Top tout était parfait

Завтраков не было включено в проживание , расположение хорошее рядом море и много кафешек. Бассейн большой был на ремонте, но там есть маленький - детский.

Хотелось бы, чтобы была влажная уборка полов , а не сухая - веником. Не было замены чая и кофе, туалетной бумаги.

Классная кафе прямо у входа. Очень удобно два санузла и своя кухня, номер очень просторный. Выход к бассейну.

К отелю претензий нет, но вот место расположения нас опечалило, район скучный.

بصراحه ممكن هدوء المنطقه فقط نضام الشقق انه يكون غرفتين وصاله مناسب للاسر الي معاهم اطفال

بعيد عن باتونغ بالتكسي تقريبا نص ساعه لما سويت خروج ماعندهم احد يشيل الشنط ولاجابو عربية الشنط وسالته ليش قالي لسا ماداومو !! مدخل الفندق جوا مطعم وبالليل يكون فيه موسيقى وجود البعرصي جو الشقه وكلمتهم وجو وذبحوه وشالوه سبب للعائله ازمه 😂

The family rooms are large in size.

Mattresses are very hard. The room needed a sweep as someone’s fake eyelashes were still on the floor. Toilet system wasn’t connected to the wall and difficult to flush.

Employees were exceptional rooms cleaned daily. Pool was great. Restaurant was very good. Opened early and stayed open late with very good food. I ate there at least twice a day.

Mattresses were not very comfortable. Very hard. We stayed in the double bedroom rooms and those mattresses were very comfortable. But in the economy rooms not very much.

Need better block out curtains on the ground floor, and it would be great if the pool had longer opening hours

The apartment flat unit is so spacious and beside swimming pool and very good comfort for family stay.

If provide smart locker inside the unit, it is very comfort for everyone.

Le personnel reste très correct, mais sans plus il y avait quelques cafards dans la chambre également. Et la piscine est très petite.

Labai erdvus apartamentas. Arti jūra, kavinės, parduotuvės, masažo salonai, taip pat pliaže daro masažus. Ramiau nei Patongas.

Middn in het centrum. Loopafstand naar het strand. Heerlijk restaurant gelijk bij het appartement. We hadden. Zwembad voor het terras ideaal met kinderen.

Had wel wat onderhoud nodig. Kastje onder de wastafel was helemaal kapot. Banken in de kamer vies. Personeel asn de balie niet vriendelijk je werd niet begroet als je er langs liep. Zaten aldoor op hun telefoon. Niet gewend voor Thailand. Personeel anns kitchen waren super vriendelijk. Het restaurant waar je door loopt om naar buiten te gaan.

Hotel proche de la plage, quelques minutes à pied. L’appartement 2 chambres est très spacieux et confortable.

L’accès direct piscine depuis le logement c’est bien mais dommage que ce soit en plein passage , à la vue des autres clients.

Очень удобное расположение - ты и в центре жизни и в тишине) чистый бассейн, вежливый персонал) в номере с выходом к бассейну где 2 спальни 2 отдельные ванные что было очень удобно с детьми🤠 все магазины и рестораны близко, в номерах чисто - уборка и вода каждый день)

Супер. Удобное расположение, вышел через главный вход попал сразу к морю, вышел через парковку направо в 7 минутах big C , villa market и рынок с фруктами) и тишина))) в отеле чисто, убирают каждый день, полотенца меняют часто, есть в наличии и пляжные) бассейн чистый и теплый. При отеле прекрасный ресторан, хоть и чуть дороже чем вокруг, но все вкусно!

Great accomodation!

Personál byl skvělý, na recepci nám vždy poradili, pomohli, řešili jsme prodloužení pobytu kvůli zrušeným letům a taky late check-out a nic nebyl problém. Ubytování je u cesty s obchody a hospodami, je zde hotelova restaurace, na pláž je to asi 3 minuty, 2 minuty do 7-eleven. Pokoj byl velký, krásný, je zde vše, co potřebujete (ručníky, toaletní papír, vybavení v kuchyni).

Pokoj nebyl úplně čistý, drobky a prach pod pohovkou, špína ve dveřích na terasu. Některé dny nepřišli uklidit ač nebyl důvod. Nicméně poměr cena výkon dobrý, byli jsme spokojení.

It was not clean, there was a dead cockroach in the shower when we got in and we saw 2 live ones at the property, there was lots of dirt under the beds

Zimmerservice hat uns vergessen und mussten uns melden, danach wurde aber direkt jemand gesendet. Frühstück wäre schön wenn es direkt im Preis inklusive wäre.

Location was excellent. Physical property was nice, but in need of a bit of tlc and a few fixes. Penthouse space was amazing- jacuzzi on the roof was great! Lovey restaurant downstairs, and a hidden gem behind the hotel: ‘Tiwa seafood’- amazing local food!

All just a little bit tired- light switches had control panels that glowed 24/7 but you can’t see what they do as the writing has worn away. Tv didn’t work, no batteries in the remotes. Had to request daily housekeeping (sometimes twice) - reception staff were a bit unresponsive.

Рядом с морем, на линии с массажными и торговыми рядами, входишь через ресторан, что особенно удобно в дару, не нужно никуда зодить. В ресторане вкусная еда, свежевыжитые соки... длинный бассейн, спортзал. Удобная кровать. Нет насекомых. Вода каждый день, смена полотенец.дорогу не слышно. Уютно.

Нет лифта...

Bra läge, stora rymliga rum (familjerum med två badrum och två sovrum, vardagsrum och kölnsamt balkong med utgång direkt till poolen), bekväma sängar, trevlig pool.

Ganska dyrt med tanke på att frukost inte ingick.

Szuper, hatalmas apartmanban szálltunk meg. A hotel közel van a tengerparthoz. Egy éttermekkel teli utcáról lehet megközelíteni, mégis csendes.

A medence széle felújításra szorul. A sötétítő függönyök nem sötétítik be eléggé a szobát.

Die Lage ist super. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Strand. Es gibt diverse Restaurants und Läden direkt in der Straße. Das Apartment mit Poolzugang war riesengroß mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einer Küche. Der Pool war super und erfrischend (manchmal etwas dreckig, aber okay).

Teilweise hat es mit dem Zimmerservice nicht ganz optimal funktioniert. Der Zimmer wurden zum Teil erst gegen 17 Uhr gereinigt. Es gibt kein Frühstück. Wir haben im Supermarkt Lebensmittel gekauft, geht natürlich auch. Man kann aber auch in der näheren Umgebung frühstücken gehen.

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I accidentally left my headphones in the room, and the team found them and helped arrange to send them to my next hotel. I was really impressed by their honesty and willingness to help. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and has a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

L’établissement est proche de tout , le personnel est adorable et le restaurant est super bon !

L’emplacement proche de la plage dans une rue animée avec toutes les commodités aux alentours. Coin très familial. La grande piscine commune. Nous avons eu un appartement au dernier étage avec un rooftop vu mer sur lequel il y a un jacuzzi. La literie est bonne, les chambres sont propres

L’accueil n’est pas vraiment très chaleureux… au pays du sourire on l’a cherché… la propreté des parties communes de notre appartement (cuisine, salon, salle à manger) laisse clairement à désirer. Canapé très tâché (on n’a pas osé s’assoir dessus…), table de la salle à manger avec des restes de nouilles et de miettes sans les interstices, poignet du frigo collantes, bref, mériterait un grand et gros nettoyage

Apartment very tired and needs modernising. A microwave, better hob, more kitchen utensils, a more hygienic chopping board, smart TV and sockets near the bed would be good

had an excellent stay at this hotel complex in Kamala, Thailand. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and perfectly maintained. Everything was neat, tidy, and well organized, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is phenomenal — close to everything you need, yet peaceful and relaxing at the same time. Overall, a fantastic place to stay. I would definitely recommend it and would gladly come back again.

Good value for money, two decent sized swimming pools. Onsite restaurant but not connected to hotel. Located in the heart of Kamala beach, lots going on close by.

Hotel seems very old, definitely needs updating. Scuffed furniture, dirt on cupboards, oven and fridge. Huge build up of grime around patio doors.

Great restaurant at entrance. Close to shops, beach, massage, hairdresser. Spacious two bedroom apartment that exceeded our expectations. Well equipped kitchen.

We had to wait until 2:30pm to check in Room smelt like sewage, AC made the smell worse Pool access apartments not private, people swim to your end and invade privacy and space Decor old and worn- room policy is a bit of a joke considering everything is worn Cleaning is not up to par, lots of dirt evidenced. Room was not cleaned whilst we stayed, only towels replaced and water topped up! Lots of stares from guests as only certain demographic seem to stay here ( come on it’s nearly 2026!)

We didn't like that we could hear the children screaming from the pool in the morning...

Excellent location on main street with many restaurants and very close to the beach. Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was very convenient when traveling with family and friends.
