Clean nice large rooms, staff were very helpful especially the manager who helped me recover my mobile phone from a grab. He went above and beyond and I’m very grateful!

Golf was not easy to book. Spa was quite pricey considering there are some great spas close by for half the price.

Ванна - позор. Маленькая. Невозможно повернуться. Слив не в канализацию а в млив в полу. Пои этом хооошая ванная клината, хорощая раковина и хооощий унитаз на пульте. Все хорошо кроме самой ванны.

Looks very old and not welcoming, not close to the centre. Breakfast was very poor. The staff were nice.

Phòng sạch . Nhân viên dễ thương . Nhưng ăn sáng đơn điệu . Ở mấy hôm vẫn như vậy . Mình đã ở đây mấy lần và bữa sáng ko có gì thay đổi .

The service was so good, plenty of food to choose for the breakfast.

The gym closes too early (at 10pm). It should open a little later after a long day enjoying the food tour in Dalat.

and it was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. The room was cleaned perfectly, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent – close to everything while still being in a quiet and pleasant area, making it the perfect base for exploring da lat What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Tai, Yen, and Duong for their exceptional hospitality. They were always kind, welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Their warmth and genuine care made us feel so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City and will definitely stay here again when we return. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! ❤️

1. Although it was a bit inconvenient to go up and down the basement to park my car, the car park at MerPerle was one of the best: clean and well-organized. 2. The staff are well-trained, professional, and nice. 3. It would be much better if there were a convenience store located inside the hotel (or near the hotel).

1. The pillow was too soft for my personal preference. 2. It was a bit of a misunderstanding about the "hill view" and "city view": the hill view was noisier, while the city view was quieter. So I almost had to close the window all the time. This was my own fault for not contacting the property prior. 3. The toilet seat was a high-tech model equipped with a remote controller, while the air-con didn't come with a remote controller. If I wanted to change the AC temperature, I had to get up and get out of bed.

Очень красивый и большой отель, его видно почти с каждой точки города. И поэтому вид из номера также впечатляющий. Красивые и чистые номера, потрясающий вестибюль, внимательный и приятный персонал, и великолепные завтраки - много фруктов, есть морепродукты, все свежее, чистое и сверкающее. Остались только позитивные воспоминания. Спасибо!

bữa sáng không được phong phú và ngon để tương xứng 5 sao. Chất lượng chăn mền không được xịn, nhiều bụi mịn, cần hút bụi phòng thường xuyên không chỉ thay ga trải mền lại.

Not sure how this is rated as a 5 star it’s a at most a 4 or very good 3 (unless it was the room we chose). Bed was squeaky, rooms were very average, no items in the bar fridge (also didn’t work), terrible bathtub shower design which made it difficult to get in/out, buffet too crowded for number of people, thin walls (could hear tv in room next door)

Quelques petits détails mais rien de grave ! Dans la salle de bain chambre 602 Il y a un fil électrique visible derrière le miroir ! Je sais qu’au Vietnam ça n’est pas grave mais pour un 5 étoiles c’est pas très bien !

Great suite. Great breakfast. Welcoming staff.

We went on a business trip and requested an invoice during our stay. The staff assured us it would be sent by the end of the day, but it’s now been a month and we’ve received nothing. Very disappointing. What’s worse, management hasn’t responded to any of our follow-ups through Booking.com—our messages have been completely ignored. It’s a shame, because the hotel had the potential to be exceptional, but the lack of professionalism really let it down.

The A lecarte menu was a bit lacking / restricted for a 5 star hotel, also they had no Jack Daniel’s or Coke Zero or light available - very disappointing

Великолепное архитектурное решение здания абсолютно нового отеля. Торжественный вход с цветами и фонтаном. Просторный люкс с изысканным внутренним наполнением (мягкая мебель, отдельная спальня, широкая кровать и хорошее постельное белье.) Идеальная чистота, величественный вид из номера на город, горы и облака. Хорошим бонусом является ресторан А ля карт на втором этаже отеля. Сотрудники отеля очень стараются. Великолепные услуги массажа.

Самое большое разочарование - это завтрак, так как в отеле останавливается огромное количество туристических автобусов, зал ресторана явно не вмещает всех гостей во время завтрака.... Далековато от озера, вечером нет возможности прогуляться, в центр только на такси...

Staff were professional, friendly and helpful

The rooms are very old and small, partially moldy in the bathroom, noisy - this is definitely not 5 star max. 3 star. Breakfast is focused on quantity rather than quality e.g. the dish Pho has nothing to do with Pho, the worst Pho I ate during my whole Vietnam trip.

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Es gibt sehr gute Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für die Familie, wie das Indoorpool und Family Club.

Die Fenster und Türen waren einfach Verglast, sodass die Schaldämmung nicht ausreichend war.

Excellent location, great views. The suite was great with sitting area and separate bedroom. The food was excellent with many choices for all different tastes.

I like the gym, but would be better if separate from swimming area as quite warm when running.
