Great view of Sai Sai River. Very spacious rooms, peaceful ambiance and helpful staff and a fabulous quiet onsen.

The breakfast was a little bit too cafeteria style.. Some of the choices were rather bland however the use of local ingredients was fabulous. A coffee machine would have been a great asset..

Volevamo pernottare almeno una notte in un ryokan tradizionale, e questa struttura un po' lontana dal centro aveva tutte le caratteristiche che cercavamo. La posizione poteva sembrare scomoda, ma durante il soggiorno non siamo stati mai disturbati dal rumore delle macchine, e questo è stato importante per noi. Abbiamo usufruito dell'onsen, ed è stata una esperienza estremamente piacevole. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato in camera tutto l'occorrente per fare il the, compresi due dolcetti con la spiegazione del sapore che avrebbero avuto se mangiati insieme al the. è stata una cosa davvero piacevole. Dalla nostra terrazza si vedeva il fiume, e tutto è stato molto rilassante. La colazione è tradizionale giapponese, quindi con molti piatti salati, ed era esattamente quello che volevamo provare. Per una organizzazione ottimale chiedono l'orario della colazione, così da non avere mai la sala da pranzo sovraffollata. Siamo stati davvero benissimo

Nous avons adoré l’ambiance de notre chambre traditionnelle japonaise, avec ses tons chaleureux et ses espaces vraiment très grands. La vue depuis la chambre était également superbe et a beaucoup contribué au charme du séjour. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’onsen, très facile d’accès, particulièrement propre et parfaitement équipé pour y passer un moment agréable et confortable. Tout est prévu pour que l’on puisse en profiter sans manquer de rien.

Le seul point que nous avons moins apprécié concerne l’aide pour trouver un restaurant. Beaucoup d’établissements étaient fermés, notamment en raison des vacances et de la période d’Obon. L’accueil nous a conseillé un restaurant, mais celui-ci ne prenait pas de réservations. Nous avons finalement préféré nous faire livrer directement dans notre chambre afin d’être certains d’avoir un dîner. Cela reste toutefois un point assez mineur, car la période d’Obon rendait les réservations particulièrement compliquées.

Le stanze riproducevano una stanza tradizionale giapponese in modo fedele e accurato e questo (per noi che eravamo turisti) è stato bellissimo. Il materasso e i cuscini erano comodissimi. Ottima la colazione.

La posizione è buona, e l'albergo ha uno splendido affaccio sul fiume, ma è un pochino distante dalla stazione. Bisogna saper usare i mezzi di trasporto per arrivarci.

The room (suite with private bathroom onsen) was one of the best place I have ever been! The room was bigger than my house! Clean and comfortable. They offer us each day a small snack inside.

Unfortunately is not close to the center (20 minutes) and you have to walk to find a Family mart at least 5/7 minutes. Breakfast was ok but minimal and you can’t have it before 7 a.m. So we had to skip it on the second day.

The views from our room. The balcony was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the views. Breakfast was plentiful and a variety of options, which changed daily.

Spacious, comfortable, exceeded expectations, nice breakfast, beautiful view.

Drinking water was in bottles, you have to go to the front desk every day and get one bottle per person a day. Not enough unfortunately. At one point we were told to buy water from the vending machine.

While the internal spaces in the hotel were immaculate and beautiful, our private balcony was a bit tired. The balustrade needed a coat of paint to match the first rate finish of the internal spaces, and the balcony lacked a light, so could not be used at night without a torch.

This is a beautiful hotel but while you are right on the river the city area is a distance away. Problem solved by calling taxis but that is an additional expense 👍🏼

The previous year we stayed in a Junior Ste. I am an older person and not so flexible. I paid extra this time for a bigger room and bed and the view. I loved it & it was worth every cent. Unfortunately, due to travel plans, we were only there for one Japanese breakfast.

We had a very large, comfortable room with big windows overlooking the river. It was a real treat at the end of our busy days to sit and relax and gaze out over the river. It was also a lovely way to wake up in the morning with a cup of tea and just sit and look at the views. Many hotels don't have nice views like this in a very peaceful, quiet area nor are all rooms this large. There are pathways along the river which is perfect if you like to run/walk in a natural setting. The public bath was nice and a great way to relax after a big day of sightseeing. Overall a very quiet location close to a public bus stop to see the sights of Kanazawa, We walked everywhere and found it nice to start and end the day at the river walk. Would recommend.

The breakfast was fantastic. Location overlooking the River Sai from our balcony was delightful. Large room with roomy balcony. Very quiet room.

Balcony balustrade could have done with a fresh coat of paint. Balcony decking substructure had movement and appeared to be in need of replacement and or maintenance

È stata la camera piú bella, l esperienza piú vicina alla cultura giapponese. Lo yukata bellissimo, l onsen diviso uomo e donna fantastico. Ci ritornerei. Non é in centro ,dá sul fiume, é rilassante. Permette di vivere l esperienza a pieno. É vicino a una fermata del buss che fa in loop lo stesso giro e ti porta in centro. Se state poco vi consiglio di fare il pass da 800 yen per i mezzi pubblici. Futon comodissimo. Colazione ottima e varia, con il fiume , il verde dei prati che si vedono dalla vetrata della sala comune é davvero un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata!😍

Our room was really big, clean and had the traditional look. We had a big terrace with private onsen which is small but still nice. The room has a lot of space and provide traditional yukata during stay which we use for breakfast and some photos. Breakfast have enough choices but mostly traditional Japanese. We travel with our little one and they provided extra fresh fruit for him upon request in the breakfast.

Breakfast may not be for everyone. There is a bus station 5 minutes away but we use mostly taxi since it’s a small city.

The room was spacious, they were so helpful in finding places and recommending food. Baths were amazing.

お部屋が広く、お布団もしっかり厚みがあってベッドと同じように寝やすかったです！朝食はぱっと見品数が少ないと思ったのですが、手作りのものばかりでびっくりするほど美味しくて満足度が高かったです。いつもは朝ごはんをほとんど食べない娘が美味しい！とたくさん食べていました。

大浴場が少し狭かったことと洗い場が少なかったことです。幸い他のお客さんとは被らず、娘と二人でゆっくり入ることができたのですが、混雑する時間だったら困っていたかも、とは思いました。でもこぢんまりとした脱衣所もお風呂もお掃除が行き届いており大変気持ちが良かったです

部屋の網戸が閉まりにくかったり、エアコンは埃あり。 スタッフも、愛想悪く、値段にしては…。 車泊めるところも、排水口の蓋がないところがあり、家族二人が足を滑らせた。 露天風呂の明かりも暗く夜は入れず。

The room with a window facing Sai river is beautiful. We truly enjoy it. But the public onsen is a setback. Breakfast is very hearty and warm. Great cook!!

Public onsen is a no-return

Wir hatten die suite mitbeigenen Hot Tub. Die suite ist sehr gross. Die Lage am Fluss hat uns gut gefallen. Man kann entspannt dem Fluss nach spazieren. Das Cafe doki doki (5 min zu Fuss) ist ein Geheimtipp Das personal ist äusserst Freundlich Zum Frühstück erscheinen die meisten Gäste im Kimono, welcher auf dem Zimmer zur verfügung steht. Wir waren uns dessen leider nicht bewusst.

Der Hot Tub ist sehr klein. Max für 1 Person.
