room.

Air conditioning not working properly in the room and elevator which was a hot metallic box, mini fridge warm therefore useless.Rooms could definitely use some painting.

VIES... Een nacht en nooit meer...

L’ubicazione mi è piaciuta, perché è molto vicino all’aeroporto. Tutto ben organizzato.

Well located very close to the airport and so very convenient.

The accommodations are Moderate. They were spacious but not everything was we’ll kept. It dis work well at the end for a one night stay. Would not recommend for long stays.

Basic but clean and a good value.

Tutto

A limpeza deixou a desejar porque tinha barata e pernilongo no banheiro. Precisa de dedetização.

Hotel was spotless and staff incredibly helpful. We arrived early but they made sure our room was available, beautiful courtyard and very relaxing. Short 3-4 minute walk to restaurants and bars next to the river and supermarket. Wished we could’ve stayed longer, perfect hotel for airport with shuttle bus. Can’t recommend hotel highly enough.

Nothing.

Easy access to the airport and half a block from the restaurants on the promenade. Staff were friendly and helpful and even set me up with a taxi at 4 am!

We stayed just the one night before our flight. Staff were very nice and helped arrange our taxi for the next morning. Very close to the main part of town - just a short walk. Room was basic but comfortable. Would happily recommend for a short stay.

Nada

Great location and staff. Tasty Italian-style breakfast. Comfortable beds and linen. Excellent AC. Useful shuttle bus. We have a great one-night stay between flights and it was easy to manage our airport transportation even for a group of 5 with many baggage.

I like it all!

Convenient location, with nearby beach and excellent restaurants within walking distance. And of course the FCO airport. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. All necessary amenities, and good value.

Friendly and efficient staff. Clean and comfortable room. Convenient location. Basic breakfast but sufficient to get the day started. Shuttle service to/from airport which makes it very easy.

CrossFit gym across the road is quite noisy, but they only operate mid morning and late afternoon.

A great hotel for a one-night stay before a flight. The waterfront and numerous seafood restaurants are nearby.

Quiet

Our garden room looked out into a chain link fence that had greenery woven through. The bathroom had wood rot from water damage. Nothing to accommodate putting luggage on- no luggage rack.

Friendly Staff. Good Value & Location

Staff e posizione

Good location, around the corner from a strip of bars and restaurants that open till late which was handy with a late flight. Good distance from airport and was handy for a 1 night stay. Very simple breakfast but what you'd expect from a hotel like this. Receptionist was friendly and told us where to go for local restaurants. Was clean but you could tell its in need of some TLC. But again for what it is, its fine for a night.

Walls were rather thin, and I'm sure its mainly down to luck whos in your room next to you and if they're going to bed at the same time but we could get very clearly a couple next door rather enjoying each other's company to say it politely. Then heard children up at half 5 and doors banging people in the corridor not being concious of other people not up yet. You could hear the next room shower and bathroom noises.

so warm and welcoming

nothing

Very close to the airport and the shatel was in decent price.

The bathroom was not clean, look like someone use it before us

I didn't like the fact that I've left my pyjamas and when I told them that I would go to pick it up in 5 days they said they haven't found it. Which is a lie, I even remember where I did put it.

Great location near the airport and affordable T-shirts collection/drop off as well.

La posizione strategica per l'aeroporto. Il personale molto cordiale. Struttura nuova e pulita

Close to airport and food options. Room was a bit out dated and could use a refresh but met our needs for a single night layover. Staff (Damien?) was really friendly and helpful.

Everyone so friendly, patience and agreeable. Perfect place to rest forma short or even a long trip. 10/10 will visit again.

Follia

Convenient location to restaurants and airport. Very comfortable bed. Outstanding staff at the front desk. On property parking.

We couldn’t get WiFi in our room, only in the lobby. The elevator was very slow and quite warm in the afternoon.
