L'hôtel est très bien, le petit déjeuner complet pour 12e, la piscine est top avec serviette comprise dans le prix de la chambre. La salle de sport, ainsi que le hammam/sauna sont tres bien avec vu sur la mer.

La salle de bain un peu petite, avec des gel douche et shampoing bas de gammes mais ca reste du détails, elle font tres bien l'affaire

Acho que devia haver mais limpeza no quarto, não aspiraram uma única vez nos 7 dias da minha estadia.

The location is great! Breakfast is generous with many delicious options. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Overall facilities are very good as well.

The airco makes a bit of noise while turning on/off. The double room has two single beds placed side by side. However, during the night, the beds tend to move apart, creating a gap between them.

Die Freundlichkeit der Damen an der Rezeption Frühstück und Abendessen war für mich immer passend und lecker! Die Cocktails an der Bar: sehr lecker!!! Der Duft in der Empfangshalle hat mir sehr gefallen. Das alle wichtigen Buspläne in der Lobby hängen!

Die ersten beiden Nächte war ich in einem Zimmer wo das Bad noch nicht renoviert war - das bedeutet: alte Ausstattung, Badewanne, Schimmel an sämtlichen Fugen, Rost beim Abfluss, undichter Abfluss vom Waschbecken, dicke Staubschicht am Klopapierdeckel,…. Passt absolut nicht für ein 4 Stern Hotel. Aber naja: mit einem Alleinreisenden kann man das ja mal probieren (wie so oft). Nach einer Beschwerde an der Rezeption bekam ich ein anderes Zimmer mit renoviertem Bad welches schön ist. Das bedeutet aber auch: 2 x packen, einen Tag den man nicht so nutzen kann weil man ja das Zimmer hergeben bzw. neu beziehen. Wirklich ärgerlich und schade. Sonst wäre meine Bewertung besser ausgefallen.

De locatie was goed, het personeel erg aardig. Het hotel had in principe alle faciliteiten en roomcleaning service deed het goed.

Het gebouw is erg geleefd en meubels zijn oud en super gebruikt. De kamers zijn krap. Ik vond de kwaliteit van het ontbijt slecht, er waren wel veel opties maar elke dag hetzelfde en erg gericht op engels publiek. Vond het eerder 3 sterren kwaliteit ipv 4.

Piękny, czysty hotel. Super lokalizacja ze sklepami, restauracjami i plażą tuż za rogiem. Pyszne śniadania, nie ma tłoków więc w spokoju można było sobie zjeść i wypić kawę.

Jedyny minus to trochę mały i przestarzały basen, ale z niego skorzystaliśmy tylko w dniu wyjazdu więc nie było to dla nas istotne przy wyborze hotelu.

I don't know what happened with the overall cleanliness - the staff is coming in the room, arranging the sheets and then they don't wash the cups or replace them, just leave them dirty. The room's AC smelled of cigarette smoke from time to time and there was black mold around it. I reported it, they stated they had found nothing, I had to show them pictures of the black mold to have it removed, but the cigarette smell never really disappeared.

La limpieza en las habitaciones deja bastante que desear, porque solo cambiaban sábanas y toallas, no limpiaban nada más. El baño siempre tenía los mismos vasos que los utilizaba no reponían nada, el agua si estaba acabada de la habitación también te quedabas sin y si llegábamos con arena la habitación ha seguido toda la estancia con arena.

AC på rommet var noe av det dårligste jeg har møtt på i middelhavslandene. Når det er 30 grader + i august er avkjølt rom avgjørende, og det var det definitivt ikke her. Hjalp ikke å si ifra til ansatte i resepsjonen. Det ironiske er at AC i lobbyen var utmerket

Nikde nie je uvedené, že voda z vodovodu nie je pitná (je slaná). Vo wellnese, kde sme sa sprchovali pred odchodom na letisko, po odovzdaní izby, v sprche je na stenách čierna pleseň.

Hotel a 4 stelle, prenotazione con mezza pensione. Cucina molto varia e buona (non proprio ogni pietanza ma nel complesso positivo, soprattutto la possibilità di cottura sul momento da parte di un simpatico e bravo chef!). Esteticamente l'hotel è un po impersonale nell'arredamento, ma carino e funzionale. Sicuramente migliorabile la pulizia delle camere (in ogni caso si apprezza il cambio asciugamani giornaliero-su indicazione!).

Pulizia dei pavimenti delle camere assolutamente da rivedere per un 4 stelle. Caffè della sala colazione molto cattivo...quello del bar invece buono!

The staff at reception were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The restaurant staff were always cheerful, attentive, and genuinely friendly. One of the highlights of my stay was the fresh food cooked on the hotplate. The chef was exceptionally kind, offering great recommendations on what to choose and making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I booked the half-board option, and it was definitely the best decision. I never felt the need to eat outside the hotel because every meal was of outstanding quality. The restaurant consistently served fresh, high-standard food throughout the day, making every dining experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you appreciate excellent hospitality and exceptional food.

The only minor downside for me was the gym, which is a bit small. That said, it still has almost everything you need for a decent workout. Parking in the area wasn't too difficult overall. However, if you're looking for a parking spot after 8:00 p.m., I wish you the best of luck! 😄 You might have to drive around for a while before finding one nearby.

I’m not that bothered about laying by the pool but I imagine for people who do like to then it could have been a bit small in that area of the hotel.

The hotel was closed to the see , like 7 minute to walk. Also it has a very nice pool. The hotel teams was very nice and friendly. The food was amazing, a lot of choices, everything was fresh and delicious.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht sehr sauber, der Schrank war leider recht staubig. Zudem war das Badezimmer nicht wie auf den Fotos, noch nicht renoviert und man sah auch deutlich, dass es schon in die Jahre gekommen ist (Abflüsse, Tür, keine ebenerdige Dusche) Ich war vor allem vom Zimmerservice enttäuscht, Klopapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt, wir hatten immer genau 1 Rolle, auch wenn sie schon „angefangen“ war, schmutzige Gläser wurden tagelang nicht ausgetauscht. Leider waren auch nicht genügend Sonnenschirme für die Liegen vorhanden. Es gab zwei Aufzüge, der eine sehr alt, langsam und immer in Gebrauch, also man musste oft lang warten, der andere ein Glaslift mit toller Aussicht, der aber unfassbar heiss war und weder vom Personal noch Gästen genutzt wurde.

The beds are small, very narrow. I don’t understand why hotels have changed their beds to these tiny and narrow beds. They are 90 cm wide which can ve really uncomfortable. And they can’t provide regular duvet.

O pequeno almoço e jantar estavam excelentes, contudo no jantar temos de pagar as bebidas, o que não faz sentido que se temos MP.

Credo di essere una delle poche sfortunate ad avere trovato il bagno sporco all'arrivo con peli di barba di un'altra persona e zanzare morte con sangue spalmato sulle piastrelle sel bagno. I giorni successivi la pulizia della camera era minima, non hanno mai spazzato per terra in 6 giorni, per sfortuna ci è anche entrato uno scarafaggio in camera. La nostra camera aveva la vasca e al docciarci si faceva sempre una pozza d'acqua nel pavimento, l'ho comunicato alle pulizie ma nessuno ha fatto niente. La piscina è veramente piccola e l'acqua molto sporca quindi l'abbiamo usata solo una volta. Ho messo per iscritto il reclamo ed il direttore ha risposto che dovevo lamentarmi prima 🤣. È un peccato perché la struttura è molto bella ed ha tutti i servizi.

Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehe gut. Das Personal an Empfang, im Speisesaal und an der Bar war sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer (auch das Bad und die Toilette) wurde - trotz entsprechender Bitte - nicht gereinigt. Handtücher und benutze Gläser wurden gewechselt und die Betten gemacht. Eine Kakerlake, die sich ins Zimmer verirrt hatte, wurde einfach zertreten und mit dem Fuß aus dem Zimmer geschubst. Ein Wegwischen der Reste des Tieres blieb uns überlassen.

Isteni a reggeli és a vacsi !!! Egy perc a part igaz a napágy 25 euró🙄 A hotel inkább nyugdíjasokkal van tele de a medencénél nagyon kedves a mentő mondta ne foglalkozzunk velük. Viszont taxit lehetetlen volt szerezni ott vissza magalufba ,így busszal jöttünk át de azzal is lehet csak másfél óra volt.

Hotel central em Can Picafort, excelente para quem quer silencio e descanso, 2 minutos caminhar para a praia, funcionarios muito prestativos e simpaticos, o cafe da manha estava delicioso, os funcionarios sao muito simpaticos, a cama super confortável e quarto aconchegante e vista para o mar(3 andar), e um nascer do sol maravilhoso. Concerteza que voltaria a ficar neste hotel, obrigada a toda a Equipe

Hotel davvero molto pulito, camera e letto comodi, personale disponibile (reception, colazioni, pulizie), colazione varia e davvero di ottima qualità. Possibilità di fare una doccia dopo il check out utilizzando i servizi dell' aerea SPA. Posizione ottima: vicina alla zona pedonale, al mare e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata bus che porta ad altre zone dell isola.

La spa è semplicemente una sauna e un bagno turco. Non mi è stata data la possibilità di camera vista mare (piano alto e da un lato dell hotel), ma specifico che non era prenotabile la vista mare, era solo una richiesta extra. Non hanno cuffie per la doccia..

Die Strandnähe ist ideal, in zweiter/dritter Reihe. Das Buffet sowohl morgens wie auch abends sehe ausgiebig, auch viel veganes (nicht nur Früchte oder am Abend Kartroffeln/Salat, sondern viele Spezialgerichte) diese sind auch deklariert, auch viel Glutenfrei. Zimmer schlicht & ordentlich.

Manchmal war es laut, da nicht gut isoliert und je nach Lage ist man direkt an der Hauptstrasse, auch Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig - gut wenn man gute Nachbarn hat.

Lo que mas me gustó la ubicación y el gimnasio...no muy grande pero bastante completo.

Hubo un error con la reserva por falta de información en la página web y no se hicieron cargo. Tuvimos que pagar un recargo que no esperábamos y no pudimos hablar con ningún responsable. No tuvieron ningún detalle con nosotros para compensar...la sensación fué que el problema no iba con ellos...una lastima.

Siendo una isla y suponiendo que todos vamos en avión, los amenities de baño se limitan a cepillo de dientes y porque lo pedimos. Ni body milk, ni maquinillas y jabón de afeitar, ni esponja para limpiar los zapatos.. En el baño solo hay una pastilla de jabón en el lavabo y champú y gel de ducha a granel. El teléfono de la habitación y el wifi del TV para poder ver aplicaciones tipo Netflix no funcionaban. Lo comunicamos por la mañana y no nos dieron solución.

Me encantó la atención del personal, siempre amables y atentos a cada detalle. Las instalaciones estaban impecables y muy bien cuidadas, todo transmitía comodidad y tranquilidad. La ubicación también fue perfecta, cercana a todo lo que necesitábamos

The breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean, the reception is opened 24 hours, beautiful beach and great restaurants around the corner, the hotel provides soft pool towels every day, you get 1l free water on your arrival (great if you arrive late at night, since the water in Mallorca is not drinkable). The pool, the room, everything was perfect. I had bed with breakfast, but the hotel also offers lunch and dinner for very reasonable prices. Also, cocktails by the pool are great and affordable.

Hotel sa nachádza veľmi blízko pláže, asi 2 minúty chôdze, ale toto je pláž masovej turistiky. Hneď pri hoteli je promenáda, ktorou môžete prejsť celé mestečko popri mori. Nechýbajú reštaurácie, kaviarne, obchody. Hotel má výborné spojenie s letiskom v Palme, chodí priamy autobus, ktorý je cenovo veľmi dostupny, lacny. V hoteli bolo výborné jedlo, najmä večere. Výber bol naozaj veľký a každý večer sa obmieňali iné druhy jedál. Bol dostatok rýb, morských plodov, ovocia aj jedál pre vegetariánov. Veľkým plusom je, že to bol hotel iba pre dospelých, tak bol všade kľud, ziadne buchanie, skakanie. V izbe bola pohodlná posteľ, klimatizácia fungovala v tých horúčavách výborne. Kúsok od hotela sa nachádza prírodná rezervácia s unikátnou plážou, asi jedna z dvoch najkrajších pláží na Malorke, a to som ich videla na Malorke naozaj veľmi veľa, preto môžem porovnávať. Treba však na tú pláž prejsť pešo, ale práve preto, je tam oveľa menej ľudí ako na plážach pri hoteloch, kde je to masová turistika. Wifi fungovala počas celého pobytu dobre. Hotel poskytoval osušky k bazénu alebo na pláž, čo bolo veľmi fajn.

Veľmi malá a veľmi základná kúpeľňa, v ktorej chýbal bidet. Izba bola tiež malá, pomerne stiesnená, ale netrávili sme v nej veľa času, preto to nebol výrazný problém, ale v podstate sa tam nedalo pohnut. Kúpeľňa potrebuje rekonštrukciu a najma vymenit dvere. Z balkónu bol celkom dobrý výhľad na more a na východ slnka, ale na balkóne bolo príšerné teplo, preto sme ho na posedenie ani nevyužili. Televízor nemal žiadne chytré funkcie. Niektorým členom personálu chýbal úsmev na tvári, za celý 7 dňový pobyt sme ich nevideli usmiať sa, ale boli aj takí, ktorým nechýbal úsmev na tvári a boli milí a ochotní. Takže personál tak 50:50. Hotel neposkytuje kyvadlovú dopravu na letisko. Samotný Can Picafort nie je ničím zaujímavé mestečko, žiadna zaujímavá architektúra, pamiatky. Dá sa tu iba prechádzať po promenáde alebo večer sedieť v nejakom podniku. My sme sa tu ubytovali kvôli blízkosti prírodnej rezervácie a jej nádhernej pláže.

Hotel is nice in a very good location with pool, sauna and fitness. The room was ok, food was excellent with great variety. Generally staff was nice and reception personal very helpful and kind with a plus for Gabriel. The beach is very close, 2-3 minutes walk.

Generally everything was in good order, beds and pillows could be a little improved. Sometimes an unpleasant smell is coming through the canalization but is disappears when and after using the shower. I would like more Spanish and English TV programs.

Grösse der Zimmer eher an der unteren Grenze und ringhörig. Gärtner hat während Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen 2x am Morgen schon um 08Uhr mir nervtödender Heckenschere geschnitten und Motor immerwieder aufheulen lassen so dass sicher alle Gäste wach waren!

Хочу оставить отзыв этому отелю, редко так всё складывается, что и локация отличная, и персонал замечательный, и кухня прекрасная, вкусная и эстетичная. Каждый день рыба, морепродукты, вкуснейшие фрукты, и разнообразие блюд. Утром напитки бесплатные, а вечером можно за доп. плату заказывать вино (бокал 4,5 евро), пиво (2,85 евро) или воду. Большой привет двум парням на кухне, которые меняли друг друга на жаровне, всегда внимательные и аккуратные. До моря идти минуты 3-5, вдоль моря длинный променад. Рядом большое количество разных магазинов, можно погулять и даже немного пошопиться 😁. Остановка автобуса в 200 метрах, идти минут 10-15, в аэропор и из аэропорта ходит автобус А32 каждый час, остановка Кан-Пикафорт центр. Стоимость билета 13.50 евро. Рядом с остановкой большой магазин Aldi с хорошими не пляжными ценами. При заселении нам повысили уровень номера, дали 4 этаж с видом на море, это было прекрасно! Большое спасибо персоналу за это! Выдают бесплатно пляжные полотенца, в течение отдыха их можно бесплатно менять. Очень понравилось, что на браслете сразу был медальон, который служил ключом в номер. Очень удобно, он всегда с тобой, не потеряется и ни кто не украдет 😁. При выселении его нужно вернуть на рецепцию. Уборка ежедневная, милые девушки с улыбкой заменят вам полотенца в любой момент. На 4 этаже есть хороший тренажерный зал. Занимаясь, из его окон открывается прекрасный мир на море! Там же есть 2 сауны, сухая и с паром. Полотенца можно брать бесплатно в тренажерном зале. Пляж замечательный, море шикарное, это моя любимая локация на Майорке 😁. Спасибо персоналу отеля за прекрасно проведенное время.

The pool, people were reserving sunbed before the pool opened. The pool could have been a bit cleaner, bugs leaves etc. more guidance on available parking in the area.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Betten sind bequem. Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich. Glutenfreie Speisen gibt es auch.

Mein Zimmer war südlich zur Straße 3.Stock. Trotz Abstand und Fenster zu war der Lärm noch zu hören.Die Zimmer zum Meer sind ruhiger.

Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel. Personal ist mega zuvorkommend und höflich. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Pool klein, aber dennoch nicht überlaufen und sehr sauber. Im Badezimmer könnten zumindest die Fugen der Dusche ausgetauscht werden… als kleiner Handwerkertipp. Die Innenstadt lädt zum Bummeln ein, gute Restaurants in 5 min an der Promenade erreichbar. Strand? Verlasst Ca’n Picafort nördlich der südlich, unglaubliche Strände durchzogen von kantigem Fels und Ihr seid fast alleine

Hotelul este localizat aproape de restaurante, statie de bus, magazine. Personalul de la receptie a fost amabil, seara sunt organizate concerte live pe terasa hotelului. Camera a fost cu priveliste la mare si destul de spatioasa.

Pe tot parcursul celor 8 zile petrecute, curatenia a fost precara: se schimba cosul de gunoi si se aranja lenjeria de pat. Nu s-a maturat/sters pe jos in nicio zi, baia nu a fost curatata, iar la sosire dusul avea fire de par atat pe faianta cat si in cada. Personalul de la curatenie a fost destul de galagios dimineata. Baia a fost dotata doar cu gel de dus, sampon, sapun( de proasta calitate). Ne asteptam ca la un hotel de 4* sa avem la discretie apa imbuteliata si frgiderul sa aiba gustari, insa acestea au lipsit.
