Loved everything about the stay but few requests was denied so little disappointed

Staff was very welcoming and professional. Smooth check in and were offered cute welcome gifts. Loved the breakfast, variety of food options. Handly location with local street food vendors just a block away and a shopping mall next door. Kids loved the pool. Highly recommend.

One of the finest places we have ever stayed, the rooms very airy and comfort personified. Check in and out was impeccable service and the staff very courteous. The amenities provided made the stay nice. Rooms are chic and give warmth, right mattress for a good night’s rest.

The start wasn’t great as hotel missed airport pick up due to so called system glitch. The good part was that they owned up to their mistake and did make up by providing great service. The food and drinks were also good.

I had been first time to the gym, and experience was great, personal trainer Jillsyon was very supportive ,cooperative, encouraging and she gave me a detail explanation about machine and exercise. Overall it was wonderful experience and definitely I will use gym on my evey visit.

I had a very pleasant experience at Four Points by Sheraton, Navi Mumbai. The hotel offers a comfortable stay, good hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. The overall service was professional and attentive, making the experience enjoyable. A special mention to Alok, the personal trainer at the fitness centre. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and provided excellent assistance during my workout sessions. His friendly approach and knowledge made the fitness centre experience even better. Overall, a great place to stay, especially if you value good hospitality and a well-maintained fitness facility. Would be happy to visit again!

I had a good experience, especially in the gym where the gym coach Alok really helped throughout my workout and guided me for my future gym related queries. Coach Alok is very experienced and treated me in a very friendly manner. The hotel is also very pleasant, after the renovation it has elevated it's interior and overall aesthetics with good food at the restaurants and a fairly good pool area. The rooms are also very good with every lighting and the T.V controlled by a touch screen tab. I was satisfied by the experience😊

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Vashi, Navi Mumbai and had a great experience. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms and common areas look stunning. What stood out the most was the staff, everyone was very professional, courteous and went out of their way to help. It made my stay smooth and enjoyable. Everyone was really courteous and very helpful, always ready to assist, carrying our shopping bags opening doors etc.. My kids were also not charged for the many dinners we had there i really appreciated that.

The fact that the rooms are not really sound proofed and you can hear people on the other side of the room. Please also look into cleaning under the beds too.

Newly refurbished rooms, very good restaurant, large and well equipped gym (really impressive), pool, good buffet breakfasts with a selection of Indian, Western and Asian meals, well trained and attentive staff - everything what you would expect from a good hotel. Located 50 meters from Inorbit mall with countless shops and several restaurants. I would happily come again.

Location, Food

There was constant drilling and hammering noise. The staff had informed me during check-in that maintenance work is going on but its far from my room but it was right above my room! Also I was told maintenance work will be from 9am till 7pm but the drilling and hammering was going on till 9pm and inspite of complaining several times to Mohit on the front desk nothing happened. Booking.com should take strict action against the property. I made my booking trusting Booking.com and if this is the experience I get then I will stop using it.

Uma Made My Mornings I’ve stayed at many hotels, but the breakfast experience at Four Points by Sheraton Vashi stood out for one simple reason: Uma. Uma is everything you want in hospitality — courteous, professional, and genuinely warm. She remembered my preferences, made sure everything was taken care of, and brought a level of attentiveness that you rarely find. The kind of service that makes you want to linger over your third cup of coffee. The breakfast buffet itself is excellent — a solid spread with good variety and fresh options. But honestly, the food was almost secondary to how well the team made you feel. I found myself arriving early and staying late just because the atmosphere was so welcoming. Top-notch service, great food, and staff who truly care. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Vashi.

I had an excellent stay at Four Points Navi Mumbai. The hotel is right next to Inorbit Mall, so the location is super convenient for both work and shopping. The room was spotless, spacious, and quiet with a very comfortable bed. All amenities worked perfectly and the overall property felt well-maintained and inviting. Special mention to Abhi, Housekeeping Manager — the attention to detail was outstanding. The room cleanliness was exceptional and there were thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The entire housekeeping team under Abhi’s supervision did a fantastic job. Staff across the hotel were friendly and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and service at the restaurant was quick and courteous. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Navi Mumbai. Thanks to Abhi and the team for making the stay memorable.

Four Points delivered what it promises — no frills, just reliable comfort. Room was clean, AC worked well, and WiFi was fast enough for video calls. Gym was small but had the basics. The only downside was breakfast got crowded around Location is good and staff were polite, but the room showed signs of wear — bathroom tiles had stains and the TV remote wasn’t working. Housekeeping missed replacing towels on Day 2 until we asked. Breakfast menu was limited compared to other Four Points I’ve stayed at. For the price point, I expected a bit more. Hotel has potential if they update the rooms and tighten up housekeeping checks.

Stayed at Sheraton Navi Mumbai for a business trip and everything was seamless. Quick check in, clean rooms, and reliable WiFi. I want to specially acknowledge Abhinandan from Housekeeping. He anticipated our needs, managed late checkout requests smoothly, and maintained excellent room standards daily. His team was discreet yet always available. For anyone visiting Navi Mumbai for work, I recommend this hotel and specifically commend Abhinandan for his exceptional service.

Excellent variety of food by the restaurant. The food was very delicious. Shelly, who was the manager gave us a walkthrough of the entire buffet and a special discount given that we celebrated an occasion here today. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Monica was continuously serving us and the used plates were taken away very quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch at the A diner restaurant today. I am definitely coming back again. Stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi for a 2-night weekend trip and honestly, everything went well from start to finish. Check-in was quick and the staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed with good blackout curtains – slept really well. The bathroom was modern and stocked with all the basics. Food at the restaurant was solid. Tried the buffet breakfast and the Indian options were fresh and flavorful. Service was prompt without being pushy. The pool area is a nice bonus if you have some downtime. Location-wise, it’s convenient for Vashi – close to Inorbit Mall and easy access to Navi Mumbai roads. Good choice if you’re here for work or a short city
