Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Great comfortable bed and that's all we used to stay overnight and checked out around 6 AM. Did not had breakfast or able to use other amneties to provide addtioanl details. Wish I had more time staying longer and explore entire hotel. Perhaps next time...
Front desk staff could be little more friendly and knowledagble. They seem to be tired and not very forthcoming and just doing their job. Not a complaint but just a suggestion

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The staff has been very kind and helpful right from the front office to the F&B service and kitchen. Our check-in was led by your able colleagues Deepika and Narender . The F&B staff at the all day dining restaurant was kind and generous with our requests, helpful with a toddler and a baby. Pal, Manoranjan and kangkang. They understood our support with baby food and looking after them. They were proactive and approved all our requests on a quick basis. Literally, on a trip if your baby is taken care, the parents are happy! & they’ve understood the assignment very well. The kitchen team led by Dandabani - the food was delicious at every meal. Spread was just perfect balancing every kind of cuisine and catering to our baby friendly request too. My husband is a foodie and is fasting, he relished the dinner today and can’t be thankful enough to have delicious meal after a very tiring day. Lastly, I’d like to thank you, Mr. Kapoor for accepting all our request to make our stay comfortable. These small requests make a huge difference as it really made our stay smooth. All of this show how much you take an extra mile to make your guests happy and a loyal one! I really appreciate and thank you for everything at the Fortune Heritage, Tirupati.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026This is our third visit in the last 4 years and we find this hotel a great place to stay. We found divine peace and calm in the hotel unlike other hotels which are usually noisy. This is again something unique. The breakfast at Zodiac was sumptuous, delicious and varied. The Chef (Dhandapani), Krishna and other F&B Staff took special care to serve us less spicy and oilless lunch and dinner for our age (senior citizens) and health conditions. (I am a heart patient) This is something extraordinary. For four days , we felt that we were staying at a home away from home. We did not use the Fitness Centre but we walked in the hotel compound area. This was a good place for a morning walk. When we checked out last Saturday, we again longed to return to Fortune Select Grand Ridge when we visit Tirupati next .
