Breakfast was excellent and staffs are very co-operative and this resulted in hassle free stay.

Breakfast was okay but less options for non veg but dinner was not great overly spicy and very limited options . So apart from.dinner things were good but dinner I will not recommend.

Lift not available in the evening for guests to go from Reception ( 1st floor) to Ground floor. You have to use Stairs to go down & the exit is locked from outside & security doesn’t all entry or exit to ground floor lift. It is very inconvenient for elderly persons

Apart the location nothing was good the staff and the cleaning was way below the standard of ITC group

Staff was prompt, polite and eager to assist. Especially in the restaurant.

Had opted for the garden suite, however the door and curtains were jammed for some reason. Also most channels were not subscribed.. had to watch FIFA World Cup match on phone.

Great location, very convenient for shopping, food, yet still quiet from traffic. Had a wonderful stay, the room was clean and exactly like the photos. The on duty managers were attentive and all staff were extremely kind and helpful, very responsive throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, one of the best we've had, large variety of local and continental dishes displayed lavishly with attentive service throughout. We would love to stay here again in the future!

I did not really enjoy the breakfast being vegetarian and my diet does not have onion and garlic and so i couldnt have dosa because the chef was making it after sauting onions on the 'thava' or dosa pan....

Toilet was not clean. AC was not working - Technician mentioned filter was not cleaned. Room was having dampness issue.

The AC was not working. After repeatedly complaining, somebody would come, do something, then tell us -we have now reduced the temperature to 21 or 22 and yet , the room remained hot. The easiest was to move into a different room. Also, looking at the ITC brand, the rooms are of a very old type. Although clean, it leaves us with a feeling that a brand like ITC has not revamped or refurbished the rooms for ages. Anyway, the problem- In the summers - where the temperature was 36-38 degrees, they did not look after their guest's comfort.

the rooms were not clean. there was dust everywhere, trash from previous guests in the corners, bathroom was very dirty. especially the hair dryer was so dirty we did not date touch it. we had our room changed as the first room that was allocated had mould in the bathroom and the flush was not working

Cockroach in toilet provided a bad feeling of stay psychologically. No action taken against mosquito menace even after calling 5 times. Overall poor service.

The hotel had a good accomodation.

Firstly, the hotel asked for charges upfront while ordering foods as if we will leave the hotel without paying ( not a normal hotel way that i experienced) Secondly, there was no reminder for breakfast but there was a reminder to vacate as it was 12 o clock. Lastly, the food was not at all value for money. The quantity doesn't even suffice one and charges are like a bomb!

1. Room air conditioning was so noisy that it sounded like noise from a factory floor. The maint crew couldn’t do much about the noise. There was no respite from the noise even after they moved us to an upgraded room. 2. Bathroom linen was below par. 3. Maintenance is not up to mark. Room furniture was marked and chipped. 4. You could feel the property aging 5. Breakfast spread was very disappointing. They couldn’t dish up a poha without onion garlic for my wife in decent time. Surprising that a property in Mumbai from the ITC stable wasn’t prepared for patrons who don’t take onion & garlic.

Price is high

Stayed at the hotel for 2 night with group of friends, we had gone to watch the Women's World Cup final. It was conveniently located, well appointment rooms, excellent breakfast and room service was also very prompt.

Channel options in the room TV were limited mostly to free channels. complicated setup and most importantly no sports channels other than DD sports .

Front desk staff are not cooperative.

The restaurant was closed and there was hardly anything to buy to eat as I arrived midnight.

The hotel was not at all professional. In my last 15 years, i haven't seen a green and blue colored, faded and torn bath towel in a bathroom. Very unprofessional.

Over priced inhouse meals and very bad quantity of food/ rude chefs they refused to make oats for my aged parents but oats porridge was part of every breakfast buffet.

We were checked in to a room which was already occupied by another couple. it was most embarassing

When I entered the room , two broken glass pieces got poked inside my foot , which made me bleed , Over all hotel and Facilities are too cheap no proper cleanness , staff was not professional at all , They don’t know how to react to Guest .
