Customer service was terrible. They checked me in later than checking time and had me waiting for hours. I requested a roll out bed since I booked and I had to call no joke like 10 times from my room begging them to bring it. There so many better places in Yas island to stay at.

Comfortable room and friendly staff. We were attending a concert in the Ethiad stadium and we were easily able to walk to and from the venue so would recommend this hotel if attending this venue. We were also overlooking the Yas stadium so again good location for a number of venues

I usually dont write reviews for hotels when they just so their job. I write when they go far and beyond. This was one of the hotels. The management staff had been kind and offered us an upgrade when they found out it was our special day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in an executive room at the Radisson Blu. A complimentary early check in from Mary was truly appreciated after our journey from England. The executive lounge served afternoon tea, delicious evening nibbles and a very generous drinks trolley. Shreeja ensured that the provisions were well topped up and that we had everything we needed. I left a jacket in the Belgian Cafe bar one night and as soon as we got to our room there was a call from the bar saying they had kept it to one side for me, excellent and attentive service. Our room was large, clean and had plenty of storage. The balcony was my favourite part, with glorious views over the golf course and water. Planes do fly over head during the day, but this didn’t disrupt our stay at all. We visited Seaworld, Ferrari World and Waterworld using Uber or local taxi. All very reasonably priced fares, about 18 AED each way. We loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to any visitors to Yas Island, we can’t wait to return.

I was in Abu Dhabi for a weekend race meeting. I chose the Radisson as it is handy location for the Yas Marina Circuit. It was a short notice trip. It's just a AED25 Uber ride to the track. Check-in was fairly swift. I was early but they found me a room. The hotel room was almost identical to the Radissons I have stayed elsewhere. I had a leak in the bathroom, coming from the wall. This was sorted. The shower head was poor. Bottles of water are provided and topped up again when the room is dressed each morning. There is a restarant downbstairs, plus a Mexican grill and a English style pub all attached to the hotel. I didn't try the Mexican grill. I did eat at the pub and had a drink. It was ok. Usual question - would I syay there again? Yes, I would.

The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Got a room facing the pool and ocean hut once the door to the patio is open it is very noise from the pool area.

This hotel was perfect for our visit to Ferrari World. It is very nice with awesome amenities and I highly recommend the breakfast it was delicious and had soooooo many choices.

I would never go to this Radisson Blu again, I have been many other Radisson but this time it was worst experience. Do not expect any additional support from people in customer services specially Night Shift first of all calls are not responded and if they do by mistake u will never get proper response. This puts up big question whether in future shall we consider Radisson again....Total Waste of Money this time.....

Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with every interaction. Room was great even as a family in a standard room we had plenty space.

It was a pleasant and expected stay , no discomfort, no complaints.

Very nice dining options and room was ver spacious and clean. Lovely view of the golf course. Belgium cafe was great to have a beer and watch the football match. Only had one issue and that was WiFi hardly worked.

Very poor house keeping and hot water was coming in all taps. Ended up with burns due to hot water in all taps. Even the bidet of the WC had boiling water. At 11pm we went to the Felini resturant and were told that the kitchen was closed and later we complained to the manager he denied that the kitchen was closed and found him scolding the staff for not taking our food order.

Shocking. The hotel rooms are old. Requires urgent attention. Low budget hotel. We booked a suite. It was dark, carpets are old and dirty. Red curtains not for hotel rooms. Services are bad. We were told they cannot give my mum an extra pillow because the hotel is fully occupied. No pillows.

Shower never worked. Water stream is minimal. Water Temperature is not right. Either too hot or too warm

Great location, friendly and helpful staff - huge thanks to Karan on Reception. One downside - it would've been nice to know that the swimming pool in the hotel was unavailable prior to booking and that we had to use pool facilities in the neighbouring hotel.

It is a good hotel. Good location. Excellent service. However swimming pool was out of service. And the pool was one of the reasons that I picked this hotel.

Whomever the previous tenant was of the room apparently broke a glass. I stepped on a shard when I was walking barefoot near the patio. Had to stopped the bleeding and ask the staff to send someone up to vacuum. I pulled the glass out so quickly and didn't know where it went. I didn't want the next person to step on it.

This place is worth it. I stayed for only a night. My flight was severly delayed so it messed up my plans. Bar was open. The place was huge. My room was nice. Go for it!

The hotel was nice and clean. Access to beach is not convenient at all. The closest needs about 10 min walk, and another requires shuttle trip, which I did not go since the shuttle did not show and I had limited time to visit the beach. The breakfast was excellent. I was not offered anything as VIP.

Stay was nice the hotel is good but my wife notice when we reach home someone messed up with her watches someone i'm sure whoever cleaned the room cut all the rubber of the watches ,the hotel should investigate this case ,its serious issue

The staff is amazing and the hotel is clean! Only the pool is ice cold they haven’t fixed the heating of it for the last 6 months the staff told me. My kids of 5 and 2 didn’t want to swim because of ice cold. While it says heated pools. Please fix that and also some more foreigner food then just Asian food

Shower is bad! I met one person called him self a manager he can’t resolve a problems! Too long to bring what you need! Some times reception hates to help! Finally don’t forget to pay 15 AED per night for tourism TAX! Enjoy stay 😉

Hotel was excellent booked 3 rooms (1suite, 1 executive and 1 standard) 2 rooms on executive floor but lounge did not open at time per sign, due to business commitments with GT race never enjoyed any privileges

Excellent location. Very clean hotel and felt safe . Great staff , very helpfull. Lovely swimming pool although at times certain different areas of the hotel were playing different music at the same time which was irritating. This may judt have been for F1 week . Overall a fantastic hotel

We had the best time there, the amazing family appeal, amenities etc are top notch. Mohammed at check-in was truly world class service the restaurant staff was outgoing and friendly and the service staff was friendly and courteous. Can’t wait to go back again

The hotel pool is a bit small, the shop is closed most of the day and the concierge are a bit slow. Front desk are good as are waiting staff and food is decent

The first hotel we have stayed twice at I usually prefer to try new ones, but they had a very good deal on a premier suite with a wrap round balcony. It's one of the group on hotel plaza so there are several nice restaurants in a short walk. I don't think any hotels on yas have direct beach access so they give you free entry to the beach club which is a short hop in a taxi, even though it's close enough to walk through the golf course. I marked it down a bit as my wife is gluten intolerant, last time we had no problems but this time the breakfast buffet was lacking stuff she could eat, and we could not use any of the hotel restaurants for evening meals, luckily the other ones were close by. Oddly they would not charge anything to the room account so it was payg for any extras like coffee or laundry. Overall nice hotel, not a patch on the yas or w I think it's called now, next time i'll probably try the crown plaza next door.

We were given a lovely big bedroom, the bed was comfy and overall a lovely room. However, please add rubber to the glass door in the bathroom because I had a bad injury by knocking my face on it. In the car park, you place rubber protections on the poles, so why not do the same for the glass doors? I mentioned it to the man at the reception and all he said was I will take a note.

Stayed one night for a short flight stop. Room was comfortable but breakfast was disappointing with look warm food that did not taste fresh, staff were rude and inattentive. Would not stay again. The Mexican restaurant was also really poor with overpriced food.

The guy who checked us in was grest. Very helpful. DARSHAN a server at the breakfast was very very helpful. Went out of his way to help me with food with a cmingy 4 yr old and was very friendly woth my son too. One of the houskeeping guy was also very helpful with washing snd giving me teaspoons while he was cleaning the adjacent rooms when room servi e was very slow and did not deliver what was needed inspite of 3 calls. Which brings me to my second point. The day of checkout and service was disappointing. We wanted to use the pool before checkout and I wanted tea bags, and a spoon and honey before checking out at 2. I called 0 to request towels and waited for 45 min before cslling again. They arrived 10 min after my second call. After pool, i requested a tea bag, honey and a tsp so i could have tea before checking out, it wasnt sent for 45 min. Had to call 3 times to.get green tea instead of black tea. No spoon. Then called 5 6 times and noone picked up. Finally got through but it was too late. The honey never came. The spoon never came. Had asked to be forwarded to front desk to ask if they could send me a conceirge for 2 05, and clear me for checkout as my friend was picking me up 2:15. Noone picked up from there even thought i tried 7 or 8 times. Finally 10 min before 2, i got through and they said theyd send the conceirge but he never came. It wasnt even busy when we went down. Had to lug down all luggage with my 4 yr old myself.

It was fine; not great, but not bad either. Very convenient to Yas Circuit and grouped with other hotels, which means you have some dining choices even if they’re all hotel restaurants. Bellini bar behind the Radisson is actually lovely at night.

At the time of check in, we had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes because there was no one at the desk. Finally, one staff member came and checked us in. As soon as we got to the room, i realized the bath tub glass was loose and it was about to fall (checked in with three kids) so i informed the desk and it took about 1 hour for the maintenance to arrive. The guy left saying i will be back with some tools and never came back until the next day after I requested to speak with the manager. They finally fixed it the next day and in the meanwhile we couldn't use the bathroom because it was not safe. The toilet flush wasn't out of order as well. The room was even missing the iron and iron board. This stay was horrible and its sad that a 5 star hotel we had to experience this type of service. Will never return and I would expect my money back for this type of service.

Stayed here for ADIPEC. Really busy with families at the weekend but great during the week. All the staff are really good. Some aircraft noise. Can't wait to get back to help yourself breakfast...

It was a great trip, swimming pool and trip to Yas beach was amazing, only issue was that staying in the hotel, and when we went to the Yas Private Beach, we were asked to pay for the bed on the beach, which is very wrong, guests staying in the hotel shouldn't be charged. Room service was very slow, every time, we had to request for shampoo, soap, shaving kit, which were never kept in our room after cleaning.

It is a lovely hotel with great facilities; pool, gym, bars. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff friendly and efficient.

The positives: Breakfast was nice and well organised. Parking convenient. Rooms Quiet Negatives: You have to book a 2 hour slot for the swimming pool due to COVID. Thats fine. But no one asks the people who have already had 2 hours to vacate the pool. We booked for 4pm - our booking was lost - but we were let in. When we got there, there was 110 people in the pool, 25 in the kids pool - there was supposed to be max 75 in pool and 10 in kids pool...and still more people were being let in. There was no restrictions for COVID. Later, i looked in the pool from our balcony, and there was still 95 after 6pm. I pointed out the excess people ot the lifeguard and reception, and all i received was shrugs. You were told to take the towels from your room for the pool. so we had to take our bathroom towels downstairs - and we noticed most people had the same. When the towels were all wet, we called for more towels, and then they brought beach towels? We said, we would prefer bathroom towels, and we were told, they are the same. Surely, bathroom towels should be for rooms, and pool towels are for outside. Didn't make sense. I would be very cautious about the COVID precautions in this hotel.

Hotel was immaculately clean. Staff were abundant and very helpful. They were friendly and went out of their way for our requests.

My stay at the radisson was great however, I prefer not be located next to families as the noises were ridiculously loud until late night and banging of door.

We booked for the raffia on but we’re moved to a different hotel on the night before we arrived. We booked an executive room with club lounge access and the replacement room was standard and the club lounge was closed. The only positive was the location (close to arena)

Our stay at this hotel was fabulous! They treated us like VIP the minute we checked in. We booked a family room and the views were amazing. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a huge variety. We really enjoyed taking the shuttle bus to the private beach. I highly recommend staying here. We plan to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Checkin was fast and they provide a pair of masks, gloves and hand sanitizer. The service of the staff were amazing from reception, concierge, restaurants, pool, phone operator, driver, and house keeping. We had a nice view from our room looking out to the pool area and golf course and they have the best hotel hair dryer compared to other hotels that I have stayed at. Awesome hotel!

Horrendous. Disaster at check-in which took more than 1 hour. The corridor to the rooms smelt so bad. Breakfast was chaos, 50 people with no social distancing waiting 40 minutes just to get some less than average standard food. The kids swimming pool was really dirty. Overall a really poor experience.
