Aryaduta Manado

Der Pool ist super mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer, klar könnten die Duschen dazu besser in Schuss sein, aber es ist für jedes Alter eine entsprechende Pool-Tiefe vorhanden, das Wasser ist schön warm und die Qualität des Wassers ist halt "indonesisch", aber nicht eklig! Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist typisch indonesisch, für uns nur bedingt ansprechend, leider wird oft auch nur auf Nachfrage wieder aufgefüllt, manches ist auch schon um 8:00 Uhr alle und wird gar nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Aber was will man für den Preis erwarten? Das Zimmer ist völlig in Ordnung; Klimaanlage funktionierte und war nicht zu laut. Bad mit Badewanne geräumig. Warmes Wasser ging, wenn man als erstes duscht, ist aber auch kalt warm genug. Die Betten und Kissen waren sehr bequem! Den Straßenlärm hat man etwas gehört, schlafen konnten wir aber trotzdem. Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Schrank, der gut funktionierte. Die Laufbänder im Fitnessraum sind nur zum Gehen geeignet. Sobald man etwas schneller joggen möchte, werden sie langsamer und man kommt aus dem Gleichgewicht - gefährlicher Schrott! Zum Joggen geht man besser in den U-förmigen, betonierten "Park" etwas nördlich am Meer. Die Gewichte kann man benutzen. Wir waren am Wochenende da, sodass wir einige indonesische Einheimische und Hochzeiten im Hotel mitbekamen - interessant!

Beim Frühstück wurde selten nachgefüllt Die Laufbänder im Fitnessraum sind Schrott! Der Safe im Schrank war nicht fest eingebaut und hätte im Ganzen so mitgenommen werden können

Ik zou graag iets positiefs schrijven maar in dit geval lukt dat helaas niet. Het personeel lacht vriendelijk maar geen actie. Uiteindelijk heb ik dan maar zelf mijn ingewrapte rugzak naar boven gesleept.

11 hoog, met alleen een enkele glazen wand maakte me angstig. De airco deed het nauwelijks waardoor het erg benauwd was. Insecten in de badkamer. Een verkleurd en half verrot douche gordijn. Enorm veel lawaai van buiten alsof er een raam openstond. Uiteindelijk ben ik om 3:00 's nachts naar een ander hotel gevlucht omdat ik geen oog dichtdeed, badend in het zweet met oordopjes in. Daar heb ik goed kunnen slapen maar ik heb mijn plannen voor die dag af moeten zeggen door slaapgebrek. Ik kan best wel wat hebben maar dit was bij elkaar opgeteld te veel. Geen restitutie of tegemoetkoming gekregen. Ik heb Aryaduta in Jakarta uit voorzorg ook maar afgezegd.

I visited Aryaduta Manado for a business trip, so I didn't have high expectations of enjoying it like a vacation. When I arrived, the hotel was quite busy, and my room wasn't ready yet since it was before check-in time. However, I met Oliv, and talking with her was such a comfortable experience. She showed genuine care and went out of her way to help me print some work documents that I urgently needed right then and there. I had been a bit worried after reading some previous reviews about the hotel, but my actual stay proved those worries wrong. The room I stayed in was incredibly clean, the AC was ice-cold, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcome cake and a greeting note waiting for me. I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I am stationed in Manado for work. Thank you so much, Oliv, and the rest of the wonderful staff!

Het hotel is wat gedateerd, daardoor ouderwetse luxe. Het zwembad is prachtig en schoon. Alleen er was niet langer een terras met bediening.

プールは水の循環が十分に行われていないように見受けられ、あまり清潔な印象を受けませんでした。また、プールタオルについても、貸し出しまでに時間を要しました。 建物全体の老朽化が目立ち、修繕やメンテナンスも十分とは言えない状況で、各所に大きなひび割れが見られました。館内は全体的に暗く、利用者も少なかったため、やや閑散とした雰囲気でした。 そのため、当初予定していた滞在を変更し、1泊のみで別のホテルへ移ることにしました。宿泊しなかった日数分について事情を説明し返金をお願いしましたが、受け入れていただくことはできませんでした。キャンセルポリシーに基づく対応であることは理解しておりますが、事情を踏まえた一定の配慮があれば、より良かったと感じました。

Great verry comfortable and peace

We were there only for a night to spend my husband's birthday also it's my first time again in Manado after 15 years away. We arrived there early in the morning and no rooms were ready as we asked for early check in and its okay to have extra fee. Kak Sergio, kak Kifly and kak Christian in FO team are THE BEST and they managed to get us the room by 10am which is great so while waiting we can visit my family. We came back and straight to the room with a very nice view of the city and partially ocean. The next morning after delightful breakfast, kak Rely and the training students also the FO team named above surprise my husband by sang birthday song with tasty cake which make our stay even memorable. Overall stay was perfect. Will come back and bring our kids to stay there soon. Thank you Aryaduta!

Der marode Charme eines alten Interieurs, die sehr zuvorkommenden, stets hilfsbereiten Teams im Service. Sofort wurde repariert, verändert und organisiert bei Bitten.

Dieses große Hotel braucht sehr viel 'Maintenance ', das nicht erfüllt ist. Die hoch motivierten Service-Teams (Rezeption, Restaurant) brauchen eine bessere Anleitung in Sprache und Organisation.

Badezimmer könnte mal renoviert werden, war aber saubet

Het personeel is bijzonder klantgericht en behulpzaam. De buffetten in de twee restaurants waren uitstekend. Ik had een mooie ruime kamer met een bijzonder fraai zeezicht - al ligt het niet aan zee, maar aan een drukke verkeersweg -en het hotel heeft een authentiek Indonesische stijl.

Het hotel is nogal gedateerd, en helaas had ik geen warm, maar lauw water in bad en douche. Dat er om zes uur 's ochtends ineens harde liftmuziek op de gang werd afgespeeld en dan ook nog in een loop van een halve minuut, was irritant, maar het personeel loste dat snel op.

As we had an early morning flight into Manado, the reception was accommodating in allowing us the check in early. The room I had chosen due to the size and view met my expectations. Daily housekeeping diligently replenished new bottled water daily. The location was good as it was close to restaurants, cafes and a Mall.

As soon as you entered the hotel, you could smell the musty air. It became worse along the corridor at level 8 heading to our room No.806. Had to make an effort to hold my breath heading to my room on a daily basis. The bathtub, shower curtain & basin were all stained. What I presume were once white towels, now had a greyish tinge. We encountered a few roaches in the room. The buffet breakfast had a wide spread but taste was lacking. The only saving grace was the live stations for eggs and pancakes. Even the local Tinutuan (Manado Porridge) was gooey and had a weird taste.

I really love the view from 10th floor. Especially at the night, when I saw the light of the city, that's makes me feel better. Well, the staff are really nice. The hotel is good, and I love the cleanliness. Staying there feels like heaven on earth, in my opinion.

This is my second time staying at Aryaduta, and so far the service has still been great. I’m happy and feel comfortable staying here. Thanks to Audrey for the recommendations and for sharing tips on how to enjoy the holiday more comfortably.

Stay here for 10 days, I can say Aryaduta always give their best to guests. They always ensure that everything's going well. Perfect located near Mega Mas, also have a great ocean & Bunaken view. Their staffs were really helpful, also good in appearance. I will always choose this hotel in Manado. Definitely 10/10.

I booked my stay on December 07th, coincide with my Birthday.. i just want to have some lovely quiet time in my favorite hotel in town, the last time i went here was 5 years ago and the hotel is still as nice as ever, i don't have any problems with the room.. one thing i must highlight is the quietness you get when you stay here, very calming and relaxing. Ps. Thank you to the very cute and kind staff who surprise me with a birthday cake yesterday, you made my day. Thank you Definitely gonna booked a longer stay next on my next visit.

My recent stay at Aryaduta Manado was enjoyable primarily due to its unbeatable location and excellent service. Situated directly on Manado Boulevard with a direct connection to a shopping mall, the convenience is fantastic, and the staff are uniformly friendly and professional, one of their staff ms Michelle very helpful when im check out. The highlight of the entire hotel is definitely the infinity pool on the 6th floor, which offers a breathtaking, must-see sunset view over Manado Bay. However, the hotel is noticeably older; while the rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom fixtures are dated, and the overall maintenance is lacking, which is the only thing preventing a perfect score.

The initial appearance is unsanitary and emits an unpleasant odor. The property does not accurately reflect what is shown in the photos.

The service and the hotel do not live up to the representation provided on the apps. I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to visitors.

All i can say is this, the service, the people, the vibe, and the food are absolutely incredible. The i had was amazing. The vibe feels serene at its highest peak

Die Zimmer waren nicht saubee, im Waschbecken hatte es Schimmelspuren, die Toilette und Dusche war nicht sauber, die Bettlaken hatten diverse Flecken von Blut bis zu sonstigen Körperflüssigkeiten. Die Handtücher haben nach Rauch gerochen & das Essen war nicht wirklich geniessbar.

The room was spacious and aircondition working properly. Staff at the front desk was very friendly. The hotel is old and a bit run down but I think it would be much better if they could put a bit more effort to the room cleaning. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool which has great views too. We had a room at upper floors and we could still hear the traffic noise quite clearly - didn't bother us but may be anoying at lower floors.

Very dirty. They didn't take care of the hotel and facilities. In a span of 24 hrs, I killed 3 cockroaches. Room facilities are old and they don't really take care of it. Gym is also dirty and they don't maintain it very well.

The staff doesn't have a clue about the meaning of hospitality; it took 2 hours to get the phone in the room working, walking up and down 3 times, and aksed for an urgent item to be laundry, wasting 2.5 hours to then tell sorry it is too late; we cannot assist you anymore.

This hotel is actually excellent. One of the old hotel completed by many facilities, such as Italian Restaurant, swimming pool, fitness center, spa, and so on. The room is also spacious. I stayed 3 nights in 809, faces North, to the city, sea, Bunaken Island and also iconic Sukarno Hatta Bridge. The management also kind hearted. Despite peak season due to a national event (Munas Apkasi VI) in North Minahasa, they kept my booking for almost 2 months until my payment on arrival. One thing makes me considering not to stay here on my next visit to Manado is the television channel is still monologue. This millennial era, most starred hotels in many cities provide digital channel, like YouTube. I like instrumental music from YouTube for sleep, and they don't have it.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Aryaduta Manado. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and perfectly located with a beautiful view of the sea. The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really made my stay memorable was the exceptional service from the front office staff. Imanuel, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and assisted me with all my needs. His professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend Aryaduta Manado for anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely come back again!

The place’s is so good, also mybe cus the hotels in midle of the city i can get to anyplaces at manado so easily and when i get to reception they welcoming me so nicely especially mrs fika she so humble also so cute i really like the way she talks. Breakfast very tiny one, room service forgot bathroom totally and reception forget totally to order a snorkling trip. So servive was bad!!!

Séjour pour une nuit en attendant notre avion à 6H le lendemain. nous avons fait une simple réservation et réglé à l'arrivée, la réception c'est très bien passé, nous avons réservé un transfert pour l'aéroport à 4H00 du matin et demandé un réveil, aucun problème le transfert est un peu cher mais à cette heure matinale nous voulions être tranquille, le chauffeur était à l'heure. Nous avons mis 35 minutes pour accéder à l'aéroport, aucune circulation à cette heure.

A comfortable hotel to stay in Manado. The location is very strategic right in the heart of city center and offered a breath-taking view of the coastline and the volcanic mountains. The staff is so attentive and have excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options.
