There was no hairdryer in the room.

Delicious food with Indonesian characteristics. Very friendly and responsive chefs (especially Chef Inno). can't wait for my next breakfast there again.

The food tastes great and the service is also good and there was no problem with the room it's an overall amazing experience.

Room is clean

Upon checkout staff chase me to pay IDR 150K for spilling coffee on the towel. Perhaps they expect us to wash the linen also. Unbelievable

Very nice hotel overall with nice staff.

The food we had for dinner was delicious.

There was a party going on in the restaurant when we arrived that was quite loud. It made it hard to talk during our dinner and I didn't really like the karaoke. It was Ramadan so I'm guessing this was not the usual evening.

Was verouderd, douche werd niet heet maar maar lauw. Was ook niet schoon vanwege kalk vlekken/spetters

Good location, staff were very helpful.

Pillows are not great, bathroom was run down. I only stayed for 4 hours before a flight so was fine for what I needed.

Centrale ligging. Bovendien gelegen naast groot overdekt winkelcentrum met veel eetgelegenheden in diverse prijsklassen. Supermarkt naast het hotel gelegen.

Kamer is klein evenals de douche maar dat hoort bij een echt stadshotel.

Sah aus wie auf einer Baustelle, im Parkhaus Zement und Fliesen, das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Ausstattung vielleicht gefühlt 30 Jahre alt

This hotel was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I left my phone in a grab taxi and the gentleman at the front desk did everything he could to assist me . I got it back, which restored my faith in humanity 🙏

Le personnel est exceptionnel. Le gérant m’a très gentiment aidé pour un problème de téléphone. Aussi le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon. J’ai enfin mangé une excellente soupe pour le dîner.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de sèche cheveux.

The hotel was alright but there is many things need to be maintained. the breakfast was perfect, the service was wonderful😍

The sink and the toilet need to be fixed. the water pressure for shower is not so good

C'est la deuxième fois que nous retournons dans cet hôtel avec toujours autant de plaisir. Le personnel est adorable. Cette fois ci nous n'avons pas pris l'option petit-déjeuner car nous devions partir tôt vers Gorontalo !

Bathrooms had mold in many corners. The room was just completely neglected and run down. Mirror had big cracks.

Wir waren nur für eine Zwischennacht hier und dafür war es ok. Charmloses Stadthotel im Zentrum Manados. Gute Lage um sowohl Märkte oder Shoppingzentren zu erkunden. Taxiiservice zum Flughafen mitten in der Nacht hat tadellos geklappt.

Es gibt ganze Raucheretagen. Darum stinkt es in den Gängen nach kalten Rauch und Raumspray.

Decisamente datato, con necessità di essere rimodernato. Servizi molto essenziali (manca persino il phon). Nel mio caso, non c'era neppure la cassaforte, ma dietro mia richiesta mi è stata fornita.

Breakfast is a mix of Indonesian and Western foods. Short walk to shops and waterfront. For this region, this hotel is comparatively safe and good.

Hotel is a little run down and the towels could probably be replaced.

Zentrale Lage für Zwischenstopp in Manado, für unsere Zwecke war es gut geeignet.

Zimmer könnten mehr Pflege vertragen.

Old run down, no hot water, where do you plug the in room kettle?? Lighting in room very insufficient.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous résidons dans cet hôtel après une visite de la région de tomohon. Cette fois ci 9eme étage après le 7ieme. C'est toujours aussi calme. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Cette fois ci on a pas pu profiter du super buffet petit déjeuner car nous partions vers gorontalo dès 6h

Hotel close to town centre. That is a bonus. Staff extremely helpful. Room comfortable and clean. Food delicious. We tried Indonesian food and were not disappointed.

It is a good location. But the hotel is apparently aged and lack of good maintenance. The Lobby is comfortable.

The room is in a poor condition though clean.

Tha staff was amzing !!! So so helpfull and so so nice !! The helped us get a bag we had forgotten at the airport at 2 in the morning !! The brought us there for free !! The night staff were absolutely amazing

One of the key points which every hotel has is to provide two bottles of water per day when stayin at hotel. Aston Manado hotel dis not provide any water at all not in bottle and not in the corridor water supply which was all the time empty. I made compalint three times to reception and to waitress at restaurant and written, but with no notice. This gave me the impression that the hotel did not care at all of my staying. Best regards Mr Kari Karanko who have visited all 196 countries in the world

Nice place, friendly staff, but it might need some renovations soon

Some changes in management, which are OK, but I really loved the guy from Bali. I also miss the extensive fruit table at breakfast. But the staff are still the reason to stay here - super friendly, welcoming and professional.
