Für uns, 1 Nacht vor der Rückreise, ideal. Grosses Zimmer mit allem Komfort. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Am besten war jedoch der Pool: erfrischend kühl. Wie machen die das? ;-)

In unserem Zimmer waren überall, besonders im Badezimmer, lange schwarze Haare.

La decoración es un poco anticuada. El check-in puede ser un poco largo. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle pueden ser muy ruidosas, sobre todo porque hay una discoteca literalmente enfrente y el aislamiento acústico de las ventanas no es muy bueno

Nice clean and very comfortable business hotel. We got upgraded to the Junior suite which was spacious and nice. The location is quite central for Manado and you can easily get a cab to go anywhere you need to including Mega Mall area. Good value for money

The spa on site is not good enough. They could easily add some mood lights, relaxing music and insence and upgrade the space, but now its more of a clinic (clean) but not relexing.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage von Manado! Zu Fuß sofort im Zentrum! Sehr schöne Ausstattung, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett Betten sehr gut, alles sehr sauber Netter Poolbereich Waren am Anfang unseres Tunesientrips da, und jetzt am Ende unserer Reise auch wieder! Der Aufenthalt war alles perfekt!

El Restaurante tardan mucho en servir la comida.

Atención, servicio, limpieza, ubicación y muy buena relación calidad- precio. Desayuno bastante variado y abundante.

No es culpa del establecimiento, pero a las tres y media de la madrugada sonaba (de la calle) una música atronadora y persistente, como si viniera de una discoteca. Y era madrugada del domingo al lunes 🤷🏻‍♂️. En Manado tienen un serio problema con el volumen de la música y el sentido de respeto hacia el descanso del prójimo. 😞

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber besondershervorzuheben ist das spitzen Frühstücksbuffet, sollte man direkt mitbuchen ist vor Ort deutlich teuerer

Zu beginn entgegen der Buchung für die Erste Nacht nur ein Raucherzimmer bekommen, wurde aber am zweiten Tag umgelegt. Leider manchmal lange Wartezeiten im Restaurantservice

Staff was very friendly. We liked the free baggage storage when we went to Bunaken and Tomohon. The Restaurant was good

Main complaint is about the Liquid night club over the road. It woke us in the middle of the night with its hammering bass that shook the whole building. This goes on every night, even from Sunday to Monday.

Nettes Stadthotel mit sehr freundlichem Service. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen , aber sehr gut erhalten. Die Massagen im Hotel sind zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück hätte umfangreicher sein können. Durch die Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer war der Geräuschpegel leider recht hoch. Wir würden aber wieder hier übernachten, denn das engagierte Personal hat kleine Kritikpunkte wieder wettgemacht. Vielen Dank für den guten Service.

I had a corner room, so beautiful view from the 11th floor - both city view and view of the bridge and sea. I could see a different volcano out of each window! The room was super comfortable, and they fixed the wifi within minutes. It was spotty sometimes throughout the hotel, but my room was pretty good. They seemed to have turned on a network just for my room. Breakfast had a lot of different options, and they had drip coffee, which was a nice change from what I had been getting during the rest of my drip. There's a coffee shop in the lobby, and also they have fancy desserts available; I had a piece of dark chocolate cake that was pretty good. I also had a massage during my stay, which was very reasonable at 250k per hour.

There is smoking in the coffee shop, so I could not hang out in there. My first dinner there I had a steak and ask for it rare and even showed a picture and the translation. The waiter understood and wrote it down. It came out well done. They took it back and then brought another one that was well done, but frozen in the middle. My guess is that it comes pre-cooked and frozen, so they cannot good it to temperature.

The hotel is really great and the room is very comfortable and clean. The reception area is big and luxurious. and so is the upstairs restaurant. All very nice.

The food was o.k. but not great. I ordered fish and it was a bit dry and over done. To me Manado was a little disappointing but I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The best value for money hotel I've ever experienced. The room was great, the views from the very large windows was exceptional, staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good

Location not great for going out if you like walking... you have to get a cab/grab everywhere. The pool is a bit average and there was a function on beside the pool so it wasn't comfortable to hang out.

Heel fijne en comfortabele kamer en hotel. Ondanks dat het wat ouder is allemaal, is het nog steeds erg stijlvol. Goede locatie.

I always had good experience with Swiss Bel but this one is quite disappointing. While the hotel and rooms are modern, the rooms suffered from the stench of cigarette smoke. It permeates in the rooms even on so called non-smoking floor. I asked to change room and they moved me to a suite but with slightly less noticeable smell. Location isn't an issue as one needs Grab to go everywhere. Given this is not a completely non-smoking facility, I would not stay there again.

I love the Swiss hotel in Manado and stayed here three times. It is stylish and run with Swiss efficiency. The room is super comfortable. The staff are very attentive. I left a shirt in my room on the second stay and it was returned to me on the next visit.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in Manado Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Manado. Im vergleich mit Swiss Bell in Sorong ist es deutlich größer (hier 15 Etagen, dort 4) und wirkt luxuriöser. Ich hatte ein Exekutiv Zimmer, welches sehr groß und komfortabel war. In der 12. Etage, die bodentiefen Fenster bieten einen tollen Blick über die Stadt und den Hafen. Sehr guter Service und freundliches Personal vervollkommnenden guten Gesamteindruck. Das Frühstücksbuffet kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich den Zimmerservice genutzt habe. Hier war sowohl das amerikanische, als auch das indonesische Frühstück ok. Die Fahrzeit zum Flughafen ist abhängig von Uhrzeit und Verkehr. Ich war sehr zeitig am Morgen unterwegs, da hat es nur maximal 20 Minuten gedauert. Tagsüber kann es auch 35 Minuten dauern. Trotzdem ist es deutlich besser, als alle anderen Hotels, die näher am Flughafen sind. Natürlich sah auch in meinem Zimmer nicht jedes Möbelstück so neu, wie aus dem Katalog aus. Es war aber alles super sauber und das Bett war super bequem. Ich kann das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt

Feines Hotel etwa 30 min vom Flughafen entfernt mit kleinen Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr gute Matrazen, viel Platz in der Dusche und viel warmes Wasser, recht gutes Frühstück.

Die Klimaanlage hat es in der Nacht nur auf 25 Grad geschafft. Beide Kopfkissen waren gleich, und zwar recht hart... ich hätte als zweites lieber ein weicheres gehabt.

Beautiful property in modern international style. Nicely finished in timber trims. Room was a good size with well equipped bathroom. We were able to get room service dinner after our late evening arrival. Breakfast buffet selection was good - and we had the buffet dinner in the restaurant one night as well - good value with a good selection. As per usual in Indonesia difficult to get wine - but beer is always available.

The pool was pretty good - but hardly any lounge chairs, and had to go hunting for an attendant to get some pool towels. (I think city hotels always do pools badly… unlike beach / resort hotels)

Big quiet room with comfortable clean beds, good warm shower. The hotel is a bit older but its well kept. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially receptionist Jonathan, who gave us an early check inn. Also dinner was good.

Waiting one hour to receive two club sandwiches and two bottles of water is not acceptable. Swimming pool is not very appealing.

gutes Hotel für ein-zwei Nächt, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, nettes Personal. Wir haben das Hotel nur als Zwischenstation genutzt um uns vom langen Flug zu erholen.

De luxe uitstraling , aardig personeel, goed ontbijt buffet met heerlijk warm eten!

In eerste instantie een mooie kamer, maar teveel Lawaai van buitenaf. Dus hebben ze ons verplaatst naar een andere kamer.

Großes Frühstücks Buffet, hauptsächlich indonesisch/asiatisch. Große Zimmer, nach hinten raus ruhig (nach vorne allerdings sehr laut). Freundliche Rezeption, aber nur manche sprechen Englisch. Sauber.

Die laute Straße vor dem Hotel und die Karaoke Bar direkt gegenüber, die bis 4 Uhr morgens unüberhörbar ist, wenn man nach vorne raus wohnt. Wir haben auf Anfrage ein anderes Zimmer bekommen.
