Wow, this hotel was much better than I expected! Incredibly clean facilities and house keeping changed our linens and towels daily. My son loved the swimming pool the most, it was quite deep but there were always free inflatable rings or pool noodles you could borrow. The kids club was also so clean and staff were so lovely to my son. Dinners on site were great and my favourite was the Bali chicken pizza! Also walking distance to Coffee Club for a nice breakfast and cup of coffee. Staff and security went the extra mile to make sure our stay was great, they even help you cross the busy road to the beach out front. We will definitely visit again in future.

I had a staff member short change me when purchasing food at the poolside bar, will now only pay with card!

The apartment was very spacious, with living area, full kitchen, large bedroom & bathroom and excellent air conditioning.

Place was amazing

Great location, we had a 2 bedroom apartment and the room was clean, ground floor and allowed us to hang with the kids but have our own space. We have been to Bali a few times and like resort style facilities but our own space without having a Villa. So the apartment worked well. Pool was good, nice little water play area. Food and staff at the hotel were excellent. For the price and the location we would 100% stay here again.

Honestly for the price it’s fantastic.

Great location directly opposite the beach. Resort was very comfortable, safe and staff were excellent. The kids enjoyed the kids club and we enjoyed lazing by the pool.

Zwembad was fijn

De kamers zijn oud versleten: oude bedden, stoelen en tafels. Rondom de wasbak kapot en oud waardoor niet s hoon te krijgen. Ramen konden niet helemaal dicht. Balkon deur sloot niet goed. Salamanders kwamen binnen. Aangegeven dat we hier niet van kunnen slapen. Ze hebben extra metalen platen aan de balkondeur geschroefd en ramen getapet. Was nog steeds niet goed maar ze hadden geen andere oplossing. Personeel was vriendelijk. Kwamen dagelijks “poetsen en bedden opmaken”. We hebben bij de aankomst beddengoed laten vervangen omdat er allemaal gele vlekken ( mssn van vorige gasten) er op zaten. Minibar was betaald. Alleen drinkwater kregen we dagelijks gratis. Gelukkig waren we niet veel in het hotel en hadden dagelijks activiteiten gepland. Kortom Slecht voor een hotel die 5sterren heeft gekregen. Ik raad deze hotel niet aan.

Our two bedroom unit only had one bathroom where I was under the impression we would have ensuite. Some 2 bedroom units do but we didn’t get given one of those.

Uteplatsen tillhörande rummet. Det var inte supermysigt läge på de. Utemöblerna var inte trevliga. Hotellet kändes väldigt stökigt generellt.

Being close to the beach

Some staff were rude, our fridge was broken- never got fixed. Got told off for bringing out friends to out room. They tried charging me for mascara on my pillow case on checkout. Very over priced for what it is. Pool it horribly deep gor the kids, not enough pool chairs

Breakfast was a basic buffet but had everything we expected. We love the location right opposite the beach with plenty of beach bars and restraunts in easy walking distance with kids. The kids loved the splash pool and it was great to have the shallow water so our baby could crawl around and play in the water. Room were big- our 2 bedroom apartment had plenty of space for our family of 5..

The tvs didn’t work in two of our rooms. We had children so we use the tv so we can get ready or when they needed down time.

Very dangerous stairs without handrail or barrier. Sheer drop on one side. Two floors with bedrooms on both and living area on upper floor. For 6yr old and 3yr old children, it was too hazardous. Information given on booking about ages. Kitchenette very poorly equipped No coffee machine, no bowls, two mugs etc We had to borrow Old blinds which constantly broke despite our careful adult use

Big hotel with a great location. Music playing in the main area all day which created a great vibe.

It’s quite outdated, it’s in desperate need of a makeover. One of the walls in our room looked damp and the plaster was coming off the wall. There was a glass panel on the exterior of our room that had a crack from floor to ceiling.

The food was good and cheap, great view out onto the beach. Location was great.

Our room had an aircon unit outside that was so loud we could not sleep, it made our pillows and bed vibrate. I went to reception and complained, they moved us to another room to sleep, however same issue plus it had been freshly painted so the fumes from the paint were soo strong that we said thank you but no thank you we will just put up with out room. The kids play area of the pool is getting old and rusty. They had to close it for some reason, my guess is a code brown or the other end in the kids section, this is the same water that flows down to the main pool. My daughter went to swim in there was in for like a min and came out crying that she was burning and stinging. I'm guessing from the chemicals they would of had to use to clean, normally a pool would have to shut down for at least an hr from doing this sort of cleaning and there was not.

Our room was dated Bedroom light would not switch off. Had to unplug it to get of off. Shower head was disconnected on downstairs bedroom. Stairs were blocked and only way of getting down from top floor was via lift that was slow at best. Not yo mention an extreme fire ‼️

Dirty curtains, unsafe kids pool area and in very bad conditions! Front desk staff not very friendly! “White” towels were “50 shards of grey” and so disgusting that we bought some from a stall.

Best location and hotel in Seminyak. The kids love the facilities, play centre and water slides and the staff are brilliant. By far the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Highly reccomend!! We have stayed here 3 times now and will be back.

Being across the road from the main beach was handy with small children. The kids loved the pool and slide area, huge win. The staff were always friendly and accomodating.

Our door was very hard to close, sometimes the tiles got slippery when it was wet and sandy.
