Direkt an der Ginza Line gelegen, ist man super schnell und unkompliziert in vielen Teilen Tokyos – wirklich extrem praktisch. Die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber und die Reinigung hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist eher klein gehalten, aber fein und völlig ausreichend. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und definitiv empfehlenswert!

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026朝食が良かったので、家族と待ち合わせて宿泊、リピートしました。期待どおりでした。チェックイン・チェックアウト時は、前回よりスタッフが手伝ってくれた。家族に食物アレルギーがあることを事前にメールしていたので、チェックインの際に確認してくれて安心できた。お水が部屋にあるのは助かる。
雨降りで傘がぬれていたが、部屋のどこに置いたらよいか迷ってしまった。前回も書いたが、背の低い私たちには洗面台が高すぎで使いにくい。壁掛けフックも据え付け場所が高すぎて、使えない！折り畳み式の荷物置きがあればいい。あと、10時すぎ、部屋の外がうるさかった。

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026A wonderful hotel in the heart of Ginza. The room was spacious by Japanese standards, with a very comfortable bed and even a massage chair in the room, such a nice touch! The bathroom was comfortable, with a spacious shower. The bathroom amenities were among the best we found during our trip, and their shampoo was absolutely fantastic! A great stay in an excellent location. We really enjoyed our experience!

Für deutsche Verhältnisse war das Zimmer extrem klein. Für japanische Verhältnisse war das Zimmer sehr groß. Zum Schlafen und als Ausgangspunkt ist das Hotel absolut empfehlenswert.

Very small room. There's a large massage armchair that takes up a lot of space and is in my opinion a waste. It would be better to get rid of it and use the space more efficiently. The bed is also a bit on the narrow side. One of our towels had a nasty smell. They changed it immediately, but I don't think that should have happened in the first place. A bit expensive for what you get, compared with the other hotel (same category) we stayed at in Tokyo at the beginning of our trip

I was a bit disappointed by the massage chair; I was really looking forward to that, but it was tiny, and the leg part didn't extend. There was a weird smell in the room, and the air-conditioning would all of a sudden be too cold, and then, out of the blue, would stop working until we readjusted it.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Sehr nahe an der Tokyo Station. Nur einige Minuten zu Fuss. Personal sehr freundlich. Wir konnten unser Gepäck bei An- und Abreise deponieren. Frühstück kann nicht bewertet werden, hatten wir nicht gebucht. Es gibt in der Nähe genügend Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen. Wir hatten ein DZ mit einem Bett und DZ mit zwei Betten. Das mit zwei Betten ist grösser, aber durch die Ecklage mit grossen Fenstern schneller wärmer im Sommer. Ich würde aufgrund des Platzes jedoch nur noch das mit zwei Betten wählen. Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Close to Tokyo Station and Ginza. 7-11 is downstairs. My wife said I did a good job picking this hotel. We would stay at the hotel again in the future if the opportunity arise.

쇼핑이나 번화가를 가려면 걷거나 무조건 지하철을 타고 이동해야해서 더운날에 이동하기 힘들었어요.

立地が良いので文句は言えないが、夜中に外が騒がしい時間があった。

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026- right in the center of Ginza with a metro station right in front of the hotel - close to Tokyo station - staff nice and helpful (they stowed my luggage for 7 days, between stays, while we traveled to Okinawa, free of charge)
- maybe consider having the massage chair optional (on demand). Without it there is a lot more room

Rooms are small as it is tyoical in Japan.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The room was squeaky clean. Fantastic location. Kyobashi station is just in front of the entrance. It's also a 10-minute walk to Ginza and 10-minute walk to Tokyo Station. It's also a quiet area at night for those who prefer something calm after an entire day out.
As clearly stated in its room description, the room is exceedingly small. I have no issues with small rooms, however, those travelling with multiple luggage should stay clear of the room. You cannot open up more than one luggage without leaving space to walk about.

Camera este mica si e greu sa deschizi bagajele in interiorul camerei.
