Hotel très récent dans le pur style de Dalat c’est à dire à la française au regard du passé de cette ville. Grand car réparti en 3 zones. Pour aller à la piscine vous sortez de la 1ère zone (hôtel principal) pour vous rendre dans une autre zone (en remontant une rue très calme, on a l'impression d’être dans l'hôtel alors qu’on y est plus). Musique française en permanence ! Petit déjeuner très bon. Très bel établissement, très calme.

Nhân viên tệ, chậm Khi checking thì đưa 1 bạn cực kì tệ ra để mà lấy thông tin, nói ko ra hơi, ri rí trong miệng, vừa nói với khách mặt vừa cuối gầm xuống gặm ngón tay Khi thông tin mình hỏi thì ko trả lời chuyển sang nói chuyện khác. Mình phải la lên và yêu cầu đổi người thì 1 bạn nam khác mới ra và làm thủ tục nhanh cho mình. 1 ks to thế mà tuyển 1 bạn lễ tân bộ mặt ks cực kì tệ thế ah. Mà hình như thái độ và chậm là di truyền hay sao ý, nguyên 1 parem nhâm viên chậm và thái độ như nhau. Mình đã thanh toán tại ks và trưỡc đó ks có charge thẻ của mình rồi, mình yêu cầu hoàn thì họ báo thủ tục 2 tháng ( chưa 1 resort nào hold tiền thẻ khách 2 tháng như ks này ). Sau đó mình có email hỏi status hoàn thẻ đang trong giai đoạn nào rồi thì trong loop mail đó ko 1 ai phản hồi mình Liệu rằng có dc hoàn hay ko, hay mấy luôn phần tiền đó. Hình như thái độ và chậm là signature của ks mang tiêu chuẩn 5 sao ah.

식사가 서양인 입장에서의 메뉴 였던것 같았고, 욕실에 온수가 더 잘 나올 수 있게 했으면 좋을것 같아요.

Lần thứ 3 mình quay lại resort, bởi vì mình thích nơi đây, nhân viên thân thiện, đặc biệt là bạn Nhung lễ tân, cảnh vẫn đẹp, vị trí tốt. Vẫn là điểm 10 cho sự xinh đẹp của Resort.

Do mình đi group 4p, nhiều em bé đi cùng, nên mình có gọi lễ tân 1 lần khi đặt phòng thành công, note lại thông tin yêu cầu sắp xếp gần lễ tân và phát sinh 2 eb em bé, sẽ thanh toán lúc nhận phòng. Đặt phòng cũng gửi mail xin thông tin giờ tới, mình vẫn note lại thông tin và nhờ set up kỷ niệm ngày cưới. Tuy nhiên, khi tới nhận phòng mình lại không được set up giường, và lễ tân lại có thông tin??? Vậy việc khách hàng gọi tới yêu cầu qua điện thoại có action hay không, và gửi thông tin qua mail để xác nhận dịch vụ cũng không action và không có phản hồi lại? Rồi phải mất hơn 1 tiếng để cb phòng mới, do phát sinh EB, rồi yêu cầu Anniversary cũng ko được set up, gia đình lại bị xếp phòng xa nhà ăn do tt bị miss, nhà mình lại có nhiều em bé, ko tiện cho việc qua lại đường, nếu sx khu đằng sau. Bạn mình gọi tới 3 lần cho hơn 30’ xe điện để đi ăn, việc chờ này cũng thật sự lâu, khiến bạn không vui. Lần quay trở lại này, đã cố gắng sắp xếp cho trọn vẹn, tuy nhiên mọi thứ lại không tốt, khiến mình cảm thấy không hài lòng về dịch vụ. Mercure Đà Lạt sẽ không là nơi ưu tiên quay trở lại lần sau. Buffet sáng đồ ăn bị cắt giảm và không còn phong phú như xưa, đặc biệt là quây bánh, dù giá phòng đặt không hề rẻ.

Amazing decor,excellent facilities,polite staff always with smile and the best attention-our stay was like a dream.The flowers and the music make us to feel very romantic and fully relaxed.One of the best hotels we have ever been. The breakfast was also a great enjoyment -such a beautiful place with nice view, so tasty and various. Also something very important -the hotel is very quiet and everyone can enjoy perfect sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Dalat Resort and would highly recommend it. The rooms are absolutely fabulous—spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day exploring. Breakfast was a real highlight, with an excellent selection of food to suit all tastes—and the addition of fizz made it feel extra special and indulgent! Such a lovely touch to start the day. The grounds are simply stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens that add to the peaceful and luxurious atmosphere of the resort. It really feels like a little oasis. Overall, a fantastic stay with great attention to detail throughout. I would definitely return!

This place is really something special! The rooms and furnishings are top class, and the grounds immaculate. We have stayed in some world class hotels over the years and can’t think of anywhere much better than this. The staff are keen to help however the language barrier felt much more prominent than other places we have stayed during this trip. I think that’s possibly more an Accor thing though as we found this at other Accor resorts. Hardly worth mentioning though as English is not their first language and the majority of their guests seem to be Chinese or Russian. What they lacked in English skills they made up for in enthusiasm and hospitality. The quality of the breakfast was much higher than my will power and it’s safe to say we left well fed. We booked this as a four star resort but in our opinion it’s a Five star! When we return this will be our hotel of choice

Một trải nghiệm thật bất ngờ ở mercure dalat. Mặc dù đã nghỉ tại khá nhiều khách sạn 4-5sao trong và ngoài nước nhưng khi chọn mercure dalat là một trải nghiệm hoàn toàn khác biệt.phòng rất sạch sẽ. Khung cảnh xung quanh yên bình. Vì tính khám phá khá cao nên mình chỉ định book 1 đêm ở mercure nhưng nhân viên + dịch vụ+ phòng và khoang cảnh resort quá tuyệt vời nên quyết định ở thêm 3 đêm. Em HO HOANG HIEP take care khách hàng rất chuyên nghiệp và tận tình. Sẽ cùng bạn bè và gia đình quay lại mercure dalat thêm nhiều lần nữa

A beautiful hotel set in stunning gardens set slightly away from the busy city centre.

Very comfortable, great grounds & beautiful buildings. Very attentive staff.

The resort was one of the best I've stayed in period the grounds are superbly manicured the pool is superb the best bit is that the villas you stay in they are all separate in blocks dotted around the resort you can walk to the lake in 30 mins if you want but a grab ride share takes only a few mins and cost around 3-4 AUD

The only thing I didn't like and its only a small thing was the smoke detector in the room constantly flashing all night lighting up the room very annoying!

We stayed again at this very romantic an fantastic place in Dalat. The staff is excellent and serviceminded. The rooms are nicely designed and very clean and well maintained.Its a place for romance and relexation. One suggestion: Cold cuts should again served for breakfast. Special Thanks to Mr. Eric Ho (Hiep) who assisted us for the second time in such a wonderfull manner. We will come back.

The Grand Mecure Resort Dalat Absolutely stunning place to stay, impeccable grounds stunning building exceeded our expectations. Buffet breakfast was one of the best weve ever had. Highly recommend 👌🏻

If I could rate it higher than 5, I definitely would! The staff were incredibly nice during my stay, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and luxurious stay.

Beautiful hotel, great location. The rooms are stunning, the whole place looks like an enchanted garden. The breakfast was fab, huge choice and very tasty. What really made our stay were the people working there. Everyone really went out of their way, even helping us with planning sightseeing and food advice. At the end of the stay we had a long drive ahead so they packed us snacks for the journey. Thank you so much!

The service was very fast and kind, and the food was good too! The rooms were very tidy and clean, and I’m satisfied with my stay here!

Our family really enjoy the hotel and their service is the best. All staffs are friendly and helpful. My kids love the bunk bed and the environment around the hotel, very nice landscape and decorate.

Dalat, beautiful, lovely countryside, cooler weather compared to most of Vietnam. Only thing I didn’t like was trying to cross a road. I have been to Hanoi (a few years ago) but Dalat was so much more difficult to cross roads, not because of scooters and bikes (they just go round you) but there were a lot of trucks delivering farm produce who wouldn’t stop for anyone. I was nearly run over by a truck who just wasn’t going to even slow down.i would only go back if I stayed near the market so I only had one road to cross to walk round the lake.

The place is serene and wonderful. The breakfast is definitely worth it with so many delicious food options. Everyone that we've encountered were great and ensured we were comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay once again at Mecure Dalat Resort. Our 3-4th time staying here over the last couple years. This time was a 2-night stay in the family premium room. Unfortunately, this time we did not receive the sofa in our room as we had previously, which does not make it as comfortable for a family to enjoy seating. Assumed this was the reason for the extra cost for the premium room versus the deluxe room. Mentioned at check-out and didn't seem too concerned. My son enjoys the bunk beds and is a nice feature. Bathroom is nice. This time we had an early flight and when trying to take a shower prior to 5:30 am there was no hot water. Not sure when the hot water is turned on. Mentioned this to the front desk at check-out and they didn't know and didn't seem too concerned. "Buggies" service is nice and convenient or getting around the resort. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. Pool was "open" this time but did not use. Convenient location with easy access to taxi's in front and "grab". Have eaten the breakfast and it has a great selection of many types of cuisines. Can get busy at times. Indoor/outdoor seating available. They were very nice to help celebrate my son's birthday by providing a birthday cake in our room. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds, pillows, etc are very good. Another pleasant stay, minus the issues with no sofa and hot water.
