The food was not nice. We only had breakfast and it was not great. The toaster was the slowest ive ever seen. And the staff in restaurant were not very helpful or friendly. Also the lift was slow. The person working in the shop was rude. Slow service at pool bar due to staff being shared with restaurant. Towels and bedding were only changed on day 4.

Parcheggio limitato e un solo ascensore per raggiungere gli appartamenti è davvero scomodo e se non vuoi fare tutte le scale la cosa per prenderlo può essere lunga dal momento che possono salire 4 persone per corsa

Das Essen, wir hätten uns mehr traditionelles Essen gewünscht. Der Strand ist ca. 15 min zu Fuß entfernt.

La piscina, el apartamento estaba bien y el chico que vino a limpiar muy agradable.

Muchas escaleras, estuvimos 5 días y sólo limpiaron una vez, la comida, lo único bueno, el desayuno, porque en la cena había poca variedad, además me parece muy fuerte que con media pensión no te den ni un vado de agua, que te lo cobren aparte a 2,80€ una botella de medio litro. La animación dejaba bastante que desear. Después, te dicen frente a la playa y no es verdad, está frente al mar pero para ir a la playa tanto a puerto rico como a amadores hay que caminar bastante. No volveré.

La hora de salida es muy temprano. A las diez 🕙 y no poder alargar la estadía un día más por criterios del hotel.

Posizione e pulizia, in una struttura semplice ma accogliente, vicina a 2 belle spiagge attrezzate. Buona colazione, cena mediocre. Camera fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi. Terrazzo ampio vista mare.

Finito il succo d'arancia a colazione, il giorno successivo finito anche quello tropical. Entrambi non sono stati più disponibili per 6 giorni. Successivamente di nuovo disponibili Le bevande a cena sono troppo costose e non allineate ai prezzi di bar e ristoranti dell'isola. Acqua 500 ml € 2.80! Se manca un asciugamano in bagno non è accettabile che in reception non possano provvedere a farlo consegnare. Filtri climatizzatore esausti e conseguente areazione maleodorante.

Tutto , è una struttura molto piacevole, comoda, a una vista bellissima di fronte al o ceano, lo staff sono gentilissimi, ottima colazione.

Excelente localização. Boas vistas do empreendimento. Perto de duas excelentes praias (Amadores-550m e Puerto Rico-470) que se podem visitar facilmente a pé.

El apartamento en si estaba bastante bien y con una terraza con unas vistas increíbles.

Muchísimas escaleras para arriba y para abajo todo el rato, ascensor muy lento y dando servicio a mucha gente, las mesas de la zona piscina y bar siempre sucias y con derrames de líquidos por encima, no utilizan posa vasos ni limpian con regularidad las mesas exteriores, pudiendo mancharse fácilmente, la calidad de las verduras de las ensaladas deja bastante que desear, así como el café.

All staff members are extremely friendly and very helpful. On our departure day we left the hotel before breakfast opened, miss Flores from reception was very kind and organise a small take away breakfast. Thank you.

El hotel está muy bien! Si lo que buscas es tranquilidad. No hay restaurantes ni tiendas cerca, hay que coger taxi para desplazarse.

Un poco la ubicación y que no hubiera mucha animación como en otros hoteles. Pero si que es verdad. Que para personas que quieran descontar y estar tranquilos, este hotel va de lujo

Trato del personal, mucho ruido por restaurante, encima nuestra, en desayunos. Imposible aparcar bien, poca limpieza tienes que estar 5 noches, salida checkaut a las 10 de la mañana.

La piscina estaba deliciosa!!

Había animación con mucho ruido a todas horas.. casi las dos últimas horas de piscina. Imposible leer un libro o intentar desconectar... Fatal! El buffet súper escaso.. tanto de la mañana como por la noche. Evidentemente te cobran las bebidas aparte. Cosas a tener en cuenta. SUPER IMPORTANTE! Si te hospedas 2 o 3 o 4 días no te cambian las toallas ni las sábanas ni te limpian la habitación. Me parece una guarrada... Con el calor que hace en verano .. se suda la ropa de cama y no te la cambian.. Tema check in y check out.. entras con suerte después de las 16:00 y el check out es a las 10 de la mañana, me parece increíble...

Las vistas, la cercanía a la playa amadores, la comida poca variedad, pero buena.

Дуже гарне розташування готелю. В 10 хвилинах пішої прогулянки самий красивий і чистий пляж з безліччю кафе з смачною їжею. В 20 хвилинах центр міста Пуерто Ріко . Дуже ввічливий персонал. Смачні і різноманітні сніданки, спокійна та затишна атмосфера без гучної музики.

Явна і тотальна економія на засобах гігієни(туалетний папір, гель для душу, засоби для миття посуду)При заселенні було недостатньо рушників. За час нашого перебування в готелі 10 днів, прибирання зі зміною постільної білизни було після 3 дня проживання, протягом останніх 7 днів не було прибирання і зміни постільної білизни та рушників. Засоби гігієни не поповнювались.

El hotel en si es genial, es cómodo, está bastante cuidado. Y todo nos gustó, el buffet es pequeño, pero bien surtido. El apartamento es pequeño, pero es muy cómodo y está bien aprovechado. Nos gustó mucho la terracota con su árbol. La piscina también está muy bien. Un gimnasio muy completo

No me gustó, lo que hay que esperar para coger el funicular, muchos apartamentos para uno solo y es lentísimo. Subimos varias veces caminando, pero no siempre se tiene ganas y menos cuando hace sol. Pero, sinceramente, lo que menos nos gustó con diferencia, ya que nos parece un piso abusivo es que la entrada es a las 16 horas (súper tarde) y la salida es a las 10 de la mañana, esto me pareció espantoso, no es nada cómodo para el cliente, el desayuno termina a las 10:30 y la salida media hora antes. No cuadra. Sinceramente es demasiada diferencia.

La limpieza de la habitación y la piscina. La comidas muy bien elaboradas a pesar de no tener un buffet tan variado. El aire acondicionado de la habitacion estaba perfecto,enfriaba bien.

Cobrar los líquidos en las cenas, y las actividades recreativas por las noches aburridas, falta del personal en los servicios gastronómicos ,lo que demoraba la atención al cliente. El sofácama no está cómodo para dormir una persona.

Pessima, ascensore sempre lento e pieno. Ditta delle pulizie che ha rubato la fotocamera di 700 euro che avevo in camera e quando sono andata a chiedere alla reception hanno detto che non potevano fare nulla e nemmeno contattare il manager. Sono andata a denunciarli. Gli ultimi giorni avevo le formiche in camera, cena ripetitiva e in 15 giorni ho visto solo una volta la paella. Dei drink presenti al bar solo due te ne fanno su 5 e non sono disponibili per niente. Divano letto completamente datato e scomodo. Ho anche trovato dei peli nel tacchino tagliato che veniva servito a colazione. Pessimo in tutto e per tutto.

Purtroppo la struttura dispone di un ascensore molto lento. Per salire in stanza ci sono le scale ma con tantissimi gradini.

Para acceder al apartamento hay que subir y bajar muchísimas escaleras, si bien cuando no llevas el equipaje es algo molesto pero aceptable, llevar dos maletas de 20kgs y que nadie te ayude es más que complicado, deberían avisar al reservar o bien tener un servicio para que te ayuden. El apartamento muy limpio, pero la tela del sofá toda rota, las cortinas también, deben de cambiar el mobiliario. Tienen un servicio “take away” con una extensa carta, que para sorpresa mía, cuando hice un pedido me dijeron que de toda la carta únicamente tenían el pollo al horno o alguna pizza.

El apartamento es perfecto, te lo encuentras limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para estar allí como si estuvieras en tu casa. En ese sentido muy bien. La animación estaba bien, aunque no había participación. Todas las tardes va alguien a cantar pero está metido dentro de la cristalera de la cafetería (porque no hay más sitio) y cantaban para ellos mismos. Hay una pequeña tienda que está bastante bien y las dependientas son muy majas. Importante destacar que allí puedes “alquilar” las sombrillas que se dejan los clientes, por 20€ y luego cuando la devuelves te devuelven 10€. Así no tienes que comprar una o pagar las de la playa.

El buffet de desayuno es malísimo, no tiene nada de variedad, siempre lo mismo una y otra vez orientado sobre todo al público extranjero. El café estaba malísimo y si les pedías uno de máquina te decían que lo tenías que pagar. La piscina normalita, el agua súper caliente no te refresca nada para el calor que hace allí y encima tuvimos la mala suerte que un niño se cagó dos días seguidos y tuvieron que cerrarla. El resto de instalaciones no se puede puntuar porque no hay nada más. Y cuando dicen que está en primera línea de playa es totalmente falso. Se puede decir que está frente al mar, pero las playas más cercanas hay que coger coche o andar por cuestas interminables más de media hora.

My wife and I were offered a free day by the manager, which we accepted in good faith. The next morning, he called us into his office without warning, accused us of “drinking too much,” and then behaved in a way no guest should ever experience. He banged the table, shouted, and spoke to us aggressively, creating an intimidating and completely unprofessional atmosphere. The following day, we had another unacceptable incident with the cleaner, who approached us aggressively, made inappropriate comments, and even refused us access to the bathroom. Instead of resolving the situation, management allowed it to escalate. What concerns us most is the manager’s pattern of bullying behaviour, especially towards women. Based on what we witnessed, women should be extremely careful while staying in this hotel. No guest should ever feel intimidated, shouted at, or disrespected by staff or management. This hotel created a hostile and unsafe environment, and our experience was far below any reasonable standard of hospitality. -

Elk appartement heeft uitzicht op zee, de appartementen zijn ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien en het personeel is vriendelijk.

Het was soms wel erg druk rond het zwembad, inclusief een paar gereserveerde bedjes. 's Avonds hoor je duidelijk de verschillende entertainmentteams van het hotel zelf en de omliggende hotels. Je komt er niet voor je rust...

A great hotel with an excellent location! ✅ Conveniently situated with easy access to Amadores Beach, one of the best beaches in Gran Canaria. 🏖️ The food is okay, although the selection is quite similar every day. 🤔 Luckily, the desserts offer a bit more variety each day. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the location! ☀️

The food could be improved by offering more authentic Spanish and local dishes. A greater variety of local flavors would make the dining experience more enjoyable and give guests a better taste of Gran Canaria.

Apartmán v hoteli bol perfektne zariadený, nič nám nechýbalo.Bufetové stoly na raňajkách a večeri mali malý výber, ale dalo sa z neho vybrať. Z hotela je blízko na autobusovú zastávku takisto aj na dve známe pláže do 10 minut. Čo sa týka pomer, cena, kvalita, tak topka.

Funcionários atenciosos, otima localização. Pequeno almoço e jantar variados e muito boa comida, vista do quarto maravilhosa, silencioso para dormir.

La hora del check out es demasiado temprano, solo da tiempo a desayunar y marcharse. Aunque proponen las duchas, no deja de ser dichas comunes y pierden la privacidad del apartamento.

Super lokalizacja, w pobliżu czysta i piękna plaża. W obiekcie duży basen z ciepłą wodą. Pyszne śniadania i kolacje były wisienką na torcie. Piękne widoki z pokoju i czysta zadbana okolica.

Łazienka potrzebuje już niedługo lekkiego odświeżenia mimo wykupione opcji śniadania i kolacje w cenie, musieliśmy dodatkowo płacić za napoje do kolacji.

Lejligheden var super indrettet og med en dejlig altan. Morgenmaden var god og udsigten skøn.

Konstant høj musik fra poolen fra 9 morgen til midnat! Så højt at vi ikke kunne holde ud at ligge ved poolen eller på altanen - selv med noise reduction eller ørepropper! Støjen gjorde at vi ikke kunne opholde os på hotellet.

We’ve had some wonderful 7 days here with our two kids. It’s extremely rare that you get to experience something that’s better than advertised - this was certainly it. Highlights are of course James and Dave, it’s heartwarming how they treat all guests and especially the kids. We understand way families return year after year, we will certainly do that as well. Only misshap we had was the cooking fan that was broken but a quick call to the receptionist and a technician came. Just shortly after they came and did a complete exchange. We had no half board but still enjoyed the evening buffet several times and it was exactly what a family with kids aged 6 and 9 needed/wanted. Again, extra shout out to James, Dave, Pepe and Francesco that made our stay really good.

Just arrived home after 10 nights in 2 adjacent apartments. For us, these apartments were brilliant. Very roomy, full kitchen with large fridge with a freezer box, washing machine, microwave and full size oven. The terrace was large and had a great view out to sea. I think we had 3 room cleans during our time which was fine for an apartment, we just washed the towels ourselves if needed. To stay here you do have to have no mobility issues as it’s on a hill. Our room was on the 5 floor with partial access via the funicular. Many times this was busy and is slow so we walked to the room. From the pool to our terrace was 176 steps so be warned, even from the funicular if you used it there was still 40 steps. Now thats out of the way I would recommend the hotel and we will return. The rooms are great, the pool is a good size and generally there’s plenty of sunbeds, however there’s always families who reserve way more than they need just in case one of the kids wants to sit down for 5 minutes. If you get to the pool by 9.30 you should be ok for a couple of beds. We never ate there but that was our choice rather than anything good or bad. For us the location was perfect, 500m in either direction was Puerto Rico beach or amadores beach with all the restaurants there. Close by is also the europa centre but that is a horrible uphill walk as we found out once and only once! Get a taxi there and stumble back down the slope later. A few bits of info that may help anyone else going, any prices rounded up. Taxi to Mogan mall was €6, Europa centre was €4 Anfi was €8, Puerto Mogan was €18. The expensive one was palmitos park which was €42. We caught the bus back from Palmitos to Puerto Rico which was €14 for 4 of us. There are buses to Palmitos but there’s lots of stops and quite often standing room or no room! It’s worth speaking to the bloke at the europa centre, stews excursions as he runs a coach to Palmitos a couple of times a week, we didn’t use him just because the days he went clashed with other plans we had. Next time I would use him. We ate out in Puerto Rico, amadores and Europa centre, there’s plenty of choice but no recommendations from me as each to their own on food. We never had a bad meal. Only slight grip for us was we had an evening flight with pick up at 6pm but could only have got a late check out until 1pm at €10 euros an hour for each hour after 10am. You can use the facilities for the day but the shower/toilets by the side of the pool is the only place to get changed and these floors get very wet during the day. Not a major deal in the end for us as we spent the last day exploring Puerto Mogan. All in all a good stay.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of Puerto Rico and only a short 10-20 minutes walk to the busy city centre. A taxi back home from the centre doesn't cost more than 5 Euro so no need to walk back with a lot of things to carry as there is a tough climb walking back. We used bus number 91 from the airport to Puero Rico centre and a taxi to the hotel. Do not walk with suitcases. As I said above, it is a tough walk. The flat had a double bed in the bedroom and a sofabed in the living room. We never understood the bed arrangements/linen system so person number 3, who slept in the living room, had not the same sleeping quality as the two in the bedroom. OK bathroom. Lovely terrasse with 2 beds and 2 chairs and a table. Extremely useful. We used it all the time. A lovely pool with a nice bar and Steve was a fantastic guy who took very good care of everyone. A unique guy. Thank you for giving us a great stay. Breakfast was ok but stay away from the dinner. The dinner buffet is not worth the money. Better to eat at some of the great restaurants in Puerto Rico. But all in all, very good value for money.

As said above, skip the dinner - but the breakfast is nice. It could be us being "difficult" but even though the flat was for 3-4 persons we would have taken 2 flats next time if we were more than 2. Also note that towels and bed linen etc are not changed every day. During our 6 night stay they only cleaned the room once.

Ubicación, no hay nada alrededor y está situado en medio de una cuesta tremenda. Accesos muy incómodos. A veces no había sitio para aparcar delante del hotel. El desayuno aceptable pero la cena muy floja, necesitaría más variedad y un poco más saludable a poner ser. El ascensor es una especie de funicular que da miedo....solo hay uno y es lentísimo el trayecto.

Apartamento limpio, con aire acondicionado, terraza grande con hamacas y sombrilla, que es de agradecer. Salón amplio. Personal del bar y restaurante muy amables.

Desayuno bien pero las cenas bastante justas. La entrada es a las 16:00 y la salida a las 10:00, cierto que puedes usar la piscina, pero me parece que salir a las 10:00 es un despropósito, son 6 horas si se ocupa el apartamento, es que en un fin de semana no estás ni 48 horas. En el funicular debe poner alguna ventana abatible, es un horno. La cama no era muy cómoda, se hundía mucho.

Меню действительно разнообразное: каждый день большой выбор мясных, рыбных и овощных блюд, свежих фруктов, десертов и закусок. За две недели еда не надоела ни разу — всё было вкусно и качественно. Отдельная благодарность Михаилу, который работает на баре. Очень приятный, доброжелательный и отзывчивый человек. Он говорит по-русски, всегда встречает гостей с улыбкой, с удовольствием помогает советом и может подсказать, какие места на острове обязательно стоит посетить. Благодаря его рекомендациям наше путешествие стало ещё интереснее. Мы брали автомобиль напрокат и за несколько дней объехали практически всю Гран-Канарию — побывали в живописных горах, на пляжах, в небольших городках и увидели невероятно красивые места. После насыщенных поездок было особенно приятно возвращаться в Bahía Blanca, где всегда царит уютная и спокойная атмосфера. Спасибо всей команде отеля за прекрасный отдых! Мы с удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать Bahía Blanca своим друзьям и знакомым.

El apartamento estaba limpio, reformado y muy bien equipado. No había que pelear para disfrutar de una tumbona, había sitio para todos.

El sofá cama, incomodisimo. Una piedra. El agua de la piscina estaba caliente siempre, tanto a primera hora del día como a última hora. Querías refrescarte y salías igual que entraste.

La atención era la adecuada, el apartamento estaba bien y las instalaciones estaban bien.

Lo que cambiaría seria los tipos de muebles y el sillón del apartamento. En la habitación, nos chocabamos la cabeza contra los muebles porque eran muy bajos y estaban a la altura de la cabeza y el sillón era de cuero totalmente. Luego, la calidad - precio del buffet se podría mejorar, siempre tenían el mismo tipo de desayuno y solo variaba lo dulce.

La bellissima vista sia dal appartamento che dalla terrazza del ristorante. L'appartamento era molto grande, arredato con mobili moderni e c'era anche la lavatrice che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Un ambiente muy bueno , en la piscina tienes todo a mano y es climatizada .

No me gustó que para llegar a la 3 planta .. el ascensor lateral es demasiado lento .. y la cama de las habitaciones ya es hora de cambiarla había un lado algo hundido y no se pudo descansar muy bien

Água sempre quente na piscina, simpatia dos funcionários, geralmente havia sempre estacionamento para o carro e tinha uma vista espectacular sobre o Oceano.

Não gostei da ementa do restaurante. Muito basica e a noite ou tínhamos que optar por levar take away ou tínhamos que comer buffet .Não serviam comida no restaurante da lista.

Minden nagyon jó volt. Minden volt a hotelben, bolt, bár, étterem. Szuper volt a tisztaság, az ételek, az animátor, a környezet, az óceán közelsége!!! Csak ajánlani tudjuk!!!

Overall, I was dissatisfied with the staff. You always have to set your own table. The third bed was in terrible condition, there were not enough towels, and the cleaning kit provided was very poor for 6 days. In the evenings, there was virtually no entertainment at the hotel. The dinner was sometimes quite limited, and the staff were also very slow to refill the food. There are a huge number of stairs, so I would not recommend this hotel for elderly guests or families with young children. (There is an elevator, but it is extremely slow.) You also have to pay to use the pool towels. I got the impression that guests only matter when it's time to pay. After that, it felt like the hotel simply didn't care about you.During the main season, parking can also be a problem.

The facilities and location. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great with good quality ingredients.

Our apartment was quite high up, and therefore we had to take the funicular, for which sometimes we had to wait. But we got used to it.

A la hora del desayuno debería haber más productos sin azúcar para gente con diabetes

La piscina, las vistas al mar de la terraza. El apartamento comodísimo y la cama también.

No nos dimos cuenta de que el check out era a las 10am y bajamos a desayunar a las 9.45h que el desayuno incluido y pagado era hasta las 10.30h y le comenté en recepción porque se me ocurrió preguntar y en ningún momento me dieron opción de desayunar ya estando abajo y luego recoger la habitación para entregar la llave un poco más tarde. Fueron poco flexibles en ese sentido. Tuvimos que subir corriendo a recoger la habitación y bajar in extremis a desayunar. Hay cuatro plantas y muchas escaleras empinadas para subir a los apartamentos y solo un funicular que siempre tiene espera o está ocupado. Eso fue bte incómodo.
