Cleanliness in the room. Looks like, hot water kettle in the room was not cleaned for months. It was full of scales in the inner portion and also, have started rusting in the outer portion.

We had an excellent stay at Ekante Bliss, Tirupati! From the moment we arrived, the reception was warm and welcoming, and the staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. The hospitality and service were truly excellent. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast area was very clean and hygienic, and there was an amazing variety of options to choose from. There was something for everyone, and everything was well presented and fresh. We really enjoyed the breakfast experience. Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend Ekante Bliss to anyone visiting Tirupati. We would love to stay here again! The only concern was that we did not get hot water during our stay, which was a little inconvenient. Specially trips like Tirupati are strenuous and having an excellent hot shower makes big differnce. They need to work on that . Apart from that, everything was excellent and we had a very pleasant experience.

fixing the hot water issue. They didnt not even have warm water. It was luke warm. We tried to call someone to check the hot water issue,but that guy couldnt fix anything. Instead he said, he could send us hot water in a bucket , that is where I think the rating of the hotel goes down. Please take this seriously as this is not a minute thing.

While other arriving guests were warmly welcomed with garlands and live local music, our family of four was completely ignored. When I brought this up to the staff during checkout, they simply shrugged it off and claimed they didn't recognize us as guests.

I’m writing this review whilst staying in Ekante bliss. I have stayed here multiple times but this experience was a complete let down. Initially the check in was smooth, they had done a small decor as part of my mother’s bday. It was lovely. Then started the harrowing experience. Around 7:30 pm when we returned from our darshan, the door was not opening with the key card. I thought maybe it’s a key card issue but after multiple keycard attempts the door did not open. We had interconnecting rooms and had to go through the other room for quite a while. For 2 hours I tried calling the reception multiple times to receive the same response the security person is coming in 2 mins to fix the door. But after 9:30 I told them to give me a new room as it looke like the door was not going to get fixed. They showed me a new room and after moving in we found the duvet was unclean and had hair over the bed as well. At 10:30 I had to walk back multiple times to the housekeeping room to get the duvet and bed cover changed. This was not the standard expected from the Taj brand. Very disappointed and this is probably going to be my last stay here. Housekeeping and maintenance total let down.

I must mention about Mr. AJAY, house keeping person. He is wonderful with full of energy and dedication. He is extremely hardworking and helpful. In the dining area the crew of F&B was found excellent,dedicated, smiling and highly professional. I must name Giri Babu and the other new F&B recruits. They are very good at their job.

In terms of location, atmosphere, rooms, amenities etc, this hotel ticks all boxes one expects from Seleqtions. Our one night stay was made memorable by the exceptional hospitality at the hotel. Sudhakar - the young Executive Chef - quickly understood our special dietary requirements and promptly delivered a plate of thoughtfully curated, tasty, balanced, and wholesome meals that far exceeded our expectations. The care, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate our needs greatly enhanced our experience. Shikha at the front office is another gem - enthusiastic and resourceful. We had forgotten to pack some essentials and she helped us source these within 30 minutes late at night. One area that could be improved is the bathroom design. It is quite cramped, and elderly or plus-sized guests may find it particularly difficult to navigate comfortably and safely. A better layout would make the accommodation much more accessible and convenient for all guests. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and with a few improvements to the bathroom facilities, we will be compelled to visit often.

Overall very nice stay. Cleanliness and room arrangement was good for 3 people to stay. Ajay was fantastic of his services and always put the extra effort to make us comfortable.

We stayed here for two nights and the stay and food was amazing especially the staff Ms.Tapswini who guided us and planned our temple trip well as we are first time to tirupati her support was out standing. If anyone please to visit tirupati for a first tike please do as for Tapaswini for any assistance she would love to assist you

We stayed at this hotel after knowing that Chef Sudhakar moved here as a head Chef. And we were not disappointed one single bit. We are so glad we got to know his whereabouts and changed our stay to Ekante bliss where he is a head chef. We were very very warmly greeted with all the podis that we love. He left a basket of fruits that we like each time. He is just truly so thoughtful, such a wonderful chef, we are so glad we have such a great friend, who remembers our likes and dislikes even from a year. He took time from his busy schedule to make us feel at home and welcome us. Thank you so much Sudhakar, these words are very light compared to the friendliness and services you provide to your customers. Kudos to you!!! May you be very very successful and next year we see you more ahead in the ladder.

Unfortunately, there was no hot water available during our stay, which was very disappointing and significantly affected our experience. Additionally, when I called reception to enquire about breakfast, the staff member was quite rude and unhelpful. The interaction lacked basic courtesy and made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, these issues had a negative impact on our stay.

Actually everything for the price. The welcome with the drums and beads necklace was pretty awesome. The check-in experience was really great; they accompanied us to the room and gave us a brief orientation. The F&B Manager Mr Sarvanan visited our table to check that we were satisfied with the food. Housekeeping was ver responsive. The room was spotless. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Restaurant staff were friendly, efficient, and summoned the chef to tailor the food we ordered according to our specific dietary requirements. Have previously stayed at Taj Tirupati and Fortune Grand Ridge, but overall we had a better experience here.

There was nothing not to like. During our two-day stay, we didn't experience anything that was negative.

Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was courteous. However, the air conditioning on the top floor was not working properly, which made it uncomfortable during the summer. I would especially like to appreciate the housekeeping staff, particularly Mr. Ajay, for his excellent service, professionalism, and helpful attitude. He made the stay much more pleasant. Overall, it was a good experience, and I hope the air conditioning issue on the top floor is resolved soon.

We booked our stay at Ekante Bliss Tirupati immediately after our Balaji Darshan was confirmed in April. The hotel's excellent ratings and convenient location made it an easy choice, as it is close to both the airport and the town centre. From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the peaceful and serene atmosphere of the property. Although it is conveniently located near the main road and flyover, the hotel remains remarkably calm and quiet. Our traditional welcome with a tilak and a tulsi garland made us feel truly valued and set the tone for a memorable stay. The room exceeded our expectations. Everything—from the room and washroom to the bed, linen, sofa, and furnishings—was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The mini fridge was thoughtfully stocked and here were other refreshments and drinking water in the room, adding to our comfort. What truly distinguishes Ekante Bliss is its exceptional service. Every member of the reception and restaurant teams was professional, courteous, efficient, and always ready to help. We were particularly impressed by Bharati, Sneha, and Tapaswini, whose warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We also opted for the hotel's transport services throughout our visit, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. Mr. Balakrishna, who manages the transport services, contacted and assisted us even before we reached Tirupati, providing all the necessary information in advance. Thanks to his efficient planning, our airport transfers and visits to the various temples were completely hassle-free. A special mention goes to Mr. Basha, whose helpful attitude and genuine willingness to provide the best possible service left a lasting impression on us. His professionalism and customer-first approach truly enhanced our overall experience. Our stay at Ekante Bliss Tirupati was comfortable, peaceful, and exceptionally well managed. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirupati, whether for a pilgrimage or leisure. The combination of excellent hospitality, spotless accommodation, and seamless transport services makes it a wonderful choice, and we would gladly stay here again.

Worst hotel ever. I'm a pure vegetarian and they gave me mutton biryani when I ordered for a jeera rice. They are the most horrible and negligent staff over there. They were unapologetic and dismissive and very discourteous. I don't recommend this hotel even for a day. Trust me don't ever go to their restaurant. It's the worst of all
