Yas Plaza Circuit

Thank you very much for the hospitality! All the staff were extremely kind and friendly. Whatever issue we faced, they immediately found a solution. When we entered our room, we were surprised with a cake and balloons for our son. His birthday was one day after our check-out, but they still thought of it and our little one was very happy! The room was very comfortable and the view was amazing. We were also very close to the Yas Island parks. I highly recommend it!

This was our first time staying in Abu Dhabi for more than 24 hours with my parents. We were heading back home in North America and decided to have a 5 to 6 day layover in Abu Dhabi. Looking at hotels, we came across different hotels such as Hilton, Hyatt, Sheraton, and so forth. However, Yas Plaza Circuit caught my attention because it was in Yas Island and I wanted something away from the city. The booking experience on IHG's website was a breeze and being a loyal IHG Club Member, I also received some extra perks such as 25% off food and non alcoholic beverages. 48 hours before checking into the hotel, we received an email from the hotel staff asking if there were any requests that we needed or any questions we had. I have never had this happen with any other hotel. We arrived at the hotel, 1 hour before the actual check-in time and they were happy to accommodate us instead of waiting. Snow the front desk hotel staff was amazing and she explained everything to us. She was very patient and was able to answer our questions. Shout out to the staff members: Snow, Hilal, Siya, Gobind, Ashley and Badrinath. The room was very spacious for 3 adults and the sofa bed was the right size. It was nice to have 2 separate washrooms / bathrooms and the main bedroom was separate. The rooms were clean and tidy. All amenities were there and when we wanted items such as towels, tea bags, bottles of water, they were delivered upon time. We were also informed that Laundry facilities (not dry cleaning) is free. This is a separate Laundry room past the door from the elevators when you head to the gym. The gym facility was spotless, tidy and had clean towels + water. It was great to see that the hotel uses the name brand - Life Fitness. They had equipment for cardio, core/abs, free weights, upper and lower body strength training. Would have been nice if they had a dedicated machine for bicep curls, but I am not complaining. The gym is open 24/7. For meals, they do have a restaurant that is only open for breakfast buffet and this is where I give a shout out to Siya, Gobind, Ashley and Badrinath. Amazing staff and they take care of you from start to finish. Being vegetarians it was nice to find a good amount of Indian vegetarian options kept separately from the main buffet breakfast items. Price is also very reasonable too, especially when you factor in the 25% discount being a member. They have lovely fresh juices by the bar area and 3 coffee machines as well. For the pastries, it would have been nice to have more vegan friendly options. Just a suggestion - it would be great if the restaurant also had lunch and dinner options, because the Indian Restaurant called Rangoli which is attached to the opposite hotel - Yaz Plaza Marina was not the greatest. Some things that could improve: a) Larger business center which is more quiet. I had to use the one at Yas Plaza Marina b) The main restaurant to have lunch and dinner options. c) The "small" cafe where you can purchase pastries and hot beverages could have been open a little later. Overall, highly recommended place to stay and would be back on our next trip.

This is my go to hotel when I am in Abu Dhabi. The staff, the location, the ability to use the sister hotel next doors facilities and proximity to the airport makes this such an easy trip. As a solo traveller, I feel very safe.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The cleanliness stood out immediately—everything from the lobby to the rooms was immaculate and well maintained, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing environment. The customer service was also exceptional. Staff members were consistently warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth, and every interaction felt genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to satisfy any appetite. It was the perfect way to start the day. The only downside is that there’s no on-site restaurant service after breakfast, which might be inconvenient for some. However, the hotel has partnered with another property just a few steps away, where complimentary services are available for guests. This made the lack of in-house dining far less of an issue. Overall, an excellent hotel for travelers who value cleanliness, top-notch service, and a great start to the morning!

Convenient location. Liked that a regular bus service ran nearby and was complimentary to the local attractions. Pleasant stay.

The room had a perfect view for watching the fireworks. Also, we could see the pool, which added to the relaxing vibe to the room. The location was ideal—close to all theme parks, restaurants, and attractions in Yas Island. The stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family.

Very convenient, no hassle, easy to check in, amazing pool with the view. Chanie was there to help us throughout the process and made it seamless. Closer to the F1 track and near to all the land marks. They give us free vouchers to use at Yas Beach as well.

I recently stayed at Centro Hotel in Yas Island and had a mostly pleasant experience. Breakfast buffet was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. However, my visit was significantly impacted by renovation work. The noise during the day from upper floor was loud and disruptive, making it difficult to relax or work from the room. Unfortunately, there was no prior notice about the ongoing construction, which I believe should have been communicated at the time of booking or check-in. I would consider staying here again in the future, but only once the renovations are complete or if transparency about such disruptions is improved. --- Let me know if you'd like a more formal, humorous, or emotional tone.

My experience at this hotel was not pleasant. The room was much smaller than expected and the other facilities were so-so. To top it off, I booked a 2-night stay and was completely disturbed by construction noise that shook the entire hotel in the morning. After 30 minutes, I went down to the reception to complain about it and they switched me to the hotel next door. I was grateful for the change of hotel, upgraded room, and included breakfast, but this was an issue that should have been addressed in advance. I appreciated the action taken after the fact, but the hassle of packing my luggage was a bit inconvenient.

One of the best budget options in Yas-Island. Provides everything you need for a comfortable stay and to rest after visiting all over Yas-Island. The rooms are equipped with all what's needed. Room service is prompt. And check-in staff is always ready to help and guide you during your stay. There's a free shuttle service to visit all attractions in Yas Island and its next to the hotel gate. Cabs are readily available. They also have a pretty decent breakfast buffet, taking care of all tastes and dietary preferences. We used the swimming pool too, crystal clean pool with cold water in summer was enough to refresh us. Overall a great experience and wouldn't mind staying here again. Overall great value for money. The only catch is the check-in time is 3:00 PM, so plan your travel accordingly.

I still believe the old interior style is better than the new one, before the TV position was perfect to watch from anywhere, now you should be on bed yo watch, also the floor coating was better with rug than wood coat where i have to wear slippers all time which is not available at room ! I’m a regular visitor to Centro Yas at least once a year but this time i didn’t have the same experience.

Facilities like pool & health club is well maintained. FREE Yas Shuttles were very convenient to travel to all locations within the island.

No bar and breakfast was okay

The pool was nice and clean, it was not too crowded. The rooms are small but very tidy and comfortable. The breakfast served was also tasty and had enough variety to cater to all nationalities. Additionally, this is a budget friendly hotel if you are looking to explore the nearby attractions that Yas Island has to offer.

Great location near the Parks (Warner bros, Seaworld, etc). Free shuttle to parks as well.

Super stay with theme park access. Nice memorable trip and stay. Love to come back again when Disney starts. Breakfast is best. I recommend this stay for all family who are planning to visit theme parks. Sea world, ferrari world, Warner brothers too good. Only abu dhabi can do it.

Perfect 3 stars hotel

Rooms very clean and tidy, kept well. Staff helpful and attentive.

My room had a great view, was comfortable though I am not a fan of the table at the edge of the bed as creates a tight walk space. But otherwise it was a good size room. The staff was amazing and very attentive and helpful.

Easy walk from Etihad Park after a concert - no need for long taxi lines or searching for your ride share. Staff were very friendly and remembered my name the whole time. Rooms are a little dated for the price and the pool was advertised as adult only, but it wasn't.

Great hotel with pool & gym and a very good location in Yas Island. Also breakfast was the best! Lots of choices of sweet and salty food. The staff is very friendly and professional. A Special thank you to Zahid for exceptional housekeeping services.

Decent for the money. Was a smaller room and property a bit older but just needed it to shower and a quick nap before a connecting flight so this was sufficient. Despite being a bit older, bed was super comfy and everything was clean. Lobby had a nice fresh look. Good 3.5 star property.

We arrived yesterday afternoon to drilling and knocking all afternoon and again this morning. We had no notice or where informed there was work going on. Impossible to get sleep.

Amazing location

My overall experience staying in this hotel was good. I stayed with my family during Eid holidays. One one things which was little inconvenient was the rooms were extremely small so that we couldn’t get a space to keep a crib for our infant who is 7 months old.

All staff are well accommodated for the guest and the breakfast are great. Our request has been given the thing is please check all electricity plug I think there some problem on this but other than that all are good. parking is nice. Soon We will come back again

A great hotel on Yas Island

The staff at Centro Yas Island are friendly and professional. Good value hotel which shares a platform with the neighbouring Rotana Hotel. Helpful staff, a well-equipped gym & an excellent breakfast.

Everything was perfect! Best stay in yas island at this price. No complaints. Comfy and spacious rooms, cordial staff, great and prompt service and excellent location including all amenities. It was a perfect vacation with my family. Go for it!

Best and friendliest staff ever. Rooms are what you would expect from a 3 star property, neat and clean with comfortable mattress. I turned up at the reception and the team couldn't find my reservation, they got me seated, offered coffee and resolved the issue by calling around their internal and external team.

I recently stayed at Centro Yas Island during my trip to Abu Dhabi for almost a Month the room was clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were always helpful, friendly, efficient and the hotel maintained a peaceful yet lively vibe. The hotel is located in an ideal spot on Yas Island, surrounded by exciting attractions like Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, and the Yas Marina Circuit.

My main issue with the stay at Centro Yas was the fact that the Reception and all Customer Restaurant and Bar facilities were closed and boarded off for renovation work. I had previously received an email on 6th November regarding the Reception being closed, but no mention of the other facilities. I had to walk across to the nearby Rotana to check in, and the staff were very apologetic, but this was something that had clearly been planned for a while and more detail could have been provided. Having arrived at the hotel at around 9pm, I then had to wander around the other hotels on Yas to find myself somewhere to eat! The staff were all as helpful as possible, but it was a bad start to my trip.

Lack of storage space for clothes and not many hangers but otherwise comfortable. We were visiting family so hotel was a base.

The hotel in general was good, it had renovation happening and therefore, the main reception area was closed, this was not posted on their website! Dining options are not within walking distance, it needs a car, although shuttle bus is available to a mall.

Well first the lobby is hot, yes it is hot there in the summer, but the lobby has poor air conditioning, second one of their "amenities" is the Deli to get a snack of drink.... it was closed all three days. The room had water bottles, but they were ward so I wanted ice, no ice machines and charged 30 ($10 USD) for ice in my room, no lotion in the bathroom, the iron doesn't even have steam option or a water opening for steam (probably cheapest iron ever made) & the bed is not comfortable. $500 USD for t3 nights. Not cheap, but cheap services and quality ... do not recommend.

Nice hotel and great place to stay in Yas Island

Booked a twin room for 2 adults and 1 child. There was no extra bed on arrival. This was requested and provided at no extra cost. Original booking said corner room with pool view. There was no pool view. Staff informed pool side rooms are smaller so the room given was better for 3. Enjoyed the pool, was quiet and warm. You can get discount in some other restaurants on yas if you let them know room number where you are staying. Would stay there again.

I arrived during the largest floods in decades in Abu Dhabi, and the hotel was overbooked. However, the manager sorted out a stay next door at Staybridge Suites for me very quickly and helped me move my luggage and move in there. The area is convenient for the airport and trips within Abu Dhabi and to Dubai, but since I didn't end up staying at Centro, I cannot comment on the facilities. The staff were very helpful in a difficult situation that arose due to a weather emergency.

Apart from our booking not coming through to motel, even though i had checked in online through wotif early overall experience with motel was great.

Comfortable hotel located minutes drive form Yas Mall and the theme parks on Yas Island. Modern, clean and affordable. Only gripe was the AC struggled to go below 20c.

Beautiful property. I was only there one night but the staff were wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities ie iron, ironing board, comfy bedding, kettle station etc. There was nothing I had to call the front desk for.

An amazing property in an exclusive settings. I am definitely going back for a longer stay. Amazing what could be built in the desert if you have cheap energy resources. Cheap energy is essential to create prosperity.

I spent almost 3 hours on the phone and messaging (live chat) attempting to change my check-in date for 3 rooms, because my client's flight was delayed by 1 day. I was never able to change the check-in date, therefore I was charged the full price of the 3 rooms - and ended up staying at another hotel because of the service. Centro Yas Island reservation desk was not reachable, unless you contacted the restaurant reservations and asked them to transfer you. This was highly frustrating and would not recommend for this reason. I have no idea what the property was like, since I was never able to check-in at the hotel.

Good rooms, and decent breakfast. But the bar was closed and evening restaurant too - you have to go to the hotel next door. I was surprised by how noisy it is being located close to the F1 track.

Not the best stay, our room looked good but after unpacking our bags we found some insects; however, the staff were very friendly and helpful and apologized for the inconvenience, moreover they moved us to another room. The 2nd room was not that clean and smelled bad (humid) also the headboard was smaller than the bed so one of the wall mounted lights was sleeping next to us!! Very inconvenient! Of course they would have changed the room if we had told them but we decided to keep it since we already unpacked! The breakfast buffet was just fine

This is my second staying in parallel from last week, all are good and i have tried the room dining, guys don’t miss biryani its one of the best if not the best, also there was an issue with upgraded room and customer service team changed it by my request to have the previous exact room

I know Centro vibes from what i stayed earlier but i feel this one is bit outdated and need to bring a life in it with keep Centro's touches. my stay is fair as i'm comfort to a certain level but not to a level that give an ultimate comfort, overall its good yet average.
