Service Plus Inns & Suites Drayton Valley

Staff was super nice and friendly.

Have stayed here in the past and it’s always good to come back, staff are really nice, facilities are always well Kept and the room is always very clean and tidy

Very clean for its age. Decent brekkie with a protein choice.

We enjoyed our stay here and the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Very clean rooms dining within walking distance

The desk staff allowed an early check in and the facility was very clean. They even had some games in the breakfast table area for everyone to play and socialize with.

We stayed one night - it was a pleasant stay - polite and cheerful staff, nice breakfast included…

This property was clean and well maintained

Great restaurant next door!

The staff was just amazing. We had a great sleep, and great breakfast (which was FREE). We booked on line, and enjoyed our stay.

Very clean hotel with great staff. Nice free continental breakfast with good coffee. Rooms are a bit dated but def not run down and well kept. Highly recommend! Pool and hot tub area would be great for kids with water slide.

Real free breakfast. Free supper on Wednesday. Very clean rooms. Great parking. I should have booked a handicap accessible room for the shower. Pool needs a change room. Not much of a problem as wmhe wore his swim suit down there.

All good, clean and comfy bed… and loved the soft, cushy, fluffy towels

Quick overnight stay. Hotel was good. We went to the restaurant next door for supper which was good but pricey. The breakfast wasn't fantastic but sufficient. I would stay again. I am always picky about cleanliness and had no complaints at all in that department. Kids enjoyed the pool area.

Great pool, staff, rooms. The continental breakfast however, was not good. Beans for breakfast? Lots of stale bagels and breads. The coffee was so water downed we had to buy a coffee after we left.

The room was clean and close to Walmart plus there was an excellent restaurant next door that had homemade food. Booked a room for 2 nights with 4 days between stays. Upon my return, the front desk put me in the safe quiet , clean room that I first had. Appreciated that they accommodated my request for a quiet room.

clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast. My grandson loved the pool and water slide.

Good breakfast

Easy access from the Hwy, restaurant nearby and a supermarket Room was clean and tidy, Hotel was quiet when I was there which was a bonus Parking was plentiful

The staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. They had board games available to sit at tables and play at any time. Saw several families taking advantage of that.

We loved the pool, waterslide and breakfast that was included. Nice clean, quiet place. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was good

Got a late check out so the granddaughter and I could swim before leaving.

Nice for price

We got in late so didn’t check out the pool or hot tub . Did get a good nights sleep and enjoyed the hot breakfest. Staff were very friendly.

Uncomfortable beds, will not return.

We were expecting a bigger room but no problem with it being clean and comfortable beds

Filipino staff at the lobby is friendly and accomodating.

Clean and creative.

Very adequate. Adorable and tidy. Got what we paid for. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff were friendly. Nothing fancy but we had a good stay and would recommend!

Pool with slide is great to keep the kids entertained

This hotel is fantastic!!!! The best pool, the best slide, clean, friendly staff!

Friendly helpful staff

Easy access and the food credit at nearby restaurant and pub allowed is to have a nice bottle of wine, a delicious meal and to watch the Oilers beat the Panthers in overtime.

Very good

Very nice room. Very clean. Friendly staff.

We were hardly at the property but everything was good when we were

Great place and service but could use newer beds and showerhead was just about plugged off.

We stayed here last minute after visiting the local brewery (Nodding Donkey). We booked online and the stay was amazing, especially for the price! We got the romantic suite with Jacuzzi tub, and the room was amazing! Complimentary champagne and chocolates. Everything was super comfy. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. And the hotel was super quiet. We had such a nice stay. Highly recommend!!

The breakfast left alot to be desired. Lukewarm coffee. Beans and cereal. Not as per the pictures shown on the website.

Always a great stay

Didnt like the damage on the couch or there was no jets on the tub

Property was clean, dated but clean.

This is by far the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in. Very impressive how clean it is. Highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights staff are very friendly. We had a great time thr, pool hottub

Very handy, clean and quiet. Great breakfast and great rates!

Great experience and friendly staff. Well maintained and clean property.

Wonderful weekend with our Grandchildren!! Nice pool!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were happy to accommodate an early check-in in and late check-out... which made a big difference for us and was really appreciated. Will definitely use this property again

Nice hotel, clean.

Everything was fine but the 150 damage deposit was a first for me. I travel extensively and I have never heard of this policy before.

Great place, me and my daughter loved the pool

Loved the child friendly water slide!

Could use better mattresses. Its decent otherwise.

Everything was as expected

We had booked a couples room but when we arrived, the onsite manager asked if we knew there were other specific theme rooms. She excitedly showed the available ones to my wife for her to choose one. I would recommend, we had fun on our visit.

We have stayed in this location quite a number of times. It’s such a convenient & clean motel with very friendly staff and reasonable rates. We discovered on our first stay that the breakfast sausages and eggs were horrible. Why are they still serving these?

Nice stay, as expected. Great water slide

Very clean and quiet.

Good staff, nice room, average breakfast, unfortunately the pool was out of service

Clean, tidy, comfortable beds, and friendly staff.

A

Clean,quiet and great staff.

Was wonderful wouldn’t change it

The pillows are magical. In fact, I checked the brand and ordered them. I came with a headache for 7 days. I left with no headache.

Great comfortable and well cared for. Loved it!

Awesome service great breakfast

Super cozy, kid friendly. Loved the pool, board games and nearby restaurant was fantastic!

Good place to stay. No real issues.

Like staying here pool was great little small but we were alone.

My room had a strong perfume smell. The breakfast was cold and not good.

Perfectly respectable stay.

It was a nice hotel in a safe area

Service Inn and Suites is such a wonderful place to stay. It was very welcoming from check in to check out. Very clean, breakfast was plentiful and the pool, slide and hot tub were great. Truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

I highly recommend this home away from home great staff & super clean.

Great hotel and breakfast!

Room was heavily scented of perfume or something that was so strong it’s all I could smell and even taste. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

treated me very well

Old world class at this hotel. The staff is obviously proud of their work. Very clean and everyone including guests were very friendly. They even had treats at the desk for my dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing special...Bathroom dirty

Wonderful place to stay Hot tub was awesome

Easy checkin good clean pool area. It’s a little dated but clean and comfortable

The staff is great, from the moment I got in to my check out, all wonderful. There's a good restaurant beside the hotel.

.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and welcoming

My kid enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was convenient.

Pet friendly. Not corporate or cookie cutter. Very nice breakfast area. Had some games and a couple big tables for groups.staff were so amazing Pool was fun for the kids

I’ll be back

Property was clean and friendly staff. No fan in washroom

Nice place would stay hear again

Overall not impressed, the property needs major renovations & a face lift. On top of the appearance of the place, the beds were extremely firm. Could hear the elevator all night beeping etc. The door lock itself, wasn’t working, to take safety precautions into our own hands, having to prop a chair on the door. Having to withdraw $300 cash at the ATM to check in as well. No information was told upon check in about breakfast, pool etc. front staff just wanting to coax away as fast as possible.

Good property to stay at

Bed was terrible, hard as a rock Not the room I booked online 150 deposit we had to give after we prepaid and I didn’t have credit card when checking in Clerk had no idea what to do We have stayed before and wasn’t asked fir 150 We not stay there again

Everything was good

Had a hard time checking in and out, super friendly staff!

Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Firm beds. Perfect for our stay. Breakfast was good as well. Thank you!

Great place. Clean and Friendly. Great service.

Very good service, very accomodating and helpful. Allowed a very late checkout. Good breakfast.

Breakfast options limited. Pancakes cold.

Check-in is not until 3 pm but when we checked in we received VIP benefits which included early check-in! What good is early check-in when you are not aware of it until you check in. The room upgrade was very nice and the king bed was comfortable. There was no hair dryer (when I went to the desk to get one I was given a wall mounted one. This also happened to friends of ours who were also staying here. Why do they not have the hair dryers mounted?) Also, there was no shampoo in the bathroom. Breakfast was average. No fruit available.
