Hotel is in a great location. Onsen is very good and the buffet breakfast a great introduction to Japanese food.

I'm sensitive to noise. Our room in Mutsui Garden was the most quiet hotel room I had ever encountered. And the breakfast was excellent.

Es un hotel maravilloso, muy buena atención, buena decoración y excelente desayuno. Además está muy bien situado y desde allí se puede llegar andando a todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad.

Quizás el baño publico femenino estaba un poco concurrido de más y no se respetaba el silencio que permitiera relajarse bien. Pero eso es más una cuestión de educación de los clientes.

とてもセンスが良く、清潔で香り良く、心地良かった。

提携駐車場が最悪だった。離れていて不便な上に狭く入れにくく、割引になるだけで払わされた。すぐ近くに払った金額とあまり変わらないコインパーキングがあり、むしろそちらを紹介して欲しかった。 重い荷物を運び、ぐったり疲れた。 ホテル自体は満点をつけたい位素晴らしかったのに、余りに残念。

Bell'hotel con personale gentilissimo che ci ha aiutato a recuperare del bagaglio perduto. Posizione centralissima. Fantastica colazione (possibilità anche di farla al mercato del pesce). Camere spaziose e con vista

Il bagno giapponese è piccolo per quanto promette l'hotel, e l'acqua tiepida. C'era una sola lavatrice in uso, che abbiamo potuto usare solo alle 6 di mattina, vista la fila.

Davvero una bella scoperta a Kanazawa. Camera bella, pulita e molto spaziosa (decisamente più degli standard giapponesi). La presenza dell’onsen sul rooftop è stata la ciliegina sulla torta, bell’esperienza e vista sulla città. Buona la posizione per raggiungere facilmente a piedi il quartiere dei samurai e anche la parte più moderna della città.

Spacious room, with two armchairs and a small table, fortunately still a bit of a view (partial view of a building), very neat and well-maintained hotel, friendly staff. And very happy with the option to have breakfast in the Omicho market. The hotel breakfast was extensive, but nothing beats a kaisendon in the market.

L’hotel ha un bellissimo onsen con vista città. Abbiamo fatto un aperitivo nel ristorante anche quello molto buono. Ha la possibilità di fare le lavatrici e anche il servizio lavanderia. Nel complesso i servizi dell’hotel ci hanno soddisfatto. Ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani tutti i giorni. La posizione è una ventina di minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni.

Amazing room and location

Hotel meraviglioso e profumatissimo. Quel profumo che ti accoglie e ti rilassa solamente accedendo nella hall dell’albergo. Personale gentilissimo, camere moderne, pulitissime e onsen meraviglioso.

スタッフの皆さんの気配り、 館内の雰囲気が良かったです。 ロビーにあったデトックス ウォーターが家族に好評でした。 朝食ビュッフェは小皿で 少しずついただくことができて嬉しかったです。

Lovely hotel with good sized rooms and pleasant decor. The location is really good - close to the gardens castle and markets - as well as a number of restaurants and shops. The breakfast is just fabulous - and the staff are friendly and well trained.

The only thing that could have been improved was the fact that one of the two washing machines had broken down and so it took some planning in order to get laundry don’t - small thing .

This hotel is super nice and I was quite happy with our stay. After a long train travel day, it was nice to walk in to friendly staff and a spacious room with extremely comfy beds. I liked our view too, we saw the sunset every night. Everything was orderly and clean, with all ammenities provided including coffee and tea in the room. We did not take advantage of the breakfast buffet but it looked quite good. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the Samurai district, and likewise 15 minutes from the Garden or Omichi Market. It's longer to get to either of the two geisha districts so we took cabs there. When I needed a taxi, the hotel ordered one for me. There is a Family Mart two doors down for all your snacks.

There wasn't anything I disliked, I thought this was a nice hotel.

Liveで金沢に来たので、会場に歩いて行けた事。 近江町市場も近い。 お風呂からの眺めがとても気持ち良かった。 朝食の種類も多く。小鉢だったので、取りやすく、とても美味しかった。 お部屋も広くて快適でした。

The location is good being near to the station and with a bus stop outside. We mainly travelled by taxi but did take a 200Y bus trip to the station as it was quicker than waiting for a taxi. The rooms are clean and compact. We didn't use the Onsen but saw lots of people going. I would recommending booking restaurants for dinner before you arrive in Kanazawa as it is hard to find one with availability. If you're stuck there are plenty in the station buildings. I would recommend doing the calligraphy workshop with Culture Lab.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as it was quite expensive.

The staff were great, and the location is excellent. It’s really close to the market, castle, and garden, which makes it very convenient to stay there. The onsen was really good and clean, with amazing views. Overall, the location, staff, and onsen were definitely the highlights of our stay.

The only “negative” point was that, for some reason, I was expecting a sauna and a few other features in the onsen, as you often find in other nice hotels. However, this is more something that would have been a nice extra rather than an actual negative.

このくらいのホテルには拡大鏡が置いてある(洗面台でのメイクは自然光がないので拡大鏡があるとメイクがしやすい)が、なかったので残念でした。 アメニティは普通でした。

Le petit déjeuner et la déco

The beds were comfortable, although they were on the firmer side. The rooms are quite small, especially if you have one or two large suitcases that need to be opened. The location is excellent, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, but there was almost no variety, so after three mornings it became a bit repetitive. The onsen on the 13th floor was beautiful and a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

We really needed to do some laundry during our stay, but there were only two washing machines for the entire hotel. They were almost always in use, and some loads were protected with a PIN code, which meant other guests couldn’t remove the laundry even after the cycle had finished. Unfortunately, the owners of those loads often didn’t come back for quite some time, so the machines remained unavailable. This made it very difficult to do our laundry, and we ended up leaving with not enough clean clothes for the rest of our trip.

朝食に満足。夜にいただいたカレーも最高に美味しかった。ホテル内もとても清潔で落ち着くアロマが漂い、部屋も広めで最上階のお風呂も清潔でとても快適、スタッフさんは皆さん笑顔。言うことなし。

なぜか朝食付きだと思い込んで予約していたので現地で戸惑った。

正面玄関がある大通りではなく、裏口にタクシーを呼べるのは助かりました。フロントや朝食会場の方など皆さんとても親切だったと思います。朝食は小鉢が沢山あり、加賀料理も豊富で美味しかったです。大浴場の女風呂は、夜の時間帯は平日でもとても混んでいて、シャワー待ちの時もありましたが、お風呂はとても気持ち良かったです。

お部屋に入った時に少しカビ臭かったのが気になりましたが、2日目ぐらいで慣れました。朝食は8時から9時が混んでるとチェックイン時に説明を受けましたが、実際は7時から8時が順番待ちですぐには入れず混雑していたと思います。8時半ぐらいは結構空いていました。アメニティはシャワーキャップがあると良かったです。

2回目の滞在です。大浴場綺麗だし、朝食も美味しい。

I really like the spacious room with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was really delicious. The cleaning room service every day. There was a cute Japanese pajamas for my 5yo daughter, she was really happy.

飯店設置的大浴場很棒，附近有便利商店、近江町市場，也有巴士站可以前往神社、金澤城跟兼六園，因為距離不遠，徒步亦可前往。

位置處於金澤站與各景點的中間，但全依靠走路會稍遠，若有行李還是建議搭巴士。

Public bath

Хороший комфортный отель в удобной локации (прямо рядом с рынком Омичи). Номера просторные, тихие. Понравился вид на сад в ресторане, есть happy hours вечером на часть меню. В остальном просто стильный, хороший и качественный отель. Но в Канадзаве, такое ощущение. что отелей в принципе избыток - больше, чем нужно для такого города.

В летниий период одеяла надо менять на летние, а такое ощущение, что отели держат одни и те же круглый год, из-за чего спать довольно жарко под ними.

For Hotels in Japan the rooms of the Mitsui Garden are huge. We had a four bed room and when we entered we could not believe it. On the 12th floor you have a view across Kanazawa and can even see the sea at the horizon. The best thing for us was the central location: Kenroku-en (one of the great 3 Gardens of Japan) and Kanazawa Castle are one a stone throw away. All major sites are in walking distance.

The onsen has a beautiful view, and the room is very comfortable.

It is super well located to go in any direction of Kyoto; the people were amazing, they helped in very single question I had. I also really liked staying downtown in Kyoto, it was also silent during the night. As all hotels I have stayed in Japan it was also super clean.

Nothing. There is nothing bad I can say. Maybe the rooms are a little bit too small but that is a general rule in Japan.

コーヒー☕️なども部屋に用意されていたのに扉の中にあり、気づけなかったこと。

最上階の大浴場からの見晴らしがよく、夕方と早朝に利用しました。曇りだったため見れなかったのですが、スタッフさんのお話だと日の出、夕焼けが綺麗なんだそう。次は晴れの日に利用したいです。

大浴場で海外の方を多く見かけましたが 身体を洗わない（入湯前）で入られるのを ２度程　見かけました。 日本のマナーを理解して入湯して欲しかったと感じました。 もう少しそんなマナーを知って頂く事が出来ればと 考えます。

Location was very convenient, walking distance to the Omicho market and easy to get a taxi. Check-in was very quick, room extremely spacious, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was buffet-style Japanese food with many options. Strongly recommended.

Nice hotel in a good location to all the sights in Kanazawa. On a main road but noise not noticeable.

Personal preference but not a fan of the shower over bath. Rooms a little tired.

I would put this hotel in the luxury category. Wonderful beds, modern room and amenities , spacious and clean. We stayed in the junior suite with a city view. Plenty of room for a family of 3. Separate closet which is a rarity in Japanese hotel rooms. The breakfast was delicious and every hotel employee was helpful and went above and beyond in service. We also used the onsen which was also very clean and relaxing. The location was perfect. Near to the castle grounds, gardens, food market, shopping and samurai historic neighborhood. Close to a bus stop where it was a quick bus ride to geisha district and art museum. Don’t hesitate in booking this hotel.

Very good breakfast, clean and very good location for travelers.

The thing I will remember the most is breakfasts - they are excellent at Mitsui Garden Hotels! A lovely restaurant aread with some seats overlooking a garden, and an array of Japanese (and Western) food, beautifully served, and absolutely delicious. The location is also very good, and there is affordable parking options nearby.

The public bath could have been nicer - I really missed the sauna.

Loved the huge room and TV with casting. Food located down stairs was great and location near a family mart.

Wish the beds were a bit softer.

Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Location very convenient.

Breakfast room was very crowded. Had to take a ticket and wait for a table to be available. Alternative options were provided in Omichu market, but that was not convenient. Often had to queue for the lift (but this was Matsuri weekend - may not be like this at other times of the year)

朝食が人気で朝ピーク時は入店待ち時間がある。 エレベーターが2基でエレベーター待ちがある。 宿泊者利用可能な乾燥付き洗濯機が2台、大人気なホテルだからこそ2台は少ない気がします。
