Die Betten, das flache Kopfkissen, die Bettwäsche, die Dusche. Unser Zimmer lag zum Hinterhof, wir haben super geschlafen. Das Frühstück war gut, große Müsliauswahl. Nette Mitarbeiter. Lounge sehr gemütlich. Lage am.Hauptbahnhof ideal.

Doskonała lokalizacja blisko dworca centralnego, upraszczająca transport z i na lotnisko, oraz zwiedzanie miasta. Hotel bardzo przyjemny, eleganckie lobby gdzie można odpocząć po całym dniu. Procedura checkin prosta i intuicyjna. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny personel. W pokoju nie ma za dużo miejsca na walizki ale na kilkudniowy pobyt wystarcza. Hotel ma wydzielone 4 miejsca postojowe, których NIE można zarezerwować (hotel o tym informuje), więc uprzedzam zmotoryzowanych, że alternatywą jest parking miejski za 45 euro doba lub parkowanie na ulicy, które w moim odczuciu jest słabą opcją. Blisko hotelu piekarnie i knajpki. Weź pokój od strony patio bo tramwaj na ulicy bardzo hałasuje.

Łóżko było spore ale bardzo miękkie jak na nasze standardy. Nie można było otworzyć okna (od strony patio), klimatyzacja dość głośna.

Location was a 10min walk to old town Lots of grocery stores and restaurants near by.

The location is great, we were able to walk from the train station with luggage no problem. It’s close to Marienplatz, restaurants & parks. The rooms, while small, have everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were very friendly & accommodating. We enjoyed spending time in the lobby lounge.

Il fatto che lo staff non abbia specificato che il voucher ottenuto rinunciando alla pulizia della stanza, andasse utilizzato per acquisti presso il bar dell'hotel e non venisse invece scontato dal prezzo finale.

Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania. Śniadanie było doskonałe, pokój prezentował najwyższą jakość, a personel był niezwykle pomocny i uprzejmy. Zdecydowanie jeden z najlepszych hoteli, w jakich miałem okazję przebywać.

The hotel was easy to get to from the main station, and it was comfortable and clean. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. The whole hotel feels like it’s run with the clientele in mind. Beds were very comfy, bathroom in the small side but absolutely fine for us, coffee machine but we were provided with a kettle on request - although I worked out how to use the coffeemaker to just boil water. Breakfast was great, and varied a little each day to keep it interesting. The staff were so nice, nothing was too much trouble. Appreciated the free apples, chocolates and water.

Nothing. The area between the station and the hotel is a little grimy as you might expect from a busy city station but walking from the hotel away from the station led to many nice restaurants and bars.

Molto bella la struttura, la posizione è perfetta per visitare al città e molto vicina alla stazione. Camere grandi e accoglienti con macchina del caffè Nespresso e bollitore per il té.

La moquette in camere è una cosa che non mi piace perché trattiene la polvere. Preferivo sempre il parquet.

Frühstücksangebot sehr übersichtlich.Hätte mir frisches Obst nicht im Obstsalat gewünscht und mehr Auswahl an Brot. Bin satt geworden. Hatte um ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, habe ich bekommen.Nach hinten ziemlich oben aber das Gerumpel der Straßenbahn war immer noch zu hören. Ohrstöpsel empfehlenswert.Also Augen auf bei der Hotelbuchung.

My stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is ideally located: very close to Munich Central Station, tram stop and within easy reach of the city centre, museums, shops and many of Munich’s main attractions. I particularly appreciated the hotel’s distinctive character. Unlike the increasingly standardised minimalist interiors found in many hotels, KING’s Hotel First has an elegant, traditional style, with wooden four-poster beds and beautiful velvet sofas in the lobby and common areas. It feels warm, refined and unmistakably Bavarian. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were extremely kind, attentive and welcoming. At the same time, everything was very convenient and efficient, with online procedures and helpful communication via WhatsApp. The room included complimentary water and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion. Additional complimentary amenities, including toothbrushes and snacks, were available in the lobby. There is also a very practical amenity room where guests can find an ironing board, extra towels and other useful items. The hospitality extended beyond the room: while spending time in the lobby, I was offered complimentary drinks. When I checked out, the staff also gave me a small carton of water for my journey, which was an unexpected and thoughtful touch. The luggage storage system was secure and easy to use. Breakfast was excellent, generous and varied. An excellent stay overall—I would gladly return.

The only minor drawback was that, despite having requested a quiet room at the rear and being on the second floor, I could still hear the trains slightly and chose to sleep with earplugs. However, I normally travel with earplugs anyway, and this was more than compensated for by the hotel’s strategic location and all its other qualities

Wir haben kurzfristig zu einem super Preis gebucht! Das Zimmer war zwar nicht sehr groß, aber für zwei Nächte völlig ausreichend. Die Ausstattung für den Preis spitze, wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen

Exceptional location, very clean and comfortable hotel. The washroom and shower were excellent. The beds and pillows very comfortable.

Das Personal war aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Da leider es keine Familienzimmer gibt hatte man uns ganz unproblematisch und proaktiv zwei nebeneinanderliegende Zimmer gegeben. Beim Frühstück war für jeden etwas dabei und im Hof fand sich sogar ein Parkplatz zum Laden unseres EVs.

Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber wer da sensibel ist (oder alleinreisende Frauen): die Lage ist gemischt: man ist schnell in der Altstadt, aber halt auch in Bahnhofsnähe. Wir haben fußläufig einen super leckeres persisches Restaurant und eine tolle Eisdiele gefunden, aber der Erstklässler fragte halt auch was diese "Boobs" und dieses "Tabledance" sind, die zwei Häuser weiter angepriesen werden.

Shoutout to the warm and welcoming reception, complete with welcome drinks on arrival. The room was quiet, and the area felt safe despite being so central, just a 6-minute walk from Munich Central Station and convenient for the Lufthansa Airport Express. We also loved the €10 Green Stay voucher for skipping one day of room cleaning- a great way to encourage sustainability while still giving guests the choice.

It would have been good if there were slippers in the room

Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of high-quality food, including fresh fruit, yogurt, and good coffee. There was a wide variety of both sweet and savory options, so there was something for everyone. The location was perfect for our stay: just a 4-minute walk from the central station, about a 20-minute walk from Marienplatz, and only 10 minutes from Königsplatz. It was very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional, always ready to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel and our room were also very clean and well maintained, which made the overall experience even more pleasant.

One small downside was that there was no kettle in the room. Having one would have been a nice added convenience.

Everyone in our group loved this hotel. The front desk staff were really nice. The rooms we had were great - clean, good size, and wooden decor gave it a stately feeling. The location was excellent and within walking distance of the main attractions. The best part was we found this to be a really nice hotel and a great value.

I wish there was tea in the rooms and a way to heat hot water.

the location is perfect near the main station. the breakfast staff are incredibly decent and polite. breakfast is quite good.

this was the second time to stay here, last stay was perfect. the towels in the room with a slight unpleasant smell and the furniture needs maintenance. pillows are not comfortable at all. this year, I came to munich keeping in my consideration to order my supplements for mom and other needs through amazon - even before I arrive munich I already ordered - the hotel receptionist told us it becomes not allowed to receive any orders ! I tried to explain that I already ordered and can't change that. she contacted her boss whome also refuse to accept any packages regardless any matters. she gave me the address of nearest post office -thanks- but it doesn't work for any cite to change the address. OK .. i started to loose my packages as they dismissed the delivery agents while we are in our room! because she will not be able EVEN to tell me to go down and take my package as being busy in work and the room has no phone -as if we are in B&B motel- i try to explain that i manage my 3-day trip to get the most of my stay to enjoy, but she insisted that I should wait in reception till the guy comes to take my package because she would not be able to notify me, even that ! the joke is: in my last day - after cancelling all my plans- I get out of hotel and when get back asking if the delivery comes or still .. the answer was he was here and we knock your door but OHHH YOU ARE NOT HERE. it's really a joke.

המלון מעוצב יפה, הלובי נעים והחדרים יפים. המיקום ליד תחנת הרכבת היה נוח עבורנו. הוא גם מרחק הליכה נוח מהעיר העתיקה.

המלון ממוקם ברחוב עם חשמלית. קיבלנו חדרים בקומה ראשונה בחזית. יש רעש מהחשמלית. חדר המשפחה כלל שני חדרים, אחד עם מיטה מצוינת להורים אבל בחדר השני שני ילדים על מיטת ספה נפתחת זה פחות נוח. צריך שם שתי מיטות ליחיד נפרדות.

Die Einrichtung und das nette Personal. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem und das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Parkplätze waren keine mehr frei mussten in einem anderen Hotel Parken. Die Badezimmer Tür entspricht nicht meinen Vorstellungen für eine Räumliche Trennung.

Die Lage innerhalb Münchens war super. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade für ein Zimmer im Innenhof bekommen und es war sehr ruhig.

中央駅から近くてとても素敵なホテル。部屋はファミリールームで広くて四人で泊まっても快適に過ごせた。中央駅の地下には休みの日や遅い時間にも開いているお店がたくさんあって便利だった。スタッフもみんな親切でいつも笑顔だった。

駅からホテルまでの道に多少治安に不安を覚える雰囲気があった。でも大した距離ではないし害はない気がした。

Hotellet er rent og sengene er kjempegode. Personalet så vi ikke så mye til, men de hjalp oss med inn- og utsjekk, Vi åt ikke frokost der. Fant en hyggelig frokost restaurant et godt stykke unna.

Det er praktisk at hotellet er i nærheten av jernbanestasjonen, men jeg synes vel ikke området i seg selv er topp.

L'emplacement proche de la gare mais également du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est remarquable et le personnel attentif. La chambre que j'ai occupée était grande, très calme et très confortable. La literie est excellente

L'absence de personnel le soir vers 21h30 alors que je souhaitais prendre une boisson au bar et la communication avec une IA lorsque j'ai appelé le numéro de l'hôtel pour savoir ce qu'il en était.

Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und engagierte Personal. Das Hotel befindet sich in guter Lage in Zentrumsnähe und ist vom Bahnhof fußläufig erreichbar. Ich hatte ein ruhigeres, hofseitiges Zimmer gebucht und bin damit sehr zufrieden. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl.

Leider war die Matratze auf einer Seite schon durchgelegen, was den Komfort des ansonsten sehr bequemen Bettes für eine von zwei Personen gemindert hat. Die Fenster sind leider alarmgesichert, weshalb wir die Klimaanlage verwenden mussten.
