The furniture is old. The room cleaning policy left in the room was not well presented in writing: it says in big letters that no housing keeping is provided (which is fine with me) bur then in much smaller characters that the room has to be cleaned every 3 days for stays of 4 days or more. I missed the small print. At the hotel request, I let the room to be cleaned. However, the same evening, I received another letter in harsh words telling me that the room would be cleaned the next day. This lack of communication among the hotline staff looks amateurish.

The hotel is in a great location, just across from Akihabara station, a major train hub. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was small but clean and well set up with things you might need. Breakfast was delicious and had a good range of dishes, including a variety of vegetables. Facilities are good, well-maintained, and include a laundry room. We will return when we are in Tokyo again.

I really liked the location was excellent and honestly it was really affordable. The bathroom was pretty spacious. We tried the buffet and it had a lot of options and it was really delicious, it had a lot of authentic Japanese cuisine but also western options for the less adventurous of the family. The staff were nice and very helpful.

The room itself looked a bit unnatended and old, some of the wall was peeling near the vent. Both the vents and extractor from the room and the bathroom looked like they have not been cleaned/wiped in a good while, and the same as the window. We did not feel like the room was that clean. The beds, as westerners, were rock solid, there was no give in any of the mattresses and when we asked for a comforter or something to put under due to one of the family members bad back all they could really offer was a thin fluffy blanket, again, the staff were really helpful I just think they didnt have the tools. We thought the amenities were fairly simple, the ice machine almost never had ice. The laundry dryers were not really looked after, my partner had to clean the filters that were packed with so much lint because our clothes kept getting lint on them when used. And as always in true business hotelnfashion the standard double rooms were pretty cramped.

Para alguien que va a dedicar varios días en Akihabara haciendo compras de electrónica, figuras y merchandising de juegos y anime, la ubicación es excepcional. Además, pegando a la estación por lo que llevar el equipaje es tremendamente fácil. El baño de la habitación es grande, la habitación no tanto, pero es bastante cómoda y manejable. El personal es tan profesional y servicial como cabe esperar y el desayuno es fantástico.

Quizás sería buena idea mejorar el aislamiento acústico de las ventanas ya que es un barrio dónde hay mucho ruido y, aunque no molesta si tienes sueño, si se escuchan las sirenas al pasar cada dos por tres.

La chambre est très petite, mais je m’y attendais. En revanche, la propreté laissait vraiment à désirer. Il y avait beaucoup de poussière, notamment dans le purificateur d’air, dont la façade était cassée. Le plafond était lui aussi abîmé et avait simplement été rafistolé avec du ruban adhésif au lieu d’être réparé correctement... Je n’avais encore jamais vu ce genre de chose dans les hôtels au Japon.

The location was very convenient to get to a subway station as well as many food options close by.

There was nothing negative about our stay. The most difficult thing was fitting 2 large suitcases in our room.

Die Lage war fantastisch. Man hat alles was man braucht um sich und ist direkt neben Akihabara. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Ebenfalls hervorheben möchte ich das durchdachte Gepäckaufbewahrungssystem. Man kann alle seine Taschen (auf Ablage) und Koffer (darunter) an Drahtschloss Bändern mit eigenem Code versehen und somit vor Check-in und nach Check-out noch die Zeit ohne Gepäck nutzen. Die Furins (Sommer-Windglöckchen) im Außenbereich waren wunderschön und wurden auch vor einem Sturm alle einzeln geschützt und danach wieder ausgepackt. Es war eine Freude darunter durch zu laufen. Schön war auch die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, man konnte weit schauen und den Fluss sowie einen Schrein sehen, den wir deswegen auch besucht hatten.

Die Zimmer waren leider sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen. Jedoch als wirklich schlimm empfanden wir den Geruch der Aufzüge mit denen man zwangsläufig fahren muss. Ein penetranter Urin Geruch, der die komplette Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes vorhanden war. Ohne das wäre unsere Bewertung besser ausgefallen, es wäre schön wenn sich dieser Umstand ändert, aber ich habe im Nachhinein gesehen, das auch schon Monate zuvor dies Gästen aufgefallen ist. Daher ist es uns leider nicht möglich das Hotel besser zu bewerten, auch wenn es ansonsten deutlich besser war.

We absolutely loved the location. Staying in Akihabara was so convenient, especially with the station being just nearby and making it really easy to get around. There were FamilyMart, Lawson and 7-Eleven all within walking distance, as well as so many shops, restaurants, cafés and other places nearby. Everything we needed was right around us, which made our 4-night stay so easy and enjoyable. The room was also clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay.

There wasn't much that we didn't like about our stay. The room was a little compact, but that's understandable for Japan. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Akihabara.

Overall, this was a disappointing stay. The room itself was clean, but there were several issues that affected my experience. When I checked in, I noticed that the blackout blind was not properly aligned and could not fully cover the window. I reported the issue to the front desk during my stay and showed them a photo. The staff told me they would check it, but there was no follow-up, and the issue remained unresolved before I checked out. As a result, sunlight came into the room every morning because the blind could not completely block the window. I was also disappointed with the housekeeping policy. Guests who choose not to have their room cleaned only receive a limited number of replacement towels. Basic consumables such as trash bags were not replenished, which was inconvenient during a multi-night stay. While I understand the hotel's efforts to reduce housekeeping and support environmental initiatives, I believe essential room supplies should still be provided. What disappointed me most was not that there was a maintenance issue, but that it remained unresolved after I had reported it. Even if the repair could not be completed during my stay, I would have appreciated a follow-up, an explanation, or an alternative solution. Unfortunately, because of these issues, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

Tolles Hotel im Stadteil Akihabara, gleich neben dem Bahnhof. Asakusa mit Metro in ca. 20min zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage und kurzer Weg zu den Geschäften mit Elekro und Spielhallen. Jederzeit wieder, tolles Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Bon hôtel. Le personnel est agréable et disponible. L’Hôtel est à deux pas de la station d’Akihabara. Et le quartier est vraiment très sympathique.

Essendo un hotel business non ha servizi particolari ma ha tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno piacevole in una zona centrale di Tokyo. Camere pulite, personale alla reception impeccabile come sempre in Giappone. Ottima colazione a buffet salata e dolce.

Hôtel au coeur du quartier geek, à côté de la station de métro et de train. L'hôtel est bien isolé étant à côté de la gare, on entend très peu les trains. La salle du petit déjeuner est agréable.

Le petit déjeuner sucré n'est pas très varié. LA chambre est petite sans rangement comme d'habitude pour Tokyo.

Excellent hôtel, très agréable, qui offre un merveilleux rapport rapport qualité-prix pour Tokyo, et se trouve du reste extrêmement bien situé : la chambre était d'une taille très correcte, lumineuse, on ne sentait pas du tout à l'étroit (contrairement à ce qui peut parfois arriver dans la capitale), la salle de bain plutôt spacieuse comprenait notamment une baignoire, la literie était très confortable, le petit-déjeuner était très bon et copieux, et l'hôtel se trouve à l'immédiate proximité de la sortie principale de la station Akihabara (quarter vivant / fascinant, avec toutes les commodités possibles et inimaginables - et Ueno et ses musées et ses rues commerçantes à 15-20 min à pied ) , ce qui est pratique quand on arrive un peu chargé ... Le personnel est très accueillant. Je n'ai naturellement pas essayé tous les hôtels de Tokyo, mais celui-ci est le meilleur à l'échelle de ma petite expérience, y retournerai sans hésiter et le conseille vivement.

Nice comfy bed. Clean toilets with drinkable water from the sink. Hotel very close to the train station and lots of dining facilities nearby. Laundry room with 3 washers and 3 dryers though got to queue at times for the dryers. Repeated bookings for this facility.
