Great location and friendly staff. I loved my room at the ground floor, once I moved into a room that did not smell like mold.

The food could be better and it was slightly run down at the pool area.

Stunning property with beautiful pool, a bit past its heyday but in an incredibly convenient location next to Maya Ubud, the beach broad walk, shops and restaurants.

Had to remind them we were sitting in foyer waiting for room. No towels in room as discovered while in shower. then when brought had to call again to get bath mat. Hot water fluctuated for no reason in shower causing scolding on my child.

Gardens and pool area were beautiful

Our room was dated and in need of an upgrade. We had a massage and used the shower in the spa as we had checked out and our flight was late in the day. Shower not very clean, no toilet paper, no soap. But rate was very low so to be expected perhaps.

Une amélioration depuis l'année précédente concernant les serviettes sur les transats est agréable et permet d'avoir une place disponible en cas de vampirisation par certaines personnes. Le petit déjeuner est à tomber par terre. Et depuis que mes travaux sont terminés la plage est accessible en 5 min

We loved the style of Parigata and the staff were very friendly and attentive . The location was fabulous with a beautiful pool.

The bathroom a bit dated but fine, however the shower very unpredictable , water pressure and temperature a real issue , a common problem in a lot or reviews.

Room was clean and tidy.

The room was clean and had everything we needed, courteous staff, beautiful pool and courtyard, the hotel is in great location with a short stroll to the beach and Sanur restaurants. Breakfast was excellent!

Nosaltres hi vam anar per der més aprop de l’aeroport per marxar cap a casa i ens eva sorprendre. Sanur és molt turístic i no tant autèntic però l’hotel està super bé.

Fantastic location and fantastic staff. It was really quiet we couldn't hear traffic noise. Pool area while small was lovely.

The shower was over a bath, the pressure was ok but the temperature would fluctuate from freezing cold to boiling hot. Could not get a constant temperature. The lights on the balcony came through the curtains which meant the room was not dark at night - we tried all the switches so we didnt think we could control this from the room.

The Parigata is situated between the beach and the main shopping/eating street which makes its location perfect and it is quiet and safe for single women travellers

It was very comfortable, it was off the main street, so it was quiet, yet still close to a multitude of cafes and restaurants. A great place to stay while you wait for that midnight flight back to Australia.

Fabulous resort in a great location. Close to the Main Street with great restaurants and shopping and also close to the beach. Loved the swimming pool area. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Locatie dichtbij leukste straat en boulevard van Sanur! Goede restaurants en ontbijttentjes in de buurt. Voor onze Honeymoon het bed mooi versierd! Dana van de receptie heeft voor ons de ferry tickets en transfers geregeld, fijn om ontziend te worden na een veel te lang dag reis en uren vertraging.

De douche werd niet warm en als je na een vertraagde vlucht in de avond in je hotel komt, kan ik wel balen van een koude douche…

Fabulous position in Sanur with a good breakfast. The flat white Barnstaple made coffee was the best I'd had since leaving Australian shores Beautiful gardens and pool area and very comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful friendly and accommodating .

Great room, comfy bed and super room overlooking the pool. Smart TV was good to have and wifi strong. Hotel reception is impressive, super clean, nice sittting areas. You can hire bikes for the day at 70,000IR or half day, 6 hours at 50,000IR.

My shower was really hard to regulate the hot water and did not point down into the bath but almost vertical accross the bath instead so a little difficult to reach and control. It was also either scolding hot (dangerously so) or cold. To be fair, I never mentioned this to the hotel as was only there for 2 nights so they perhaps could have done something about it had I informed them. People have a tendency to bag beds with beach towels and then hold them all day even if not using them. It would be good if the hotel put some rules up about this. I couldn't get a bed on my full day day in the hotel as they were covered with towels but no people!

Quick one night stay arriving late after a flight then early departure. Was able to get breakfast which worked well. The bathroom and beds were suitable.

I was only at the hotel for about 8 hours so hard to find anything to dislike.

We were so lucky to be staying on a Monday night so we could experience the cultural night which included a banquet and entertainment. The staff are wonderful. The pool looked very inviting. There was also a pool table. Wished we had more time to spend there

Ruime, schone kamer. Mooi zwembad. Goede ligging tussen het strand en het centrum.

Het ontbijt was erg goed en lekker alleen duurde het erg lang voordat je alles kreeg geserveerd. Een ochtend hebben we geen water gehad. We konden niet douchen en de wc niet doortrekken.

Beautifully kept gardens and water features as well as ponds with koi. The cleaning and maintenance staff do a brilliant job! Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The shower can be out of water pressure once everyone starts using it at the same time so can’t fill up your tub sometimes.

Un bell' hotel, ma un po' datato, meriterebbe maggiore manutenzione o un' adeguata ristrutturazione. Problemi con l' acqua calda di cui non si riesce a regolare flusso e temperatura. Le camera al terzo piano senza ascensore rendono poco agevole l' accesso

Hôtel au centre de Sanur (accès à pied possible pour le mail Icon Bali) et à une minute à pied de la plage donc très bien situé. Chambre spacieuse avec un très grand lit. Belle piscine avec cascade d'eau pour l'ambiance sympa. Resto correct dans l'hôtel. Personnel à l'écoute.

L'odeur dans la chambre. Il nous a semblé que cela sentait l'humidité mais le personnel nous a dit que c'était l'odeur habituelle du désodorisant pour les chambres ... Nous n'avons pas l'habitude de nous plaindre (je dirais même que nous sommes bon public) mais cette fois-ci, c'était dérangeant.

Na een lange vlucht vanuit Europa kwamen we aan op Denpasar Airport, waar onze taxi al klaarstond om ons naar Parigata Resort & Spa in Sanur te brengen. We hadden twee kamers naast elkaar geboekt, wat ideaal was voor ons gezin met drie kinderen. Het hotel bleek de perfecte plek om onze vakantie op Bali en Lombok te beginnen. De ontvangst was ontzettend gastvrij en we voelden ons direct welkom. De kamers waren comfortabel en het zwembad was heerlijk om na de reis even tot rust te komen. De ligging is uitstekend: op slechts een paar minuten lopen vind je een gezellige winkelstraat met volop restaurants, cafés en leuke winkels. Ook het strand is dichtbij, waardoor alles binnen handbereik is. Iedere ochtend genoten we van een uitgebreid en smakelijk ontbijt met volop keuze. Al met al was dit een fijne, ontspannen start van onze reis. Wij kunnen Parigata Resort & Spa van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die zijn vakantie op Bali rustig en comfortabel wil beginnen.

Proximité de la plage ainsi que de la rue commerçante, avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces accessibles à pied. Le cadre est très agréable avec une belle piscine entourée d’un jardin luxuriant. Le petit déjeuner était très complet même si un peu cher. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, avec une belle terrasse.

Le débit de l’eau était insuffisant et l’eau chaude arrivait de manière intermittente, nécessitant une longue attente. Il manquait également des serviettes pour les mains dans la salle de bain.

Hôtel central dans Sanur, équipé d'une piscine et très proche à pieds de la mer.

La salle de bains est datée et mériterait une réfection, tout particulièrement la baignoire.
