Die Klimaanlage hat zuerst nicht funktioniert. Ich erhielt ein anderes Zimmer. Es gab keine Ermässigung vom Hotel. Der Lift funktionierte nicht ordnungsgemäss. Die Rezeption war nicht 24h besetzt und sonst war jemand dort, der italienisch sprach.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Great location. Only 2 mins to Metro and local shops and restaurants. Everything in easy walk or Metro. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. You can leave your luggage with them until you check in. Always staff around no matter what time it was. Large room with marble floors and very Goid A/C. Room was ice cold. Lovely shower.
Continental Breakfast was average. Boiled eggs, cheese croissants and cereals. But did not spoil the stay.

- kein schnelles wifi wie angegeben - Zimmer war nicht so wie auf den Bildern - Stromausfall in der Nacht mit einem Fenster was sich nur elektronisch öffnen lässt und nachts ist durch die Arbeiten der Strom an und ausgegangen, deshalb auch das Licht (keine Minute wirklich schlafen können)

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Η τοποθεσία ήταν στο centro storico . Το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικό. Τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα και καθαρά . Αν ψάχνεις για ενα ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο , οικονομικό χωρίς σαλόνια είναι μια χαρά. Τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα και καθαρά .
Το centro storico είναι πλήρως υποβαθμισμένο και βρώμικο πράγμα που παρασύρει λίγο και το ξενοδοχείο χωρίς να έχει ευθύνη. Το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό.

When we arrived, the air conditioning in our room was not working, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the new room was much smaller, did not have the view we had paid for, and had one less bed than the room we originally booked. The room was also not properly cleaned. There was even a food container underneath the double bed. On three separate occasions, when we returned to the room to take a shower, there was no hot water. We were also very disappointed with the location in Naples. The area was extremely dirty, with graffiti, garbage, and poorly maintained streets. On two occasions, we encountered rats on the way, which was very frightening. We did not feel comfortable arriving late at night, and the smell in the streets was unbearable. Because of the overall conditions, I did not even feel comfortable having breakfast at the hotel. This experience was far below what we expected and certainly did not reflect what we paid for. We are very disappointed and believe some form of compensation is appropriate.

Nous entendions tout ce qu’il se passait chez nos voisins à tout heure de la journée/nuit. Jusqu’à la sonnerie de réveil de la chambre à côté. Ça a été très compliqué de dormir correctement.

Gli asciugamani anche se glie li metti per terra per fargli capire che devono essere cambiato, questi delle pulizie prendono gli stessi asciugamani e te li appendono senza cambiarteli

A reggelihez zöldség vagy gyümölcs jól esett volna.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour. La chambre était très grande, spacieuse et propre, ce qui a été très appréciable. L'emplacement est également pratique pour découvrir Naples. Le personnel est discret et peu démonstratif, mais il est resté disponible et a répondu à chacune de nos demandes avec efficacité.
L'hôtel est actuellement en cours de rénovation, ou travaux ??? ce qui explique sans doute une absence de décoration dans la chambre . Le petit-déjeuner est simple, dans une salle qui mériterait elle aussi un rafraîchissement, mais il offre malgré tout un choix suffisant pour bien commencer la journée. Un établissement offrant un bon rapport qualité-prix, avec un réel potentiel une fois les rénovations terminées.

Das Engagement des Personals war unterirdisch. Unorganisiert und teilweise planlos. Bei einem Stromausfall der 5 Stunden ging wurde augenscheinlich nichts unternommen und auch nicht entschädigt. Nicht einmal Wasser gab es für die Gäste die 5 Stunden ihres Urlaub in der Lobby verbringen mussten.. eine Lobby die sich in diesen 5 Stunden wie eine Sauna angefühlt hat.

Colazione con caffè e bevande calde da macchinetta con liofilizzati (a Napoli!!), da mangiare solo i cornetti, per il resto roba non degna di un hotel a tre stelle. Meriterebbe molto piu assortimento di torte e biscotti, oltre che di salato. Servizio cortesia ridotto all'osso, portatevi bagno schiuna e shampoo Aria condizionata e frigo praticamente non funzionanti. In generale, andrebbe curato e osservato nel dettaglio

Inoltre nei corridoi dell'albergo non dovrebbero figurare attrezzi da lavoro e quant'altro. Tutto sommato ho riposato bene e per tre giorni può andar bene senza troppe prestese.

The property did not look like the picture. Our bathroom shower had a door missing and mold on the walls. Elevator never worked and there are so many flights of stairs. Power went out every single night we stayed. Area surrounding the hotel did not feel safe at night. One night the power went out, sirens from the police blared, and they were flashing lights searching for someone. I felt very uneasy during my stay.

La camera era impeccabilmente pulita, curata in ogni dettaglio e con dimensioni più che adeguate per trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole senza sentirsi a disagio. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stato lo staff: cordiale, disponibile e sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti con un sorriso. Si percepisce chiaramente la cura che viene messa nell'accoglienza. Infine, la posizione è semplicemente ottima: comoda per raggiungere i principali punti d'interesse, ben servita e in una zona piacevole. Tornerò sicuramente!
Sinceramente fatico a trovare qualcosa da criticare. Camera pulita, spaziosità adeguata, staff accogliente e posizione eccellente: tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione. Di solito nelle recensioni cerco sempre almeno un piccolo appunto da fare, ma in questo caso non ce n'è stato motivo. Ogni aspetto del soggiorno ha soddisfatto le aspettative, senza sorprese negative. Una struttura che consiglio senza riserve a chiunque stia cercando un posto affidabile dove soggiornare.

L’hôtel n’a pas de parking à lui, mais propose un parking fermé à 50m plus loin. Ce dernier est très petit et probablement souvent complet.

Le petit-déjeuner est très passable. Notre chambre donnait sur la terrasse mais celle-ci ne ressemblait pas du tout à la photo. Elle n'était pas entretenue. Dommage, nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa terrasse. Nous avons été également un peu choqués par la tenue vestimentaire du personnel, très négligée.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Habitación amplia y comoda. Ademas tiene buena ubicación para ir caminando a cualquier sitio de interés.
El ascensor no anda bien y había que subir 1 piso por escalera para llegar a la habitación. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente y la luz del baño parpadeaba constantemente. En el desayuno no hay mucha variedad.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026La ubicación es muy buena, se puede llegar caminando a lugares clave de Napoli. La habitación era espaciosa y luminosa, la cama cómoda. Estaban renovando el hotel.
Estuvimos esperando 1 hora al recepcionista para hacer check-in: no había nadie en recepción y en ningún lado del hotel para consultar (solo los obreros trabando) Y cuando hicimos check out tampoco había nadie en la recepción… Como lo están renovando al hotel, había mucha suciedad en los pasillos y en nuestra habitación faltaba una madera en la puerta del baño (que estaba adentro del baño). Y también faltaba una de las puertas de la ducha, y hacía que se mojara todo el baño.
