checked in at 3:00 pm but got the room at 18:45, awful saturday nite , no towels at all in the room till very late, luckily we met Gandy who was so helpful and friendly, our room was 912

Hard beds like sleeping on floor I had connecting rooms all beds same my family saud same Wifi wasn't good 1 room asked reception but nothing done

Excelente 👌👌👌👌 very good very nice hotel, highly reccomend, good facility, clean, hygienic, great food, friendly people and great services. Need to try the “kue keroncong” near the bar, it is a special dessert in Kalimantan Timur. Very good👍🏻

Good ambience hotel and a nice view. A very worth it hotel especially its presidential suite. Clean, nice, a very friendly hotel. The breakfast is nice as-well, I recommend the kue keroncong it’s a very unique experience. It is a very foreigner friendly hotel since the staff can speak english very well

It is about 2 minutes walking to Samarinda Central Plaza and 5 minutes walking to City Centrum Plaza. On the first floor, there are lobby, cafe, restaurant, meeting room, pool and fitness center. We can enjoy breakfast while watching at people swimming. The panorama to the South is Mahakam river, to the North and West with the city view. Anggi at restaurant is helpful.

It was a pleasant experience. I went with my family for a holiday. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Fast wifi connection. The hotel's location is also strategic, close to places to eat and shopping centers. I will stay here again.

Nothing to like, it is old and so dirty. It is an embarrassment to the Swiss Belhotel brand

Sheets were dirty, sofa was dirty, shower was broken, water from showers was brown. This was absolutely awful

Well located hotel in the center of Samarinda, with nice and spacious rooms offering a beautiful view of Mahakam river. Extremely friendly and very helpful staff, delicious and huge breakfast choice (from Indonesian, to Continental and American, everything is covered). We were even offered a very convenient and tasty take-away breakfast since we had to leave very early in the morning before the official breakfast time. We would definitely stay again at Swiss Belhotel in Samarinda.

I had the BEST stay there . Very clean and beautiful hotel . Staff are great and super friendly . The room was VERY neat and clean with an excellent view of the city and the water . The gym had all the essentials where I would use it daily . Food was 5 star . Very good quality and delicious food . The whole layout of the dining area and the pool is perfect . I’ll definitely be going back there multiple times in the future . Thanks Swiss-Bel Hotel.

The hotel's hospitality is truly impressive. I feel compelled to share my testimony about the excellent service I received. When you visit this hotel, be sure to seek out Willy at the receptionist desk. I have high hopes that this hotel will become the best 4-star establishment in town.

The front Desk Staff was not upto the mark, very very slow, incommunicable. Rooms have small issue of curtains not closing completely on the sides due to structural defect. The breakfast lay was not to the standards of other Swiss Bel Hotels where I have stayed. The staff in the Swiss Cafe was more interested in talking amongst themselves instead of looking after the guests.

Hotel wifi was very poor. The price also quite expensive, but i have to admit they have very good facilities.

Have been staying in this hotel since 2011, some rooms and common area has been refurbished so it looks better however some couches/sofas/dining chairs need to be upholstered.

Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan mall dan tempat makan (tapi tidak direkomendasikan untuk yang tepat di seberang hotel, harganya mahal). Saat saya datang, hotel sedang proses renovasi, jd di lobby tercium bau lem yang menyengat. Sarapannya enak, tapi untuk kelas bintang 4 menurut saya kurang bervariasi, dan ada menu yang salah tulis.

Typical 3* hotel in Samarinda. Nothing to faze about. Decent breakfast & fitness centre.

출장으로 와서 1박만 했지만 만족했습니다. 시설이 뛰어나진 않지만 청결하고 좋았습니다. 다음번 출장 때도 이용할 생각입니다.

not good value hotel

Hotel sudah terlihat tua, lift hanya 2 dan kapasitas kecil sehingga agak lama. Kebersihan di shower - kurang, sepertinya dinding/pintu kaca shower kurang perawatan. Shower head banyak scaling. Air panas/dingin tidak stabil begitu juga pressurenya.

やや古いタイプの大型ホテルという感じでした。シャワーのお湯の温度が終始ぬるかったのですが、暑い外から帰ってくるので問題ありませんでした。ショッピングモールも近くにあり買物も便利でした。

We enjoyed our 1 Night stay at Swiss-bel. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was just not clean enough, lots of mould that looks like it has never been scrubbed. Breakfast was good also.

Quite comfortable. Did not expect bed sheet still being used with some dried snots stucked there.

The hotel is getting old need major improvement for its rooms. However, location is close to an old shopping center too, SCP (Samarinda Central Plaza).

We asked for a smoke free room and our room was labeled as smoke free. But as soon as you opened the door you could smell the smoke. Our clothes still reek of smoke. The safe box in the room did not work.

Good wi-fi. bar is good. Food is average. Wine is too expensive.Good for foreigner to stay. Other in the area tailored more to local.

Normal good standard hotel. The restaurant was not impressing.

this hotel located in front of the ocean. ask for a sea view. no hair dryer iniside the rooom. maybe we have to asked for ii. overall is nice to stay in this hotel.
