Das Zimmer war einfach ein Traum – selten haben wir ein so schönes und liebevoll gestaltetes Zimmer gesehen. Es war eine richtige Wohlfühloase und man hat sich vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Auch der Pool war wunderschön und sehr angenehm. Das gesamte Hotel hatte eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre und überall hat es einfach herrlich gerochen. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders begeistert haben uns die vielen kleinen Details: Jeden Nachmittag bekamen wir Schokolade aufs Zimmer, die Hausschuhe wurden liebevoll vor das Bett gestellt und es gab täglich frisches Obst. Genau solche Kleinigkeiten machen einen Aufenthalt besonders. Auch das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Wir haben uns hier wirklich rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The resort is clean, all facilities working perfectly, and is very comfortable.

The bed was a bit too firm for me, but I asked for a topper and one was provided immediately 😁 Everything else was perfect!

This was our second stay and we loved it just as much. The serene feel with beautiful pool and gardens which you can see from your room with it's incredible architecturer and high ceilings. Very special breakfast options and meals also excellent. Easy walk to may street.

Prachtig hotel. Oase van rust en toch vlak bij de drukke winkelstraat. Prachtige, ruime kamers met veel extra's (fruit, badkamerproducten, pralines,...) Top service met fijn onthaal, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt geserveerd op terras van de kamer, prachtig zwembad met voldoende luxe ligzetels,... Shuttledienst van haven en naar luchthaven. Lekker eten. Gratis fietsen. Een absulute aanrader!

Ein großartiges Erlebnis. Wir haben am morgen spontan beschlossen diese Unterkunft zu buchen um 8 Uhr am morgen. Wir waren überrascht was für ein Service uns geboten wurde, den zwei Stunden nach der Buchung wurden wir am Hafen von einem Fahrer willkommen geheißen, der uns kostenfrei in die Unterkunft brachte. Dort angekommen erst einmal Wow wie gepflegt, sauber und entspannt die Außenanlage ist. Wir bekamen direkt einen kühlen Begrüßungsdrink. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Darauf haben wir Sanur erkundet es war erst früh am morgen, unser Gepäck durften wir in einem Raum dort stehen lassen. Als wir zurück kamen war all unser Gespäck schon ins Zimmer gebracht. Uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Es war einfach traumhaft schön. Dann gingen wir in den Pool und konnten entspannen, uns wurde eine kostenlose 15 Minuten Massage angeboten. Auch gab es am Nachmittag Tee serviert. Am Abend haben wir im Restaurant gegessen, das essen war sehr lecker. Als wir zurück in unser Zimmer gekommen sind, haben wir zu unserer Überraschung Wasser auf dem Nachttisch und einen Teller mit einem Päckchen auf unseren Bett vorgefunden. Eine süße Überraschung war liebevoll darin eingepackt. Zusammen mit unseren beiden Kindern feierten wir unseren tollen Urlaubstag und schlemmten die leckeren Pralinen. Am nächsten Morgen kamen wir zum Frühstück und auch hier war es einfach der Wahnsinn was uns geboten wurde. Es mit großem Abstand die Beste Unterkunft, in unseren 4 wöchigen Urlaub auf Bali und Lombok. Leider haben wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles!

Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent service and food. Thoroughly enjoyed being there with the family. Perfect rooms and lovely pool area

We spent a week at Klumpu as two families and honestly couldn’t have wished for a better start to our Bali trip. Peaceful and beautifully tranquil, yet the beach, shops and restaurants are all within an easy stroll. Our two-storey villas were comfortable, quiet and exceptionally well equipped, with thoughtful touches including sunscreen, mosquito spray and after-sun. The whole property was even treated for mosquitoes one evening, something we didn’t see elsewhere in Bali, and it genuinely made a difference. We had hardly any bites during our stay. The pool, daily afternoon tea and attention to detail throughout were lovely, but it’s the staff who really make Klumpu special. They were warm, friendly and genuinely helpful. And the food was sensational! Some of the best we ate in Bali, with breakfasts that were as spectacularly presented as they were delicious. Even our teenagers couldn’t resist photographing them! Klumpu is also an ideal base for exploring — it’s an easy boat ride to Nusa Lembongan for an incredible day of snorkelling with manta rays and turtles. We’d highly recommend Aquaman as snorkelling guides. Peaceful surroundings, a beautiful pool, fantastic food and genuinely exceptional staff — Klumpu was the perfect start to our Bali adventure. We’d wholeheartedly recommend it and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Klumpu! 💖

Un véritable havre de paix au cœur de Sanur 🌿✨ Le Klumpu est idéalement situé, dans une petite rue au calme, tout en étant à proximité de la rue principale, des restaurants et de la plage. L’hôtel est tout simplement parfait ! On a adoré les petites attentions qui font toute la différence : le tea time, le petit chocolat déposé sur le lit avant le coucher, le lit préparé pour la nuit… Les navettes mises à notre disposition, la propreté des lieux 🥰 L’équipe est aux petits soins, toujours avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de discrétion. On se sent vraiment choyés tout en gardant une belle intimité. Une très belle adresse que je recommande vivement ! ❤️

Es war superschön!! Alles sauber, wunderschöner Bungalow, Pool und privates Frühstück auf der eigenen Terrasse. Personal megafreundlich!!

Struttura molto curata immersa nella natura con uno splendido giardino. Camera bellissima e molto spaziosa, personale estremamente gentile.

Nothing to complain about

We were greeted at the airport by their driver - free airport transfer, taken to the gorgeous outdoor lobby, met with refreshments and were given the time to enjoy the atmosphere as our room was prepared. The pool itself is the perfect size and depth for families - this couldn't have been a softer landing after a long 28 hours of travel. Tea is served every day at 4 pm, and the Balinese hospitality so warm and kind. The lodges are unique, beautiful and private. We were surrounded by tropical birds and kites flying high in the sky. There is not a bad lodge at Klumpu. Room service was lovely and the breakfast the next day was complimentary. We were allowed to stay well past our checkout and were offered a free ride to the villa where we stayed for the rest of our trip.

Het personeel deed er alles aan om ons verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Over elk detail is nagedacht. Alles was schoon en zeer goed onderhouden. Niet het goedkoopste verblijf in Bali maar meer dan waard! Ontbijt was ook heerlijk! Elke dag word er rond 16:00 thee met een zoetigheid gebracht. ‘s avonds een bonbon met een fles water.

Mooie huisjes, mooi zwembad, goed eten en drinken.

Bij dit resort wordt je compleet in de watten gelegd. Wat een fijne plek en wat was het fijn om hier een paar dagen te landen na aankomst in Bali. Alles wat het personeel doet, gebeurt met veel aandacht. Het zwembad is fijn, de huisjes zijn leuk voor een gezin (ook fijn dat het geschikt is voor een gezin van vijf). Wij zouden hier zo weer terugkomen.

Als ik dan iets zou moeten bedenken, dan is het dat de vloer in het zwembad een beetje glad is. En wij vonden Sanur zelf niet heel bijzonder, behalve de avondmarkt om te eten. Maar dat staat eigenlijk los van dit resort en voor een paar dagen acclimatiseren na de lange vlucht was Sanur prima.

The location was peaceful, the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely touches, the turn down service, being able to borrow bicycles to get around. Having sun cream, after sun and mosquito repellent in the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and delivered to a location of your choice. Complimentary 15 minute massage which could be added to a longer treatment, really enjoyed my hot stone massage. Collection from the airport was another bonus.

Een fijne kleinschalige accommodatie met 8 comfortabele huisjes en een verzorgde tuin. Het huisje is voorzien van een woongedeelte, keukentje met een gevulde koelkast, een fijne badkamer en een veranda. Het ontbijt is heerlijk. Je kunt kiezen om dit op je veranda te laten bezorgen. Je hebt keuze uit verschillende soorten ontbijtjes en je hebt zelfs een poffertjes ontbijt. Het zwembad is heerlijk met voldoende ligbedden met badlakens. Elke middag krijg je koffie of thee met wat lekkers en elke avond worden er flesjes water gebracht en wat lekkers. De medewerkers zijn ontzettend aardig. De accommodatie ligt heel centraal, vlak bij de hoofdstraat en het strand. Tevens zijn er gratis fietsen waarmee je bv. heerlijk langs het strand kan fietsen.

Tolles Personal extrem freundlich!

This was a perfect spot for our family of four to spend a couple of days in Sanur. It's tucked back from the main boardwalk area, so nice and quiet, but very easy to get out and about with the bikes they have available for use. With only 8 villas surrounding the central and very well kept pool, the garden area it's a really lovely space to spend time away from the hustle and bustle. We stayed in a villa with the loft area for the kids and it was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Their food is really good and the breakfast's are the best we've had in Bali!!! And the staff are all beautiful and we felt nothing but incredibly welcome our entire stay. Highly recommended!!

Klumpu Bali Resort is een klein stukje paradijs in het soms toch drukke Bali. De tuin is prachtig, zwembad aangenaam van grootte en temperatuur, aangename mensen, lekker eten, veel keuze voor ontbijt, groot, proper huisje, elke avond een kleine attentie. Een aanrader, ik mis het nu al.

This is a small complex of around 8 units, each standalone. The room was clean and spacious, the gardens were lush, pool was lovely to cool down in. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. Very quiet location.

The property is off the main road which is a positive and a negative. It’s quiet and feels safe, though it’s a short walk or a bike ride to get to the beach.

Beautiful design, in the style of the local rice barns, this small property offers seclusion and quit while still being close to the action. Great staff, and great unobtrusive service. Definitely on the registry list.

Small complex, secluded but within walking distance to everything. Spotlessly clean. Beautifully kept gardens. Staff are fabulous.

The room was very comfortable and well supplied with a mini bar, unlimited filtered water, mosquito repellent, sun cream etc The pool area was peaceful with comfortable sun beds and a cooling pool amongst plenty of greenery Free airport shuttle service. Free tea and coffee in the afternoon Staff were amazing from the cleaners to the reception staff. Leia was fabulous!

Slightly bigger shades for the sunbeds. It was sometimes difficult to find a shady one.

La struttura è piccola e questo, secondo noi, è uno dei suoi punti di forza: permette un’ottima organizzazione, una gestione attenta e un’atmosfera molto tranquilla e rilassante. Il resort è curato, accogliente e perfetto per chi cerca un soggiorno lontano dal caos. Il personale è sempre disponibile e gentile, facendoti sentire subito a tuo agio. Abbiamo provato anche il massaggio tra i servizi offerti dalla struttura ed è stata un’esperienza molto soddisfacente, ideale per rilassarsi ancora di più durante la vacanza. Un resort che consigliamo a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un’accoglienza calorosa a Bali.

Everything, the staff is amazing, they had our dinner ready after we arrived while their kitchen was supposed to be closed since we arrived after business hours. This is our second time at Klumpu and we are always so sad to leave…

A wonderful stay in Bali!! It is a small resort (8 villas), with typical Balinese vibes, great pool and the best staff. The food is great as well! It is not that close to the beach, but they offer bikes (for free), so that is not an issue at all!

The room was beautiful and unique. The grounds were beautiful and impeccably maintained. Breakfast selection and quality was excellent. The pool was clean and refreshing with comfortable chairs. The staff was attentive, warm and professional.

The hairdryer in the room should be upgraded. The current one is very low power and it’s impossible to get your hair dry.

Super fijn hotel. Bij binnenkomst kregen we een koud drankje om even bij te komen van onze reis. Het huisje was heel schoon en netjes. Het zwembad is ook netjes en schoon en er is voldoende schaduw. Voldoende keus wat betreft ontbijt, lunch en avondeten. Ook raad ik zeker aan een massage te boeken hier.

Klumpu Bali Resort is an incredible place - easily the best room we had and the best overall experience of the three locations we stayed at in Bali. The room was spacious, came with a small kitchenette, and was cleaned daily. Every evening they'd drop off water and chocolates in the room, which was a really nice touch. Breakfast came with a few options to choose from, all really good, and you could have it served in your room or at the restaurant.

The pool is lovely and very clean - just be careful getting in, as it can be quite slippery underfoot.

Lovely clean, spacious . Loved the pool area. Staff were amazing and always there to help, nothing too much trouble. Liked the coffee and cake in the afternoon. They let us know in plenty of time if they were going to spray mozzie spray outside so we vacated the area for a short while. Excellent stay thank you

I absolutely loved everything! The atmosphere was completely wonderful, like a little paradise. The staff were amazing- very attentive. They created such a warm and welcoming feeling. I defenetly recommend it to friends and hope to come back. Btw, excellent massage!

Het is een fijne accommodatie met een prettige sfeer! Je kunt het vergelijken met een boutique hotel gevoel. Een heerlijk a la carte ontbijt! Kleine verrassing als je thuis komt. Fijn zwembad en bedjes. De locatie is ook top omdat je met een korte wandeling of met de gratis fietsen zo bij het strand bent.

We hebben er niets op aan te merken.

If you are looking for a boring resort with unengaged staff, do not choose Klumpa Bali Resort. Here you will find the most perfect and peaceful surroundings and really nice and helpful staff. The cabins are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The beds are very hard. A place we would like to come again and again and again.

Very hard beds

Great pool, warm water, which I found not common, even the hyatt's adult pool is cold... the surrounding is beautiful, and the attention to detail is 5star. The listing of products in the bathroom is 7star. Getting aloe,sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and shower products is great. The evening chocolate/water is a nice gesture. Bathrobes are good, and slippers are cute. For laying, swimming, and true relaxation, this place is awesome. Free bicycle is my other reason why we extended our second stay there. The food is very good. The turn down service is nice. We love this place, the giant water station is great, and we loved it. If empty, staff replaced it immediately. The farewell gift is a box of bamboo drinking straws, a nice gesture. Free airport transport is also considerate. It's definitely a highly recommended place for beautiful, visually pleasing, relaxing experiences. The staff is polite, they leave you to enjoy the peace and freedom here.

The frangipani scented amenities. The frangipani smells different here in Australia. The balinese one was yucky for me. I ended up taking my amenities from Australia for our second booking because the closest supermarket, Arta Sedana, just sold brightening(aka whitening products, showergel and body lotion, and Im Caucasian). There was one house, 105, which has rising damp behind the toilet, adjacent to the room, just 80cm from the bed. It smelled like years of urine. House 104, however, had no issue with that. The English breakfast includes toasts, which is sugar covered, and it's not my favourite. There were microscopic size ants in the kitchen everywhere, so you need ant killer or the gekkos run all day on the walls. The gekkos actually in each building, which is okay, they're small, just eating the flies. Food can not be left out because of insects +gekkos.

Små ting som en lækker velkomstdrink, afternoon tea, gratis lån af cykler, både solcreme+aftersun+myggespray på badeværelset og chokolade hver aften. Der er kun 8 huse, hvilket gør at stedet føles meget personligt. Jeg sov eksternt godt i den meget behagelige seng og børnene på 4+7 år elskede deres senge øverst. Personale er simpelthen så søde og professionelle. Kan varmt anbefale stedet.

Everything was great. After a terrible flight it was so nice to be welcomed by a lovely friendly driver, then staff at the hotel. They go above and beyond with little extras to make your stay special. The onsite massage is great too! I loved this place and will be back.

The pool is outside the rooms and people were quite loud early in the morning diving in the pool and playing marco polo...as the rooms all face the pool it would be great to have some more rules about being quiet between certain hours. When I stay again I would request a room far from the pool.
