Wij verbleven 3 nachten in 2 basic kamers; waren erg goed. Uitzicht op parkeerplaats van personeel vanaf t balkon, maar dat deerde niet. Plek zat om ergens anders te zitten. Ontbijtbuffet was fantastisch.

Er waren veel Russen die duidelijk (en in mijn ogen negatief) aanwezig waren

Muy limpio, personal muy amable. Buenas instalaciones. Además, junto a la playa; lo que lo hace muy cómodo. Niños y mayores hemos estado muy cómodos. Destaco el desayuno; muy variado. Reponían constantemente lo que se iba gastando.

We really enjoyed all the outdoor activities and the facilities outside the room — the pool was really lovely, the bar was very cool, and it's close to the beach.

The family room wasn't very comfortable — the parents' room was really small with no window at all. We had several issues in the room, and it seems it hasn't been renovated in a while.

Breakfast needs more variety and do not make same every day!

Location perfect for walking to the beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, main shopping town and to the local market. Great selection for breakfasts. Always kept clean and supplied with water bottles. Awesome pool access. Very large and comfortable room with plenty of seating.

Our room was situated too close to the cigarette smoking area, not pleasant when we are non smokers. The room was in a heavy traffic area with annoying noise levels compared to when we stayed here last time. Next time we will request a room that is more suitable to us.

Nice family hotel with many facilities and activity options. more than six large swimming pools and the GYM was good. Breakfast was good also. Big clean rooms. Helpful staff. Location is good where many attractions are near.

You will need an electricity adapter for your devices to use inside the room. The sockets are incompatible with most of the region types, but this was not a major issue.

В гостинице хорошие бассеины. Персонал хороший. Еда не дотягивает до гостиници 4 звездочки. Номера в нормальном состоянии. Удобные кровати. Очень хорошее месоположения.

Ужасный запах плесени и это нам очень мешало.

家族4人で滞在しました。ビーチにも近く、部屋も快適でプールも広く非常に満足です。 またプーケットに来る際は再度予約したいと思います。 夜のディナーもリーズナブルで、マジックショーなどが見れて非常にお得な気持ちになりました。

よくなかった点は得にないですが、プールはファミリー向けなので、浅めだったので大人はあまりプールでは楽しめなかったです。私はムスリムなのですが、プレイルームがなかったのは残念な点です。それ以外は満足です。

מלון מהמם, חדרים ענקיים!! ארוחת בוקר , יש מלא דברים לאכול לא בשביל הישראלים כן יש, חביתות, ירקות, לחם, גבינת שמנת לנו זה היה טעים מאוד ומספק ביותר😋 בריכות גדולות ונעימות, יש את אהש המקסים שהנעים לנו את הבוקר עם מוזיקה בבריכה ועשה פעילות של ספורט במים. יש בריכה אחת מתוך 8 בריכות שהיא ממש צמודה לחוף הים קאמלה המושלם חוף רגוע עם מסעדות, פוט מסאג', צמות יש הכל!! אווירה רגועה ונינוחה למי שמחפש יותר שקט, לא כמו בפאטונג ממליצה מאוד למשפחות 💗🙏 והכי חשוב, תהנו😍 לא לפספס את הקרניבל מג'יק ממש קרוב למלון,חובה! חוויה לכל המשפחה🤩😍😍🤩

זוג עם 3 ילדים, החדר היה מאוד נוח ומסודר טוב, המון מגלשות ובריכות, תמיד יש מקום לשבת מול איזה בריכה שרוצים. צמוד לחוף ים.

מלון קצת עייף, לא כל כך מתאים לילדים גדולים, הגדול שלנו בן 8 ודי מהר התחיל להשתעמם במלון..

Goed ontbijt. Genoeg afwisseling voor 2 weken.

We love this resort and have been coming here since my eldest daughter was 1 and she's 12. We love the more relaxed atmosphere of the resort. While it isn't 5 star, it's relaxed and has everything you need such as a lot of pools, water slides, although getting a bit small now, and swim up bar, reasonably priced food and drinks, and I really love that the buffet breakfast shows dietary inclusions so we what we are eating is safe for allergies. I also love the location. Kamala beach is great, such a cute little beach, no car noises as it is directly on the beach and close to many resturants, shops and massage etc. I hate praising it, as it is getting extremely hard to book a family room now.

We had an amazing family room which had pool and sea view but last time we had one that looks onto this weird land/grass area. I think they should charge more for the ones with better view so you know what you are getting. I also think since family rooms are so hard to get, they should figure a way to make some standard rooms into two bedroom rooms by putting a door maybe next to the wardrobe? I also wish they had free beach stools for guests, as we pay 100 baht per person each day for a couple hours of beach time. I'd also like better nightly entertainment at the resort, it is hard going out later with kids, so would be great in wet season if there were more nights and longer hours of singers.

المكان شبه معزول عن المطاعم والفندق قديم جدا لايصلح للعوائل الخليجيه الافطار لابأس فيه افضل منطقه لسكن في راي باتونج مثل سوشال هوتل ملاصق للمول يمكن يصلح هذا للاوربين

Excellent staff and breakfast. The pools were amazing and rarely too crowded despite the hotel being quite full as there are so many pools! Staff were friendly and accomodating and always things going on at the hotel to help entertain the kids. We had a minor electrical issue that was rectified within 5 minutes. The hotel is right in the heart of the town so you can walk everywhere around Kamala town without needing to worry about organising transport. There are excellent resturants, shopping services and markets all within walking distance of the hotel. Kamala beach is amazing with warm water and gentle waves and a sandy beach with no rocks.

Not that it was anything to do with the hotel but Phuket traffic is intense so most tours or sights to visit took a decent drive in the transfer vehicle to get to (Anamanda water park, boat terminals etc).

Would definitely stay again I loved the location and the pools. It was very clean and relaxed and the rooms were nice. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly

Kids bed wasn’t the most comfortable in the room but that’s the only negative, everything else was great.

El hotel está bien, las habitaciones son enormes y nosotros teníamos la que tienen acceso a la piscina y bastante bien. El desayuno es bastante variado pero la calidad no es de las mejores. La ubicación es genial, salida directa a la playa y cerca de la calle de compras y mercados.

Fuimos en temporada baja y estaba repleto de familias con niños. Sabemos que es un hotel familiar pero en muchas ocasiones los niños pasaban por los pasillos dando voces altas y puede llegar a molestar un poco. Yo tengo un hijo e intento que cuando vamos por los pasillos no haga ruido para no molestar a los demás en horas de descanso, pero al parecer no todo el mundo es igual. El precio me pareció bastante caro.

I wish we was still here!!! Amazing hotel. Such a great place for families with children. Honestly I don’t have one complaint.

Loved the location and all the fantastic pools and water slides. Our kids loved the kids club and the ladies who work there. The cleaner (who cleaned our room) was amazing.

Only disappointing this was the pool with the pool bar closed the entire second week we were there. We didn’t receive an email about it and no one there even mentioned it to us on our arrival. It just closed one day and we had to ask what was going on. Apparently it was planned maintenance but we were never told. We loved everything else and will be back next year. Hopefully in future they will let guests know when different parts of the resort will be closed.

Poor and old furniture

Great family spot with easy beach access and great food options. Staff were super friendly and kind and very accommodating. Lots of pools to choose from. Close to a night market so quick to get to with small children without a long walk.

فيه اماكن العاب بسيطه للاطفال + المسابح كثيره ومتنوعه كل مسبح له عمق مختلف ف كل الاعمار تنبسط + تعامل الموظفين جدا رائع وراقي وبشوشين

المنتجع بعيد شوي عن الشاطئ + النظافه بسيطه + الغرف بعيده جداً + بوفيه الافطار مكرر كل يوم نفس الشي وقريب من الحيوانات والعصافير اكثر من مره شفنا براز عصافير اكرمكم الله في مكان البوفيه

المنتجع مناسب جدا للعوائل خصوصا لمن لديه اطفال المسابح نظيفه ومتعدده، ،لاحظت اكثر زواره استراليين لم اصادف الا القليل من الخليجيين لكن للامانه اخذت اكثر من منتجع هذا الافضل خصوصا انه يقع على انظف شاطي وهو شاطي كمالا، قريب جدا من سفن الفن ، افطاره جميل راح اكرر الزياره له ان شاء الله

הייתי במלון ב2023 המלון ביה קטן , מדהים וכיף לילדים. עכשיו שחזרתי הופתעתי לגלות שהם גדלו ממש , אין מציל , אין מקומות ישיבה בבריכות ... הכל תפוס תמיד אין השגחה של עובדי המקום , האוכל חצי כוח אין מודעות לאלרגנים. לא נחזור יותר

今回は家族6人で泊まらせていただきました！ ファミリースウィートでとても広く良かったです！ 朝食も美味しく海にもすぐ出れるので良かったです。 さかえてる所にでるのにはタクシーなどで30分もかからないぐらいで出れるのでそんなに不便なところではなきし、子供連れには最高でした！ 全体的に素敵なホテルでスタッフのかたも優しく良かったです！

一つ言うのであれば日本観光客のかたは日本語は全く通じないので1人でもいてくれたら助かるかなって思いました！

Hűtő mikro kenyérpirító vízmelegítő. Vasaló és Vasaló állvány. Fürdőszobában minden .(fogkefe fogkrém borotva fésű tű és színes cérna mellé. )Azon kívül a szállodában mosógép és szárító. Ha ezt én tudom hamarabb biztosan csak fele ruhát pakolok. 😁naponta takarítás és törölköző csere.Reggeli nem bőséges hanem nagyon bőséges. 🥰Azon kívül amit még láttam a happy baby stúdió szobában vannak babakocsik .(ha vki kisgyerekkel utazna) a személyzet mindig kedves és mosolygós 🥰 Egyszerűen tökéletes ez a szálloda..mi biztosan vissza térünk.Köszönjük Sunwing 🥰

This hotel is so beautiful and relaxing. It’s just a few steps away from the beach, which makes it perfect for watching the amazing sunsets. The atmosphere is great because it feels both family-friendly and romantic at the same time. Also, the hotel services were excellent, and I really loved the variety of food at breakfast.
