Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, and the à la carte options were decent. Both the swimming pool and the reception area were good.
The rooms were just okay. Also, the TV didn't have internet, so no Netflix or YouTube. The towels and blankets provided were noticeably aged and exhibited tears.

Everything else was below the standard we expected , no safe, no fridge had to ask for both . Hairdryer not working dark and claustrophobic rooms. We had booked for three nights and only stayed for one , didn’t even get asked why we were checking out early…

The WiFi was inadequate but there was so much to do outside and other services were so nice that we didn't mind and didn't even complain for rectification

buffet breakfast is one of the worst in this hotel, worst breakfast , buffet breaksfast is the worst i have came across. no option , same food every day, not even dosa. only uttapam, you will regret by taking the breakfast option. seriously they dont have live counter for dosa. even coffee was ok ok only

The staff isn’t very good. They misplaced my father’s insulin into freezer instead of normal refrigeration despite us telling them exactly not to do so , as a result my father couldn’t use that pen and we had to buy a new one . The breakfast buffet options aren’t changed everyday so it gets boring in day 2 and aren’t tasty either so it’s like you’re stuffing yourself somehow , the swimming pool water so opaque clearly it’s not cleaned or maintained well

The bathroom shower tray does not drain well, both my shower in room 231 and my friends’ room 223. Hair was floating the drain hole. When I lift up the filter, I can see water sitting on the pipe- means there is drainage problem is the system.

The rooms are not clean, the room service is poor and reception staff literally were smiling for my complaint. The commode flush wasn’t working properly, kettle was disgusting and TV was just for showcase better used a picture frame than a TV. Also wifi is poor so if you’re planning any work at this place, please don’t stay.
