It was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

Très bel hôtel dans le coeur de Sanur. Le personnel au top comme dans tout Bali. Le petit déjeuner superbe. La piscine , le spa , rien ne manque. La literie super confortable.

Rien du coup on aurait aimé y rester plus longtemps.

Localização, conforto das camas/ colchões. Proximidade ao aeroporto. Proximidade à linha de praia/calçadão. Restaurantes e lojas, farmácias, supermercados etc... em proximidade. Muito boa opção de alojamento para estadias curtas.

Pequeno almoço limitado para o preço. Piscina pequena e sombria (água muito fria e ausência de sol na zona envolvente que possibilitasse o usufruiur desta comodidade).

立地上仕方ないが、夜は近所のレストランのライブ演奏が聞こえて少々うるさい。

A beautiful hotel, the artwork was extensive and traditional Balinese. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. My room was spacious and a very comfortable bed, pillows and tastefully furnished. Good location, everything you require within walking distance, restaurants, spas, beach and shopping.

Das Zimmer war sehr hübsch, sauber und mit Europäischem Standard. Die A/C hat das Klima im Zimmer sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir hatten zwei verbundene Zimmer mit einem Salon dazwischen, was eine sehr gute Grösse bedeutete.

After one night we asked to change rooms as we were at the front near road and was extremely noisy.Staff i must say were only to happy to accomadate our request. Next room was so much better.Bed was very hard but maybe the same in Bali

Wir hatten ein geräumiges Familiezimmer und haben es sehr genossen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wir haben den Service sehr genossen. Das Hotel lag perfekt, um zum Strand zu gelangen, es gab viele gute Restaurants und auch shoppen war fußläufig kein Problem. Das gebuchte Frühstück war ok.

Wenn ich etwas schreiben muss, dann dass es etwas laut war und der Pool sehr kalt.

The hotel was in a good location for restaurants and not too far to walk to the boardwalk and icon mall. I liked walking across the road to koa shala for yoga classes. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very clean and comfortable. We had 2 bathrooms and a living area so lots of space for 4 people. The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing and lots of choices to choose from. The pool area was also very nice and had lots of day beds and chairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was great with many restaurants and bars in close proximity. Lovely large room.

The hotel is quite dated and the bathroom shows it. The bed was not comfortable as I thought it was 'lumpy'. My husband didnt mind it. The pool was fine but if you want sun you would have to be very quick. Only sun for a very short time. The pool area looks a lot better on the website than actual. Breakfast was adequate but not inspiring.

We always stay here as it it is an excellent clean hotel in a great location with very friendly staff. Only issue this time was the breakfast thus arriving at a score of 8

They have changed the concept of the breakfast. Previously , you could help yourself to fruit, cereal and other goodies before ordering the main individual meal. They now limit the fruit to a small plate and no longer provide cereal. The main courses are good , but do not order anything with poached eggs as they always arrive stone cold. The wait time under the new system is slow. Breakfast inclusion is also expensive. We won’t include breakfast in the future and eat nearby where there are many good alternatives

Maison Aurelia is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location in Sanur close to everything. The rooms were big and beautifully designed and we loved the pool area - it was perfect for us and bonus that we could get food & drinks delivered from Cork restaurant (which is also really lovely). The service was excellent throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Room was amazing. Excellent AC. Pool small but adequate. The view was spectacular especially sunrise.

The fact that they don’t have their own restaurant. The Cork was very good but I disliked having to pay separately for every meal I ate there instead of being able to sign to my room and pay on departure.

シーツ交換を希望したが、交換されずにストレッチしただけであった。 Spaを90分コースで予約したが、施術が約60分で終わったので60分コース？と聞くと、着替えとシャワー混みで90分とのことでこれはあり得ないと思った。

Above everything else the staff were so friendly and kind..the restaurant staff especially..it is a great location about 5 minutes from the beach..it felt like a perfect size..not a big resort but not too small so you felt like a guest house..nothing i didn’t like about it..highly recommend

Es hat modrig-feucht gerochen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock an der Strasse und über der Bar. Es war etwas sehr laut. Wir gingen aber auch früh schlafen aufgrund der langen Reise. Später wird es sicher ruhiger.

Goede locatie in Sanur, alles op loopafstand. Lekker a la carte ontbijt.

Prachtig hotel op een ideale locatie in Sanur. De kamers zijn enorm ruim, prachtig ingericht en de bedden slapen echt fantastisch! Perfect om bij te komen na een lange vlucht. Het restaurant is ook een aanrader. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Toen mijn zoontje ziek werd, hebben ze direct een dokter voor ons geregeld en ons geweldig ondersteund. We mochten met uitchecken iets langer in de kamer blijven zonder extra kosten. Dat hebben we enorm gewaardeerd.

Als ik dan toch iets moet noemen. Het zwembad is mooi en heerlijke ligbedden, maar ligt helaas een groot deel van de dag in de schaduw. Daardoor was het water behoorlijk koud.

Superb location so central to restaurants and shopping. Fantastic friendly service, plenty of water provided. Beautiful pool. Great restaurant. Large comfortable room with good coffee machine and large tv. Appreciated the balcony view of the pool.

The room was a good size and lovely decorations > The set up was lovely with the sofa and TV. Bed was extremely comfortable. Perhaps the rug could be cleaned as it had some stains

Everything was wonderful.

This was our third stay and we will be back again. The Hotel is very well kept and our rooms were very comfortable. The staff are friendly and always very helpful. We always love the evening cakes and weather report left each night in our room. The Hotel is in a great location, a close walk to the beach and many numerous restaurants.

Ligging in Sanur. Loopafstand (15 minuten) van de Icon Bali. Diverse restaurants in de omgeving. Mooie kamers. Beetje klassiek ingericht. Dit was 1 van de grotere hotels waar we verbleven.

We have stayed here before and loved the place, lovely clean plush rooms and fantastic staff.

No complaints very happy with everything.

The breakfast could have more variety if you are there for more than a few days - however the quality of the breakfast and service was first class.

Special touches bed turn down little treats and weather report puts the hotel head and shoulders above others. Staff are awesome could not fault.

The location, the staff, the breakfast was amazing and the room was fabulous. When I inquired about my ride to the airport everyone was on board they all knew about it just very with it and organized.

There is not one single thing I didn’t like. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room had a mould smell - I assume this is because it is a hotel in a hot and humid location and by default has limited airflow

The magnolia suite was fantastic for family of 4. Lots of space, clean, location was great and service was fantastic.

The bathroom was more like a small ensuite. The breakfast menu is quite limited; however, I understand this for a smaller hotel, (no wastage). The pool does not receive much sun so, if you like the water a little warmer then you might find it too cold.

Staff were excellent, very friendly, eager to help and went out of their way to ensure we were attended to. Location was great. Close walk to Icon Shopping Mall, beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms were spacious(except bathroom which could only cater for one person at a time) plenty of charging points.

Breakfast was a little on the light side and didn’t offer much variety. We asked for a quiet room, however for light sleepers like us, be aware that the rooms don’t have sound proofing and you can hear the television in the next room, people walking around above and either side of you and doors banging at all hours of the night, however this is not the fault of the staff, rather the persons occupying and the lack of sound proofing. Bathroom only has space for one person at a time to occupy.

Beautiful chic hotel with a French feel - big comfortable room - great bed and decent pillows. The breakfast was yummy and a good selection. Staff - front desk and restaurant - were great. I’ve been to Bali many times and this has become my go to hotel.

Great location, friendly and competent staff, lovely rooms, and good food and live music at the attached restaurant. We stayed as a family of four with two young kids and the adjoining rooms, separated by a living room, was the perfect layout for us.

Decor. Rooms. Service was all exceptional. The pool area although small was adequate and beds were always available. Spa was very good and the food/beverage from bar area was always served with a huge smile and very welcoming. Location was excellent. Housekeeping staff always smiling and eager to assist if you had a query and the turn down evening housekeeper staff member was a credit to the Hotel. Reception staff always acknowledged you as you walked back and fore even if they were busy on their booking systems. First class and so glad we booked this Hotel.
