One of the most amazing rooms I have ever booked we had a sauna bath huge shower and bed and a pool it was amazing

I liked everything i would only suggest that they have some instructions in English to help us use the room facilities e.g. toilet and safe

The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the lake. Breakfast was good, although the choices were quite limited. We were also disappointed that we had to negotiate just to have both a juice and a coffee included with breakfast, which seemed unnecessary and took away from the overall experience.

Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the property down. The pool wasn’t heated, and we were surprised to find there was an additional charge if we wanted it heated. The hotel was also very noisy, and from our bedroom we could clearly hear the owners in the kitchen cleaning up. Housekeeping could have been more attentive, as basic items such as toilet paper weren’t replenished and we had to request more. There was also no shampoo provided in the room, only soap. These small details made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

we've stayed in this gorgeous hotel for two days and we're absolutely satisfied. The room has everything you need and more: its own swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast is tasty. The owner and staff are very kind and helpful. We loved this hotel and will definitely visit it, when we are back to Dalat. We wish all the best and prosperity this family

The room was super clean and spacious, it was like having your own apartment. The sauna is a great luxury not available at any other hotel we have stayed in the country. The pool water is a little cold but it’s actually great for a dip after soaking in the sauna, and it could be heated as well to a hot spring level for a few. The location is very quiet and peaceful yet still a 10 minute walk from city center. Perfect for couples who are looking for a nice quiet corner. The staff is a wonderful family who take care of any request quickly and with a smile. Even though we didn’t have the breakfast there are plenty of à la carte options to choose from and the meals are made after sitting down in the dining room.

Bien situé, beaucoup d'équipements, personnel très présent et qui fait tout pour pallier à la barrière de la langue. Pour ma part, je n'ai pas payé le gardiennage pour mon sac (je précise car j'ai vu des commentaires indiquant le contraire). La piscine n'est pas chauffée (il faut payer) mais personnellement, ça ne m'a pas refroidi, au contraire vu les températures extérieures, c'était appréciable.

Pas certaine que la théière était propre, la baignoire était encore pleine de savon et le gel lavant pour les mains était vide.

It was close to everything! Location is great. Can tell it’s a family run hotel. They were so lovely. The room was huge and we had our own Sauna! Pool was freezing and you can pay to have heated but it was cold in da lat anyway so we didn’t bother with the pool.

No gym or restaurant but they do breakfast in the adorable dining room at the back.

Everything was amaizing at this boutique hotel . It is a family business and all of them are so kind, so helpful, so friendly. The room, the pool and the sauna was very clean and functional. The breakfast was good, well prepaired and served in a living room in a relaxing zen atmosphere. We were treated with respect. We definitely recommend this small, but cozzy hotel. You will feel there like royals.

This was probably the best hotel I stayed at in Vietnam. I have never seen a hotel before with a sauna and pool inside of the room. Everything was very good about the Hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Quy Tai Premium Hotel from March 8 -12, 2026. We had a two bedrooms suite with private pool and sauna, top floor. The hotel is very cute, cozy, clean and convenient. The location is great for us ,about 15 minutes walk to town — Dalat market, ATM, the Lake, restaurant, coffee shops , Maze Bar etc… Breakfast is excellent, delicious! We select our choices from the menu every morning and were served in a beautiful dining room.. Ngoc, the manager is wonderful, and very helpful . She waited for us until midnight because of our late arrival from Saigon for check in Very much appreciated Ngoc!. She arranged for our private driver, Huu, to take us to places at a very reasonable price. She recommended top local restaurants for a good price. We would stay here next time we’re in Dalat.

Každý pokoj, který jsme měli rezervován, měl vlastní bazén a saunu (60 °C). Bohužel počasí venku nebylo tak teplé, aby bazén měl příjemnou teplotu a vyhřátí stálo dodatečný poplatek. Ale sauna byla velmi příjemná a pohodlná. Celkově pokoje byly krásné a dobře vybavené. Personál byl velmi ochotný a milý. Snídaně velmi dobrá. Služby a ochota perfektní!!! Děkujeme

Bazén má velmi nepohodlný vchod, bylo by dobré dodat tam nějaký stupínek nebo schody.

By far the best hotel experience we've have in vietnam (this is our 5th place). The room is amazing with our own private pool & sauna. The facilities were lovely, breakfast was freshly cooked every morning with a variety of options. They provided lots of bottles water and coffee for our room. The bed was comfortable, the hotel is clean and smelt lovely. TRẦN THỊ was by far the loveliest person we've met, so kind, thoughtful, helpful & happy, she definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Her english was excellent and she practically ran the place herself exceptionally. We will hopefully be back here soon. 10/10 thanks Quy Tai 🇻🇳🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

The only thing to mention was the room suffered a bit with condensation, probably just a ventilation issue and easily resolved. Ignore all the comments miserable people have written about the "pool being to cold", it wasn't! It's not hot but its refreshing especially as you can go in the sauna after.

Rummet var härligt stort, samt gigantiskt badrum. Det fanns bastu på rummet som vi använde, härligt!Den stora privata poolen var fin men kall. Personalen var mycket vänlig och såg till att vi hade det bra.

Önskar lite varmare vatten i poolen.

Переживал заезжать, прочитал отзывы и увидел что бассейн якобы платный - это не правда, бассейн бесплатный, и вода в нем удобная для купания, особенно в жаркую погоду, если хотите что бы вам его подогрели - за это нужно будет совсем не много доплатить, и это нормально. В моем номере была сауна, бесплатная. Сам номер просто огромный. Рядом есть два хороших ресторана где вы можете сами себе на углях приготовить еду. Владельцы отеля - это семья, и принимают вас как в свою семью. Подозреваю что те кто оставил ниже плохой отзыв - веди себя плохо. Я живу тут 4 дня и вижу как тепло они встречают гостей.

Great location and very quiet at night. The bedroom is huge and the private swimming pool right next to the bedroom was a bit of a luxury. We didn’t mind the cold water. The English speaking lady was very smiling, polite and as helpful as she could be. Thank you!

When we arrived the gentleman (I assume it was the owner?) didn’t speak English which I don’t have a problem with but, even without words it is easy to make guests feel welcome with at least a smile and that is what we have experienced all over Vietnam so far. There was none of that! Instead he asked us to pay upfront on google translate. No bar or sitting area apart from the breakfast room. The breakfast choices were very limited and we had to ask twice for fresh fruit.

Very disappointing experience. We were asked to pay several extra charges that were not disclosed in the Booking reservation. When we politely questioned this, the owner became aggressive and shouted loudly. We were ultimately sent outside with a child and our luggage. Although a refund was issued, 300,000 VND was deducted as a “credit card fee,” which was never mentioned beforehand. The owner showed no welcoming attitude and seemed focused only on demanding additional payments. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. Not recommended.

Die Herzlichkeit und der sehr freundliche Empfang, haben die Ankunft sehr schön gemacht. Bei Fragen konnte ich mich immer an meine Gastgeber wenden und sie haben mir sofort weitergeholfen. Das Zimmer mit eigenem Pool und einer kleinen Sauna haben den Aufenthalt voll abgerundet. Sehr gerne bin ich wieder Gast in diesem Hotel, wenn ich Da Lat noch einmal Besuche.

A nice, large room which was very clean. The sauna was great. The staff (although facing a demoralising uphill battle because of the pools) are very kind and helpful. Good, quick laundry service. We hired a moped from reception which was easy to do and at a good price. It is a simple walk into town. If it had been a room with no pool and therefore cheaper we would have rated the stay a 9 or 10 as the actual rooms are good.

As I can imagine most people do - we booked this place for the in-room swimming pool, what a treat we thought! But it is a complete dead duck. You have to pay for the pool to be heated. £30 GBP. It takes 10 hours to heat the pool, it stays heated for only 5 hours. Then you have to pay again. This would have made an already pricey room very expensive so we did not bother, especially as we wondered how warm the water would even get as, had it been any colder, we could have skated on it. So it's a real shame that you have this great facility but it is pretty much unusable. The other guests staying at the same time as us were pretty cheesed off about the pool situation and we overheard a couple being somewhat aggressive to the young girl serving breakfast which we thought was pretty mean as it is hardly her fault that the facilities are the way they are. Overpriced stay for what you can actually use.

Convenient quiet location

We were disappointed with our stay, as the service and condition of the property did not reflect the price we paid. We stayed three nights for a total of a little more than 7 million VND and expected a significantly higher standard for this. At check-in, we were told the credit card machine was not working and were asked to pay in cash. Shortly afterward, the machine worked again, which felt uncomfortable. In the room, we found stains on the sofa and long black hairs on the bathroom floor. Hot water was very limited, making showers inconvenient. There was no bath mat, so the bathroom floor remained wet. Breakfast service was poorly organized, with mixed-up orders. One day the room was not cleaned. We were also surprised to learn that using the pool required an additional charge of 1 million VND if heating was needed, which was not clearly communicated in advance. When we raised these concerns, management did not take responsibility or offer any compensation. Instead, they stated that a staff member would be “severely punished and fined,” which did not address the issues and left us with an even worse impression. This is not a negative review for the sake of criticism, but an honest account of our experience to help future guests make an informed decision.

With only about a 10 minute walk from the Da Lat night market, Quy Tai Premium is a near perfect hotel. This business is lovingly family run and owned, and they treat each client not as a customer, but as a member of their family. This faciliated a personalised experience at every step of the way - hotel foyer greetings and conversations for whenever we entered the hotel, reccomendations on Da Lat specialities, and room service that featured impeccable attention to detail. We couldn't have asked for more.

The front entrance is only accessible via a set of stairs, which hinders the ability to wheel luggage and rules out any wheelchair accessibility. A ramp would have been a nice addition.

The location was perfect. Situated in a beautiful quiet road. There's a pickle court next door to it and a lovely restaurant just down the road called Chu. Was very pleased with how the owner ran everything by herself as her staff was all on a short break.

The bed was a bit too firm for us but that's just a personal preference.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet area but a very short walk to the centre of town. Our room was very large, accommodating the bathroom, sauna and private swimming pool. Everything was very clean and well-presented. Most of all, though, was the unbelievably helpful and welcoming host, Hong Ngoc, who looked after our every need. Always smiling, she made us feel so welcome and comfortable. It is one of the loveliest hotels we have ever stayed in and the first to get a 10.

Сауна максимум до 60 градусов, но погреться очень приятно в прохладную погоду, ну а потом в прохладный бассейн) Огромное спасибо Мэй (если мы правильно поняли ее имя), девушке на ресепшн, она помогла нам, когда у таксиста не оказалось сдачи. Вылетали мы ночью, она вечером сходила в пекарню, и ночью встретила нас подогретой выпечкой вместо завтрака. Вернулись бы однозначно 💞

Немного далековато от основной инфраструктуры (минут 40 пешком), зато тихо, но и магазины и рестораны рядом есть. В номере слегка прохладно в низкий сезон, есть обогреватель, но ему нужно время, чтобы прогреть такую площадь. Но это все мелочи, 10 из 10

Very nice hotel with a great location in Da Lat. We had a huge premium room with pool and sauna. Very fresh facilities and lot’s of space. A la carte breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly especially the lady serving breakfast (also sometimes in reception). She was wonderful.

מנהלת המלון נאופ הויאטנמית הכי מקסימה ויעילה שפגשנו. נאופ עזרה לנו בסיור באתרים, מציאת נהג, הסעה לעיר הבאה נה טרנג, מציאת טיסה ואפילו כירטוס, כביסה ועוד. בתוך החדרים יש סאונה ובריכה פינוק שלא נתקלנו בו קודם. סך הכל נאופ הפכה את הביקור בעיר לחוויה נעימה, ידידותית והרגשה משפחתית. המיקום של המלון מצוין להךיכה קצרה למסעדות ולשוק הלילי.

החדר ענק והיה בו פח אחד אפשר להוסיף עוד פחים קטנים. היה בחדר קומקום להכנת קפה אך לא חלב ולא תה.

Super modern ausgestattet und sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr schickes und hochwertig ausgestattetes Hotel. Klein und familiär.

Es fehlte in der Beschreibung die Info, dass der Pool kalt ist und das aufheizen 10h dauert und knapp 40€ kostet. Im Zimmer fehlt eine kleine warme Beleuchtung. Das kalte große Licht fühlte sich ungemütlich an. Frühstück ist kein Buffett sondern auf Vorbestellung.

La qualité de l'établissement , les petits déjeuner copieux et délicieux mais surtout aussi le dévouement et la gentillesse de la gérante. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Es war eine tolle Location zum entspannen. Etwas außerhalb gelegen, aber immer noch nah genug, um schnell in der Stadt zu sein. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man war sehr flexibel bei den Zeiten. Das Zimmer an sich ist riesig und qualitativ sehr schön. Wir haben die Sauna sowie den Außenpool benutzt. Würden in Zukunft gerne wieder vorbeikommen

Man erfährt leider erst bei Ankunft, dass der Pool nicht beheizt ist und nur gegen Aufpreis aufgeheizt wird. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört - Gerade der kühle Pool nach der Sauna war genau richtig!

Not bad. Mattress, pillows, size of room good. Not super walkable. Staff speaks very little English - but they tried…they seemed a little upset I missed breakfast first day - kept badgering me about why, which made me feel uncomfortable (felt like they were angry). Second day I ordered eggs and they were served 1/2 cooked - haven’t had that experience in my 4 weeks in Vietnam - so I didn’t eat them out of fear of salmonella risks. Once again I felt on the defensive as was peppered with challenging words about not eating. I had MUCH better breakfast and service at Dreams3 for in Dalat for 1/4th nightly cost

What a fabulous place, we got the deluxe room with private pool, and get this, it also comes with a private sauna!! Wowzah!! The staff are wonderful, they customize a breakfast for you, i asked for vegan with lotsa veggies and they hooked me up! My girlfriend loved the crab pho. But the room, with sauna and cold water lap pool is the shizzle... we skipped the forest roller coaster for staying in and self care. The hotel is perfectly located in a nice neighborhood, short walk from night market and a million food options! We'd totally stay here again!

Brand new facility, was a surprise to see that the premium room has a built-in swimming pool and a sauna room too. The room is very big and comfortable. Quite satisfied with the service. Location is also good, near the Xuan Huong Lake and Da Lat night market, just 10 mins walk.

Location is great, close to the Central Market and Night Market, and many shopping streets, not far from the lake, 20 min walk to the Central Square and Go Da Lat hypermarket. Grab taxi around the town are very cheap, 1-2 dollars only, so no problem with transportation. Room is very roomy, it has all that you can see on the pictures. We didn't use sauna as it was not cold, and we didn't use the swimming pool because the water was not heated (but you can book pool heating for 60 dollars 24hrs in advance). Breakfast has about 15 options that you choose the previous evening- it has not big variety but has eggs, sausages, croissants and jam, as well as noodle soup, rice and pork. we tried all and it was quite good, but if you stay more that 4 days it might become boring. This is family operated small hotel and they don't speak English, so prepare Google Translate App. Although, they employed the young boy just before we left who spoke very good English! They also gifted us on our leaving a bag of their famous expensive artichoke tea - very nice! Overall - very pleasant experience to stay there! Thank You gays!

Limited options for breakfast: variety can be improved without big hassle - it can be some oat meals with milk, some crackers with cheese, pate, salami, etc. Power point next to bed is only from one side - can be easily fixed to have them on both sides.

I was completely blown away by my stay here. The service is unparalleled, every member of staff I came across couldn’t do enough to help me - with the assistance of Google Translate at times, which was smart!! The breakfast portion was too big (never something to complain about!) and very yummy. I felt really cared for. Location was great easy walking distance to restaurants and to the night market. The highlight was the room itself, something truly special. I have never had a pool INSIDE my room before and it was lovely. Cold water which felt great after a day sightseeing (and you can pay locally for them to heat it if you prefer!) Fluffy dressing gowns in the wardrobe, soft furnishings and it was so clean. I would come back in a heartbeat and strongly recommend!
