We always love staying at the Bandha. It's very clean with exceptional staff, beautiful food and situated right on the beach.

The hotel was in a very good spot with very good restaurants close by . All the staff from the security guards to the front desk were so helpful and polite. The whole hotel was a fantastic experience.

The only negative thing I could say about this place was the breakfast, they could add a little more variety and use real juices not syrup !!!!!!!!

Only 1 plug close to the beds, really need 1 on each side in a twin room. Staff were amazing and gave me an extension though, so that was handy

Direct pool access room is great - little less direct privacy than upper level rooms but worth the direct pool access if that's your thing. Quick room service, excellent food options and cheap daily cocktails at the moment.

Never got my 10% disc on food and non alcoholic drinks due to oversight as we paid as we went rather than booking costs to our room. Make sure you mention you're a guest and room no. to get your disc if part of your package!

We paid more and upgraded but view was of building site next door. Wasted my money on upgrade. When I complained they just said sorry.

I loved that you could swim out to the pool direct from our room.

The pillows were huge and I didn't think to ask until later in our stay for different ones. The ones we were given as a replacement for the huge thick pillows were tiny but perfect in height. Also, not enough sun lounges around pool at the front (people would leave a towel on their lounge for long periods and sometimes not return) it was too windy to sit around the pool near reception.

The property was in a fantastic location. The staff looked after us and made us feel very special. We were upgrading to a beautiful suite, a huge thankyou to the manager, her service was wonderful.

We like Legian as it is quieter than Seminyak. Which meant we caught cabs to and from.Seminyak to go to our favourite eateries. I really appreciated the coolness of the internal pool. The beachside pool was warmer, but it's good to have both options. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage, keeping it all tidy. The rooms are clean and the staff are great.. having the beach across the road is a luxury.

We found the pillows too voluminous. That is just our preference for flatter ones. Maybe to have one of both would accommodate everyone.

A great spot by the beach but also close to all the action out the other side of the hotel . So best of both worlds . Helpful staff super friendly jay especially made us feel welcome .

Small negatives , spa is amazing my friends went for massages and said they were the best they have had in bali . I choose the 60 min Japanese head spa . I didn’t think it was good value I have had at home it was way better for starters at home they use warm water not cold . I’d choose something else imo.

Thoroughly enjoyed the suite we stayed in overlooking the front pool. We had our own spa bath on the verandah & Daybed & so much room in the suite. The facilities were excellent.

There wasn't any fruit like the other rooms or milk for tea & coffee & the pillows as usual in Bali were either to soft or to firm & because of the size you couldn't use both.. I will be bringing my own from now on..

The junior suite was huge! Photos dont do it justice. The first ever hotel I’ve stayed at where the room is bigger than what it is in the photos.

As polite and wonderful as it was the staff would come and knock on the door to spray the room for mosquitoes at eight or 9 pm when we had already been asleep and got woken.

The property is gorgeous and the staff are amazing!

The staff were extremely polite and welcoming. The facilities were wonderful. The Japanese head spa was delightful.

The only thing we didn’t like were the huge heavy pillows on the bed. We found them very uncomfortable.

The kids said the beds were the most comfortable they had ever slept in! The staff were lovely and the water felt cleaner at this resort. The block next door is cleared so we didn't experience any construction noise while there and it was a great view to the ocean with nothing next door but it was dusty and I'd had to think about the noise when they are rebuilding. I would stay again after the rebuild next door - SO CLEAN!

Tha Bandha Hotel staff were above & beyond amazing. The rooms were lovely, we stayed in 2. 1 room by the pool and the other was a suite overlooking the Mozarella restaurant & pool area, which was absolutely beautiful, with our own Jacuzzi on the verandah.. It was fantastic & spacious through out the whole suite.

Our first room was a pool side room which we love as we spend so much time in the pool which was why we booked it but it was freezing. You could not stay in it as we were also in the shaded area. It was really disappointing 😞 The room fridges need to be bigger, they are way to small. With beds were comfortable but the pillows were terrible.

Персонал совершенно не клиентоориентированный, Изначально без нашего согласия нас поселили в номер другой категории, на следующий день обязали переселяться, причем в 10 утра выселили из предоставленного изначально номера, а новый номер был готов только к 15.00, в результате часть времени мы оказались просто без номера. Полотенца не разрешают брать на пляж - так не положено. Мы просили поздний выезд, на протяжении всего нахождения не могли согласовать поздний выезд, нас сначала просили прийти накануне отъезда, потом сказали, что накануне ничего не могут сказать, приходите утром в день отъезда, предлагали переселиться на поздний выезд в другой корпус. В результате после долгих обсуждений согласовали номер на поздний выезд. При выезде мы заказали трансфер в аэропорт на 16.00, трансфер приехал, но на ресепшн нас попросили ждать, ничего не объясняя. В результате через 15 минут, когда мы стали нервничать, что будем опаздывать в аэропорт выяснилось, что они проверяют номер, что мы ничего там не испортили или не забрали лишнего. Причем никто не торопился проверять. Пришлось настаивать ускорить проверку, чтобы мы могли уехать. В номере все было в порядке. Остался неприятный осадок и от начала и от завершения проживания.

The location, the breakfast, the staff and the size of the room were all really good. We stayed in the junior suite.

Our view was a construction site, but at least there wasn't any noise as it was a religious holiday. But looks the the jackhammering is done as it's just all dirt now. But we only really slept in the room.

Staff are always lovely and go above and beyond to be helpful. Great location. Rooms are on large side which makes it an easy place to stay

The ladies toilets in the front foyer has a door that does not lock correctly. Please fix this.

Loved the location and convenience of the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Staff were incredible and very friendly and helpful.

The pillows were too big, the rooms were noisy if on the bottom level from the rooms above and the pool was a little grimey.

We had a wonderful time at The Bandha. This is our second time staying there and we love it. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed with a lovely Balinese feel. The two pool areas are stunning and the swim-up bars make it very hard to leave! Breakfast at Mozzarella by the Sea was a highlight every morning — great variety with beautiful ocean views. But the real standout was the staff — they were absolutely amazing, so warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. Exceptional value for the location and quality
