Location was close to center .

The spa bath took so long to fill we gave up , when it emptied there was all brown residue at the bottom that looked like it had come out the pipes . Also instructions not very clear . Bed felt like it was on a slope , pillows were awful and room looked tired with wall paper peeling if the wall . Shower needed descaling so didn’t come out properly and wasn’t hot . Nothing was mentioned about the snack bar or spa that had been advertised so we can only assume it now isn’t an option . As our flight was early we missed breakfast but no offer of a refund for this part or a takeaway breakfast . Receptionist carol was however lovely and helpful and arranged our airport taxi for the following morning . Carol also gave us advice where to go why we waited for our room to be sorted . Overall very disappointing and overpriced and can see how it once could have been a really good hotel . It was a shame as this was the last day of our holiday and it was not a good experience especially after the experience and service we had in the previous place we stayed in Italy . No

Patul foarte mic pentru un pat matrimonial de 2 persoane cred ca era de 1m sau 1,2 m nu era mai mare . Nu am putut seta ventilația la aerul condiționat și a fost deranjant să-l auzi toată noaptea . Apă caldă vine foarte greu după vreo 10 min de așteptat . Să stai în duș să aștepți ațâțată timp să vină apa caldă dezbrăcat 😞

Good location for exploring Naples. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast which was included very good.

Receptionist who checked us in was happy to take payment for our return transfer to the airport but failed to arrange it for the correct time. Staff member (Monica) who checked us out really took ownership of the issue and did all she could to resolve the situation.

The spa bath in my room was amazing and just what I needed to relax at the end of a busy day in Naples

The location wasn’t great as a single female travelling alone later in the day. It’s worth being aware that the staff don’t speak English so worth being prepared to use google translate. The room and bathroom weren’t particularly clean, and the aircon vent was stuck to the open window which meant I had to sleep with the window open which didn’t feel secure.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación. Está muy cerca para coger los ferrys si quieres viajar a visitar Ischia o Capri. También tiene una parada de metro bastante cercana que es la línea principal para ver todo lo imprescindible de Nápoles. Como nuestras excursiones nos recogían temprano no podíamos desayunar en el hotel, así que aunque no tienen la opción de llevarte el desayuno en picnic, nos ofrecieron podernos llevar fruta, un detalle que agradecí mucho.

El jacuzzi sólo funcionaba la parte de las burbujas inferiores, las laterales no funcionaban. Hay mosquitos y estuvimos 2 días con el aparato anti mosquitos acabado sin reponer. Pusieron uno nuevo el último día de nuestra estancia. Sobre el jacuzzi hay un respiradero creo de ventilación. Nos cayó algo de polvo de él en el agua del jacuzzi que visiblemente no se ve, pero al vaciarlo quedó una marca de agua en la bañera (una línea sucia), y ahí nos percatamos de que estaba sucio. Una noche estuvimos sin poder dormir, porque hubo un incidente en la habitación de enfrente y vino la policía, sabemos que no es culpa del alojamiento, escribí un mensaje al hotel a través de booking explicando lo que ocurría. Pasamos miedo por los golpes y gritos que daba el Sr de la otra habitación, pasamos tensión y miedo de si nos entraban en la habitación y apenas conciliamos el sueño. No obtuvimos ninguna explicación ni disculpas por parte del alojamiento, ni respuesta a mi mensaje. El comedor abre a las 7:30 para desayunar, pero para viajar a muchas de las excursiones programadas, has de salir antes de las 7 y no hay la opción del desayuno-picnic. El comedor de desayuno es pequeño y tienen poca variedad (cereales azucarados, repostería, fruta y algo muy reducido de embutido local). Con anterioridad de mi viaje les escribí diciendo que tengo problemas con las harinas, que no puedo comer ningún tipo de harina (no soy celíaca, pero no puedo comer nada de harina, ni trigo, ni garbanzo, ni arroz , ni almendra....) Me respondieron que no me preocupase que tendrían algo para mí. El único día que pude desayunar en el hotel que era el día de nuestra salida, me encontré que todo eran harinas, y me ofrecían productos sin gluten (que continúan siendo harina). Del comedor sólo pude comer un huevo cocido, una loncha queso y otra de jamón. ¿No pudieron comprar algunos yogures, por ejemplo? Lo que más tienen es bollería ¿Qué pasa si les llega una persona diabética?

Hotel is on walkable area to a lot of sightseeing in Napoli , hotel is outdated and that was expected base on the price , which I did not like was very disturbing nocking zi think on tge main door with a lot of screaming which made many od guest scared , because I was able to hear other people complane.. I'm not sure what exactly was happening but I try to sent a message same night to the hotel telling the issue and I did not get respond .

La pecca è avere avuto l’idromassaggio in camera ma non completamente funzionante, peccato.

Limpieza de la habitaciones inadecuada, cambio de sábanas incompleto, suicida con manchas, comentarios inadecuados . Contratado desayuno pero poca higiene con moscas, falta de leche sin lactosa.

La receptionist assolutamente non professionale . Accoglienza pessima , la camera era piena di polvere . Dai bocchettoni della vasca idromassaggio usciva della roba nera che galleggiava non appena l abbiamo azionata. Il letto scomodissimo.

La pulizia e la disponibilità del personale Eleonora fantastica

Svidjelo mi se to što se svaki dan čistila soba (nova posteljina i ručnici) i što je svaka soba imala klimu.

Kupaonicu treba dubinski očistiti, na sanitarijama se vide naslage kamenca, voda je ili vruća ili ledena - nema između. Zaposlenici ili ne žele pričati engleski ili stvarno ne znaju što i nije baš praktično jer dolaze turisti iz cijeloga svijeta... Jastuci su kvrgavi, propali i nisu udobni za spavanje. Jacuzzi u sobi radi, ali pola tih načina puhanja mjehurića ne radi. Doručak svaki dan je plus, ukusan i svježe pripremljen, jedino što je isti svaki dan. Sobe su na drugom katu pa nije prikladno za osobe s invaliditetom. Hotel je siguran, samo ljudi koji imaju ključ mogu ući. Lokacija hotela je odlična, blizu svih sadržaja, metro je 2 minute udaljen od hotela kao i autobusne stanice, blizina centra, restorani u okolici su odlični i jeftini.

Que estaba situado muy bien, al lado del puerto y de paradas de metro. Tuvimos al principio un problema porque se oía un ruido en la habitación y el personal se intereso y lo arreglaron rápidamente (además nos comentó que si no se podía arreglar nos daba otra habitación, que al final no hizo falta).

Para mi gusto las almohadas no eran muy cómodas y el desayuno era muy básico.

Totale assenza dei servizi , pulizia e disponibilità

Incubo a occhi aperti: una notte insonne e staff indifferente. Esperienza assolutamente disastrosa. Ho prenotato per una notte sperando in un soggiorno tranquillo, ma mi sono ritrovato in un vero e proprio inferno acustico. La camera, per quanto minuscola ma almeno ordinata, si è rivelata inabitabile a causa di un rumore assordante e continuo che impediva totalmente di prendere sonno. All'inizio sembrava il passaggio di un camion della nettezza urbana, ma la realtà era ben peggio: sul balcone era probabilmente posizionato un motore dell'aria condizionata (o di un impianto simile) talmente potente da far tremare le pareti. Il baccano era tale che la porta della stanza sembrava di carta velina, incapace di attutire la minima vibrazione. Impossibile chiudere occhio, una situazione surreale e snervante. Alla richiesta di cambiare stanza, la risposta della reception è stata a dir poco scandalosa: tutto pieno e, trattandosi di una sola notte, la camera assegnata era quella e ce la dovevamo tenere. Neanche un minimo tentativo di trovare una soluzione o di scusarsi per il disagio. Ovviamente, dopo appena 30 minuti, siamo stati costretti a fare le valigie e a fuggire da quel buco infernale, cercando un'alternativa all'ultimo minuto pur di riposare. Per completare l'opera di pessima gestione, ho chiesto il rimborso per un servizio inesistente e inutilizzabile, ma la struttura si è vigliaccamente rifiutata di restituire i soldi. Struttura pessima, unprofessionalità totale e zero rispetto per il cliente. Sconsigliatissimo, statene alla larga.

Easy to find. Close to a good part of town with things to do and places to eat. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Room was nice and spacious and the hot tub was amazing.

Air con in the room didn’t work very well. Bathroom was not particularly clean with toothpaste splatter on the walls. Included breakfast wasn’t worth it.

Upon arrival, we were wrongfully charged an extra €55, even though our Booking.com price explicitly included all taxes. The reception was always empty. There is no elevator, making it extremely difficult to haul a 20 kg suitcase to the 2nd floor. The room door handle was broken, you had to slam it shut, and whenever someone opened the main door on the ground floor, it sounded like they were breaking into our room. The room smelled strongly of sewage, making it impossible to sleep, and worst of all, our clothes were rummaged through! There wasn't even a single glass provided. The AC was weak, and the bathroom fan just made noise without working. There were only blackout curtains: if opened, everyone could see inside; if closed, it was so dark we needed lights during the day. Breakfast was exactly the same every single day with zero variety, and the lady serving it was incredibly arrogant, condescending, and rude. The hotel surroundings were dirty and littered with trash. Avoid this place at all costs!

When we entered, a rude lady at the desk was shouting. Stating we hadn't booked a room despite showing our booking code. This just soured the entire stay, very rude. The room was fine but dated.

La posizione centrale dell’albergo, la gentilezza dello staff.

La stanza non era molto pulita, la doccia presentava segni di muffa e incrostazioni dentro e fuori, in generale diversi dettagli potrebbero essere più curati (serratura porta del bagno rotta, led mezzo staccato nell’armadio, intonaco scrostato sul soffitto).La colazione da dimenticare, fatta eccezione per le sfogliatelle fresche.

החדר גדול מאוד, בחדר היה ג'קוזי שלמלא אותו במים לא ניתן, יש רק מים חמים אי אפשא להיכנס אליו, בחדר היתה סאונה שלהפעיל אותה היה צורך לשלם 40 אירו לשעה (לא מופיע בפרטי ההזמנה). ארוחת בוקר ברמה נמוכה. המיטה שבורה ולא נוחה

Totale assenza di bagnoschiuma shampoo la vasca idromassaggio dalle foto sembra più grande e essendo una vasca vecchiotta manuale ma digitalizzata si spegneva continuamente per riempirla ci è voluto un ora il materasso era molto usurato e nonostante pagando online e il pagamento mi diceva tasse incluse ho dovuto pagare 11€ per la tassa di soggiorno senza ricevere ricevuta la zona dove si trova l’hotel è molto frequentata da senza tetto ubriaconi tossici e prostitute quando ieri sera siamo usciti per andare a mangiare una pizza io e mia moglie c’era fuori in strada un ragazzo a torso nudo senza scarpe che vagava senza meta continuando a toccarsi le parti intime abbiamo dovuto fare il giro più lungo per arrivare sulla strada principale la struttura non ha l’ascensore bisogna fare due piani a piedi solo la colazione si può salvare anche se quando abbiamo chiesto un secondo caffè la macchina si è bloccata e ho dovuto prenderlo al bar pagando nonostante la colazione fosse inclusa mi spiace ma se devo dire che ritornerò dico di no.

Very noisy features, having to listen to the garbage collection noise for an hour at 5 am. Thinking it's suitable for women. It's okay if men just want to stay overnight and go out and about.

La posizione comoda per spostarsi7 seppur non nel centro storico e nemmeno zona mare caracciolo. La colazione, cornetti e gentilezza del personale.

Non amo fare critiche negative, mi piace guardare il positivo delle cose e delle proposte, ma la queen suite sembrava una camera abbandonata ormai a se stessa. Letto rotto, si sentivano nella schiena le molle del materasso. Sauna e bagno turco non siamo riusciti ad attivarli e non abbiamo trovato nulla che spiegasse l'utilizzo. La Jacuzzi credo guasta, dato che non regolava l'avqua ed era bollente. Piccole finestre nere, da cui far entrare la luce era ardua cosa anche aprendole. Invito la direzione a fare sicuramente di meglio, almeno riguardo quella particolare suite. Sono certo che le altre funzionino meglio.

Language barier with some of the staff

The location is great, it's quite walkable to all the sights but also the metro is really near. The stuff was nice and amicable. The room has A/C and the bed was really comfortable and soft.

I wouldn't say I didn't like exactly, it's more about preferences, the pillows are too soft and mushy, shower head is weird and maybe there should've been a glass for water to use or just to pour your drink in.

Hotel pessimo nel qual non tornerò mai più. Le camere sono diverse dal sito, assolutamente decadenti! La struttura è buia e priva di ascensore e di qualcuno che aiuti gli ospiti a portare i bagagli per due rampe molto ripide di scale. Ma la cosa che più mi ha sconvolta è stata la maleducazione della "signora" che si occupa della colazione, la quale, nel momento in cui ho bussato alle 7.30 in punto per entrare nella sala delle colazioni, mi ha urlato dal fondo "è chiuso, devi aspettare!!". Non contenta, quando ha aperto la porta, ha anche aggiunto "con calma eh!", per poi completare l'opera costringendo me e altri ospiti ad ascoltare una sua telefonata personale per 20 minuti. Maleducata, irrispettosa e soprattutto per niente professionale. Che vada a dare del tu e a maltrattare qualcun altro, io non sono disponibile a pagare 126 euro per questo trattamento. A mai più!

Literie pas confortable, on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors, une machine à café dans la chambre aurait été bien, pas de choix au petit déjeuner (même pas de beurre pour les tartines), la personne qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner pas aimable du tout, on a l’impression de la déranger….

I liked the location and the breakfast was good.

There was mold in the shower and there was an installation in the room that made a really loud noise. Also, there was no spa facility, no coffee machine or closet in the room, the towels were dirty.

Situation: hotel super bien situé, plein de choses accessibles a pied Chambre: spacieuse et propre, mention spéciale pour le ménage impéccable tous les jours, plus qu'agréable! Petit déjeuner, correct, un peu répétitif mais cependant bon

Personnel: le personne parle très peu anglais, certains font des efforts pour se faire comprendre, d'autre par contre dont la adme qui nous a acceuillis sont très antipathiques Sur son tel en conversation lors de notre arrivée et soufflant parce que nous ne comprenions pas l'italien

Posizione strategica per visitare i monumenti e attrazioni varie tra cui via toledo, palazzo reale ecc. Staff molto gentile , Eleonora è stata molto disponibile nel servizio della colazione e ci ha dato utili informazioni per visitare al meglio la città

La posizione sicuramente ottimale, la metro è vicina per visitare Napoli centro, a pochi passi c'è il molo e si può fare una bella passeggiata. La struttura è carina e la stanza ci è piaciuta molto, spaziosa, un bel bagno, letto comodo e la vasca idromassaggio veramente bella e piacevole.

L'unico appunto che posso fare è per la colazione, abbastanza povera, non c'era granché apparte il pane per tramezzini, qualche affettato scarso e un ciambellone...mi sarei aspettata forse qualcosa di più.

La struttura è molto pulita, è collocata al certo di Napoli quindi molto comoda nello spostamento e soprattutto personale molto accogliente e disponibile

Déception énorme entre prestations supposées et la réalité. Nous pensions avoir payer pour une chambre avec jaccuzi comme indiqué sur les photos, nous avons eu une chambre vieillotte, extrêmement bruyante.
