Property was very well kept, staff was extremely helpful and the location of the property was perfect! Everywhere you’d want to go in Akihabara was a 5 minute walk from the Hotel

Near all the shopping areas, although I was there for work.

We liked the beds and amenities in the room. The staff were very professional and efficient. The location of the hotel is great and convenient. Loved the weighing scale in the lobby.

The hotel's location is excellent—very close to the train station. The room was spacious by Tokyo standards. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, helping us with any issues that arose. Although they didn't speak English well, we were able to communicate using a translation device.

I found the level of cleanliness to be poor. There were stains on the carpet, hair on the floor throughout the room, and mold stains in the shower. I was truly unpleasantly surprised; this is not the standard one expects in Japan. The breakfast was Western-style but the portion was small. The buffet included fruit and vegetables that were not fresh.

Konumu mükemmeldi. Bir çok metro hattına kolayca ulaşılıyordu. Marketlere; elektronik, kıyafet, ayakkabı alışverişlerini yapabileceğimiz yerlere çok yakındı. Çevresinde bir çok yemek seçeneği mevcuttu. Akşam çıkıp otele yürüme mesafesinde olan yerlerde bile çok eğlenceli zaman geçirilebiliyordu.

A deux pas de la station Akihabara, un Konbini au pied de l'hôtel, des restaurants etc ... et proche de la Electronic Town. Le siège massant dans la chambre est un petit plus.

Impossible d'ouvrir une valise entièrement dans la chambre alors encore moins deux.

Aussicht auf den unteren Etagen ist durch die Bahnhofsarchitektur und Versorgungsablagen recht eingeschränkt.

The hotel is smack bang right next to the Akihabara station giving you immediate access to the Yamanote line which is the beating heart of Tokyo. I had a great view of the city. The breakfast was great, you get 5 options to pick from and there's a small salad and yoghurt bar. The staff was excellent! Front desk was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. My room got cleaned daily and the housekeeping left my room really tidy every day when I came back. The room isn't huge, but it was more than enough for me and the value was amazing. I used the rain shower combination every evening before bed and I'm definitely installing one back at home. The massage chair was a little rough on the legs but I appreciated using after long days out in the town for my tired body. The mattress was nice and you get multiple pillows. They also supply some hygienic goods, like a toothbrush, toothpaste, a razor, there's shower gel (loved the almond scent!), hair shampoo and conditioner provided. It was nice and quiet every evening too. I was well rested every day and this was an amazing first stop of my stay in Japan. Thank you Remm Akihabara!

The only thing I got is that the sheets were a bit stiff/not my preference. But honestly I didn't even bring it up to the staff because it wasn't that big of a deal because I was tired enough to pass out right away. Knowing their service, they probably would've provided something if I did bring it up. But it's hard to find anything wrong with the accommodation. While it might not have the most luxurious hotel look, my stay felt way above 3 stars.

Location is king if you ok with small room this is the perfect place to stay to not only hit up Akihabara but also may other places around Tokyo as it is right next to one of the Major Rail/Metro line so you can hit up many of the other areas in just a few rail stops. Rooms start on the 7th floor so you up away from the street and rail noise

Base one room is really small room but I made it work by being out most of the time. Really good option if you just staying a night or two, They have an on site laundry just in case you need it.

Excelente localização. Está ao lado da estação de metrô e trens de Akihabara. Vários comércios e restaurantes ao lado. Quartos limpos e confortáveis. Os quartos são pequenos, porém é a regra em Tóquio. Cama confortável e bons serviços de quarto. Gostei muito do café da manhã. Funcionários são bastante atenciosos.

「客室でなく寝室」と謳うに値するホテルです！まだ3回目くらいの宿泊ですが、ここに書いたことはなかったので：①スクリーンを下ろすと完全に遮光されるので、とてもよく眠れました②2種類の枕もよかったです。合う枕で眠ると快適さが違いますね。③アメニティコーナーでいただける茶葉のバラエティよ。おいしかったです…！

個人的な感想に留まっていますが：マッサージチェアのスペースに荷物が置ければな…！と思いました。でも絶対マッサージチェアはこのホテルの売りだし、持ち運びや収納できるタイプのマッサージグッズを入れると、コストや別のリスクが発生するよな…とも思い。マッサージチェアも老朽化すると思うので、「チェアなしの部屋だと特別な茶葉プレゼント」みたいなオプションがあれば一定数選ぶ人も出てくるかも、とも思いました。

Location is excellent, extremely handy to trains for transport. Breakfast was good, and the massage chair worked well. Shower was excellent.

Room was small and not much room for luggage. Bed was against the wall with not enough room to access the inner side, although it was comfortable and not too hard, we slept well.

L’emplacement est exceptionnel ! La vue depuis la chambre est superbe sur la ville ! La vraie douche est un vrai plus, cela change des « modules salle de bain » habituels dans les hôtels japonais.

Les chambres sont un peu petites mais ça on le sait. Difficile d’ouvrir une grande valise complètement.

Laundry facilities were difficult to use due to there only being 4 machines available for the building. The machines also did not dry clothes very well.

The position is amazing, both for sightseeing Akihabara, as well as for taking the metro to get to other areas! Has plenty of conbini and restaurants around

For a couple and with lots of luggages it was very small, everything was great bed and services wise, only negative is that we barely had space to move around inside the room (I think it’s best for 1 person only). But then again we came back to the hotel only to sleep, spending there as little time possible

The location was great; it was so comfortable and pretty easy to move around the city. The station is really well connected, so you could go almost anywhere from there. And the workers were always the kindest, so eager to help; they even helped us investigate some event in the city and how to get to the airport after our stay.

The rooms were tiny, so small that one person had to lie in the bed for the other to kind of move around the room. The shower was pretty bad; not much water came out, and the pressure was not good. The room was not particularly dirty, but it felt dirty; the carpet felt gross, and once you started to really look at the details, you could find dirt and dust all over. Even the bed sheets were stained.

No tiene que ver con el alojamiento si no más con la localización, quizá demasiado ajetreada para lo que imaginábamos.

Die Lage im Bahnhof war toll.

Es hatte viel zu wenig Haken, um Jacken, Rucksäcke, Handtücher, Kulturbeutel etc. aufzuhängen.

Su ubicación es perfecta para los turistas, cerca a la estación del metro, habitaciones cómodas. Pero su ubicación lo hace ideal para personas que visitan por primera vez el país.

La accesibilidad para personas con movilidad reducida. El baños era muy pequeño y me toco improvisar para acceder.

Location is perfect and room has everything you need. The views of Akihabara or Tokyo Skytree depending on the side you are on are absolutely gorgeous.

The cleaning policy is terrible if you stay for more than 3 nights.

Right on top of both Akihabara stations and an easy walk to Chuo dori. Great breakfast included and very comfortable bed and bathroom. Reception check-in was very easy due to assistance from the front desk with an automated check-in console.

Hem jr hem de metro hattına direkt bağlantı vardı. genellikle yamanote line'ı kullandık. ginza line 8 dakika ve hibiya line 10 dakikalık bir yürüme mesafesiydi. turistik hemen her yere yarım saatlik bir tren yolculuğu uzaklıktaydık. 6. kattaki resepsiyonda her zaman çay, kahve ve benim için harika bir hediye olan origami kağıtları vardı. temizliğe önem verdikleri belliydi. her 3 günde bir siz talep etmeseniz bile oda temizliği yapılıyordu. odadaki masaj koltuğunu neredeyse her gün sırt masajı için kullandık. çevre güvenli, geç saatlere kadar hareketli olsa da 11. kattaki odamızdan ses duyulmuyordu. odada bulunan ve hemen her bedene uyumlu gecelikler çok kullanışlı oldu. otelin bulunduğu binanın ilk beş katında bulunan alışveriş merkezinde pek çok farklı yemek alternatifi var. otele yürüme mesafesinde 7-11 var. ve hemen alt katta ise lawson var.

genel olarak tüm tokyoda olduğu gibi odalar çok küçük. valizleri açık bir şekilde yatağın altına koyduk. yatak standart çift kişilik yataklara kıyasla küçük. çok iri insanlar değiliz ama odadaki masaj koltuğu gerçekten küçüktü. Bacaklarınızı koyacağınız yerlere yerleşmek çok zor. sırt masajı içinse çok güzel.

El personal inmejorable, nos trataron super bien, nos gestionaron las maletas y un bolso de compras que nos dejamos en un restaurante y gestionaron todo para que me lo mandaran a mi proximo hotel. Location was excellent! Right next to the main train station and located next to a wonderful array of shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in Tokyo. Staff were also very accommodating and friendly.

Honestly there isn't much to write here. If I had to choose something the only thing I would say is the bed pillows were a little bit tired so maybe consider bringing your own. However they aren't bad!

Siivouksen ajaksi oli ilmoitettu 10-14, useamman kerran kuitenkin siivosivat huonetta lähemmäs klo 15 asti. Siivousmagneeteissa voisi olla "vain roskat", Eco cleaning sisälsi pyyhkeiden vaihdon, joita ei mielestäni ole tarpeen vaihtaa joka päivä. Jos halusi roskakorin tyhjennyksen piti valita koko siivous, mikä sisälsi esim. lakanoiden vaihdon.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo al lado de la estación de metro y con conexiones a todo Tokyo. También tiene justo debajo tiendas de todo tipo, incluidas las de conveniencias y grandes tiendas de electrónica tipo Big Camera o Yodobashi Akiba, que para mí esta mucho mejor. El hotel está bastante bien, limpio y es bastante grande, con servicio de lavandería, máquinas expendedoras, suministro de hielo, entre otras cosas. El personal es muy amable y profesional, resolvió nuestras dudas y problemas todo el tiempo. Las habitaciones son cómodas para 2 personas con pocas maletas ya que no son muy grandes. Te ofrecen lo esencial si no lo traes como pasta de diente, cepillos de diente, etc.

Aunque esta bastante bien el hotel, por mencionar dos cosas: El desayuno es algo que no volvería a pagar en ese hotel. Tienen 5 platos a elegir y un supuesto buffet de ensaladas y cereales, que realmente terminan siendo lechuga y tomate y poco más, 3 tipos de cereales, sin leche y un solo tipo de yogurt. Sin fruta u otras opciones. Además en esos platos que ofrecen no puedes modificar nada, habiendo cosas que no comemos las personas occidentales. Muy poco adecuado para niños. Otra cosa a mejorar es en los baños, ya que no hay dónde colgar toallas o guardar cosas de baño.
